Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan praktik profesi di industri farmasi dan fasilitas kesehatan. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker saat lulus dari pendidikan profesi dan memasuki lapangan kerja praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat kerja profesi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi dan Apotek Roxy Pamulang selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi selama PKPA.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement to carry out professional practices in pharmaceutical industry and health facilities. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) abilities that are expected to be possessed by pharmacists when they graduate from professional education and enter the professional practical work field. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work place, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was carried out at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Pamulang during the period February-June 2020. Prospective pharmacists are expected to broaden their horizons and understanding to do pharmaceutical work during PKPA."

Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected by pharmacists to pass and join professional work practices. As a provision and experience, prospective pharmacists can understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, internship at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak during the period February-July 2020. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

Pharmacists are professions that have an important role in pharmaceutical work. Pharmacists professional practice is a training activity for future pharmacists which aims to provide an overview about pharmacists role in our work society, and enhance the competences of future pharmacists. The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. The pharmacists professional practice is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi from January to February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Biak in April 2022. Through this pharmacists professional practice at pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacists are expected to increase their knowledge, understanding, experience, and skills.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

"Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam menghasilkan obat, yang meliputi pengadaan bahan awal dan bahan pengemas, produksi, pengemasan, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sampai diperoleh obat untuk didistribusikan. Untuk mengevaluasi resep yang diterima apakah sudah memenuhi ketentuan atau tidak, maka dilakukan analisis pengkajian resep. Sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Analisis pengkajian resep meliputi aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan mulai dari juli hingga November 2021 dengan hasil pengamatan lapangan dalam bentuk laporan praktik kerja dengan kesimpulan hasil analisa dan solusi yang diberikan.

Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran untuk mencapai standar berupa kemampuan akademik dan kemampuan profesi dalam mengaplikasikan pekerjaan kefarmasian yaitu praktik kerja profesi. Profesi apoteker salah satunya berperan dalam industri farmasi dan apotek yang dimana keduanya memerlukan profesi apoteker sebagai posisi kunci. A pharmacist is a profession which has an important role in many areas related to drugs and is a pharmacy undergraduate which had graduated as a Pharmacist and had said the pharmacist oath. One form of learning to achieve the standard that is academic skills and professional skills to apply pharmaceutical practice is in the form of an internship. One of the pharmacist roles is in the pharmaceutical industry and in pharmacy retail in which both of those need the profession of a pharmacist as a key position. This requires the prospective pharmacist to be able to identify and comprehend the roles of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy retail. Thus, a pharmacist internship was held at PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Jatikramat to fulfil the learning standard for prospective pharmacist and so could fulfil all competency standard of a pharmacist."

"Apoteker dalam prakteknya didasarkan pada pedoman yang diatur dalam undang-undang. Apoteker klinis berperan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan obat, sedangkan apoteker di industri berperan dalam menjamin mutu produksi obat. Diantara penyimpangan mutu yang terjadi adalah penyimpanan obat yang tidak tepat dan kejadian di luar spesifikasi ( Out Of Spesification /OOS ) selama produksi. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat di apotek dan menginvestigasi penyimpangan terhadap produk “x” BN ss6 yang memiliki nilai viskositas di luar spesifikasi. Evalusi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan kulitatif dan kuantitatif. Investigasi dilakukan untuk mencari akar masalah dengan metode Fish Bone. Hasil evalusi menunjukan penyimpanan obat yang sesuai ketentuan sebanyak 89,4%. Hasil investigasi menunjukan bahwa faktor perubahan sumber bahan baku dapat mempengaruhi produk akhir walaupun secara skala pilot sudah memenuhi syarat.

Pharmacists in practice are based on guidelines regulated by law. Clinical pharmacists play a role in improving drug services, while pharmacists in industry play a role in ensuring the quality of drug production. Among the quality deviations that occur are inappropriate drug storage and out of specification (OOS) events during production.

This scientific work aims to evaluate drug storage in pharmacies and investigate deviations from product “x” BN ss6 which has a viscosity value outside the specification. Evaluation is done by means of qualitative and quantitative observations. An investigation was conducted to find the root of the problem using the Fish Bone method. The results of the evaluation showed that the storage of drugs in accordance with the provisions was 89.4%.

The results of the investigation show that the change in the source of raw materials can affect the final product even though on a pilot scale it has met the requirements."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu dan PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Kegiatan PKPA di apotek dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 – 30 September 2021, dengan tujuan dapat memberikan gambaran secara langsung mengenai peran apoteker di apotek, salah satunya ialah dalam hal pengadaan dan pengendalian sediaan farmasi. Tugas khusus yang berjudul “Analisis Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu Pada Periode 1 – 31 Agustus 2021”, bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan obat antihipertensi terbanyak di apotek.Kegiatan PKPA di PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan. Melalui kegiatan ini penulis berkesempatan untuk melihat aktivitas yang ada di industri farmasi, terutama penerapan CPOB dalam industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Pemetaan Suhu Pada Climatic Chamber QACLI204, QACLI221 dan QACLI222” bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kegiatan kualifikasi, prinsip kualifikasi dan pemetaan suhu pada instrumen chamber. Proses kualifikasi dilakukan sesuai dengan standar operating procedure (SOP) yang berlaku di industri bersangkutan. Penulis melakukan pemetaan suhu pada climatic chamber untuk memperoleh dokumentasi distribusi suhu pada beberapa titik dalam climatic chamber.

Apothecary Profession Internsip (PKPA) was carried out at Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy and PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. PKPA activities in pharmacy is held on September 1 – 30, 2021, with the aim to provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in pharmacies, one of which is procurement and product control. This assignment entitled "Antihypertensive Drug Use Analysis at Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the Period 1 - 31 August 2021", aims to analyze the most use of antihypertensive drugs in pharmacies.

PKPA activities at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi lasts for two months. Through this activity, the author had the opportunity to see activities in the pharmaceutical industry, especially the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. The assignment entitled “Mapping Temperature for Climatic Chamber QACLI204, QACLI221 and QACLI222” aims to give an understanding of qualification activities, qualification principles and mapping temperature in chamber instruments. The qualification process is carried out in accordance with the industry’s standard operating procedure (SOP). The author carried out mapping temperature in climatic chamber to obtain documentation of temperature distribution at several points in the climatic chamber."

During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab serta perannya sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan obat baik dalam rangka produksi maupun pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas. Pelayanan kefarmasian untuk masyarakat secara langsung dapat dilakukan di apotek, rumah sakit, maupun puskesmas. Sedangkan dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan serta produksi obat dengan kualitas yang telah terstandar dapat dilakukan di industri farmasi. Bertujuan agar terlatihnya calon apoteker dalam melakukan tugas kefarmasian serta meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker sehingga diperlukan praktik langsung di lapangan dengan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja dilakukan bertempa di Apotek Roxy Klender selama periode Februari 2022 dan PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan dilakukannya praktik kerja diharapkan apoteker dapat mengetahui tugas serta tanggung jawabnya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada masyarakat luas.

Pharmacists are one of the health workers who have duties and responsibilities and their role is very much needed in the management of drugs both in the context of production and service to the wider community. Pharmaceutical services for the community can be directly carried out at pharmacies, hospitals, and health centers. Meanwhile, in order to develop and produce drugs with standardized quality, it can be done in the pharmaceutical industry. The aim is to train prospective pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical duties and increase understanding of the roles, functions, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists so that direct practice is needed in the field by conducting Pharmacist Professional Work Practices. Work Practices are carried out at the Roxy Klender Pharmacy during the period of February 2022 and PT. Soho Pharmasi Industry during the period March – April 2022. By doing the work practice, it is hoped that pharmacists can know their duties and responsibilities both directly and indirectly to the wider community."
