"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perencanaan dan strategi promosi digital yang dilakukan oleh perpustakaan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi proses promosi digital yang dilakukan perpustakaan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan yang meliputi perencanaan, strategi, dan metode promosi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Pemilihan informan penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana terdapat kriteria tertentu dalam pemilihanya. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pencatatan, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu kegiatan promosi digital pada perpustakaan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan dilakukan dengan terencana dan menggunakan strategi unik yang berbeda dengan perpustakaan lainya, seperti penggunaan pola warna, caption, hastag, serta konten promosi. Namun kurangnya sumber daya manusia di bidang desain grafis dan pembuatan video membuat kegiatan promosi digital yang dilakukan terhambat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pomosi digital sangat penting bagi perpustakaan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan layanan perpustakaan. Untuk itu perpustakaan perlu membuat perencanaan dan menentukan strategi promosi guna tercapai hasil yang diharapkan.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses planning and strategy on digital promotion carried out by the library of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. This study aims to identify the digital promotion process carried out by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries library which includes planning, strategies, and promotion methods. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection uses observation and interview methods. The selection of research informants using purposive sampling method where there are certain criteria in voting. Data analysis is based on several stages, namely recording, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained from this study are digital promotion activities in the library of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries carried out planned and using unique strategies that are different from other libraries, such as the use of color patterns, captions, hastags, and promotional content. But the lack of human resources in the field of graphic design and video making has hampered digital promotional activities. The conclusion of this study shows that digital promotion is very important for libraries to increase the use of library services. For this reason, libraries need to make plans and determine promotional strategies to achieve the expected results."

"ABSTRAK
Pengertian perpustakaan berbeda antara pengertian pa_da zaman dahulu dengan pengertian zaman sekarang. Pada zaman dahulu koleksi perpustakaan terbatas pada kumpulan buku saja, sehingga perpustakaan hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan buku belaka. Pada masa kini koleksi perpustakaan tidak saja terbatas pada buku, melainkan juga dalam bentuk lain seperti film, pita rekaman, gambar, filmstrip, mikrofis, mikrofilm, peta dan majalah. Dengan demikian pengertian perpustakaan pada masa sekarang lebih luas di_bandingkan zaman sebelumnya.
Walaupun perpustakaan telah ada sejak zaman dahulu, namun sampai sekarang masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui apa saja sebenarnya kegiatan,yang dilakukan oleh perpustakaan.
Aman (1984:1) dalam tulisannya mengatakan bahwa ang_gapan tradisional mengenai perpustakaan adalah merupakan salah satu hambatan mengapa informasi tidak dapat dipero_leh secara tuntas. Masyarakat tidak atau belum sepenuhnya mengetahui jenis jasa yang bagaimanakah yang dapat diminta atau yang akan diperoleh dari perpustakaan selain peminjaman buku. Pandangan terhadap para petugas perpustakaan belum_lah menguntungkan bagi perpustakaan_

"Dalan dunia modern seperti sekarang ini, dengan perkembangan ilmu yang semakin maju, orang semakin membutuhkan informasi secara cepat, terus-menerus, dan sebanyak mungkin. Sumber informaai itu sebagian besar tersedia di perpustakaan-perpustakaan, baik yang berupa buku maupun bahan bukan buku. Tugas perpustakaan dalan memberikan peleyanan kepada masyarakat pemakainya tidaklah cukup hanya dengan menyediakan gedung perpustakaan lengkap dengan koloksi yang te1ah diatur, peralatan dan pegawai yang terdidik baik, serta menanti penganjung untuk datang ke perpustakaan. Dengan pelayanan socara pasif ini hanya sebagian kecil dari pengunjung yang dapat menarik manfaat dari perpustakaan, dan sumber-sumber informasi serta jasa-jasa yang tersedia di perpustakaan banyak yang tidak digunakan. Padahal tujuan perpustakaan menghimpun serta mengatur kolek_sinya itu tidak lain untuk disampaikan kepada masyarakat yang memerlukannya. Agar tujuan perpustakaan dapat tercapai sebaik-baiknya, perpus_takaan haruslah secara aktif dan kreatif neningkatkan kagiatannya, yang berarti neningkatkan jasa informasinya. Berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan jasa imformasi ini sudah banyak dilakukan di Indonesia, tetapi sebagai perpustakaan dari negara yang sedang berkembang, kegiatan kegiatan yang dilakukan masih banyak nengalami hambatan dan kurang menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan jasa informasi yang akan penulis kemukakan dalam skripsi ini ialah paneran bahar pustaka."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi promosi di Perpustakaan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi di Perpustakaan Kementerian Keuangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pendekatan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model PDCA atau Plan, Do, Check, dan Act di mana peneliti ingin melihat strategi promosi di Perpustakaan Kementerian Keuangan secara runtun dan sistematis dimulai dari perencanaan hingga perencanaan kegiatan tersebut setelah selesai dilakukan, apakah harus diperbaiki atau dipertahankan sebagai acuan kedepannya.

This research aims to determine how the implementation of promotional strategies in the Library of the Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to describe how the promotional strategy in Library of the Ministry of Finance. This research is a qualitative study with using the case study method. The analytical approach in this study is use PDCA model or Plan, Do, Check, and Act where researchers wanted to see the promotion strategy in Library of the Ministry of Finance with systematic planning stage to the planning of these activities once completed, is to be evaluated or maintained as a reference for future."

"This article is the results of BC (british council) library research as the object of its own research. The research was carried out by using library-research method, re-analyzing the existing quantitative data and conducting several interviews with informants to support the analysis. The study also evaluates the results of a survey which was conducted by a librarian on BC library users in january 1996. The survey was conducted by applying "accidental sampling (non probabilty sampling). from the survey, the data can be processed as many as 221 respondents. Meanwhile, qualitative data is obtained by performing in-depth question-and answer sessions with the informants who werw authorized by the respected agency. Therefore, the resluts of this research can not be generalized to other institutions. This library has made some improvements in terms of:service additional facilities, personnel qualities, as well as promotion. However, the number of the members who have been exposed by media campaigns such as billboards and the buildings 7.69 percent and the advertisement is 4.52 percent. These figures are very small compared to exposure through mouth-to-mouth campaign that achieves 57.01 percent. The question now is what kind of promotion that "fits" the BC?"

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai iklan layanan masyarakat yang diproduksi oleh Perpustakaan Nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan proses penyampaian iklan layanan masyarakat serta tanggapan dari pemustaka terhadap iklan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Perpustakaan Nasional masih memiliki kekurangan dalam melakukan promosi, selain itu iklan layanan masyarakat produksi Perpustakaan Nasional juga belum efektif karena belum mampu memenuhi tujuan dari promosinya.

This mini-thesis presents an evaluation of library public service announcement (PSA) at Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. The purposes of this research are to describe the dissemination process of public service announcement to the public and understanding the user respons about the PSA. A case study method is used in this qualitative research. The result shows that promotion held by National library haven?t maximal yet. In addition, National Library? PSA haven?t effective since the promotion purposes isn?t accomplished yet."

"Competition at radio media industry in Jakarta become more sophisticated recently. To the year 2008, there is 41 private radio in Jakarta. Radio has unique, personal and segmented characteristic makes advertiser can not leave this media to advertise. Defeat their competitor, Mugi Rekso Abadi?Broadcast Media Division should creates appropriate promotion strategy for both of audiences and business customers. Business customers is main revenue resource for radio media. Promotion strategy for this customers have special particular way distinguished from to the audiences. The differencess can be detected from how to classified of business customers, messages to communicate and promotional tools to be used. To survive, radio should develop planning, implementing and evaluating proses promotion strategy Business to Business continously.
This research purposed to answer how were planning, implementation and evaluating process strategy promotion Business to Business running at MRABMD. These process starting with identification of needs and wants MRA-BMD business customers. Hopefully, this research can expanding and digging marketing theory especially about promotion strategy B2B at radio media which is rare topics appear, whereas has big contribution for radio?s live prospect.
Methods used for this undergraduate thesis is qualitative research. Reason of qualitative methods used for this research is to deeper digging about promotion strategy B2B which naturally personal. Primary data collected through field observation and in depth interview with five experties informan, they are; sales, marketing communication and R&D managers of MRA BMD which is expected had qualification to give valid and accountable input data. Secondary data gain from internal company and other references.
The research finding obtained by following results: (1) MRA-BMD has been understanding the characteristic, needs and wants of their business customers, altough all this comprehension do not supported to the right and appropriate promotion strategy. Business customers based on the purpose divided into barter client, semi barter client and full commercials client . (2) Promotion strategy B2B planning begin with formulating strategic plan, afterward business plan, until identificating work plan. Implementation process dominated to personal selling and direct marketing promotional tools. Evaluating done beyond CSI vi (Customers Satisfaction Index) and others internal research. For several ways, discovered that promotion strategy B2B can be excecute together with promotion strategy B2C. (3)Specific promotion strategy not really focuss on the context because more than a half amount of business customers considering content, they are so rational. The implications of this research result are: (1) To face this problem, MRA BMD business strategy more focuss on developing performance of each radio station. (2) Researcher recomendation is MRA-BMD should evaluate the integration of all promotion strategy B2B process for raising brand perception and image to be better. In addition, it is important to measures efectivity and eficiency of promotional tools used, so that MRA-BMD can counting to the pricesely promotional tools exposed to business customers.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan promosi Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Alfabet dan Bina Kreasi di Depok. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kegiatan promosi dalam mempromosikan jasa dan layanan TBM Alfabet dan TBM Bina Kreasi serta memahami faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Teori bauran promosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan perorangan, publikasi/hubungan masyarakat, pemasaran langsung, interactive/internet marketing.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari kegiatan observasi, wawancara dengan lima informan. dan analisis dokumen.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TBM Alfabet dan TBM Bina Kreasi telah melakukan bauran promosi periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan perorangan, publikasi dan pemasaran media interaktif. Dana, sumber daya manusia dan koleksi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan promosi di TBM Alfabet dan TBM Bina Kreasi.

This research discusses the promotional activities of Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) Alfabet and Bina Kreasi in Depok. The purpose of the research is to know the promotional activities in promoting services and service TBM Alfabet and TBM Bina Kreasi as well as understand the factors that influence it. Promotion mix theory used in this research is advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity/public relations, direct marketing, and interactive/internet marketing.
This research is using case study method with qualitative approaches. Data collected comes from observation, interviews with five informants and document analysis.
The results showed that TBM Alfabet and TBM Bina Kreasi have been doing promotional mix are advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity and marketing of interactive media. The factors that affecting promotion activities at TBM Alfabet and TBM Bina Kreasi is funding, human resources and collections.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pengelolaan hibah luar negeri pada Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Analisis dilakukan melalui telaah Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) atas Laporan Keuangan KKP tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2012 dan hasil wawancara dengan narasumber yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan hibah luar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan hibah luar negeri di lingkup KKP telah dilakukan secara berjenjang dan telah menerapkan kebijakan satu pintu (one gate policy). Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi KKP dalam pengelolaan hibah luar negeri. Oleh karena itu, KKP tengah berusaha melakukan beberapa upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

The purpose of this research is to analyze comprehensively the management of foreign grant received by Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The analysis was done through understanding the results of BPK audit on financial statements of Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries from 2009 to 2012 and interpreting interview results. The research shows that the management of foreign grant has been done thoroughly from the lowest to the highest entities and one gate policy has also been implemented. Nevertheless, there are several problems faced by the ministry in managing foreign grant. Therefore, the ministry is trying to create solutions in order to overcome the problems."
