"ABSTRAK
The process of selecting scholarship recipients is a process that must be carried out in the context of providing educational scholarships. For the Navy, education is a very important thing in an effort to increase capability and professionalism in running an organization. The provision of educational scholarships for Navy personnel, especially in the environment of professional informatics, is carried out through selection of candidates' criteria that have been registered. Scholarship recipient data is processed to find the order of the candidates who will be determined as scholarship recipients. Prospective recipient data is considered by looking at certain criteria. Each criterion has a different weight. Based on the weights of each criterion, we can get weights that can be sorted according to certain priorities. For decision makers, many factors influence in determining a decision, so by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method a sequence and grouping of prospective scholarship recipients can be generated from each method. Based on the calculation results, in the AHP data that was entered as many as 747 candidate data, in the initial selection process obtained as many as 107 candidate data whose profession is informatics. All candidate data can be sorted based on the calculation of the assessment of eight criteria and ranking, from rank 1 to ranking 107. For processing time, the AHP method requires a longer time, which is ± 3 minutes, weighting process ± 1 minute, and ranking process ± 1 minute. Whereas in the FCM method, with the same amount of data it takes around ± 5 minutes until the iteration is complete or until the difference in objective function is smaller than epsilon. For the grouping results, this FCM method found that 43 candidates (40.19%) were strongly recommended, 31 candidates (28.97%) were recommended, and 33 candidates (30.84%) were not advised to receive scholarships with cluster validation in this study was 0.604. Hope in the future can simplify the calculation process for ranking and grouping selection, because it is already a computer application that is easy to use, and is expected to accelerate the selection process."

"Dengan semakin terbukanya akses informasi secara global dan meningkatnya peluang studi lanjut pendidikan tinggi di luar negeri, hal ini mendorong adanya banyak portal beasiswa, jasa layanan konsultasi, dan persiapan dokumen untuk mendukung keinginan calon mahasiswa sarjana, magister, dan juga doktor agar bisa mendapatkan informasi terkait studi lanjut di luar negeri. Schoters adalah platform nomor 1 di Indonesia untuk memfasilitasi hal tersebut sebagai penghubung dengan mitra persiapan studi lanjut dan juga in-house service yang dijalankan mengenai konsultasi beasiswa dan persiapan bahasa. Namun menurut survei yang dilakukan kepada pengguna Schoters saat ini, muncul permasalahan berkenaan dengan kurangnya pengetahuan calon mahasiswa akan peluang beasiswa yang ada, status kecukupan dokumen saat ini, dan juga hal-hal masalah teknis lainnya dalam layanan konsultasi yang berfokus pada salahsatu in-house service yang dihadirkan untuk bimbingan beasiswa, yaitu Collegos. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat layanan baru dengan menggabungkan dua service yang sudah dilakukan saat ini, yaitu student profiling dan scholarship mapping agar bisa menjadi sistem terintegrasi sebagai pilihan awal sebelum terkoneksi dengan mitra-mitra pada platform Schoters. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan menghasilkan interface dengan form profiling yang mempertimbangkan beberapa factor sesuai dengan pendekatan yang digunakan, yaitu design thinking dan akan menampilkan hasil mapping berdasarkan data yang sudah diinput oleh user Schoters.

With the increasingly open access to information globally and the increased opportunities for further study of higher education abroad, this has led to the existence of many scholarship portals, consulting services, and document preparation to support the desires of prospective undergraduate, master, and doctoral students in order to obtain information related to further study abroad. Schoters is the number 1 platform in Indonesia to facilitate this as a liaison with partners for further study preparation and also in-house service that is carried out regarding scholarship consultations and language preparation. However, according to a survey conducted to current Schoters users, problems arise regarding the lack of knowledge of prospective students about existing scholarship opportunities, the current status of documents, and also other technical issues in consulting services that focus on one of the in-house services which is presented for scholarship guidance, namely Collegos. Therefore, this study aims to create new services by combining the two services currently carried out, namely student profiling and scholarship mapping in order to become an integrated system as an initial choice before connecting with partners on the Schoters platform. The results of this study will produce an interface with the form profiling thatconsiders several factors in accordance with the approach used, design thinking approach and will display the results of the mapping based on data that has been inputted by Schoters user."

"ABSTRAK
LPDP berperan penting dalam mendukung salah satu program prioritas pemerintah, yaitu membangun kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia sebagai pendonor beasiswa Pendidikan tinggi. Namun, studi mengenai pengaruh program persiapan keberangkatan beasiswa LPDP terhadap kinerja alumni beasiswa LPDP masih belum banyak dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nasionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional alumni LPDP terhadap kinerja alumni penerima beasiswa LPDP yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Data 597 responden dikumpulkan melalui survei online dan dianalisis menggunakan CB-SEM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nasionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif dan berada pada nilai signifikansi dibawah 5%, namun nasionalisme tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi diatas 5% berbanding terbalik dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, serta kepuasan kerja alumni dapat mempengaruhi kinerja secara positif dan berada pada nilai signifikansi dibawah 5%.

ABSTRACT
LPDP plays an important role in supporting one of the government's priority programs, namely building the quality of Indonesian human resources as a donor of higher education scholarships. However, studies on the effect of the LPDP scholarship departure preparation program on LPDP scholarship alumni performance have not been done much. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nationalism and transformational leadership of LPDP alumni on the performance of alumni of LPDP scholarship recipients mediated by job satisfaction. Data on 597 respondents were collected through online surveys and analyzed using CB-SEM. The test results show that nationalism and transformational leadership can positively affect job satisfaction with a significance value below 5%, but nationalism does not have a significant effect on performance with a significance value above 5% which is inversely proportional to transformational leadership, and alumni job satisfaction can affect performance positively with a significance value below 5%."

TNI Angkatan Laut sebagai komponen utama pertahanan negara di laut memiliki tugas diantaranya melaksanakan bidang pertahanan matra laut, menegakkan hukum dan menjaga keamanan di wilayah laut yurisdiksi nasional. Adapun ancaman yang dihadapi yaitu Operasi Militer Perang OMP berupa Agresi Militer dan Operasi Militer Selain Perang OMSP antara lain Bencana Alam, Kejahatan Lintas Negara, Pelanggaran Keamanan Laut, SAR / Kecelakaan Laut, dan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan OMP dan OMSP dibutuhkan peran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi.Dinas Informasi dan Pengolahan Data Angkatan Laut sebagai Pembina Teknis Sistem Informasi di Lingkungan TNI AL harus mampu menyiapkan segala sarana dan prasarana yang meningkatkan kinerja Teknologi Informasi TI . Berkaitan dengan TI, TNI AL harus memiliki Arsitektur TI yang mampu memberikan layanan sistem informasi dan infrastruktur TI untuk seluruh bidang dan fungsi yang ada di TNI AL. Penggunaan informasi yang terdiri dari bidang operasi, intelijen, logistik. personel, perencanaan anggaran dan keuangan serta bidang khusus menuntut arsitektur TI yang handal dan lentur terhadap perkembangan.The Open Grup Architecture Kerangka kerja TOGAF memiliki kemampuan yang dapat mendukung perancangan Arsitektur TI di TNI AL. Kondisi TI yang belum terintegrasi, kebutuhan SI yang terus meningkat, kemajuan teknologi seperti virtualisasi cloud computing, maka perlu rancangan arsitektur TI. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adanya Rancangan Arsitektur Teknologi Informasi di lingkungan TNI AL yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh Disinfolahtal sebagai Pembina teknis sistem informasi.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia Navy as a major component of the national defense in the sea has the task of which carry out naval defense field, enforcing the law and maintaining security in the sea areas of national jurisdiction. Some threats that has to face are the Military Operation of War MOW such as military aggression and the Military Operations Other Than War MOTW such as Natural Dissaster, Transnational Crime, Sea Security Breach, SAR Marine Accidents, and to deal with that required a major tool weapon systems Alutsista superior.Information and Data Manajemen Services of the Navy as supervisor Technical Environmental Information System in the Indonesia Navy to be able to prepare all facilities and infrastructure is useful to enhance the performance of Information Technology. In connection with the Navy IT should have IT architecture capable of providing information system services and IT infrastructure for the entire area and functions that exist in the Indonesia Navy. Use of information consisting of field operations, intelligence, logistics. personnel, budget and financial planning as well as specialized field requires IT architecture to the development of a reliable and flexible.The Open Grup Architecture Framework TOGAF has the capability to support the design of the IT architecture in the Indonesian Navy. Conditions Information Technology that are not integrated, the need for information systems continues to increase, technological advances such as virtualization and cloud computing, it is necessary to design the architecture of Information Technology. The end result of this research the Architectural Design of Information Technology in the Indonesia Navy that can be implemented by Information and Data Manajemen Services of the Navy as supervisor of technical information systems."

"Cellular manufacturing is a practical aspect of grouping technology in where similar parts and dissimilar machines are grouped into cells to exploit the cost-effectiveness of mass production and flexibility of job shop manufacturing. In this research, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) approach is developed to solve the grouping problem in cellular manufacturing systems. The grouping problem of both machines and parts is formulated as a multi-objective mathematical program; first, minimizing intra-cell and inter-cell movement costs and second, maximizing the importance of allocating the parts to the cells with regards to the location of the machines. The weight of each part for each machine is calculated by Analytical Hierarchy Process. Then, the multi-objective GA has been solved by allocating weights to objectives. The results have also been compared with the results of heuristic Jaccard Coefficient method."
