"Latar Belakang : Banyaknya pembangunan sarana prasana serta infrakstruktur di
Indonesia meningkatkan kebutuhan akan bahan bangunan termasuk beton, sehingga
produksi beton terus berjalan. Debu hasil proses produksi beton terdiri dari debu semen,
pasir, dan batu kerikil, yang sebagian mengandung silika yang telah terbukti dapat
menimbulkan masalah kesehatan terutama di saluran pernapasan. Pada pabrik beton yang
baru beroperasi selama 3 tahun seharusnya belum ada masalah gangguan saluran
pernapasan bila SMK3 diimplementasikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui apakah sudah ada masalah gangguan awal saluran pernapasan dan
mengaitkannya dengan implementasi SMK3 dan faktor-faktor lainnya. sehingga bisa di
upayakan program promotif – preventif bagi pekerja sehubungan dengan pajanan
tersebut.
Metode : Desain cross-sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 70 responden yang diambil
secara total sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara keluhan saluran
pernapasan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Pneumobile Project dan pemeriksaan
spirometri, pengukuran kadar debu, serta pengisian formulir audit SMK3.
Hasil : Didapatkan 8 pekerja (11,40%) memiliki gejala awal gangguan saluran
pernapasan. Pengukuran debu lingkungan kerja melebihi nilai ambang batas pada plant 1
(16.5 mg/m3) dan plant 2 (12.1 mg/m3). Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara, usia,
tingkat pendidikan, IMT, kebiasaan merokok, masa kerja, dan lama kerja terhadap gejala
awal gangguan saluran pernapasan. Tingkat pelaksanaan SMK3 pada PT. X masih kurang
(15,06%). Telah ada kebijakan K3, namun belum ada kegiatan perencanaan, pemantauan,
evaluasi maupun usaha peningkatan kinerja K3 yang terdokumentasi dan sistematis.
Kesimpulan : Didapatkan pekerja dengan gejala awal gangguan saluran pernapasan
sebanyak 8 (11,4%) orang. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar debu melebihi NAB. Tidak
didapatkan faktor risiko yang berhubungan secara statistik dengan gejala awal gangguan
saluran pernapasan, akan tetapi tingkat pelaksanaan SMK3 masih kurang sehingga harus
ditingkatkan.

Background : The large number of infrastructure development in Indonesia increased
the need of concrete. Therefore, the concrete factory production continues to run and
produce. The residue of the concrete production process derived from the dust of the
cement, sand, and gravel which partially contained silica, that had been proven to caused
health problems especially in the respiratory tract. The new concrete plant which had only
been operating for 3 years should have no cases of early symptoms of respiratory
disorders when the OSH management system is successfully implemented. This study
aimed to determine whether there are respondents with early symptoms of respiratory
disorders in association of the implementation of OSH management system and the other
factors, so that promotive-preventive programs in connection with the exposures able to
be planned regarding the conditions.
Method : Cross-sectional study with a total sampling of 70 respondents. Data were
obtained from interview using the Pneumobile Project questionnaire, spirometry
examination, measurement of dust levels, and OSH management system audit form
filling.
Results : There were 8 (11.40%) workers with early symptoms of respiratory disorders.
Dust measurement exceeds the threshold value, 16.5 mg/m3 on Plant 1 and 12.1 mg/m3
on Plant 2. There was no significant association between age, level of education, BMI,
smoking habits, working period and working time to early symptoms of respiratory tract
disorder. The implementation of OSH management system at PT. X was poor (15,06%).
There was already an OHS policy, but the planning, monitoring, evaluation or effort of
improvement of OSH were not documented systematically.
Conclusion : The prevalence of early symptoms of respiratory disorders is 11,40%. The
dust levels exceed the threshold level. No risk factors are found to be statistically associate
with early symptoms of respiratory disorders but the level of implementation of OSH is
below the expected results thus must be improved

"Latar belakang: Health Risk Assessment HRA tahun 2016, melaporkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja pengguna komputer di Perusahaan X adalah 73,28 . Untuk mengatasi ini, Perusahaan X mulai menerapkan Program Ergonomi Perkantoran, yang sampai saat ini belum dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program ergonomis dengan menggunakan standar SMK3 sebagai referensi.Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan mixmethods kuantitatif dan kualitatif . Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan pimpinan perusahaan dan pengelola program. Efektivitas program didapat dengan mewawancarai pekerja yang berpartisipasi dalam HRA pada tahun 2016.Hasil: Program ini berhasil dan efektif dalam mengurangi gangguan muskuloskeletal secara signifikan sebesar 37,7 . Hubungan yang signifikan didapatkan antara latihan peregangan OR 6,53, 95 CI 1,74-24,57 dan penerapan posisi kerja ergonomis OR 6,93 95 CI 2,08-23,01 dengan penurunan gangguan muskuloskeletal. Implementasi standar SMK3 pada pelaksanaanp program, mencapai 81,08 untuk elemen input kategori baik , 74,02 untuk elemen proses kategori baik dan 85,7 untuk elemen output kategori memuaskan . Konsultasi dengan perwakilan pekerja sebelum implementasi, distribusi fasilitas penyanggah laptop yang merata, dan pengawasan pelaksanaan program, merupakan faktor kunci bagi program untuk meraih tingakt keberhasilan yang lebih tinggi.Kesimpulan: Program Kantor Ergonomis berhasil menurunkan keluhan muskuloskeletal antara 37,7 . Implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3 standar dalam konsultasi program, penyediaan fasilitas program dan pengawasan mempengaruhi kerberhasilan program.
Background Health Risk Assessment HRA in 2016, revealed that musculoskeletal disorders among in computer workers in Company X was 73.28 . To control this, Company X started to implement an Office Ergonomic Program, which has not been evaluated yet. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the ergonomic program by using standard OSH Management System checklists as a reference.Method The design of this study is cross sectional using mix methods quantitative and qualitative . In depth interviews were conducted with the company management and ergonomic program managers and also relevant documents were reviewed. The effectiveness of the program was conducted by interviewing worker who participated in the HRA in by 2016.Results The program was successful and effective in signifficantly reducing musculoskeletal disorders by 37.7 . A significant association was found between implementing stretching exercises OR 6.53 95 CI 1.74 24.57 and ergonomic working positions OR 6.93 95 CI 2.08 23.01 with decreased musculoskeletal disorders. Implementation of standard OSH Management System to implementation of program, achieved 81.08 for input element good category , 74.02 for process element good category and 85.7 for output elements satisfactory category . Consultation with worker representatives before implementation, adequate distribution of laptop support facilities, and program supervision are the key factor of the program to have higher success rate.Conclusion The Ergonomic Office program succeeded decreasing musculoskeletal complaints in 37.7 of the workers. The implementation of standard OSH Management in program consultation, provision of program facilities and supervision are the factor which influenced the success of the program. "

"Latar Belakang: Nyeri bahu dapat disebabkan oleh posisi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan posisi kerja lengan dan faktor-faktor lain terhadap nyeri bahu pada tenaga kerja Bagian Speed Frame dan Ring Spinning di Pabrik Benang PT.X Karawang.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional pada 112 responden. Kriteria nyeri bahu didasarkan atas anamnesa, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan Range of Motion dan Visual Analog Scale. Variabel bebas adalah umur, jenis kelamin, status gizi, masa kerja, lama kerja, riwayat pekerjaan, kebiasaan olah raga, kebiasaan melakukan pekerjaan rumah tangga, dan posisi lengan atas sewaktu bekerja. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah nyeri bahu. Analisis bivariat dan multivariate dilakukan dengan program STATA 10.
Hasil: Didapatkan prevalensi nyeri bahu sebanyak 30,6%. Dari analisis multivariat didapat 2 variabel yang berhubungan dengan nyeri bahu, yaitu posisi kerja lengan atas dengan sudut ≥45° OR=3,86 (95% CI 1,54-9,68) dan kebiasaan olah raga rutin OR= 4,11 (95% CI 1,42-11,92).
Kesimpulan: Posisi kerja lengan atas dengan sudut ≥45° mempunyai risiko untuk meningkatkan terjadinya nyeri bahu. Walaupun bermakna, masih perlu dilakukan penelitian yang lebih lanjut terhadap hubungan olah-raga dengan nyeri bahu.

Background: Shoulder pain can be caused by work position. The study aim is know the relationship between work position of upper arm and shoulder pain among workers, who worked at in Textile Factory PT.X Karawang.
Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted among 112 workers. Shoulder-pain was based on anamnesis, physical examination, examination of Visual Analog Scale and Range of Motion. Independent variables were age, gender, BMI, duration of work, time of work, story of work, routine of sport, routine of house work, and work position of upper arm. Dependent variable was shoulder pain. Bivariate and multivariate analysis was done through STATA 10.
Results: The prevalence rate of shoulder pain was found 30.36%. Based on multivariate analysis, a significant relationship was found between shoulder pain with position of upper arm ≥45° OR=3.86 (95% CI 1.54-9.68) and routine of sport OR= 4.11 (95% CI 1.42-11.92)
Conclusion: Work position of upper arm ≥45° increase risk of shoulder pain 3.86 times. Even though routine sport found increase risk of shoulder pain, this need further research.

"Latar Belakang dan Tujuan Penelitian : Pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala tahun 2014, 2015, dan 2016 pada bagian preparation dan assembly lasting suatu pabrik sepatu menunjukkan kejadian gangguan penglihatan warna didapat. Penelusuran dilakukan untuk menemukan penyebab gangguan penglihatan warna didapat dengan kecurigaan diarahkan pada penggunaan pelarut organik, kebiasaan pemakaian alat pelindung diri, dan intensitas cahaya.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kasus kontrol untuk 74 kasus dan 222 kontrol. Pemeriksaan Farnsworth D15 dilakukan sebagai standar diagnosis gangguan penglihatan warna didapat. Selanjutnya, dari pemeriksaan Farnsworth D15 akan didapatkan skor Colour Confusion Index CCI dan penentuan gangguan penglihatan warna secara kualitatif dilakukan melalui aplikasi www.torok.info. Pemeriksaan lingkungan yang dilakukan meliputi pengukuran intensitas cahaya, jarak antara lampu dengan pekerja, dan kadar pelarut organik yang terhirup yaitu Metil Etil Keton dan Benzene-Toluen-EtilBenzene-Xylene. Kuesioner disebar untuk mengetahui riwayat kerja, kesehatan, dan kebiasaan pemakaian alat pelindung diri.
Hasil : 74 pekerja dari total 345 pekerja pada sub bagian preparation dan assembly lasting dinyatakan menderita gangguan penglihatan warna didapat. Kadar pelarut organik terhirup dan jarak lampu terbukti tidak memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan penglihatan warna didapat. Pemakaian masker selama bekerja, intensitas cahaya, dan masa kerja terbukti memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan penglihatan warna didapat.
Kesimpulan : Prevalensi gangguan penglihatan warna didapat di bagian preparation dan assembly lasting pabrik sepatu ini adalah 21,44. Pemakaian masker selama bekerja merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh menyebabkan gangguan penglihatan warna didapat dengan OR 2,966 IK 95 = 1,409 ndash; 6,245 .

Background and Objective : Medical Check Up in 2014, 2015, and 2016 among shoe factory workers in preparation and assembly lasting division has shown acquired colour vision impairment cases. Identification is held to find the causes with several suspection such as organic solvent, application of personal protective equipment, and intensity of light.
Methods : This study used a case control design for 74 cases and 222 control. Workers are tested by Farnsworth D15 as a golden standard to diagnose acquired colour vision impairment, then colour confusion index CCI score will be determined based from farnsworth D15 test and qualitative methods to distinguish acquired colour vision impairment is set by www.torok.info application. Enviromental measurement include light intensity measurement, the distance between light and worker, and the amount of organic solvent inhaled divided into Metil Ethyl Ketone measurement and Benzene Toluene EthylBenzene Xylene measurement. Quesioner is spread to get the information about history of work, health, and application of personel protective equipment.
Results : 74 workers has acquired colour vision impairment among 345 workers that has been checked. The amount of organic solvent inhaled and the distance between light and worker do not show a significant association with acquired colour vision impairment. The application of safety mask, light intensity, and lenght of work show significant associaton with acquired colour vision impairment.
Conclusions : Prevalence of acquired colour vision impairment in preparation and assembly lasting division of this shoe factory workers is 21,44 . Application of safety mask is the main factor that cause acquired colour vision impairment with OR 2,966 IK 95 1,409 ndash 6,245.

"Pendahuluan: Pekerjaan basah merupakan faktor risiko utama terjadinya dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK) pada tangan. Terdapat dua jenis faktor risiko DKAK yaitu faktor eksogen, seperti jenis pekerjaan dan jumlah jam kerja mingguan; dan faktor endogen, seperti jenis kelamin, usia, dan riwayat penyakit atopik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DKAK pada pekerja basah. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 134 orang. Kriteria inklusi yaitu pekerja basah yang telah bekerja minimal 6 bulan dan tidak berganti pekerjaan minimal 6 bulan. Kriteria eksklusi yaitu pekerja basah yang mengalami dermatitis kontak bukan akibat kerja. Variabel independen yaitu jenis pekerjaan, jumlah jam kerja mingguan, usia, jenis kelamin, dan riwayat penyakit atopik. Variabel dependen yaitu DKAK. Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis pekerjaan (p value = 0,283), jumlah jam kerja mingguan (p value = 0,313), jenis kelamin (p value = 0,652), dan usia (p value = 0,556) terhadap kejadian DKAK pada pekerja basah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat atopi dengan kejadian DKAK pada pekerja basah. Riwayat atopi memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara jenis pekerjaan dengan DKAK (p value < 0,001). Pekerjaan sebagai tenaga kesehatan dapat mencegah kejadian DKAK sebesar 90,3% dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan sebagai non tenaga kesehatan setelah dikontrol dengan faktor risiko riwayat atopi. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis pekerjaan, jumlah jam kerja mingguan DKAK lebih tinggi pada tenaga non kesehatan dibandingkan tenaga kesehatan karena tenaga non kesehatan memiliki lebih banyak pajanan terhadap pekerjaan basah dan pajanan bahan iritan dibandingkan dengan tenaga kesehatan serta tindakan pencegahan terhadap kejadian DKAK yang dilakukan tenaga non kesehatan lebih sedikit dibandingkan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat atopi dengan kejadian DKAK. Tenaga non kesehatan dengan riwayat atopi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian DKAK pada pekerja basah.

Introduction: Wet work is the main risk factor for Occupational contact dermatitis (OCD) on the hands. Risk factors for OCD consist of two types: exogenous factors, such as type of occupation and number of weekly working hours; and endogenous factors, such as gender, age, and history of atopic disease. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of OCD in wet workers. Method: The study design is cross-sectional. The sampling technique used total sampling. There were 134 research samples. Inclusion criteria are wet workers who have worked for at least 6 months and have not changed occupations for at least 6 months. Exclusion criteria include wet workers who experience non-occupational contact dermatitis. The independent variables are type of occupation, number of weekly working hours, age, gender, and history of atopic disease. The dependent variable is OCD. Result: This study did not find any relationship between type of occupation (p value = 0,283), number of weekly working hours (p value = 0,313), gender (p value = 0,652), and age (p value = 0,556) on the incidence of OCD in wet workers. Meanwhile, this study found a significant relationship between history of atopic disease and incidence of OCD in wet workers. History of atopic disease has an influence on the relationship between type of occupation and OCD (p value < 0,001). An occupation as a health worker can prevent the incidence of OCD by 90,3% compared to an occupation as a non-health worker after being controlled by the risk factor of a history of atopic disease. Conclusion: There is no relationship between type of occupation, number of weekly working hours, gender and age to the incidence of OCD in wet workers. The proportion of OCD incidence is higher in non-health workers than health workers due to non-health workers having more exposure to wet work and irritant exposure than health workers. Besides that, the number of non-health workers who take preventive measures to prevent OCD incidence is less than health workers. There is a significant relationship between history of atopic disease and the incidence of OCD. Non-health workers with a history of atopic disease is the most influential factor in the incidence of OCD in wet workers."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dari Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018 pada perusahaan PT. ICO Asiapacific Indonesia pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kaji dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan gap analysis dengan sistem skoring 1-5 terhadap setiap klausul yang ada pada instrumen checklist ISO 45001:2018 yang dibandingkan dengan realita pemenuhan SMK3 pada perusahaan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. ICO Asiapacific Indonesia telah memenuhi berbagai ketentuan sebagaimana standar ISO 45001:2018 sebesar 84,62% secara keseluruhan dan telah diterapkan secara konsisten pada 33,33% dari seluruh klausul. Namun, terdapat adanya inkonsistensi sebesar 56,41% dari total klausul serta tersedia dokumen yang dibutuhkan namun belum diterapkan pada 10,26% dari total klausul.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHSMS) based on ISO 45001:2018 at the company PT. ICO Asiapacific Indonesia in 2024. This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross-sectional study design. Research data was obtained through document review, interviews and observation. The analysis was carried out using gap analysis with a 1-5 scoring system for each clause in the ISO 45001:2018 checklist instrument which was compared with the reality of OHSMS compliance in the company. The analysis results from this research show that PT. ICO Asiapacific Indonesia has fulfilled various provisions such as the ISO 45001:2018 standard 84.62% overall and has been implemented consistently in 33.33% of all clauses. However, there are inconsistencies in 56.41% of the total clauses and required documents are available but have not been implemented in 10.26% of the total clauses."

"Perkembangan teknologi membuat perubahan aktifitas pekerja kantor beralih menggunakan Visual Display Unit (VDU) dan berpotensi Muscoloskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs dapat menimbulkan penurunan produktifitas dan kerugian ekonomi. Aktifitas pekerja di PT. X menggunakan VDU selama 8 jam setiap hari. Tidak banyak penelitian yang dilakukan PT X terkait dengan MSDs di perkantoran selama ini. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari tesis ini adalah mengkaji faktor-faktor risiko yang menyebabkan keluhan gejala MSDs antara lain faktor individu, lingkungan, peralatan, organisasi kerja dan psikososial pada pekerja perkantoran. Metode penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan metode proportionale stratifiled random sampling pada 95 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar responden mempunyai keluhan MSDs sebanyak 83,16% dengan rincian keluhan kronis sebanyak 70,52%, keluhan akut sebanyak 1,37%, keluhan keduanya sebanyak 6,71%. Sedangkan 16.84% responden yang tidak mempunyai keluhan MSDs. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan MSDs adalah BMI (p<0.05), masa kerja (p<0.05), persepsi job stress (p<0.01) dan postur kerja (p<0.05). Postur kerja berhubungan dengan panjang alas duduk (p<0.01) dan tinggi kursi (p<0.05) persepsi job stress berhubungan dengan rincian tugas (p<0.05), durasi kerja (p<0.05), durasi istirahat (p<0.01), tuntutan kerja (p<0.05), dan job control (p<0.01). Faktor dominan dari risiko ergonomi terhadap keluhan keluhan gejala MSDs adalah durasi istirahat (p=0.002), postur tubuh (p=0.017), dan persepsi job stress (p=0.005). Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa durasi istirahat, postur tubuh dan job stress berhubungan dengan keluhan MSDs pekerja perkantoran.

The developments of technology, the office worker change their activity by using Visual Display Unit (VDU) and it potentially causes Muscoloskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs can decrease the productivity and cause economic losses. Employee activities at PT. X use VDU for 8 hours every day. So far, not much research which is related with MSDs in the office conducted by PT X. This thesis aimed to review the risk factors that asosiate with MSDs symptoms include individual, environment, equipment, work organization and psychosocial factor on office workers. The method of this research is cross-sectional with proportionale stratifiled random sampling method in 95 office workers.
The result of this research is most of respondents have MSDs complaint as much as 83,16% with details chronic complaint is 70,52%, acute complaint is 1,37%, both complaint is 6,71%. While 16,84% of respondents did not have MSDs complaints. Related factors to MSDs complaints were BMI (p <0.05), length of service (p <0.05), job stress perception (p <0.01) and work posture (p <0.05). Work posture relates to seat length (p <0.05) and height of chair (p <0.01) job stress perception related to job description (p <0.05), duration of work (p <0.05), duration of rest (p <0.01), work demands (p <0.05), and job control (p <0.01). The dominant factors of ergonomic risk to complaints of symptoms of MSDs were duration of rest (p = 0.002), work posture (p = 0.017), and job stress perception (p = 0.005). The results are confirmed that the duration of rest, posture and job stress associated with MSDs complaints office workers.

Latar Belakang. Gangguan fungsi kognitif dapat terjadi pada pekerja yang terpajan toluen. Gangguan fungsi kognitif tersebut terutama adalah penurunan memori, atensi dan konsentrasi, yang dapat menurunkan produktifitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui prevalensi gangguan fungsi kognitif dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Metode Penelitian. Desain potong lintang dilakukan pada 102 orang pekerja perempuan usia 19-40 tahun dan pendidikan minimal SMA. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, pemeriksaan fisik dan laboratorium serta MMSE. Kriteria inklusi adalah masa kerja ≥ 1 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden dengan menandatangani informed consent. Kriteria eksklusi adalah hamil, menstruasi,merokok, minum alkohol, riwayat cedera kepala, hipertensi, gula darah dan dislipidemia. Faktor risiko yang diteliti antara lain umur, status perkawinan, masa kerja, lama kerja, kepatuhan pakai masker , stres kerja dan status gizi. Umur, status perkawinan,masa kerja dan lama kerja diambil dari data HRD. Status gizi didapatkan dari perhitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh. Kepatuhan pakai masker berdasarkan pengawasan kepatuhan APD. Stres kerja dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Survey Diagnostik Stress . Hasil. Walaupun kadar toluen didapat lebih kecil dari nilai ambang batas toluen , didapatkan prevalensi gangguan fungsi kognitif sebesar 52 %. Area kognitif yang menurun adalah atensi kalkulasi dan visuospasial. Faktor risiko yang secara bermakna mempengaruhi gangguan fungsi kognitif adalah masa kerja, lama kerja, kepatuhan pemakaian masker, stres kerja yang meliputi konflik peran, ketaksaan peran, beban kerja kualitatif, beban kerja kuantitatif, pengembangan karir dan tanggung jawab rekan kerja. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan konflik peran merupakan faktor risiko yang paling mempengaruhi gangguan fungsi kognitif ( OR 7,546 Interval kepercayaan 95% 1,5 ? 41,88 ) Kesimpulan. Prevalensi penurunan fungsi kognitif studi ini lebih besar dari penelitian sebelumnya dan teori. Aspek kognitif yang menurun didominasi oleh atensi kalkulasi dan visuospasial. Konflik peran merupakan faktor risiko yang paling mempengaruhi gangguan fungsi kognitif.

Background. Cognitive Function Impairment can happen among workers expose by Toluene. This impairment mainly effect in attention, concentration and memory function, and can decrease working productivity. This study aims to calculate the prevalence of Cognitive Function impairment and related risk factors Method. Cross sectional design study was conducted on 102 female workers, age 19-40 years old and graduated from senior high school. Age and education were obtained from secondary data, and followed by interviews, physical and laboratory examination and Mini Mental States Examination. The inclusion criteria were age ≥ 1 year of work and willing to be the subject of research. Exclusion criteria were pregnancy, menstruation, smoker, Alcohol consumption, history of head injury, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and Dyslipidemia. Risk factor included in this study were age, marital status, duration of work,time of work, PPE obedience ,work stress and nutritional status. Age, Marital status, Duration and Time of work were from secondary data of HRD department. Nutritional status was obtained from body mass index calculation. face mask obedience was obtained from data of wearing mask compliance. Work stress was assessed using Survey Diagnostic Stress Questionnaire. Results. The prevalence of Cognitive Function Impairment was 52 % , mainly at Attention ? Calculation and Visuospasial Aspect respectively. Significant risk factors ( p value < 0,05 ) in this study were duration of work and time of work, PPE obedience and all of work stress domain. The Result of multivariate analysis show that conflict of role was the most influence factor ( OR 7,546 C.I 95% 1,5 ? 41,88 ) Conclusion. This study found that the prevalence of cognitive function impairment was higher than theory and other similar studies . "PT. MRT Jakarta sebagai moda transportasi publik dengan risiko kerja tinggi perlu dengan detail memperhatikan arahan kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan SMK3 pada PT. MRT Jakarta menggunakan teori model implementasi kebijakan (communication, resources, disposition, dan bureaucratic structure). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivist dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 17 narasumber, observasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terpenuhinya 16 indikator membuat PT. MRT Jakarta dinilai berhasil dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan SMK3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, hambatan terkait pergantian kerja pegawai nyatanya tidak terlalu berpengaruh pada implementasi SMK3 karena adanya komunikasi proaktif dengan pekerja. Tantangan atas penurunan penjualan tiket pada PT. MRT Jakarta pun dapat diatasi melalui penerapan crisis management dan mampu mengidentifikasi dengan tepat kebutuhan terkait K3 yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan. Adapun konsistensi kebijakan SMK3 melalui kebijakan terintegrasi perlu diperhatikan implementasi dari pekerjanya.


PT. MRT Jakarta as a public transportation with high work risk needs to pay close attention to the policy directions for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of OSHMS policies at PT. MRT Jakarta uses the theory of policy implementation models (communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure). This study uses a post-positivist with qualitative data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 17 sources, observations, and literature study. The results showed that the fulfillment of 16 indicators made PT. MRT Jakarta is considered successful in implementing the SMK3 policy. Based on the results of the analysis, obstacles related to employee job turnover do not really affect the implementation of SMK3 because of proactive communication with workers. Challenges over the decline in ticket sales at PT. MRT Jakarta can also be overcome through the implementation of crisis management and being able to correctly identify the needs related to K3 which are priorities to be carried out. As for the consistency of the SMK3 policy through integrated policies, it is necessary to pay attention to the implementation of the workers.

"Gangguan otot rangka merupakan suatu cedera atau gangguan pada otot, saraf, tendon, sendi, tulang rawan, dan cakram tulang belakang yang dapat mempengaruhi gerakan tubuh manusia atau sistem muskuloskeletal. Pekerja pada industri konstruksi memiliki risiko tinggi untuk mengalami keluhan gangguan otot rangka karena aktivitas pekerjaanya banyak melibatkan postur yang tidak alamiah, manual handling, dan pekerjaan berulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko fisik, individu, dan psikososial yang berkaitan dengan keluhan gejala gangguan otot rangka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Juli 2022 yang melibatkan 55 pekerja struktur dan finishing Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Perkantoran X di Bekasi Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data diantaranya adalah Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), kombinasi kuesioner psikososial, dan Nordic Musculockeletal Questionnaire (NMQ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara; faktor risiko fisik dengan keluhan pada bahu, leher dan punggung bawah dalam 12 bulan dan 7 hari terakhir, tuntutan kerja dengan keluhan pada punggung bawah dalam 7 hari terakhir, dan kendali terhadap kerja dengan keluhan pada leher dalam 12 bulan terakhir. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengendalian dan intervensi lebih lanjut untuk mengurangi risiko keluhan gejala gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja struktur dan finishing.

Musculosceletal Disorders (MSDs) are injuries of the muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, cartilage, and spinal discs that can affect the movement of the human body or the musculoskeletal system. Workers in the construction industry have a high risk of MSDs because their work activities involve many unnatural postures, manual handling, and repetitive work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical, individual, and psychosocial risk factors associated with complaints of musculoskeletal symptoms. This research was conducted in February – July 2022 involving 55 structural and finishing workers in the X Office Building Construction Project in Bekasi in 2022. This study used a cross sectional study design. The instruments for collected data are Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), a combination of psychosocial questionnaires, and the Nordic Musculockeletal Questionnaire (NMQ). The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between; physical risk factors with complaints on the shoulders, neck and lower back in the last 12 months and 7 days, work demands with complaints on the lower back in the last 7 days, and control of work with complaints on the neck in the last 12 months. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further control and intervention to reduce the risk of complaints of s musculoskeletal symptoms in structural and finishing workers."
