"ABSTRAK
Instansi XYZ merupakan instansi pemerintah yang sedang menghadapi beberapa isu permasalahan, antara lain mengenai pegawai yang mengundurkan diri, sikap para pegawai muda di tempat kerja, persepsi kepemimpinan, penghargaan, dan perilaku terkait perubahan. Para pegawai merupakan aset berharga yang perlu dipertahankan oleh instansi XYZ. Perlu diteliti lebih lanjut mengenai keinginan para pegawai muda yang sedang melakukan On-The-Job Training (OJT) untuk tinggal dan menjadi bagian dari instansi XYZ. Apakah para pegawai OJT ini tetap tinggal karena merasa adanya kewajiban kedinasan ataukah karena memiliki keterikatan psikologis dengan instansi XYZ? Apakah para pegawai OJT ini mendapatkan dukungan dari atasan maupun komunitasnya dalam usahanya yang tekun dan konsisten untuk menyelaraskan nilai pribadinya dengan nilai instansi XYZ? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Workplace Spirituality, Grit, dan Leader-Member Exchange terhadap Organizational Commitment pegawai OJT di instansi XYZ. Organizational Commitment menggunakan alat ukur dari Allen dan Meyer (1990). Workplace Spirituality diukur menggunakan alat ukur oleh Milliman, Czaplewski, dan Ferguson (2003). Grit diukur dengan alat ukur oleh Duckworth, Peterson, Matthews, dan Kelly (2007). Leader-Member Exchange menggunakan alat ukur dari Liden dan Maslyn (1998). Dari 524 populasi pegawai OJT instansi XYZ, 308 pegawai berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif, olah data membuktikan bahwa Workplace Spirituality, Grit, dan LMX berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Organizational Commitment (R2= 0.505, p< 0,001). Hubungan terkuat terjadi antara Workplace Spirituality dengan Organizational Commitment (R2= 0,467, p< 0,001). Lebih lanjut penelitian berusaha mendesain program intervensi yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kemampuan talenta muda ini melalui training. Mempertimbangkan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 dan instansi XYZ mewajibkan pegawainya untuk work from home, maka metode kelas training dilakukan secara online atau e-training. 27 pegawai OJT berpartisipasi pada e-training dan dipilih berdasar kelompok skor Workplace Spirituality rendah. Materi komunikasi efektif diberikan untuk mendukung kemampuan mereka membangun hubungan dengan lingkungan kerja baru dan menumbuhkan keterikatan dengan organisasi. Hasil evaluasi intervensi pada level reaksi memperlihatkan penyelenggaraan e-training telah sesuai dengan harapan dan memberikan kepuasan para partisipan. Sedangkan evaluasi pada level pembelajaran, terbukti adanya peningkatan pengetahuan partisipan yang signifikan setelah materi komunikasi efektif diberikan (t< -1,96, p< 0,05). ABSTRACT
As a government agency, XYZ faced several issues, such as withdrawing employees, the attitude of young employees in the workplace, leadership, rewards, and attitude toward change. Employees are valuable assets that need to be maintained by XYZ. Further research was needed to study how the On-The-Job Training (OJT) employees intention to stay and learn to be part of the XYZ agency. Did these OJT employees stay because of their official obligations, or were they psychologically attached to the XYZ agency? Did these OJT employees get support from their leader and workplace communities on their passion and consistent efforts to align their values with the XYZ's values? This study examined the relationship between Workplace Spirituality, Grit, and Leader-Member Exchange to Organizational Commitment of OJT employees at XYZ agencies 2019-2020. Organizational Commitment used measuring instruments from Allen and Meyer (1990). Spirituality Workplace was measured using a questionnaire by Milliman, Czaplewski, and Ferguson (2003). Questionnaire by Duckworth, Peterson, Matthews, and Kelly (2007) was used to measure Grit. LMX was measured using Liden and Maslyn (1998) questionnaire. 308 OJT employees of XYZ participated in this study. Through quantitative research methods, data processing proved that Workplace Spirituality, Grit, and LMX positively and significantly correlated with the Organizational Commitment of these OJT employees. The most substantial relationship occurred between Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Commitment (R2= 0,467, p< 0,001). Furthermore, this research designed an intervention program to develop these young talents' abilities through training. Considering the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic and work from home applied in the XYZ agency, the training was conducted online or e-training. 27 OJT employees participated in this e-training and were selected based on the lower score group of workplace spirituality. Effective communication materials supported their ability to build relationships with the new workplace and fostered meaningfulness with the organizations. The evaluation of interventions at the reaction level showed that the implementation of e-training was in line with the participants' expectations and satisfaction. While the evaluation at the learning level, it was proven that there was a significant increase in participant knowledge after effective communication material was given (p< 0.05, t< -1.96). Further discussion and subsequent research suggestions were explained in the last chapter."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari peningkatan leader-member exchange terhadap motivasi karyawan dengan pemberian pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal pada atasan dalam Divisi EM di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian action research. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 41 orang karyawan pada level staf dan nonstaf yang berada dalam Divisi EM di PT. XYZ. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur leader-member exchange yaitu LMX-MDM dari Liden & Maslyn (1998) dan alat ukur motivasi kerja yang telah diadaptasi oleh Amaria (2000). Untuk menguji hipotesa penelitian, peneliti melakukan uji statistik multiple regression untuk mengetahui pengaruh LMX terhadap motivasi kerja.
Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari LMX terhadap motivasi kerja dengan dimensi kontribusi dan loyalitas sebagai pemberi kontribusi terbesar. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti menetapkan intervensi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal pada atasan. Kemudian peneliti melakukan uji beda pada skor LMX sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi juga pada skor motivasi kerja, sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi.
Hasilnya adalah tidak ada perbedaan antara skor LMX sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi dan juga tidak ada perbedaan antara skor motivasi kerja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Hal ini disebabkan karena jarak waktu post test yang terlalu singkat sehingga atasan belum dapat mengimplementasikan hasil dari pelatihan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari yang akan berdampak pada persepsi bawahan akan kualitas hubungan timbal balik antara atasan dan bawahan.

The study was conducted to observe the effect of an enhancing in leader-member exchange on employee motivation by providing interpersonal communications training for supervisors in the Division of EM in the PT. XYZ. This study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches to research and action research type of design. Number of respondents in the study is 41 employees in EM Divisions in PT. XYZ. Measuring devices used in this study is aan attitudinal scale, leader-member exchange - LMX-MDM from Liden & Maslyn (1998) and work motivation tool that has been adapted by Amaria (2000). To test the hypothesis of the study, researchers conducted a multiple regression statistical test to determine the effect of LMX on work motivation.
Calculation results indicate that there are significant effects of LMX on work motivation and further test show that loyalty and contribution dimension form LMX are giving the largest contribution to work motivation. Based on these results the researchers determine appropriate interventions to address the problem by providing interpersonal communications training for supervisors. Then the researchers conducted a comparison test in LMX scores before and after the intervention also provided motivation to work on the score, before and after the intervention.
The result is no difference between LMX scores before and after intervention and also no difference between scores before and after work motivation is given intervention. This is due to post-test interval is too short so that the supervisors can not implement the results of training in the daily work that will impact on the subordinate's perception of the quality of mutual relations between superiors and subordinates.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh peningkatan kualitas leadermember exchange terhadap perilaku inovatif pada karyawan kantor pusat PT BB melalui pemberian pelatihan coaching pada atasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT BB, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri mining. Responden penelitian ini adalah 46 orang karyawan level staf. Pengukuran perilaku inovatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Innovative Work Behaviour dari Janssen (2000), sedangkan leader-member exchange diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur LMX-M dari Wu (2009). Pengolahan data awal menjelaskan bahwa leader-member exchange secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif (r2 = 0.422) dengan dimensi affect dan exchange sebagai dua dimensi yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar.
Berdasarkan pengolahan data awal, ditentukan intervensi yang dilakukan adalah intervensi pelatihan coaching pada atasan. Responden intervensi adalah 4 orang atasan langsung dari karyawan yang memiliki skor leader-member exchange dan perilaku inovatif dalam kategori rendah. Efektifitas intervensi diukur melalui evaluasi reaksi, pembelajaran, dan tingkah laku. Pengukuran posttest dilakukan 8 hari setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan kepada 6 orang bawahan dari atasan yang mengikuti pelatihan. Hasilnya terdapat peningkatan skor leadermember exchange yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan (Z= -2,041, p =0.041). Namun demikian, tidak terdapat peningkatan skor perilaku inovatif yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah atasan diberikan pelatihan (Z= -1,095, p = 0.273).

This research aims to determine the influence of leader-member exchange enhancement on innovative behavior in PT BB's employee by providing coaching training for supervisor. This research was conducted at PT BB, a mining company. Respondents were 46 employees from staff level. Innovative behavior was measured using innovative work behavior scale by Janssen (2000), whereas leader-member exchange was measured using LMX-M scale by Wu (2009). Pretest data showed that leader-member exchange influences innovative behavior significantly (r2=0.422), furthermore affect and exchange found to have the biggest contribution.
Based on the result, researcher design a coaching training for supervisor as an intervention to enhance leader-member exchange so it predicts to enhace innovative behavior too. Intervention gived to 4 supervisor whom their subordinate had low score on leader-member exchange and innovative behavior. Effectivity of coaching training was measured by evaluate the reaction, learning, and behavior changing. Post-test was measured to 6 subordinates, 8 days after the intervention. The result showed there was significant improvement on leadermember exchange score after the intervention (Z = -2,041, p =0.041). For instance, there was not significant improvement on innovative behavior (Z = -1,095, p = 0.273).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh leader-member exchange dan fun at work terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior studi kasus pada PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di gedung Telkom Hub. Jumlah total responden adalah 130 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian menggunakan teknik SEM dengan aplikasi LISREL 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fun at work dan work engagement serta berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa fun at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement namun tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan tentang adanya pengaruh langsung leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior dan tidak langsung melalui fun at work.

This study was conducted to see the effect of leader-member exchange and fun at work on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior in Indonesian Telecommunication Company. Respondents are permanent employees of Telkom Indonesia Company located at the headquarters involving 130 respondents. The data were collected using a set of questionnaires and were analyzed using SEM technique with LISREL 8.80 application. The results showed that leader-member exchange has a positive significant effect on fun at work and work engagement and negative significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. In addition, this study also found that fun at work has a positive and significant effect on work engagement but does not have a significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. This study also compared the direct influence of leader-member exchange on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior with the indirect one through fun at work."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara leader-member exchange (LMX) dengan work engagement serta melihat pengaruh masa kerja sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan kedua variabel tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi pelatihan coaching dalam meningkatkan LMX dan work engagement. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas XYZ sebanyak 194 partisipan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis moderasi Hayes process pada SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa LMX berhubungan positif serta memprediksi work engagement secara signifikan, namun peran masa kerja sebagai moderator tidak terbukti. Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan LMX dan work engagement adalah pelatihan coaching kepada atasan. Evaluasi terhadap intervensi dilakukan dalam waktu 2 minggu dengan melihat skor pretest dan posttest menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan perilaku para atasan tentang coaching terbukti mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and work engagement and measure the effect of tenure as a moderator on the relationship between the two variables. In addition, this study also focused to measure the effectiveness of coaching training in improving LMX and work engagement. The sample used in this study is Civil Servants (PNS) at Dinas XYZ. The data collected were 194 participants, which processed using the Hayes process moderation analysis technique in SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that LMX is positively related and predicts work engagement significantly, meanwhile the role of tenure as a moderator is not proven. The intervention carried out to be able to improve LMX and work engagement is coaching training for superiors. Evaluation of the intervention was held within 2 weeks using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the analysis showed that the supervisor`s learning and behavior changing about coaching proved to be significantly improved after the intervention."

"Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua studi, yaitu studi pertama yang merupakan studi korelasional dan studi kedua yang merupakan program intervensi. Studi korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara leader-member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan, dilakukan kepada 71 karyawan Divisi Rooms (Front Office, Health Club & Spa) pada Hotel XYZ. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu alat ukur leader-member exchange dari Liden dan Maslyn (1998) dan alat ukur supervisi dari kepuasan kerja yang dikembangkan oleh Luthans (2002). Hasil studi pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan (r=.79, p<.01). Selanjutnya, studi kedua bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan leader-member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan setelah diberikan intervensi. Intervensi merupakan program pelatihan coaching for coach yang dilakukan kepada 10 karyawan Divisi Rooms (Front Office, Health Club & Spa) pada Hotel XYZ. Karyawan tersebut merupakan atasan yang memiliki bawahan dengan skor kepuasan terhadap atasan rendah. Hasil evaluasi level 1 (reaksi) dari studi kedua menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa pelatihan secara keseluruhan sudah baik. Hasil evaluasi level 2 (pembelajaran) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan sudah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta secara signifikan (z=-2.40, p<.05). Hasil evaluasi level 3 (perilaku) menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat peningkatan skor leader-member exchange (z=-1.34, p>.05) dan kepuasan terhadap atasan (z=-1.342, p>.05) secara signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi. Program intervensi belum efektif meningkatkan leader-member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam diskusi penelitian ini.

This research consisted of two studies, namely the first study which is a correlational study and the second study which is an intervention program. A correlational study aimed at looking at the relationship between leader-member exchange and supervision satisfaction was conducted on 71 employees of the Rooms Division (Front Office, Health Club & Spa) at XYZ Hotel. The measurement of variables used two measuring instruments namely leader-member exchange measuring instrument from Liden and Maslyn (1998) and supervisory measure of job satisfaction developed by Luthans (2002). The result of the first study showed that there was a significant relationship between leader-member exchange and supervisor satisfaction (r=.79, p<.01). Furthermore, the second study aimed to determine the increase in leader-member exchange and supervision satisfaction after being given an intervention. Intervention is coaching for coach training program conducted for 10 employees of the Rooms Division (Front Office, Health Club & Spa) at XYZ Hotel. The employees were the leaders who have subordinates with a low supervision satisfaction score. Level 1 (reaction) evaluation result from the second study showed that the participants felt that the overall training was good. The result of level 2 evaluation (learning) showed that the training given has been able to significantly increase participants' knowledge (z = -2.40, p<.05). Level 3 (behavior) evaluation result showed that there were no significantly increase in leader-member exchange (z = -1.34, p>.05) and supervision satisfaction (z = -1.342, p>.05) after the intervention was given. The intervention program which has not effectively increased leader-member exchange and supervision satisfaction will be discussed further in this research."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment terhadap extra role performance dengan mediasi organizational commitment pada karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 280 karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Model penelitian menggunakan 7 hipotesis yang diuji oleh Structural Equation Modeling SEM .Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap extra role performance. Organizational commitment memediasi hubungan antara leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment dengan extra role performance.Kata kunci: leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, extra role performance, organizational commitment.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know the impact between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, and psychological empowerment on extra role performance mediated by organizational commitment of Indonesian employee at Embassy X. This study using 280 respondents of Indonesian employees at Embassy X and Structural Equation Model SEM method is used for analyzing data.The results declare that organizational commitment is positively related to extra role performance and acts as mediator between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment and extra role performance. "

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efek ethical leadership terhadap organizational cynicism dari karyawan perusahaan e-commerce di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menguji mekanisme variabel leader-member exchange dan organizational identification sebagai variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM) dari data yang didapatkan melalui survei cross-sectional dari 195 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational cynicism yang dirasakan oleh karyawan perusahaan e-commerce di Jabodetabek. Selain itu, leader-member exchange dan organizational identification tidak memediasi hubungan antara ethical leadership dan organizational cynicism secara parsial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori pada variabel penelitian ini yaitu ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, dan organizational cynicism. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial yang dapat diterapkan diterapkan oleh organisasi terkait dengan konsep ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, dan organizational cynicism.

This study aims to see the effect of ethical leadership on organizational cynicism of employees of e-commerce companies in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). This study examines the mechanism of the variable leader-member exchange and organizational identification as a mediating variable using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach from data obtained through a cross-sectional survey of 195 respondents. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership does not affect organizational cynicism perceived by employees of e-commerce companies in Greater Jakarta negatively. In addition, leader-member exchange and organizational identification did not partially mediate the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational cynicism. This study contributes to the development of theory on the variables of this study, namely ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, and organizational cynicism. Furthermore, this study also contributes to managerial implications that can be applied by organizations related to the concept of ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, and organizational cynicism."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader-member exchange quality, job embeddedness, dan organizational identification terhadap turnover intention pada knowledge workers dari generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling dalam proses pengumpulan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dari 206 orang knowledge worker generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1982-2000) yang memiliki atasan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job embeddedness, job embeddedness memengaruhi organizational identification secara positif dan turnover intention secara negatif, job embeddedness memediasi hubungan antara leader-member exchange quality dengan organizational identification serta leader-member exchange quality dengan turnover intention, dan organizational identification tidak memengaruhi turnover intention dan tidak memediasi hubungan negatif antara job embeddedness dan turnover intention.
Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi teoritis berupa pengaruh leader-member exchange quality, job embeddedness, dan organizational identification terhadap turnover intention, serta kontribusi praktis berupa bahan pertimbangan untuk pengelolaan turnover intention dari knowledge workers generasi milenial di Indonesia.

This research aims to discover the effects of leader-member exchange quality, job
embeddedness, and organizational identification on Indonesian millennial knowledge
workers' turnover intention. This research is a quantitative research that utilizes crosssectional
design and purposive sampling method in primary data collection process.
Research sample was obtained from 206 Indonesian millennial knowledge workers (born
between 1982 and 2000) who have direct supervisors at work and the data analysis
process is conducted by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. Results from this research indicate that leader-member exchange quality affects job embeddedness positively, job embeddedness affects organizational identification positively and turnover intention negatively, job embeddedness mediates the relationship between both leader-member exchange quality and organizational identification alongside leader-member exchange quality and turnover intention, and organizational identification does not affect turnover intention nor mediate the negative relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. The theoretical contributions of this
study include insights regarding the effects of leader-member exchange quality, job
embeddedness, and organizational identification on turnover intention, while the
practical contribution is provision of considerable factors in managing turnover intention
of Indonesian millennial knowledge workers.

"Penelitian ini difokuskan pada usaha untuk meningkatkan leader member exchange dari bawahan dan kepuasannya terhadap atasan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur leader member exchange yang diadaptasi dari Liden dan Maslyn (1998) dan faset kepuasan terhadap atasan dari Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1997). Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson terhadap 35 orang bawahan di PT. X, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara leader member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan (r = 0.522 dan signifikansi 0.001). Leader member exchange bawahan di PT. X tergolong rendah, oleh karena itu diusulkan intervensi coaching dari atasan kepada bawahan. Untuk itu, atasan perlu diberikan pelatihan dasar coaching dan buku panduan coaching. Walau sebatas sosialisasi kepada manajemen PT. X, tanggapan yang diberikan positif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan dan buku panduan coaching tersebut sesuai untuk diberikan kepada para atasan PT. X, sehingga diharapkan leader member exchange dan kepuasan terhadap atasan dapat meningkat.

This research is focused on the effort to improve leader member exchange from subordinate and their supervision satisfaction at PT. X. Measurement scale that is used in this research are leader member exchange scale from Liden and Maslyn (1998) and supervisory facet from Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1997). Pearson correlation analysis from 35 subordinates at PT. X shows that there?s a positive and significant correlation between leader member exchange and supervisory satisfaction (r = 0.522 and significance 0.001). Leader member exchange from subordinates at PT. X are low, therefore coaching intervention from superordinate to subordinate was proposed. To that end, superordinate need to be given basic coaching training and guidance book about coaching. Although it just socialization to the management of PT. X, the response is positive. Coaching training and guidance book of coaching are suitable to be given at PT. X, so that leader member exchange and supervisory satisfaction are expected to increase.
