"ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to explore and examine supportive factors of Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) implementation in Jakarta, Indonesia. Successful implementation requires proper understanding of which factors are influential to the acceptance of this technology. The population of this study is commuters along the North to South route of Jakarta MRT development site. We conducted the survey in thirteen locations along the track based on the Station Development Plan. We obtained only 392 valid data after the validation and verification process. This study used Factor Analysis (FA) to test the construct validity of the measurement instrument and Path Analysis (PA) to identify significant structural paths between variables. We found that only Attitude and Perceived Usefulness significantly predict Intention to Adopt MRT for private vehicle users, while only Attitude and Subjective Norms significantly predict Intention to Adopt MRT for public transportation users. We found that for current users of private transportation, both Overall Monthly Transport Expenditure and Intention to Adopt have significant influence to the Willingness to Pay. While for current users of public transports, no predictor is significant for their Willingness to Pay."

"This paper aims to analyze how work overload influences turnover intentions of newly hired junior
auditors in public accounting offices. Job satisfaction, work related stress and work life conflicts are
used as mediating variables between work overload and turnover intention. This study employed
141 auditors from several accounting firms operating in the Greater Jakarta region. The sample
was selected using purposive sampling. Three mediation hypotheses were tested using Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that work overload has a significant effect on increasing
turnover intention through both job satisfaction and work related stress. In comparison, work
overload does not influence turnover intention through work life balance. This may be due to the
nature of the respondents, in which a majority of the newly hired accountants employed in this
study are unmarried.
Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan
diri junior auditor pada kantor akuntan publik. Kepuasan kerja, stress kerja serta konflik hidup dan
kerja menjadi variable mediasi antara beban kerja berlebih dan niat mengundurkan diri. Penelitian
ini menggunakan 141 junior auditor dari beberapa kantor akuntan publik di Jabodetabek. Sampel
dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Tiga hipotesis mediasi diuji menggunakan
Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif
yang signifikan antara beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan diri yang dimediasi oleh
kepuasan kerja dan stress terkait kerja. Sebaliknya, konflik hidup dan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh
beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan diri. Hal ini mungkin dapat dijelaskan oleh
karakteristik sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mayoritas responden merupakan junior auditor
berstatus lajang."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat antusiasme masyarakat terhadap pengoperasian layanan transportasi berbasis rel yaitu LRT DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menganalisis kesediaan untuk membayar dan kesediaan untuk berpindah pengguna kendaraan pribadi terhadap layanan LRT DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan model pilihan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Revealed Preference RP dan Stated Preference (SP). Data yang didapat dilakukan analisis hubungan Willingness to Pay dan Willingness to Shift dan analisis tarif termahal, lalu dilakukan uji korelasi & uji signifikansi Spearman, selanjutnya dibangun model utilitasnya dan dilakukan uji kelayakan model Hosmer & Lemeshow dan uji Omnibus. Setelah dihasilkan model dari setiap kelompok data, dilakukan uji validasi untuk menghasilkan nilai Root Mean Square Error, lalu dilakukan pemilihan model berdasarkan hasil uji uji. Pada model yang terpilih dilakukan uji sensitifitas untuk mengetahui variabel paling sensitif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah potensi perpindahan moda pada kelompok pengguna motor adalah 49.2% pada tarif Rp 15.000, 68.6% pada tarif Rp 12.500, 83.1% pada tarif Rp 10.000, 91.7% pada tarif Rp 8.500, 96.1% pada tarif Rp 6.500 dan 98.2% pada tarif Rp 5.000 dan pada kelompok pengguna mobil adalah 50.2% pada tarif Rp 15.000, 64.2% pada tarif Rp 12.500, 76.1% pada tarif Rp 10.000, 85.0% pada tarif Rp 8.500, 90.9% pada tarif Rp 6.500 dan 94.7% pada tarif Rp 5.000.

This study intends to calculate peoples enthusiasm of the LRT DKI Jakarta service. This study analyzes the willingness to pay and willingness to shift of the private transportation user for LRT DKI Jakarta Service using choice model. The survey methods being used are Revealed Preference RP and Stated Preference SP. The data obtained will be analyzed on the relationship between Willingness to Pay and Willingness to Shift and the most expensive price analysis, the Spearman correlation test & Significance test are performed, then the utility model is built and the feasibility test of the Hosmer & Lemeshow model and the Omnibus test. After the model of each data group is generated, a validation test is performed to produce the value of Root Mean Square Error, then the model is selected based on the results of the tests. In the selected model, a sensitivity test is performed to determine the most sensitive variable. The results of this study are probabilities of mode shifting on specific price. The potentials for motorcycle user group are 49.2% at Rp 15,000, 68.6% at Rp 12,500, 83.1% at Rp 10,000, 91.7% at Rp 8,500, 96.1% at Rp 6,500 and 98.2% at Rp 5,000 and for the car user group are 50.2% at Rp. 15,000, 64.2% at Rp. 12,500, 76.1% at Rp. 10,000, 85.0% at Rp. 8,500, 90.9% at Rp. 6,500 and 94.7% at Rp. 5,000."

"Sektor transportasi selama ini dikenal sebagai penyumbang emisi gas rumah kaca dan pencemaran udara yang menimbulkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan. Indonesia sebagai oil net importer juga direpotkan oleh fluktuasi harga minyak yang dipengaruhi oleh situasi geopolitik di seluruh dunia. Indonesia termasuk dalam sepuluh besar negara penyumbang gas rumah kaca ke atmosfer dan transportasi sendiri menyumbang 14,17% dari total (Crippa, et al., 2021). Sebagai kota tersibuk di Indonesia, terdapat 3,5 juta unit mobil di provinsi DKI Jakarta (Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, 2022). Namun, mobil dari daerah penyangga keluar masuk Jakarta setiap pagi dan sore mengikuti jam kerja. Cara mengurangi gas rumah kaca lewat elektrifikasi di sektor transportasi menjadi penting. Mobil listrik berbasis baterai adalah salah satu jawaban untuk mengurangi gas rumah kaca tersebut, namun penetrasi di pasar tidak begitu menggembirakan. Untuk mencari peluang mendongkrak penetrasi mobil listrik berbasis baterai, kita perlu mengetahui peringkat prioritas faktor-faktor dalam niat beli masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Theory of Planned Behavior dimana niat beli dibentuk oleh attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control. Didapatkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi indikator reflektif dari ketiga variabel tersebut, dimana masing-masing faktor mempunyai tingkat kekuatan reflektif yang didapat dari pengolahan kuesioner menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis.

Transportation sector has been known as a contributor to the greenhouse gasses emissions and air pollution which caused environment and health problems.Indonesia is in the top tenth of countries who contribute greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere and transportation itself accounts for 14.17% from the total (Crippa, et al., 2021). As the busiest city in Indonesia, there are 3.5 million units in Jakarta province only (Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, 2022). However, cars from urban areas in and out of Jakarta every morning and afternoon following working hours. The way to reduce greenhouse gasses such as electrification in the transportation sector has become important. Battery electric vehicles are one of the answers to reduce greenhouse gasses, but penetration in the market is not so encouraging. To seek the opportunities to boost penetration of battery electric vehicles, we need to know the priority ranking of factors in the purchase intention of Indonesian people. This research is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior where purchase intention is formed by attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The factors that are reflective indicators of the three variables are obtained, where each factor has a level of reflective strength obtained from processing the questionnaire using Confirmatory Factor Analysis."

"Jakarta sebagai kota megapolitan, dengan beragam aktivitas dan berkembangnya
mobilitas mengakibatkan permasalahan transportasi. Salah satu terobosan untuk
mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan dibangunnya sistem transit cepat berskala
massal atau Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). Untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas MRT
sebagai sistem utama yaitu dengan disediakannya layanan feeder. Data yang
diperoleh dari website jakartamrt.co.id yaitu selama 6 bulan (bulan April-
September 2019) rata-rata jumlah penumpang MRT per hari adalah 83.473 orang,
sedangkan perusahaan memperkirakan akan mengangkut lebih dari 174.000 orang
setiap harinya. Dalam hal ini penumpang yang diharapkan untuk menaiki MRT
masih kurang dari kapasitas yang disediakan. Tarif terintegrasi dimaksudkan untuk
mengurangi biaya transfer sehingga menarik bagi penumpang. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan dan kesediaan penumpang terhadap tarif
terintegrasi feeder service dengan MRT. Sehingga dilakukan analisis Ability To
Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP), dengan faktor yang dianggap
berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya, waktu dan kenyamanan berpindah
moda. Pengolahan data hasil survey stated preference dilakukan dengan analisis
Model Logit Biner. Dari hasil penelitian adalah nilai ATP diatas nilai WTP, maka
masyarakat dianggap mampu untuk membayar tarif terintegrasi yang diikuti
peningkatan pelayanan seperti kemudahan berpindah moda, sedangkan untuk tarif
saat ini berada dibawah nilai WTP dan ATP sehingga terdapat keleluasaan dalam
perhitungan/ pengajuan nilai tarif baru (Tamin et.al., 1999), untuk itu perlu
dilakukan evaluasi tarif lebih lanjut

Jakarta as a megapolitan city with a variety of activities and growing mobility has
problems. One of the breakthroughs to overcome this problem is the construction
of a mass-scale rapid transit system or Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). To increase the
accessibility of the MRT as the main system by providing feeder services. The data
obtained from the jakartamrt.co.id website is that for 6 months (April-September
2019) the average number of MRT passengers per day is 83,473 people, while the
company estimates that it will carry more than 174,000 people every day. In this
case the passengers expected to ride the MRT are still less than the capacity
provided. Integrated fares are intended to reduce transfer costs so that they are
attractive to passengers. The purpose of this research is to analyse the ability and
willingness of passengers to the integrated fare of feeder service with MRT. So that
analysis of Ability To Pay (ATP) and willingness To Pay (WTP) is carried out, with
factors that are considered influential in this study are cost, time and convenience
of changing modes. Stated preference survey data processing was performed using
The Binary Logit Model analysis. From the results of the research, the ATP value
is above the WTP value, so the community is considered capable of paying
integrated rates which are followed by service improvements such as ease of
transferring modes, while the current rates are below the WTP and ATP values so
that there is flexibility in calculating / submitting new tariff rates (Tamin et.al.,
1999), it is necessary to evaluate further rates.

"With an increasing population, the effects of climate change and limited water resources, water reuse is an option that must be explored in order to reduce the high water stress in Indonesia. This study aims to identify enablers of, barriers to, and opportunities for early adopters of water recycling in the business sector of the Greater Jakarta region of Indonesia, and to highlight the possibilities of its wider implementation in order to reduce water stress. Semi-structured interviews, desk reviews, and observations were conducted with eight enterprises. Most respondents demonstrated that their main purpose for recycling water is to reduce costs. Recycled water was mostly used where there are minimal possibilities of direct contact with people to reduce the impact of social barriers. While the absence of a clear legal framework was identified as another barrier to water recycling implementation, this can also serve as an enabler. The decrease in raw water quality makes water recycling a cost-effective solution. Considering all findings, water recycling in Indonesia has great potential to be more widely applied and to be supported by related stakeholders."

"The management of mass public transportation requires the psychology of transportation in order to design and operate a transportation system which suits the social psychology dimension of urban citizens. The aim of this research is to examine the role of personality traits, sedentariness, and personal dilemma in predicting the intention of a particular group of urban citizens to switch from using private cars to using mass public transportation. This research uses the predictive correlational design, while the research data are analyzed using the multiple linear regression technique in order to identify the main effects and interaction effects of variables which may serve as the predictors of intention. This research involves 280 university students (111 males and 169 females, with Mage = 20.90 years old and SDage = 1.943 years old) who live in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, and its surrounding urban areas as samples. The research finds that, among the Big Five personality traits, conscientiousness is the only trait which can significantly predict the intention of private car users, while sedentariness is not capable of predicting such intention. The research also finds that losses in terms of time and safety incurred from the use of private cars can lead to a much stronger intention to switch to mass public transportation. The implications of this research on the development of policies regarding transportation are elaborated in the final section of this paper.

Manajemen transportasi umum massal urgen membutuhkan psikologi transportasi untuk merancang serta mengelola sistem transportasi yang kompatibel dengan social psychological dimension dari warga negara. Penelitian ini hendak menemukan peran personality traits, sedentariness, dan personal dilemma dalam memprediksikan intensi untuk beralih (switching) dari penggunaan mobil pribadi ke kendaraan umum massal. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain korelasional prediktif, dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk melihat main effects dan interaction effects dari variabel-variabel prediktor terhadap intensi. Penelitian ini merekrut sampel 280 mahasiswa (111 laki-laki, 169 perempuan; Mage = 20.90 years old, SDage = 1.943 years) di Jakarta, ibu kota Indonesia, dan sekitarnya (Jabodetabek). Ditemukan bahwa hanya conscientiousness yang mampu memprediksikan intensi dari antara Big Five personality traits. Di samping itu, sedentariness tidak mampu memprediksikan intensi. Persepsi kerugian dari sisi waktu dan keamanan dari penggunaan mobil pribadi telah mendorong intensi yang lebih besar untuk menggunakan kendaraan umum massal. Implikasi dari temuan riset ini terhadap pembuatan kebijakan di bidang transportasi dikemukakan dalam bagian akhir dari artikel ini."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang evaluasi Integrasi Angkutan Pengumpan ke Dalam Sistem Bus Rapid Transit pada segmen angkutan bus kecil melalui program Mikrotrans Jaklingko, yang merupakan salah satu layanan Transjakarta pada segmen angkutan bus kecil yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan angkutan pengumpan ke dalam sistem bus rapid transit dalam rangka memberikan layanan transportasi umum yang terjangkau dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat, kehadiran program ini juga bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pola operasional transportasi umum, terutama di segmen angkutan bus kecil agar memenuhi SPM yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP yang digagas oleh Stufflebeam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah post-positivism dengan pengumpulan data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sejumlah kendala dari pelaksanaan Mikrotrans Jaklingko dari segi Input yang berdampak kepada dimensi lain yaitu Dimensi Process dan Product. Terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan antara lain penyediaan tempat khusus penyimpanan armada, optimalisasi sarana penyediaan informasi, pembakuan syarat dan ketentuan di dalam Surat Keputusan, dan juga pengevaluasian trayek existing untuk keperluan penyesuaian jumlah armada.

This thesis discusses the evaluation of Integration of Feeder Transport into the Bus Rapid Transit System policy for the small bus segment through Mikrotrans Jaklingko program, which is one of the Transjakarta services in the small bus transportation segment which aims to integrate feeder transportation into the bus rapid transit system in order to provide affordable and quality public transportation services to the community, the presence of this program also aims to improve the operational pattern of public transportation, especially in the small bus segment so that it meets predetermined SPM. This study uses the CIPP evaluation model initiated by Stufflebeam. The research approach used is post-positivism with qualitative data collection. The results of the study indicate that there are a number of obstacles to the implementation of Mikrotrans Jaklingko in terms of input which have an impact on other dimensions, namely the Process and Product Dimensions. There are several recommendations that can be given, including providing a special place for storing fleets, optimizing information provision facilities, standardizing terms and conditions in Decrees, as well as evaluating existing routes for the purpose of adjusting the number of fleets."

"ABSTRAK Dewasa ini, industri financial technology (fintech) tumbuh dengan pesat dan menjadi alternatif layanan keuangan, serta mengubah landscape industri layanan keuangan secara global maupun nasional. Akan tetapi, potensi pasar konsumen muslim Indonesia yang begitu besar tidak berbanding lurus dengan kuantitas ketersediaan fintech syariah, sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian tentang minat konsumen muslim pada fintech syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi konsumen untuk melakukan adopsi fintech syariah, melalui perspektif Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust, dan Religiosity. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk menguji sepuluh hipotesis hubungan antar variabel dalam model. Responden sebanyak 205 orang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat. Persepsi manfaat dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, sedangkan persepsi kemudahan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap sikap. Secara langsung persepsi kemudahan, religiusitas, dan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap intensi untuk menggunakan. Adapun persepsi manfaat dan sikap memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi untuk menggunakan fintech syariah.

ABSTRACT
Today, the industry of financial technology (fintech) grows exponentially and becomes alternative financial services, as well as changing the landscape of financial service industry globally and nationally. However, the potential of large Muslim market is not met by adequate quantity of islamic fintech. Thus, a study about the Muslim consumer's preference to islamic fintech is needed. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze the factors that influence consumer intention to adopt islamic fintech, through the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust, and Religiosity. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using an application called SmartPLS to test ten hypothesized relationship between the variables in the model. 205 respondents were selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the perceived ease of use and trust have a positive and significant impact on the perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness and religiosity have a positive and significant impact on the attitudes, while perceived ease of use has a negative and no significant effect on attitudes. The perceived ease of use, religiosity, and trust do not significantly affect the intention to use directly, but they have positive and significant effect indirectly. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and attitudes have a positive and significant effect to the intention to use islamic fintech.

"Aplikasi cloud Point of Sale (POS) merupakan teknologi yang terlibat dalam melakukan pencatatan penjualan, pembayaran, serta proses yang berkaitan di dalamnya dengan memanfaatkan penyimpanan data di internet. Kegunaan dari aplikasi cloud POS memberikan manfaat yang cukup besar bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori technology affordance dan teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of The Technology 2 (UTAUT2), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor technology affordance dari aplikasi cloud POS dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi penggunaan aplikasi cloud POS pada pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mixed-method. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara bersama 10 narasumber pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi cloud POS. Pengolahan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan grounded theory. Kemudian, dilanjutkan dengan penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online dengan 243 responden pelaku UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi cloud POS dan diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi technology affordance aplikasi cloud POS berupa monitorability, recordability, transactionability, decision supportability, dan accessibility. Melalui uji PLS-SEM, penelitian ini menunjukkan jika performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, social influence, dan price value memengaruhi intention to adopt. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa pelaku UMKM di Indonesia masih kurang sadar terkait adanya risiko dari penggunaan teknologi cloud.

Cloud Point of Sale (POS) application is a technology that is involved in recording sales, payments, and processes related to it by utilizing data storage on the internet. The use of the cloud POS application provides considerable benefits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in running their business. By integrating technology affordance and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of The Technology 2 (UTAUT2), this study identifies the technology affordance factors of the cloud POS application and the factors that influence the intention to use the cloud POS application among MSME actors. This research was conducted with mixed-methods. Qualitative research was conducted by interviewing 10 MSME actors who have used the cloud POS application. Qualitative data processing is done by using grounded theory. Then, it was followed by quantitative research conducted by distributing online questionnaires with 243 MSME respondents who had used the cloud POS application and processed it using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. This research successfully identifies the technology affordance of the cloud POS application in the form of monitorability, recordability, transactionability, decision supportability, and accessibility. Through the PLS-SEM test, this research shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, social influence, and price value affect the intention to adopt. In addition, it was also found that MSME actors in Indonesia are still not aware of the risks associated with using cloud technology."
