"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara ciri-ciri kecerdasan emosional dengan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir sebagai individu yang berada pada tahap dewasa muda memiliki kebutuhan untuk memutuskan karir. Pengambilan keputusan karir membutuhkan pertimbangan yang kompleks. Pertimbangan yang kompleks membuat proses pengambilan keputusan karir menjadi sulit bagi beberapa mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Pengukuran kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir menggunakan Career Decision Making Failure Questionnaire (CDDQ) yang disusun oleh Gati et al (1996) dan untuk mengukur ciri-ciri kecerdasan emosional menggunakan alat ukur Trait Emotional Intelligence Questinnaire (TEIQue) yang disusun oleh Petrides & Furnham (2003) . Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 123 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik product moment Pearson menggunakan software SPSS edisi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan negatif antara ciri kecerdasan emosional dengan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir. Dengan demikian, semakin baik sifat kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki mahasiswa tingkat akhir, maka semakin mudah atau rendah kesulitan yang dihadapi mahasiswa tingkat akhir, begitu pula sebaliknya.
This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence traits and career decision making difficulties. Final year students as individuals who are in the young adult stage have a need to decide on a career. Career decision making requires complex judgment. Complex considerations make the career decision-making process difficult for some final year students. Measurement of career decision making difficulties using the Career Decision Making Failure Questionnaire (CDDQ) compiled by Gati et al (1996) and to measure emotional intelligence characteristics using the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questinnaire (TEIQue) measuring instrument compiled by Petrides & Furnham (2003) . This research was conducted on 123 final year students of the University of Indonesia. The research data was processed using Pearson's product moment technique using SPSS software edition 22. The results showed that there was a significant and negative relationship between the characteristics of emotional intelligence and the difficulty of making career decisions. Thus, the better the nature of emotional intelligence possessed by final year students, the easier or lower the difficulties faced by final year students, and vice versa."

"Siswa SMK yang menjalani kurikulum berorientasi kerja yang dilengkapi kegiatan magang, diharapkan untuk dapat memilih pilihan karir yang sesuai bidang studinya. Walaupun begitu, hasil wawancara awal menunjukkan siswa SMK masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan karirnya. Seharusnya melalui pengalaman magang ini siswa SMK memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan goal commitment yang dapat membuat mereka tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan karirnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran goal commitment sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir. Penelitian dilakukan pada satu SMK di Kabupaten Bogor pada 173 partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa goal commitment terbukti berperan sebagai mediator parsial pada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir. Dalam penelitian ini juga diuraikan mengenai keterbatasan dan saran-saran terkait.

Vocational high school students experienced a specially-designed curriculum with an internship program to accommodate them on transitioning into the working industry. Elicitation studies show that vocational high school students had career decision making difficulties. The internship program is supposed to enrich students’ emotional intelligence and goal commitment that would prevent career decision making difficulties to occur. This research aims to study the mediation effect of goal commitment in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career decision making difficulties. This research is conducted in a vocational high school in Bogor with a total of 173 participants. Result shows that goal commitment plays a partial mediation role in the relationship of emotional intelligence and career decision making difficulties. This research will also present the limitations and suggestions for future study."

"Persaingan era globalisasi saat ini menuntut individu lebih adaptif dalam menjalani karier. Adaptabilitas karier merupakan salah satu konstruk terkait psikologi karier yang berfokus untuk membantu individu mengawasi perkembangan karier semasa hidupnya. Asumsi yang ditegakkan adalah untuk mempunyai adaptabilitas karier, mahasiswa perlu memiliki bayangan yang jelas, spesifik dan mudah dibayangkan, diwakilkan oleh future work self. Selanjutnya, efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diduga dapat memediasi hubungan future work self terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 263 orang mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang minimal berada di semester tujuh perguruan tinggi.
Dalam penelitian ini, adaptabilitas karier diukur dengan Career Adapt-abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS-IF), future work self diukur dengan Future Work Self Saliance (FWSS) dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy–Short Form (CDSE-SF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa future work self memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier, serta hubungan ini merupakan mediasi parsial melalui efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi pusat pengembangan karier di perguruan tinggi.

Competition in the current era of globalization requires individuals to be more adaptive in their careers. Career adaptability is one of the constructs related to career psychology that focuses on helping individuals monitor career development during their lifetime. The assumption is to have a career adaptability, college students need to have clear, specific and easy to imagine images, represented by future work self. Furthermore, self-efficacy in career decisions is thought to mediated future work self relations with career adaptability. This research was conducted on 263 final years college students who were at least in the seventh semester of the university.
In this research, career adaptability was measured by Career Adapt-abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS-IF), future work self was measured by Future Work Self Saliance (FWSS), and career decision self-efficacy was measured by Career Decision Self-Efficacy–Short Form (CDSE-SF). The results showed that future work self has a strong relationship with career adaptability, and this relationship is a partial mediation through self-efficacy in career decisions. The results of this study give some benefits for career development center in university.

"Mahasiswa yang berada pada tingkat akhir memiliki tingkatan stress yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa pada tahun pertama. Mereka tidak hanya dihadapkan pada tuntutan yang tinggi terkait dengan akademis tetapi juga pada keputusan karirnya setelah kelu \lusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 365 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia yang telah memperoleh jumlah credit tidak kurang dari 96 credit. Optimisme diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver dan Bridges (1994) yang diadaptasi oleh Tasha (2011). Sedangkan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukut Career Decision Self Efficacy-Sort Form (CDSE-SF) yang dikembangkan oleh Taylor dan Betz (1996) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Sawitri (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir (r = +.306,p< .01). Dalam analisis tambahan juga ditemukan skor CDSE pada mahasiswa laki laki lebih tinggi daripada perempuan. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan perbedaan antara skor optimisme berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan rumpun ilmu pengetahuan.

The stress levels of senior year college students are higher than first-year students. Seniors are not only stressed with higher demands of academic responsibility but also the career decision making after graduating. They are given transition demands of graduation and job placement. Thus, this research was conducted to examine the correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy among senior year college students. In study, 365 senior year college students of University Indonesia who has achieved not less than 96 credit were assessed by using self report quesionaire. Optimism was measured by Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) constructed by Scheir, Carver and Brudges and adapted by Tasha (2011). While Career decision making self efficacy was measured by Career Decision Making Self Efficacy-Short Form (CDSE-SF) constructed by Taylor and Betz (1996) and adapted by Sawitri (2008) . The result indicated significant positive correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy (r = .306, p< .01). Furthermore, another result also revealed that male students obtained higher score on career decision making self efficacy than female students. However, there is no significant mean differences of optimism found on gender and department of study.

Peran dan keterlibatan orang tua pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir, khususnya di budaya kolektivis, berpengaruh terhadap perilaku anak dalam mencari informasi mengenai karier dan hal ini berdampak pada tingkat kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karier anak karena kurangnya informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran career exploration dalam memediasi hubungan antara support dan interference parental career-related behavior dengan lack of information career decision-making difficulties pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 413 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari beberapa fakultas di Universitas Indonesia. Support dan interference parental career-related behavior diukur dengan Parental Career-Related Behavior Instrument (Dietrich & Kracke, 2009), career exploration diukur dengan Career Exploration Survey (Stumpf, Colarelli, & Hartman, 1983), dan lack of information career decision-making difficulties diukur dengan Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire (Gati & Saka, 2001). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa career exploration berperan secara parsial dalam memediasi hubungan antara support dan interference parental career-related behavior dengan lack of information career decision-making difficulties pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa perilaku orang tua terkait karier anak yang dirasa mendukung (support) atau terlalu banyak mengatur (interference) dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mencari informasi mengenai karier sehingga berdampak pada tingkat kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karier mahasiswa karena kurangnya informasi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi pusat pengembangan karier di perguruan tinggi.

The difficulties of career decision-making among senior year college student could have impact their future career success. In Indonesia, The difficulties of career decision-making among senior year college student are more caused by lack of information. The parents role and involvement among senior year college student, especially in collectivism culture, could affect their childrens behavior in searching information about career and this could have impacts to their career decision-making difficulties that caused by lack of information. This research was conducted to find the role career exploration in mediating the relationship between support and interference parental career-related behavior with lack of information career decision-making difficulties on senior year college student. This research is quantitative study with non-experimental study design. Participants of this research were 413 senior year college students from several faculties in Universitas Indonesia. Moreover, the results of this study give some benefits for career development center in university."

"Emotional intelligence (EI) merupakan konsep yang menggambarkan bagaimana individu mengintegrasikan fungsi kognitif dan afektif serta memanfaatkannya di kehidupan sehari-hari (Salovey & Mayer, 1990; Mayer, Salovey, & Caruso, 2000; 2004). Mahasiswa psikologi seharusnya mengembangkan EI dari pengalamannya berkuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan EI antara mahasiswa tingkat akhir, yang telah memiliki banyak pengalaman belajar psikologi, dan mahasiswa baru, yang baru mulai belajar psikologi. Selain itu, EI dihubungkan dengan trait yang berkaitan dengan emosi, yakni Extraversion dan Neuroticism. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (wawancara terfokus) dengan melibatkan 125 mahasiswa program sarjana Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EI mahasiswa tingkat akhir lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa baru namun tidak ditemukan perbedaan jenis kelamin pada EI. Pendidikan psikologi yang dipersepsikan mahasiswa tingkat akhir berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan EI mencakup mata kuliah yang membahas emosi dan yang menolong mereka mengenal diri sendiri dengan kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang bersifat reflektif. Minat terhadap topik emosi dan pengalaman dalam situasi yang melibatkan emosimembedakan mahasiswa dengan EI tertinggi dan terendah. Ditemukan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Extraversion dan EI, namun, tidak ada hubungan antara Neuroticism dan EI. Penelitian ini dapat ditindak lanjuti dengan desain longitudinal, atau komparatif dengan melibatkan mahasiswa psikologi dari seluruh angkatan.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is a concept that represents individual differences in the ability to integrate cognitive and affective function and use it in daily lives (Salovey & Mayer, 1990; Mayer, Salovey, & Caruso, 2000; 2004). Psychology students, who have studied the science of human behavior and mental activity should have developed their EI from that knowledge. This research investigates the difference on EI between final year students, who have the most experiences in studying psychology, and first year students, who just started learning psychology. The relationship between EI and traits that are related to emotions, namely Extraversion and Neuroticism, is also explored.This study is conducted by using quantitative and qualitative approach (focused interview) which involved 125 students of undergraduate program at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia. Courses in the faculty that the final year students perceive contribute to the development of their EI include courses about emotion as well as courses that guide them to know about themselves and their emotional problems, with reflective learning as the characteristic of the learning process. Interest in the topic of emotion and involvement in emotional situations, such as social situations, differentiate between students with high and low EI. There is a positive and significant relationship between Extraversion personality trait, which indiciates individual’s preference to be involved in social interactions, and students’ EI. There is no relationship between Neuroticism personality trait and students’ EI, and there is no difference between the EI of male and female students. Similar studies in the future can be conducted using longitudinal design, or comparative design involving students from all years of study."

"Mahasiswa, khususnya yang sedang berada di tingkat akhir, sedang bersiap untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan meniti karier. Pemilihan karier yang mereka lakukan dipengaruhi berbagai hal, salah satunya efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier career decision self-efficacy; CDSE . Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh aspek orangtua seperti kelekatan atau dukungan terhadap CDSE. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara persepsi keterlibatan orangtua dan CDSE. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan pada 487 mahasiswa yang berada di tahun atau tingkat terakhir perkuliahan. Pengukuran keterlibatan orangtua dibagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu ekspresif, instrumental, dan mentoring/advising menggunakan Father Involvement Scale-Reported FIS-R; Finley Schwartz, 2004 dan Mother Involvement Scale-Reported MIS-R; Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy?Short Form CDSE-SF oleh Betz, Klein, dan Taylor 1996 . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ayah dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.206, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.170, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.185, p= le;.01 dan hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ibu dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.257, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.273, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.266, p= le;.01 . Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini serta saran untuk penelitian lanjutan didiskusikan.

Final year undergraduates are preparing to enter the workforce and to build their careers. Choosing a career is influenced by numerous factors, one of which is career decision self efficacy CDSE . A number of studies have shown positive relationships between some parental aspects, such as attachment or support, and CDSE. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between perceived parental involvement and CDSE. This correlational study was conducted on 487 final year undergraduates. The measurement of perceived parental involvement was separated into three dimensions, namely expressive, instrumental, and mentoring advising using Father Involvement Scale Reported FIS R Finley Schwartz, 2004 and Mother Involvement Scale Reported MIS R Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE was measured using Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE SF by Betz, Klein, and Taylor 1996 . Results showed positive relationships between the three dimensions of perceived father involvement and CDSE expressive r .206, p le .01 instrumental r .170, p le .01 mentoring advising r .185, p le .01 and also positive relationships between the three dimensions of mother involvement and CDSE expressive r .257, p le .01 instrumental r .273, p le .01 mentoring advising r .266, p le .01 . The implications of the results and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah, baik domain afektif (father nurturant) maupun domain perilaku (reported father involvement), di sepanjang kehidupan anak dan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir pada remaja madya. Keterlibatan ayah merupakan sejauh mana ayah ikut berpartisipasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak-anak mereka (Finley, Mira, & Schwartz, 2008). Sedangkan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir didefinisikan sebagai hal-hal yang menghambat seseorang di saat orang tersebut harus membuat keputusan akan karirnya, memiliki kesediaan untuk menentukan karir yang dijalani, dan mampu membuat keputusan tentang karir yang tepat bagi dirinya (Gati & Saka, 2001).
Pengukuran keterlibatan ayah menggunakan alat ukur The Father Involvement and Nurturant Fathering Scales yang disusun oleh Finley dan Schwartz (2004) dan untuk pengukuran kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir menggunakan alat ukur Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) dari Gati, Krauz, dan Osipow (1996). Partisipan berjumlah 412 siswa SMA dengan usia 15 sampai 18 tahun di Jabodetabek.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang signifikan dengan arah negatif antara keterlibatan ayah, baik pada domain afektif (father nurturant) maupun domain perilaku (reported father involvement) di sepanjang kehidupan anak dan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir pada remaja madya (r = -0.263, p<0.000; two-tailed; r = -0.241, p<0.000; two tailed). Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, diharapkan ayah dapat terlibat didalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak-anak mereka.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between father involvement which comprise of father nurturant and reported father involvement, and career decision making difficulties in middle adolescent. Father involvement is the extent to which the father participated in various aspects of their children?s life (Finley, Mira, & Schwartz, 2008). While career decision-making difficulties are defined as things that inhibit a person to make decisions on his career, have a willingness to determine his career, and able to make decisions about the right career for himself (Gati & Saka, 2001).
Measurement in this study is using an instrument named The Father Involvement and Nurturant Fathering Scales which was developed by Finley and Schwartz (2004) and to measured career decision-making difficulties using an instrument named Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) from Gati, Krauz, dan Osipow (1996). The partisipants of this research were 412 high school students from age 15 to 18 years old in Greater Jakarta.
The main results of this research shows that father involvement which comprise of father nurturant and reported father involvement negatively correlated with career decision-making difficulties in middle adolescents (r = -0.263, p<0.000; two-tailed; r = -0.241, p<0.000; two tailed). Based on the results, it is expected that the father can be involved in various aspects of their children?s life.

"Adanya situasi pandemi Covid-19 membuat isu keterbatasan lowongan kerja yang dapat membuat para mahasiswa tingkat akhir mengalami kecemasan dan kebimbangan dalam keputusan kariernya. Kondisi ini membuat mereka perlu mencaricara untuk menghadapi kecemasan dan kebimbangan dalam keputusan karier mereka. Peran strategi coping diketahui dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan karier dan juga kebimbangan dalam keputusan karier.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat peran strategi coping dalam memoderasi hubunganantara kecemasan karier dan kebimbangan dalam keputusan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental. Partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai rumpun ilmu dan kota di Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Career Decision Scale, Career Anxiety Scale dan Ways of Coping Checklist Revised.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi coping terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kecemasan karier dan kebimbangan dalam keputusan karier. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa strategi coping dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan karier dan kebimbangan dalam keputusan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan beberapa manfaat bagi praktisi pengembangan karier di perguruan tinggi

The Covid-19 pandemic situation gives impact of the uncertain conditions on the working world that make senior year college students causing anxiety and career indecision. This condition makes them need to find ways to deal with the anxiety and career indecisions. The role of coping strategies is apparently known to help students reduce the career anxietylevels as well as career indecision. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of coping strategies in moderating the relationship between career anxiety and career indecision amongsenior year college students. This research was a quantitative study with a non-experimental research design. Participants in this study were 400 senior year college students from various faculties and cities in Indonesia. Research instruments such as Career Decision Scale questionnaire, Career Anxiety Scale and Ways of Coping Checklist revised were used in this study. The results indicated that coping strategies had a moderation in the relationshipbetween career anxiety and career decisions in senior year college students. This study had the implication that coping strategies can reduce career anxiety and also career indecision among senior year college students. In addition, the results of this study provided several benefits for career development practitioners in higher education."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dimensi-dimensi kecerdasan emosional pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat sarjana tahun senior karena masih ada perbedaan dalam hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Para peserta penelitian ini terdiri dari 339 mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun sarjana di Universitas Indonesia yang tersebar di seluruh Fakultas. Dimensi kecerdasan emosional diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Wong dan Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi: penilaian emosi-diri, penilaian emosi lainnya, penggunaan emosi, dan regulasi emosi, dengan total 16 item ( Wong & Law, 2002). Selanjutnya, konstruk self-efficacy keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Skala Self-Efficiency Keputusan Karir - Bentuk Pendek (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) yang telah diadaptasi ke Indonesia yang terdiri dari 25 item.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah dimensi penilaian emosi-diri (β = 0,181, p> 0,05), penggunaan emosi (β = 0,354, p> 0,05), dan regulasi emosi (β = 0,106, p > 0,05) memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun, sementara emosi lainnya tidak memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier. Juga ditemukan bahwa penggunaan emosi paling berkontribusi pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun senior (B = 1.093, t (196) = 5.817, p <0,05). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the dimensions of emotional intelligence in career self-efficacy decisions in senior year undergraduate students because there are still differences in the results of previous studies. The study participants consisted of 339 undergraduate year-end students at the University of Indonesia, spread throughout the Faculties. The dimensions of emotional intelligence are measured using the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) measuring device which consists of four dimensions: self-emotional assessment, other emotional assessment, emotional use, and emotional regulation, with a total of 16 items (Wong & Law, 2002). Furthermore, the constructs of career decision self-efficacy are measured using the Career Decision Self-Efficiency Scale-Short Form (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) which has been adapted to Indonesia consisting of 25 items.
The results of this study are the dimensions of self-emotional assessment (β = 0.181, p> 0.05), emotional use (β = 0.354, p> 0.05), and emotion regulation (β = 0.106, p> 0.05) predicting career decision self-efficacy at the end of year level students, while other emotions do not predict career decision self-efficacy. It was also found that the use of emotions most contributed to career self-efficacy decisions in senior year end level students (B = 1,093, t (196) = 5,817, p <0.05). This research can be a reference for students.
