"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah career adaptability memiliki peran yang lebih kuat dalam kepuasan hidup karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepribadian grit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan regresi berganda. Ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Satisfaction With Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan, Short Grit Scale untuk mengukur grit, dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 untuk mengukur kemampuan beradaptasi karir. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 karyawan dengan rentang usia 25-40 tahun dan telah bekerja di perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (r = 0,381, p <0,05) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan hidup karyawan, sedangkan grit tidak (r = 0,009, p> 0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (β = 0,433, p <0,05) memiliki peran yang lebih kuat daripada kepribadian grit (β = -0,157, p> 0,05) dalam memprediksi kepuasan hidup karyawan.

This study aims to determine whether career adaptability has a stronger role in employee life satisfaction than grit personality. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method and multiple regression. These three variables were measured using the Satisfaction With Life Scale measuring tool to measure overall life satisfaction, the Short Grit Scale to measure grit, and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 to measure career adaptability. Participants in this study totaled 113 employees with an age range of 25-40 years and had worked at the company where they worked for at least one year. The analysis showed that career adaptation (r = 0.381, p <0.05) had a positive and significant relationship with employee life satisfaction, while grit did not (r = 0.009, p> 0.05). The analysis also showed that career adaptation (β = 0.433, p <0.05) had a stronger role than grit personality (β = -0.157, p> 0.05) in predicting employee life satisfaction."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran mediasi kepuasan karir pada hubungan antara perceived organization support (POS) dan kepuasan hidup. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup, versi singkat Survey of Perceived Organizational Support untuk mengukur POS, dan Career Satisfaction Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan karir. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Milenial (N = 107) berusia 24-38 tahun yang telah bekerja minimal 6 bulan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung (B = .03, SE = .12, p> .71) tidak signifikan, pengaruh tidak langsung (B = .10, SE = .07, BCa CI [.03) , .20]) yang signifikan, dengan ukuran efek diklasifikasikan sebagai sedang (k2 = .13, BCa CI [.04, .24]). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karir memediasi sepenuhnya hubungan antara POS dan kepuasan hidup. Oleh karena itu, berbagai perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan yang dapat menunjang kepuasan karir sehingga karyawan juga akan merasakan kepuasan dalam hidupnya.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to see the mediating role of career satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organization support (POS) and life satisfaction. This quantitative research uses the Satisfaction with Life Scale to measure life satisfaction, a short version of the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support to measure POS, and the Career Satisfaction Scale to measure career satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees of the Millennial Generation (N = 107) aged 24-38 years who had worked at least 6 months. The results of the mediation analysis showed that the direct effect (B = .03, SE = .12, p> .71) was not significant, the indirect effect (B = .10, SE = .07, BCa CI [.03), .20] ), with the effect size classified as moderate (k2 = .13, BCa CI [.04, .24]). These results suggest that career satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between POS and life satisfaction. Therefore, various companies are expected to provide support that can support career satisfaction so that employees will also feel satisfaction in their lives."

"Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) merupakan salah satu dari program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang banyak diminati oleh mahasiswa. Dengan kegiatan yang padat serta waktu kuliah yang masih berjalan membuat program MSIB ini menjadi semakin menantang. Dalam hal ini, adaptabilitas karier diperlukan mahasiswa agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dan menghadapi tantangan yang ada di dalam perkembangan kariernya. Untuk mengembangkan adaptabilitas karier, diperlukan growth mindset agar mahasiswa dapat menjadikan tantangan sebagai sebuah proses belajar dan pengembangan diri. Meskipun memiliki growth mindset, diperlukan kegigihan sebagai upaya konkret yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dengan growth mindset untuk mengaktifkan adaptabilitas kariernya. Oleh karena itu, kegigihan diduga memediasi hubungan growth mindset dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 175 mahasiswa diploma dan sarjana semester 6-10 yang sedang mengikuti MSIB. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Career Adapt-abilities Scale International Form (CAAS-IF) (24 item, α=0,918), Growth Mindset Scale (4 item, α=0,848) dan Grit Short Scale (Grit-S) (8 item, α=0,765). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegigihan dapat memediasi hubungan antara growth mindset dan adaptabilitas karier secara parsial. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan manfaat untuk pemangku kebijakan program MSIB, para profesional dan mahasiswa.

Magang and Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) is considered as one of the popular programs under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) preferred by undergraduate students. With a highly dynamic activity schedule and concurrent implementation alongside regular classes in university, the MSIB program becomes even more challenging.Therefore, career adaptability is essential for undergraduate students to be able to adapt and face challenges in their career development. In spite of having a growth mindset, grit is needed as a concrete effort that can help students with a growth mindset to activate their career adaptability. Furthermore, grit is suspected to mediate the relationship between growth mindset and career adaptability. The participants in this study consist of 175 bachelor’s and associate degree students in their 6th to 10th who are currently undergoing MSIB program. The instruments used in this study are the Career Adapt-abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS-IF) (24 items, α=0.918), Growth Mindset Scale (4 items, α=0.848), and Grit Short Scale (Grit-S) (8 items, α=0.765). The results of this study indicate that grit partially mediates the relationship between growth mindset and career adaptability in undergraduate students enrolled on MSIB. The findings of this research can be beneficial for the policymakers of the MSIB program, professionals working in higher education institutions and the students."

"Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dihadapkan dengan tanggung jawab untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan karier. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karier ini, mahasiswa seringkali menemui hambatan karier karena rendahnya efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier ini berperan untuk mengarahkan langkah-langkah karier yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumbangsih peran dari faktor internal yaitu optimisme dan grit terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form, Life Orientation Test-Revised, dan Grit Short Scale. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimisme dan grit memberikan sumbangsih peran secara bersama-sama terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier.

Senior year students have to face the responsibility for making career decision. In making decision process, students sometimes face the career probem because of low career decision self-efficacy. Career decision self-efficacy can contribute to improve career planning effectively and efficiently. This research aim to investigated the role of internal factors, optimism and grit, on career decision self-efficacy among senior year undergraduate students. This research used Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form, Life Orientation Test-Revised, and Grit Short Scale.This research revealed that optimism and grit contributed together to the improvement of career decision self-efficacy."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada efek moderasi dari grit dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pada karyawan milenial. Sebanyak 300 karyawan, berusia 20-39 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Alat pengukur Skala Kepuasan Kerja Umum, Skala Kinerja Peran dan Skala Grit-S digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, kinerja dan ketabahan.
Hasil analisis statistik uji moderasi menggunakan PROCESS HAYES versi 3.3 model 1 menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Ini diduga disebabkan Kepuasan kerja milenial lebih banyak ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan dan pengawasan yang bagus.
Pemenuhan ini akan mengarah pada kepuasan kerja berhubungan langsung dengan tingkat kinerja, terlepas dari apakah gritnya dimiliki oleh individu yang tinggi atau tidak yang artinya variabel grit belum berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to see whether there is a moderating effect of grit in the relationship between job satisfaction and performance in millennial employees. A total of 300 employees, aged 20-39 years, participated in this study. Measuring tools for General Job Satisfaction Scale, Role Performance Scale and Grit-S Scale are used to measure job satisfaction, performance and grit.
The results of the statistical analysis of the moderation test using PROCESS HAYES version 3.3 model 1 shows that grit does not moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. This is thought to be due to millennial job satisfaction determined more by environmental factors and good supervision.
This fulfillment will lead to job satisfaction which is directly related to the level of performance, regardless of whether the grit is owned by high individuals or not, which means that the grit variable has not played a role in strengthening the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh career adaptability, perceived organizational support, dan career satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 424 tenaga kerja generasi milenial Indonesia (lahir antara 1980-2000) dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career satisfaction memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah turnover intention serta memediasi hubungan di antara career adaptability dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention. Pemberdayaan berupa peningkatan adaptabilitas dan dukungan organisasi perlu diikuti dengan adanya kepuasan karier dalam rangka mencegah keinginan untuk keluar dari organisasi.
Studi ini memberikan kontribusi kepada manajemen dan literatur sumber daya manusia mengenai pentingnya peran mediasi career satisfaction terhadap career adaptability dan perceived organizational support dalam rangka menurunkan turnover intention tenaga kerja generasi milenial di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of career adaptability, perceived organizational support, and career satisfaction on turnover intention on the Indonesian millennial generation. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method to collect primary data. The sample in this study was obtained from 424 Indonesian millennial generation workers (born between 1980-2000), and data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.
The results showed that career satisfaction has an important role in preventing turnover intention and mediating the relationship between career adaptability and perceived organizational support for turnover intention. Empowerment, in the form of improving individual adaptability and organizational support, needs to be followed by career satisfaction to prevent the desire to leave the organization.
This study contributes to the management and human resource literature regarding the important role of career satisfaction mediation on career adaptability and perceived organizational support to reduce the turnover intention of the millennial generation in Indonesia.

"One of the signs of organizational destruction was the low level of its employees' work satisfaction. This is a challenge to the organization on how to increase the employees' work satisfaction. The organization's success in maintaining and developing human resources depended an the leader. Leadership is an ability to influence people in order to achieve the organizational aims with high spirit. Henceforth a leader should play double role, as a supervisor and also a colleague in giving support to others.
This opinion goes parallel with Locke (1976: 192 - 193) that leader or supervisor also acts as a fellow colleague and therefore leaders' attitude is one of dominant factors in determining work satisfaction. A good leadership in maintenance and development of human resources can give equal chance for employees to develop their career. Gilley and Eggland (1989: 93) stated that organization using career development to increase productivity, repair attitude and increase work satisfaction.
This research conducted to (1) know the relationship between leadership and work satisfaction, (2) relationship of career development and work satisfaction, (3) relationship of leadership and career development to work satisfaction of employees at Directorate General of Immigration.
This research is. a descriptive and correlation research-using-survey-method. Research instrument is using questioner in Likert Scale. Validity test of variables is conducted by using correlation technique of Product Moment, while reliability used Alpha Cronbach technique. The sample collected by Stratified Purposive Sampling. Analyses of each independent variable's relation to dependent variable is using simple correlation analysis with Spearman's Rho technique, while the relationship of both independent variables to dependent variable is using multiple correlation analysis of Product Moment.
From this research can be concluded that: I. There is a significant and positive relation between leadership to work satisfaction. Better leadership can guarantee higher level of work satisfaction. 2. There is a significant and positive relation between career development to work satisfaction, Better career development can ensure higher work satisfaction. 3, There is a significant and positive relation between leadership and career development to work satisfaction. The better quality of leadership and career development, the higher work satisfaction of employees.
The conclusion of this research is that leadership and career development both individually or together related to the level of work satisfaction, although there are still some weaknesses of variables from the frequency distribution.
Suggestion that can be put forward is improvement and increase to ensure an optimal variables of leadership and career development to ensure better work satisfaction of employees."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kedua dimensi orientasi karier protean, yaitu self-directed dan values driven dengan kesuksesan karier subjektif yang diukur melalui kepuasan karier dan kepuasan kerja. Dalam hal ini, hubungan antara values-driven dengan kesuksesan karier subjektif dimoderasi oleh person-organization fit. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 218 partisipan yang merupakan karyawan dari berbagai industri.
Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini ialah self-directed berhubungan secara positif dengan kepuasan karier r = .33, 95 BCa CI [.20, .43], p < .05, signifikan maupun kepuasan kerja r = .30, 95 BCa CI [.16, .44], p < .05, signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa orang yang self-directed akan merasa sukses pada kariernya secara subjektif. Sedangkan pada variabel moderator, didapat hasil bahwa tidak terdapat efek moderasi person-organization fit pada hubungan antara values-driven dengan kepuasan karier r = .04, p > .05, tidak signifikan maupun kepuasan kerja r = -.01, p > .05, tidak signifikan.

This study aims to examine the relationship between both dimensions of protean career attitudes self directed and values driven with subjective career success, which is measured by career satisfaction and job satisfaction. In this case, the relationship between values driven and subjective career success is moderated by person organization fit. Participants in this study amounted to 218 participants from various industries.
The results obtained in this study are first, self directed is positively correlated with career satisfaction r .33, 95 BCa CI .20, .43 , p .05, significant and job satisfaction r .30, 95 BCa CI .16, .44 , p .05, significant. This proves that a self directed person will feel subjectively success in their career. Second, it is found that there is no moderation effect of person organization fit on the relationship between values driven with career satisfaction r .04, p .05, not significant and job satisfaction r .01, p .05, not significant.

"This study was conducted primarily to measure the relationship between career program, career development and
personal outcomes using self-administered questionnaires gathered from employees who have worked at a Sabah local
government in Borneo. The outcomes of testing research hypothesis using a stepwise regression analysis showed two
important findings: firstly, relationship between career program (i.e., planning and management) and career
development positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Secondly, relationship between career
program (i.e., planning and management) and career development positively and significantly correlated with career
commitment. Statistically, the result demonstrates that career development does act as an important mediating variable
in the relationship between career program and personal outcomes in the career program model of the studied
organization. The paper provides discussion, implications and conclusion.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur hubungan antara program karir, pengembangan karir dan pribadi dengan
menggunakan survei yang dikumpulkan dari karyawan yang telah bekerja pada pemerintah daerah Sabah di
Kalimantan. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian yang menggunakan analisis regresi bertahap menunjukkan dua penemuan
penting: Pertama, hubungan antara program karir (yaitu, perencanaan dan manajemen) dan pengembangan karir
memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja. Kedua, hubungan antara program karir (yaitu,
perencanaan dan manajemen) dan pengembangan karir menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan komitmen
karir. Secara statistik, penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir tidak bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi
penting dalam hubungan antara program karir dan pengembangan pribadi di dalam model program karir dari organisasi
yang dipelajari di dalam penelitian ini. Makalah ini memberikan diskusi, implikasi dan kesimpulan."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived investment in employee developmnet terhadap turnover intention, yang dimediasi oleh affective commitment dan job satisfaction. Untuk penelitian ini, data didapatkan dari 90 responden yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA. Sedangkan, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Baron & Kenny (1986). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived investment in employee development memberikan pengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui variabel mediasi, yaitu affective commitment dan job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the impact of perceived investment in employee development toward turnover intention mediated by affective commitment and job satisfaction. The respondents of this study were 90 employees of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA head office. This study uses Baron & Kenny (1986) method to process the data. The result of this study shows that perceived investment in employee development negatively affecting turnover intention through mediating variables, which is affective commitment and job satisfaction."
