A pharmacist plays an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists must fulfill competency standards as requirements for joining the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected by pharmacists to pass and join professional work practices. As a provision and experience, prospective pharmacists can understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, internship at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak during the period February-July 2020. During the internship, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

Pharmacists professional practice is a training activity for future pharmacists which aims to provide an overview about pharmacists role in our work society, and enhance the competences of future pharmacists. The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. The pharmacists professional practice is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi from January to February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Biak in April 2022. Through this pharmacists professional practice at pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacists are expected to increase their knowledge, understanding, experience, and skills.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

As experience in providing pharmacist candidates to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices were implemented at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi, PT. Kimia Farma Trade and Distribution Bekasi Branch, and Apotek Prima Sehat for the period of February - August 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

"Dalam rantai pemasokan farmasi, obat-obatan yang dibuat dari produsen farmasi atau industri farmasi akan didistribusikan oleh distributor sampai di tangan konsumen melalui pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Apotek. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakselarasan database vendor pada Quality Compliance dengan Approved Vendor List (AVL) di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

"Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi

Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services."

Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk., Apotek Hidup Baru and PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period  of February to August 2020. During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab serta perannya sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan obat baik dalam rangka produksi maupun pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas. Pelayanan kefarmasian untuk masyarakat secara langsung dapat dilakukan di apotek, rumah sakit, maupun puskesmas. Sedangkan dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan serta produksi obat dengan kualitas yang telah terstandar dapat dilakukan di industri farmasi. Bertujuan agar terlatihnya calon apoteker dalam melakukan tugas kefarmasian serta meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker sehingga diperlukan praktik langsung di lapangan dengan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja dilakukan bertempa di Apotek Roxy Klender selama periode Februari 2022 dan PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan dilakukannya praktik kerja diharapkan apoteker dapat mengetahui tugas serta tanggung jawabnya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada masyarakat luas.

Pharmacists are one of the health workers who have duties and responsibilities and their role is very much needed in the management of drugs both in the context of production and service to the wider community. Pharmaceutical services for the community can be directly carried out at pharmacies, hospitals, and health centers. Meanwhile, in order to develop and produce drugs with standardized quality, it can be done in the pharmaceutical industry. The aim is to train prospective pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical duties and increase understanding of the roles, functions, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists so that direct practice is needed in the field by conducting Pharmacist Professional Work Practices. Work Practices are carried out at the Roxy Klender Pharmacy during the period of February 2022 and PT. Soho Pharmasi Industry during the period March – April 2022. By doing the work practice, it is hoped that pharmacists can know their duties and responsibilities both directly and indirectly to the wider community."

"Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam menghasilkan obat, yang meliputi pengadaan bahan awal dan bahan pengemas, produksi, pengemasan, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sampai diperoleh obat untuk didistribusikan. Cycle Time merupakan salah satu penentu target produksi. Untuk itu sangat penting suatu industri farmasi memastikan bahwa Cycle Time produk sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Komponen Cycle Time meliputi waktu operasional dan waktu tunggu. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam struktural dan manajemen apotek. Resep obat tentunya harus sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan pelayanan dan terapi pengobatan yang akan dijalani oleh pasien. Untuk mengevaluasi resep yang diterima apakah sudah memenuhi ketentuan atau tidak, maka dilakukan analisis pengkajian resep. Sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Analisis pengkajian resep meliputi aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan mulai dari juli hingga November 2021 dengan hasil pengamatan lapangan dalam bentuk laporan praktik kerja dengan kesimpulan hasil analisa dan solusi yang diberikan.

Pharmacist have role important in structural and management pharmacy. Recipe drug naturally must in accordance with the provisions that have been set for minimize error service and therapy treatment that will carried out by the patient. For evaluate accepted recipe is already Fulfill provision or no then conducted analysis assessment recipe. As has been set in Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Standard Service Pharmacy at the Pharmacy. Analysis assessment recipe covers aspect administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical. Internship start from July until November 2021 with results observation field in form report internship with conclusion results analysis and solutions provided."

"Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."
