The news trading phenomenon journalists and media commit is also found in Indonesia. This study aims to identify patterns of how mainstream media institutions in Indonesia and how the role of ideology, hegemony, and oligarchy in news trading results in the abuse of media power as a form of corporate misconduct. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were literature studies which used to collect data through books, international journals, and documents, and in-depth interviews conducted with nine informants to explore the experiences and knowledge of the informants regarding the phenomenon. Data analysis techniques were performed using Nvivo qualitative data processing software. The results show that social harm occurs because of the reproduction of identity political ideas, which then marginalize minority groups in society and perpetuate the dominant group's power. From the concept of criminogenic media, media behavior deviations in constructing and transmitting violent content (verbal or nonverbal) can change the behavior of those exposed to it. The mainstream media's indifference to the possible threat of social disharmony due to exposure to misleading content and the participants' attitude fighting for specific interests, coupled with news trading transactions, this AoMP practice can be seen as corporate misconduct. The series of practices of abuse of media power through news trading as corporate misconduct that triggers moral panic and social harm violates journalistic ethics and is also a form of "crime to a certain degree.""

This study discusses to explain religious practices through social networks among xkwavers in online media, especially social media. Previous studies have explained that the existence of technology results in religious authority no longer concentrating on the holders of religious authority which are seen as official such as scholars, priests, priests and others. In addition, previous studies also explained that migrations among young people contributed to changes in lifestyle, appearance and religious attitudes and behavior of young Muslims who tended to strictly interpret Islamic law. This study discusses networked religion that focuses on the implementation of religious practices facilitated online by xkwavers in digital space. Through this study the researcher supports the argument that the presence of digital information technology does not automatically weaken traditional religious authority but that religious authority becomes more fluid and fragmented in digital space. While in the context of the movement of hijrah among xkwavers, changes occur not only in religious life in the offline space but also an increase in xkwavers online religious practices on social media. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and online observation methods on social media. Field findings show that migrants who have emigrated interact with each other through social media in which exchange of information and knowledge of religious values and teachings have an influence on their understanding and interpretation of Islam. This is considered consistent with the idea of hijrah that they understand, which is to improve the quality of piety for the xkwavers. In addition, online religious practices (religious online) among xkwavers turned out to be more than just a transition to offline religious practices that were converted into the online realm but also had an influence on views and beliefs about the values and teachings of Islam of xkwavers. In the case of social networking, networking is not only formed among xkwavers in the community but the social network is also formed across the xkwavers community."

XYZ Company is a media and community company that app;lies Scrum in the process of developing key business support applications. The results of problem identification through interviews with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer showed that one of the root causes of the problem was that Scrum Events were not implemented and the Scrum team did not implement the Scrum guidelines strictly. This research evaluates the maturity level of Scrum implementation using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI C). Researchers used the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) as a model for calculating maturity. This SMM has been updated by following the 2020 Scrum Guide and Scrum best practices in 2020-2021 obtained from the literature study. We also distributed questionnaires to 33 respondents from the product team and the XYZ technology team, to affirm the appraisal result. This research recommends implementation improvements using the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) Cycle approach. The results of Scrum implementation maturity assesment is on Level 2. We recommend some practices to be implemented and improved in the objectives of (a) Scrum Role Exist; (b) Scrum Meetings Occur and are Participated; and (c) Daily Scrum Succeed. If applied consistently, XYZ will have quality improvement in Scrum implementation."
