"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peran dari self-esteem sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah dan psychological well-being remaja. Keterlibatan ayah yang dipersepsikan remaja berkontribusi terhadap psychological well-being dirinya. Pada masa remaja, self-esteem menjadi hal yang penting sehingga dianggap dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh dari keterlibatan ayah terhadap psychological well-being. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 600 orang yang terdiri dari 300 remaja awal (12-15 tahun) dan 300 remaja akhir (18-21 tahun).
Pemilihan kedua kelompok usia ini berdasarkan pada perbedaan tantangan yang dialami ketika seseorang mulai memasuki masa remaja dan ketika seseorang mulai bersiap untuk memasuki masa dewasa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS) dan Reported Fathering Scale (RFIS) yang dibuat oleh Finley dan Schwartz (2004) untuk mengukur keterlibatan ayah, Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) oleh Ryff (1989) untuk mengukur psychological well-being, dan Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) oleh Rosenberg (1965) untuk mengukur self-esteem. Analisis moderasi dilakuan melalui program PROCESS dari Hayes pada SPSS 21.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem menjadi memoderasi pengaruh dari keterlibatan ayah terhadap psychological well-being pada remaja awal (p<0,05), namun tidak pada remaja akhir (p>0,05). Pada remaja awal, self-esteem berperan dalam memperlemah pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap psychological well-being. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan skor keterlibatan ayah dalam domain perkembangan anak pada remaja awal dan remaja akhir. Remaja akhir lebih melihat ayahnya terlibat dalam berbagai aspek perkembangan dirinya dibandingkan dengan remaja awal (t=12,487; p <0,05).
The purpose of this study was to examine the role of self-esteem as a moderator in the relationship between father involvement and the psychological well-being of adolescents. Adolescents' perception of their father involvement contribute to their psychological well-being. In adolescence, self-esteem is an important issue, thus, it can strengthen or weaken the effect of perceived father involvement on adolescents' psychological well-being. Participants of this study were 600 adolescents that consist of 300 adolescents between the ages of 12-15 years (early adolescents) and 300 adolescents between the ages of 18-21 years (late adolescents).
This age group were based on the differences in challenges when someone entering the adolescence and someone who was prepared to entering adulthood. The instruments were used in this study were Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS) and Reported Fathering Scale (RFIS) by Finley and Schwartz (2004) to measure father involvement, Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) by Ryff (1989) to measure psychological well-being, and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) by Rosenberg (1965) to measure self-esteem. Analysis of moderation was analyzed using the Hayes's PROCESS program on SPSS 21.
The results showed that self-esteem moderate the relationship of father's research to psychological well-being in early adolescents (p <0.05), but not in late adolescents (p> 0, 05). In early adolescence, self-esteem weaken the effect of father involvement on psychological well-being. This study also shows that there are differences of reported father involvement score between early adolescents and late adolescents. The late adolescents perceived their father to be involved in their various developmental aspect compared to the early adolescents (t = 12,487; p <0,05)."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap psychological well-being remaja awal. Keterlibatan ayah ini dilihat dari sudut pandang anak sehingga anak menilai dan mempersepsi seberapa terlibat ayahnya. Keterlibatan ayah ini melingkupi kualitas afeksi yang diberikan dan keterlibatan dalam domain perkembangan anak. Keterlibatan ayah ini dapat berpengaruh pada kondisi psikologis anak yaitu psychological well-being terutama pada masa remaja awal ketika remaja membutuhkan dukungan sosial dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan pada masa remaja. Pengukuran keterlibatan ayah dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS) dan Reported Fathering Scale (RFIS) yang dibuat oleh Finley dan Schwartz (2004), sedangkan pengukuran psychological well-being dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Ryff?s Scales of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) yang dikembangkan oleh Ryff (1989). Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 orang siswa SMP di beberapa wilayah Jabodetabek, yang termasuk dalam kategori remaja awal yaitu berusia 12-15 tahun. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keterlibatan ayah, baik dalam hal kualitas afektif (R= 0,033, p < 0,05, one tailed) maupun dalam hal domain perkembangan anak (R=0,031, <0,05, one tailed), terhadap psychological well-being remaja awal.

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of father involvement in psychological well-being of early adolescents. The father involvement was viewed from the children?s point of view that emphasizing children?s retrospective perceptions of their father involvement. The father involvement include quality of affection in father-child relationship and involvement in domains of children life. The father involvement can be effect the psychological conditions in children, that is psychological well being, especially in early adolescents when adolescents need social support to through many changes in adolecents. Father involvement was measured using Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS) and Reported Fathering Scale (RFIS) that has been made by Finley dan Schwartz (2004), whereas the psychological well-being was measured using Ryffs Scales of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) that has been developed by Ryff (1989). The respondents of this research were 205 junior high school students in Jabodetabek area, in early adolescents with the age of 12-15 years old. The result of this research shows that there is an effect of father involvement, in the context of affective quality of fathering (R= 0,033, p < 0,05, one tailed) and in the context of involvement in domains of childrens life (R=0,031, <0,05, one tailed), in psychological well-being of early adolescents.

"Prokrastinasi, atau penundaan secara sengaja terhadap tugas-tugas yang sebenarnya dapat diselesaikan saat ini, merupakan fenomena sehari-hari dalam lingkungan akademis. Penelitian sebelumnya oleh Habelrih dan Hicks (2015) menemukan bahwa prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa dapat diprediksi oleh psychological well-being. Pada faktanya, hampir semua mahasiswa melakukan prokrastinasi, bukan hanya mereka yang memiliki PWB rendah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan unjuk melihat kembali hubungan antara PWB dan prokrastinasi, selanjutnya menguji strategi coping sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Untuk mengetahui hal itu, 110 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia berusia 18-24 tahun diminta menyelesaikan Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB), Pure Procrastination Scale (PPS) dan Coping Strategy Indicator (CSI).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsistensi dengan penemuan sebelumnya yaitu PWB secara negatif dapat memprediksi prokrastinasi. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil bahwa strategi coping tidak memiliki fungsi sebagai moderator pada hubungan PWB dan prokrastinasi. Implikasi, keterbatasan serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dibahas dalam diskusi.

Procrastination, or the voluntary delay of due tasks that should be done, is a daily phenomenon in academic settings. Previous study by Habelrih and Hicks (2015) have found that procrastination on college students were negatively predicted by psychological well-being. In fact, almost every student did it, not only that they have lower PWB.
The present study conducted to review the relationship between psychological well-being and procrastination, furthermore coping strategies will be tested as moderators in the relationship between those variables. To answer this, 110 University of Indonesia students aged between 18-24 completed the Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB), Pure Procrastination Scale (PPS) and Coping Strategy Indicator (CSI).
The result showed a consistent with the previous findings that PWB negatively predict procrastination. Moreover, coping strategies cannot serve as a moderator between PWB and procrastination. Implications, limitations and future research directions are discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran persepsi sukses penggunaan layanan kencan online dan self-esteem sebagai prediktor subjective well-being. Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada 283 (164 perempuan, 119 laki-laki) partisipan emerging adult menunjukkan bahwa persepsi sukses penggunaan layanan kencan online dan self-esteem secara bersama-sama signifikan memprediksi subjective well-being, menjelaskan 31,3% varians dari subjective well-being. Hasil penelitian ini menambah pengetahuan mengenai peran persepsi sukses penggunaan layanan kencan online dan self-esteem secara bersama- sama sebagai prediktor dari subjective well-being.

This study aimed to investigate the role of perceived success online dating use and self- esteem as predictors of subjective well-being in emerging adult. The study was conducted on 283 emerging adults (164 females, 119 males) age 18 – 25 years old. The multiple regression analysis result showed that perceived success online dating use and self-esteem have a significant role as predictors of subjective well-being, explaining 31,3% variance of subjective well-being. The results added up our knowledge about the role of perceived success online dating use and self-esteem simultaneously as predictors of subjective well- being."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah keterlibatan ayah yang dilihat dari persepsi anak perceived father involvement memiliki kontribusi terhadap relational self-esteem pada remaja awal. Keterlibatan ayah diukur menggunakan Nurturant Fathering Scale dan Father Involvement Scale Reported, sedangkan relational self-esteem diukur menggunakan Relational Self-Esteem Scale. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah remaja berusia 12-15 tahun n=162. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa father nurturance, yang diukur dengan Nurturant Fathering Scale, memiliki kontibusi terhadap relational self-esteem sebesar 6.4 p0.05.

This study examined the contribution of perceived father involvement towards relational self esteem in early adolescence. Father involvement was measured using Nurturant Fathering Scale and Father Involvement Scale Reported, while relational self esteem was measured using Relational Self Esteem Scale. The participant of this study were adolescents in the designated age range of 12 15 years old n 162. This study used multiple regression to analyse the data. The result indicates that father nurturance, measured by Nurturant Fathering Scale has 6.4 contribution towards relational self esteem p0.05.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah dan self-esteem remaja, dilihat dari persepsi ayah dan anak. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 133 siswa kelas X SMA dan ayah mereka. Keterlibatan ayah diukur dengan alat ukur Seven-Item Father Involvement Scale yang disusun oleh Carlson (2006), sedangkan self-esteem diukur dengan alat ukur Self-Liking/Self-Competence Scale-Revised (SLCS-R) yang disusun oleh Tafarodi dan Swann (2001). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah yang dipersepsi oleh remaja dengan kedua dimensi self-esteem remaja, yaitu self-liking (r = .295; n = 133; p < 0,01 twotailed) dan self-competence (r = .262; n = 133; p < 0,01 two-tailed). Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah yang dipersepsi oleh ayah dengan kedua dimensi self-esteem remaja, yaitu self-liking (r = .143; n= 133; p > 0,01 two-tailed) dan self-competence (r = .151; n = 133; p > 0,01 twotailed). Hasil tersebut mengimplikasikan bahwa keterlibatan ayah yang dipersepsi oleh remaja berhubungan dengan self-esteem remaja. Maka, semakin tinggi keterlibatan ayah berdasarkan persepsi remaja, tingkat self-esteem remaja pun semakin tinggi.

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between father involvement and adolescent self-esteem, with regards to father and adolescent perception. Respondents were 133 10th grade students and their father. Father involvement was measured by Seven-Item Father Involvement Scale (Carlson, 2006), whereas self-esteem was measured by Self-Liking/Self-Competence Scale-Revised (SLCSR) (Tafarodi & Swann, 2001). The result of this study shows that father involvement perceived by adolescent related with both dimensions of adolescent self-esteem, there are self-liking (r = .295; n = 133; p < 0,01 two-tailed) and selfcompetence (r = .262; n = 133; p < 0,01 two-tailed). But, father involvement perceived by father did not related with both dimensions of adolescent selfesteem, there are self-liking (r = .143; n = 133; p > 0,01 two-tailed) and selfcompetence (r = .151; n = 133; p > 0,01 two-tailed). The result implied that father involvement perceived by adolescent related with adolescent self-esteem. Therefore, the higher father involvement perceived by adolescent, the higher adolescent self-esteem will be.

"Berdasarkan data dari Rumah Sakit yang beroperasi di Riau, didapatkan bahwa perawat kontrak memiliki Job Performance yang rendah. Selain itu, penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa Subjective Well-being perawat memiliki skor yang rendah. Dalam hal ini, terdapat kemungkinan bahwa Job Insecurity dan Burnout yang dialami oleh Perawat Kontrak merupakan penyebabnya didukung oleh beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahas pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Burnout terhadap Subjective Well-being dan Job Performance pada Perawat Kontrak di Rumah Sakit dengan menggunakan variabel moderasi berupa Psychological Capital karena mengacu pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menyebutkan bahwa Psychological Capital mampu mengurangi Job Insecurity yang diterima dan juga akan berpengaruh pada penurunan Burnout. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berupa perawat kontrak yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit yang beroperasi Riau. Analisis data melibatkan uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji deskriptif, dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity dan Burnout terbukti berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap Job Performance dengan cara menurunkan Subjective Well-being dari Perawat kontrak. Selain itu, dimensi-dimensi dari variabel Psychological Capital seperti Hope dan Resilience diketahui mampu menurunkan dampak negatif yang di sebabkan oleh Job Insecurity dan Burnout terhadap Subjective Well-being dan Job Performance perawat kontrak. Dilain sisi dimensi Self-efficacy hanya mampu menurunkan dampak negatif dari Burnout terhadap variabel lainnya sedangkan Optimism hanya mampu menurunkan dampak negatif Job Insecurity terhadap variabel lainnya.

Based on data from hospitals operating in Riau, it was found that contract nurses have low Job Performance. In addition, research provides information that nurses' Subjective Well-being has a low score. In this case, there is a possibility that Job Insecurity and Burnout experienced by Contract Nurses is the cause supported by several previous studies. This research was conducted to discuss the effect of Job Insecurity and Burnout on Subjective Well-being and Job Performance in Contract Nurses at Hospitals by using a moderating variable in the form of Psychological Capital because it refers to previous studies which stated that Psychological Capital is able to reduce Job Insecurity received and will also affect the decrease in Burnout. This research will be conducted using a quantitative approach with research samples in the form of contract nurses who work in hospitals operating in Riau. Data analysis involved reliability tests, validity tests, descriptive tests, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that Job Insecurity and Burnout proved to have a significant negative effect on Job Performance by reducing the Subjective Well-being of contract nurses. In addition, the dimensions of the Psychological Capital variables such as Hope and Resilience are known to be able to reduce the negative impact caused by Job Insecurity and Burnout on Subjective Well-being and Job Performance of contract nurses. On the other hand, the Self-efficacy dimension is only able to reduce the negative impact of Burnout on other variables, while Optimism is only able to reduce the negative impact of Job Insecurity on other variables.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah yang dipersepsi oleh anak dan subjective well-being remaja awal. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur SWB adalah Satisfaction With Life Scale SWLS dari Diener 1985 dan Positive and Negative Affect Schedule PANAS milik Watson, Clark dan Tellegan 1988 . Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pearson correlation. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara domain father nurturance dan domain reported father involvement keterlibatan ayah dengan afeksi positif SWB. Hasil juga menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara domain father nurturance dengan afeksi negatif SWB.

The aim in this research is to investigate the relationship between perceived father involvement with early adolescent rsquo s subjective well being. Participant in this research were 162 early adolescents 12 15 years old. Nurturant fathering Scale NFS dan Father Involvement Scale Reported FIS R by Finley Schwartz 2004 is used to measure father involvement. For measure subjective well being we used Satisfaction With Life Scale SWLS from Diener 1985 and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule PANAS by Watson, Clark and Tellegan 1988. We used the pearson correlation to measure correlation between variables. Result indicated that domain father nurturance and domain reported father involvement is positively significant related with positive affect, and also found that domain father nurturance is negatively significant related with negative affect.

"Psychological well-being remaja memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan parent attachment.
Hal ini dikarenakan secure attachment dapat menjadi landasan untuk mengembangkan rasa percaya pada orang tua dan lingkungan sekitarnya dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengembangkan strategi coping efektif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan psychological well-being. Pengaruh attachment pada psychological well-being dapat terjadi secara langsung atau dimediasi oleh faktor lain yang relevan, salah satunya dispositional mindfulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dispositional mindfulness sebagai mediator hubungan antara parent attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja. Partisipan berjumlah 352 remaja usia 13 – 18 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well being(RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)-Parent Scale dan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel saling berkaitan secara signifikan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa dispositional mindfulness memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara parent attachment dengan psychological well-being pada remaja.

Psychological well-being is closely related to parental attachment. The reason is that a secure attachment can be a foundation for developing trust in parents and the surrounding environment, as well as increasing child's ability to develop effective coping strategies which will ultimately improve psychological well-being. The effect of attachment on psychological well-being can occur directly or mediated by other relevant factors, one of which is dispositional mindfulness. This study aims to determine the role of dispositional mindfulness as a mediator in the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents. Participants in the study were 352 adolescents aged 13-18 years. The instruments used were Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-being (RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)Parent Scale and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). The result of the correlation analysis shows that the three variables in this study are significantly related to each other. The result of the mediation analysis shows that dispositional mindfulness partially mediates the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents.

"Sebagai mahasiswa, berada pada masa transisi dari remaja akhir menuju dewasa awal dan memiliki berbagai tuntutan yang diemban dapat berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan mental salah satunya yakni kecemasan. Fenomena kecemasan ini dapat berdampak buruk hingga fatal pada individu jika terus meningkat. Oleh karena itu, penting bahwasannya untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang berperan dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memiliki bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah peran dari perceived social support terhadap kecemasan dimoderasi self-esteem. Variabel kecemasan diukur dengan 10 item dimensi kecemasan dari Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), perceived social support diukur dengan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan self-esteem diukur dengan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Sebanyak 747 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia merupakan responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived social support berhubungan secara negatif terhadap kecemasan, namun hubungan di antara keduanya tidak dimoderasi self-esteem.

As a college student, being in the transition from late teenage to young adult and have a lot of role demands may leads to increase mental illness which one of them is anxiety. This anxiety phenomenon can bring bad impact up to fatalities if it keeps on escalating. Therefore, it is important to know the matters that have impact on reducing the anxiety level of college students. This research’s goal is to know the role of perceived social support to anxiety level and moderated by self-esteem. The anxiety variable was measured using 10 items anxiety dimension of Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), the perceived social support was measured using Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and the self-esteem was measured using Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Total of 747 college students from various colleges in Indonesia were respondents in this research. The result of this research indicates that perceived social support has a negative relationship to anxiety, but the relationship between both is not moderated by self-esteem."
