"Pohon memiliki kerentanan tumbang terutama di musim tertentu. Seperti pohon Sengon (P.Falcataria) di lingkungan kampus Universitas Indonesia yang sangat rentan tumbang. Kayu dibagi menjadi 2 kategori berdasarkan kandungan air di dalamnya, yaitu kayu segar (Green Wood) dan kayu kering (Dried Wood). Kayu segar (Green Wood) sendiri diartikan sebagai kayu yang baru saja dipotong dari pohon tanpa dilakukan pengeringan. Sedangkan kayu kering (Dried Wood) diartikan sebagai kayu dari pohon yang telah dikeringkan. Karena itu menggunakan data mechanical properties dari kayu yang telah melalui proses pengeringan sebagai dasar untuk mencari kapasitas kerentanan tumbang pohon hidup akan berujung kepada suatu kekeliruan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait mechanical properties yaitu kekuatan lengkung (bending), kekuatan geser (hardness), dan kekuatan kekerasan (hardness) dengan target spesifik adalah pohon Sengon (Paraserianthes Falcataria) dikarenakan pohon tersebut memiliki tingkat kerentanan tumbang yang tinggi di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia, dengan perangkat lunak finite element method berbasis dari uji material properties, yaitu uji lengkung, uji geser dan uji tusuk. Pohon Sengon mampu menahan beban lengkung hingga 30000 N. Pohon Sengon mampu menahan beban geser hingga mencapai 30000 N. Pohon Sengon mampu menahan beban tusukan hingga mencapai 130000 N.

Trees have fallen vulnerability especially in certain seasons. Like the Sengon tree (P. Falcataria) in the University of Indonesia campus environment that is very vulnerable to collapse. Wood is divided into 2 categories based on the water content in it, namely fresh wood (Green Wood) and dry wood (Dried Wood). Therefore, using mechanical data properties from wood that has been through the process of drying as a basis for finding the vulnerability capacity of fallen live trees will lead to a mistake. This study aims to obtain information related to material properties, namely Bending Strength, Shear Strength, and Hardness Strength with specific targets are the Sengon tree (Paraserianthes Falcataria) because the tree has a high level of vulnerability to fall in the University of Indonesia environment, with the finite element method software based on the test for each mechanical properties, namely the bending test, shear test and puncture test. Sengon tress are able to withstand bending load up to 30000 N, shear load up to 30000 N, and puncture load up to 130000 N."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) di lingkungan PT ABC serta pemenuhan tahap Work In Progress pada satu pekerjaan yaitu Fabrikasi dan Penggantian Sulfur Stack unit 25-SK-101 yang Melibatkan PT XYZ dalam pengerjaannya pada November 2012. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui elemen yang dinilai dalam proses pemenuhan pada tahap Work In Progress serta faktor-faktor penyebab tidak terpenuhinya penilaian dalam tahap ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode observasi serta penilaian dengan bantuan lampiran Checklist Penilaian pada Tahap Work In Progress, antara lain Checklist HSE Work Practice, Checklist HSE Programs, Checklist Penilaian HSE Performance Indicator, serta hasil penilaian pada tahap sebelumnya yaitu Pre Job Activity. Penilaian pada Tahap Pre Job Activity PT XYZ adalah sebesar 94.7%, lalu Penilaian HSE Work Practice PT XYZ adalah sebesar 89.35%, pada Penilaian HSE Programs PT XYZ mendapat nilai sebesar 81.08%, sedangkan Penilaian HSE Performance Indicator PT XYZ mendapat nilai sebesar 83%.

The focus of this essay is Implementation of Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) in PT ABC and Stage of Work In Progress’s Compliance in Project Fabrication and The Replacement of Sulfur Stack unit 25-SK-101 Involving PT XYZ on November 2012. The purpose of this study is to understand the elements which assessed in Stage of Work In Progress’s Compliance, and also the non fulfilled factors of assessment in this stage. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive with an observation method and also assessment by the required checklist related to the Work In Progress Compliance, which are HSE Work Practice Checklist, HSE Programs Checklist, HSE Performance Indicator Checklist, and also assessment from the previous stage which is Pre Job Activity. The assessment in stage of Pre Job Activity PT XYZ is 94.7%, the assessment of HSE Work Practice PT XYZ is 89.35%, the assessment of HSE Programs PT XYZ is 81.08%, and the assessment of HSE Performance Indicator PT XYZ is 83%."

"Defect yang terjadi berulang pada sebuah produk menandakan bahwa penyebab utama defect tersebut belum ditemukan, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akar penyebab terjadinya defect pada proses perakitan PCB. Untuk mengetahui akar penyebab permasalahan tersebut, digunakanlah metode Fault Tree Analysis, didukung dengan metode Process Attribute Chart dan Defect Analysis Matrix untuk mengarahkan fokus penelitian.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama terjadinya defect berasal dari peralatan atau Jig yang digunakan serta pengaturan parameter mesin yang tidak sesuai. Metode Fault Tree Analysis dapat menunjukan prioritas perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi jumlah defect serta meningkatkan kualitas produk.

Defects that occur repeatedly on a product indicates that the main cause of the defect has not been found, it can affect the quality of product. This study aims to determine the root cause of the defect in the assembly process of PCB. To find the root cause, Fault Tree Analysis method is used, supported by Process Atributte Chart and Defect Analysis Matrix methods to direct the focus of research.
Research shows that the main cause of the defect are from the tools that used in process and machine parameter settings are not appropriate. Fault Tree Analysis method can indicate the priority improvements made to reduce the number of defects and improve quality of product.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keselamatan navigasi di pelabuhan sekitarnya sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelabuhan dalam hubungannya dengan program Pemerintah Indonesia dalam meminimalkan biaya logistik maritim. Sistem dan infrastruktur navigasi pelabuhan seperti sistem manajemen lalu-lintas kapal, jalur navigasi, bak pelabuhan, dermaga dll. Memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan produktivitas dan efisiensi pelabuhan, terutama di pelabuhan yang sibuk seperti Tanjung Priok. Kecelakaan apa pun yang terjadi akan mengganggu kegiatan pelabuhan dan menciptakan biaya yang tidak perlu. Metode Penilaian Keselamatan Formal seperti yang diperkenalkan oleh Organisasi Maritim Internasional dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan analisis risiko kualitatif dan kuantitatif berdasarkan data dan informasi yang tersedia yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber. Diidentifikasi bahwa kecelakaan yang terjadi di pelabuhan air depan terutama disebabkan oleh kapal, lingkungan, faktor manusia, dan manajemen. Hasil penilaian kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengusulkan strategi perbaikan.Kata kunci: penilaian keamanan formal, keselamatan navigasi port, analisis risiko, akar penyebab.

ABSTRACT
The study is aimed to assess the navigation safety in the port surrounding area as part of the effort to increase the port performance in conjunction with Indonesian Government rsquo s program in minimizing the cost of maritime logistic. Port navigation system and infrastructure such as vessels traffic management system, navigation lanes, port basin, quay etc. play important role in determining the productivity and efficiency of the port, especially in the busy port such as Tanjung Priok. Any accident happens would interrupt port activities and creates unnecessary costs. Formal Safety Assessment method as introduced by International Maritime Organization was implemented in the study. The assessment was carried out using qualitative and quantitative risks analyses based on the available data and information gathered from various sources. It was identified that accidents occurred in the port water front were mainly due to the ships, environment, human factors, and management. Results of the assessment were then used as the basis for proposing improvement strategy. Key words formal safety assessment, port navigation safety, risks analysis, root causes.

"Salah satu transportasi laut yang dapat memasuki daerah pedalaman dan area terpencil ialah angkutan laut Ro-Ro Roll On-Roll Off. Sarana angkutan laut Ro-Ro dan sejenisnya memiliki teknologi yang mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan masyarakat, dikarenakan mempunyai draft minimum serta multifungsi. Pola ini dapat dikembangkan dan bersaing dengan transportasi lain, yang dimana memiliki tarif relatif murah dan terjangkau. Adanya berbagai dasar penyebab kecelakaan pada kapal ro-ro ferry menjadikan peraturan terhadap kapal ro-ro ferry semakin diperketat. Jenis kecelakaan dengan frekuensi terbesar adalah tubrukan/kontak di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak ndash; Bakauheni pada periode Januari 2017 ndash; April 2018.
Faktor utama penyebab kecelakaan kapal di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak Bakauheni ialah pengaruh cuaca. Langkah yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kapal di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak Bakauheni dengan menggunakan metode FSA Formal Safety Assesment terbagi menjadi tiga yakni peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan peraturan di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak Bakauheni, dan penanganan kecelakaan kapal oleh instansi terkait di pelabuhan. Penilaian risiko ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengurangi kecelakaan kapal ro-ro ferry dan mencegah konsekuensi yang lebih besar.

One of the sea transportation that can enter the inland and remote areas is the Ro Ro sea transport Roll On Roll Off. Ro Ro sea transport facilities and the like have technology that is able to facilitate the needs of the community, due to having minimum and multifunctional drafts. This pattern can be developed and compete with other transportation, which has relatively cheap and affordable tariff. The existence of various causes of accidents on board Ro Ro Ferry makes the regulation of the Ro Ro Ferry ship increasingly tightened. Type of accident with the largest frequency is the impact contact at the Port Crossing Merak Bakauheni in the period January 2017 April 2018.
The main factor causing ship accidents at Merak Crosswalk Bakauheni is the influence of weather. The steps that can be taken to reduce the ship accident at Merak Bakauheni Crossing by using FSA Formal Safety Assesment method is divided into three namely human resource quality improvement, supervision in the implementation of the regulations at the Merak Bakauheni Crossing Port, and the handling of ship accident by the institution related at the port. This risk assessment is expected to be a solution in reducing Ro Ro Ferry ship accidents and preventing greater consequences.

"Pestisida dipercaya dapat menurunkan populasi hama dengan cepat sehingga meluasnya hama dapat dicegah. Residu pestisida menimbulkan efek yang dalam jangka panjang dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan berupa gangguan pada sistem syaraf serta metabolisme enzim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kadar residu pestisida yang terdapat dalam buah apel, anggur, pir dan stroberi. Sebuah metode Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) yang cepat dan sensitif, dalam mode ionisasi elektrospray positif, telah dikembangkan untuk penentuan multi-kelas pestisida. Ekstrak diperoleh dengan menggunakan asetonitril dengan teknik preparasi sampel berbasis QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe). Untuk acuan uji digunakan 3 jenis bahan aktif pestisida dari 2 golongan organofosfat dan karbamat.
Dari metode validasi yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi, R2 ≥ 0,996 dengan rentang 0-1000 ppb dan 0-1 ppm. Rentang batas deteksi (LOD) dan batas kuantisasi (LOQ) dari ketiga senyawa berkisar dari konsentrasi 0,01 ppm - 0,215 ppm. Persen perolehan kembali berkisar antara 38%-44% dengan standar deviasi relatif <16%. Persen perolehan kembali yang rendah dikarenakan komponen matriks yang terdapat dalam sampel dan juga nilai LOD yang rendah sehingga sensitivitas alat berkurang.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pestisida dimetoat tidak terdapat dalam sampel buah anggur, stroberi, dan pir yang telah diuji. Sedangkan, residu pestisida karbaril dan klorpirifos ditemukan dalam buah-buahan tersebut dengan intensitas yang sangat rendah sehingga tidak terdeteksi oleh alat karena berada dibawah batas deteksi. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa buah-buahan tersebut masih aman untuk dikonsumsi karena berada dibawah Batas Maksimum Residu yang ditetapkan oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional dalam SNI 7313:2008.

Pesticides are believed to reduce the population of pests quickly so the widespread of pests can be prevented. The effects of pesticide residues in the long term can lead to health problems such as interference with the nervous system and metabolic enzymes. The purpose of this research is to determine the pesticide residues found in apples, grapes, pears and strawberries. Samples taken at random, from traders and supermarkets in the area of Depok. A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method, in electrospray ionization positive mode, has been developed for the determination of selected multi-class pesticides. Extracts were obtained using the acetonitrile- based QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) sample preparation technique. For the reference test used 3 types of active ingredients from two groups of pesticide which is organophosphates and carbamates.
Based on the validation methods, R2 values obtained ≥ 0,996 with a range of 0-1000 ppb and 0-1 ppm. Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) of the third compound concentrations ranged from 0,01 ppm - 0,215 ppm. Percent recoveries ranging from 38%-44% with relative standard deviations <16%. Percent recoveries was low due to matrix components present in the sample and a low LOD?s value so that the instrument sensitivity is reduced. Data analysis samples were then interpreted, and the figures obtained were compared with standard Maximum Residue Limit pesticides listed in ISO 7313:2008.
Based on the analysis, pesticide dimethoate was not present in samples of grapes, strawberries, and pears that have been tested. However, karbaril and chlorpyrifos pesticide residues found in these fruits with a very low intensity so that was not detected by the instrument because it is below the limit of detection. Thus concluded that the fruit is still safe to eat because they are under Residue Limit set by Badan Standardisasi Nasional in SNI 7313:2008.

"Perilaku berkendara aman(safety riding) merupakan bagian dari budaya keselamatan. Terdapat dua faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku aman berkendara (safety riding), yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal merupakan karakteristik orang yang bersangkutan yang bersifat bawaan yang meliputi pengetahuan, motivasi, dan sikap sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah lingkungan yang meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri, kondisi kendaraan, kondisi jalan, dan fasilitas rambu dan marka jalan. Desain peneltian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini ingin menunjukkan gambaran perilaku aman berkendara pada pengandara ojek di Universitas Indonesia, sedangkan hasil yang didapat untuk melihat adakah hubungan antara faktor internal dengan perilaku dan faktor eksternal dengan perilaku adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara pengetahuan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan perilaku aman berkendara, dan terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi kendaran dengan perilaku berkendara aman.

Safe riding behavior is a part of the culture of safety. There are two factors that affect safey riding behavior, the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are those characteristics that are innate in question includes the use of knowledge, motivation, and attitude while the external factors is the environment such as use of personal protective equipment, vehicle condition, road conditions, and facility signs and road markings. The design of this research using quantitave research with cross sectional design. The result of this study to demonstrate safe riding behavior pictures of ojek at the University of Indonesia, while the result obtained to see is there a relationship between internal factors and external factors to the behavior with the behavior is the presence of a significant relationship between knowledge of safe riding behavior, motivation of safe riding behavior, attitude of safe riding behavior, personal protective equipment of safe riding behavior, vehicle condition of safe riding bahavior, road condition of safe riding behavior, and facility signs and road markings of safe riding behavior."

Kapal sebagai alat transportasi yang digunakan untuk mengangkut muatan di laut dalam jumlah yang besar dengan jarak tempuh yang jauh. Sebagaimana diketahui faktor utama yang sangat diperhatikan di kapal adalah keamanan yang mana banyak sekali potensial terjadinya kecelakaan. Dalam memproduksi kapal, faktor keamanan dapat ditentukan oleh kekuatan struktur kapal tersebut karena struktur lambung kapal yang akan secara langsung menerima beban dinamis maupun statik. Maka dari itu pemakaian Stiffener sangat lah penting sebagai penguat yang berada pada double bottom, kamar mesin, dll. Penulis akan memfokuskan metode perancangan dengan perhitungan numerik beserta simulasi software untuk mengetahui ultmate strength dengan pembebanan secara longitudinal compression untuk mengetahui perbandingan dimensi dan pengaruh massa terhadap Ultimate Strength. Diharapkan pada desain dapat dilihat pengaruh dimensi terhadap Section Modulus, massa, serta Ultimate Strength agar dapat digunakan untuk perancangan Stiffener selanjutnya pada kapal.

ABSTRAK
Ships as a means of transportation used to transport cargo in the sea in large numbers with long distances. As it is known that the main factor that is noticed on the ship is the security which is a lot of potential accidents. In producing ships, the safety factor can be determined by the strength of the ship 39 s structure because the hull structure of the ship will directly receive dynamic or static loads. Therefore, the use of Stiffener is very important as a support in double bottom, engine room, etc. The author will focus on the design method with numerical calculation along with software simulation to know Ultimate Strength with longitudinal compression loading to know the ratio of dimension and mass effect to Ultimate Strength. It is expected that the design can be seen the effect of dimension on Section Modulus, mass, and Ultimate Strength in order to be used in designing the next Stiffener on the ship."
