Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pelaksanaan komunikasi interpersonal terkait pengelolaan konflik pada suatu organisasi. Dengan mengambil kasus komunikasi interpersonal pada kelompok terbang awak kabin di Garuda Indonesia, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi proses komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai terkait dengan konflik kelompok serta membahas komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai pada kelompok terbang awak kabin Garuda Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori teori Devito (2007) tentang lima kualitas umum efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif ini dengan menggunakan metode Forum Group Discussion ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan kondusif bagi individu dan berdampak pada iklim kerja kelompok yang berarti berdampak dalam pencapaian tujuan kelompok. 


This research is motivated by the importance of implementing interpersonal communication related to conflict management in an organization. By taking the case of interpersonal communication in the flight crew flight group at Garuda Indonesia, the aim of the study was to evaluate the interpersonal communication process among employees related to group conflict and discuss interpersonal communication between employees in the flight group of Garuda Indonesia cabin crew. This study uses the theory of Devito (2007) about five general qualities of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. Research with this type of qualitative research using the Forum Group Discussion method resulted in the conclusion that effective interpersonal communication produces a supportive and conducive work environment for individuals and has an impact on the group work climate which means having an impact on achieving group goals.

"Efektivitas kerja tim merupakan kunci utama kinerja kelompok, kohesi kelompok, efikasi kolektif dan kepuasan anggota. Kerja tim yang tidak efektif dalam kelompok salah satunya disebabkan oleh anggota kurang mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif. Permasalahan kerja tim yang tidak efektif karena anggota kurang kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dialami oleh salah satu kelompok kader Posyandu di Jakarta Timur. Studi Intervensi yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi kerja tim pada kelompok kader Posyandu melalui pelatihan komunikasi intepersonal. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta desain studi adalah field experiment after and before with control design. Sampel dipilih secara non-probablity purposive sampling. Pengukuran hasil intervensi keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal menggunakan Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale dan pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi kerja tim menggunakan Teamwork competency Test.
Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan komunikasi kerja tim kelompok kader posyandu namun belum cukup signifikan karena intervensi dilaksanakan dalam waktu yang singkat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara individu setelah pemberian intervensi diketahui bahwa, ketua kelompok dan beberapa anggota kader mulai menerapkan keterampilan komunikasi dalam kerja tim seperti, lebih terbuka dan suportif saat berdiskusi, memahami komunikasi non verbal antara anggota kelompok, lebih banyak mendengar dan memberi respon positif terhadap pendapat anggota kelompok yang lain, hampir semua melakukan tegur sapa dan perbincangan ringan. Selain itu, kelompok sudah membuat jaringan komunikasi dengan whatsapp group.

The effectiveness of teamwork is the key to group performance, group cohesion, collective efficacy and member satisfaction. Ineffective teamwork in groups is caused by members being unable to communicate effectively. The problem of ineffective team work because members lack the ability to communicate effectively is experienced by one Posyandu cadre group in East Jakarta. The Intervention Study that will be carried out in this study aims to improve communication of team work for Posyandu cadre groups through training in personal communication. Quantitative and qualitative research methods and study designs are field experiments after and before with control design. Samples were selected by non-probablity purposive sampling. Measurement of the results of interpersonal communication skills interventions using Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale and measurement of team work communication skills using Teamwork competency Test.
The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was an increase in the communication of work of the Posyandu cadre team team, but it was not significant enough because the intervention was carried out in a short time. Based on the results of observations and individual interviews after the intervention, it was found that the group leader and several cadre members began to apply communication skills in teamwork such as being more open and supportive when discussing, understanding non verbal communication between group members, listening more and giving positive responses to the opinions of the other group members, almost all of them did greetings and small talk. In addition, the group has created a communication network with whatsapp group.

"Korea merupakan negara yang masih menerapkan nilai-nilai Konfusianisme. Konfusianisme memiliki pengaruh yang besar pada kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Korea, salah satunya adalah pada hubungan interpersonal dan cara mereka berkomunikasi. Tulisan ini membahas tentang salah satu nilai dalam ajaran Konfusianisme, yaitu chemyeon dan pengaruhnya pada komunikasi interpersonal. Chemyeon adalah jati diri seseorang yang ditunjukkan secara eksternal. Komunikasi interpersonal adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dua individu atau lebih. Hubungan manusia dalam Konfusianisme diatur dalam Samgang Oryun (Tiga Ikatan dan Lima Hubungan). Tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk penerapan nilai chemyeon pada komunikasi hubungan interpersonal senior-junior mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi Korea. Dengan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan studi pustaka, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai chemyeon pada hubungan antara senior dan junior mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi Korea ditunjukkan melalui perilaku yang sesuai berdasarkan status sosial masing-masing, saling menghormati satu sama lain, mempertimbangkan perasaan dan situasi lawan bicara, menghindari konflik, dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk perilaku ini mendorong individu demi menciptakan harmoni pada hubungan antara senior dan junior mahasiswa dengan menjaga chemyeon
Korea is a country that still embraces the value of Confuscianism. Confucianism has a big influence on the lives of Korean people, one of them is on the interpersonal relationship and how they communicate. This paper discusses about one of the values in Confucianism, called chemyeon, and its influence on interpersonal communication. Chemyeon is one`s identity that is shown externally. Interpersonal communication is a communication that happens between two or more people. Samgang Oryun (Three Bonds and Five Relations) of Confucianism sets human relations. The purpose of this paper is to understand the shapes of chemyeon in communication of interpersonal relationship between seniors and juniors students in Korean university. With a library research analysis method, the result shows that the value of chemyeon is shown by acting according to each other`s social status, showing respect, understanding one`s feeling and situation, avoiding conflicts and so on. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that those forms of action encourage Korean to create harmony in senior-junior students relationship by protecting chemyeon."

"[Permasalahan konflik antar agama di Indonesia merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan meresahkan. Konflik terkait agama tidak hanya terjadi antar kelompok, tetapi juga di dalam lapisan masyarakat terkecil, yaitu keluarga. Adanya fenomena anak yang berbeda agama dengan orang tuanya sering dimaknai sebagai cerminan keluarga yang berantakan atau tidak hamonis. Karena anak dalam keluarga tersebut dianggap mengkhianati orang tuanya. Dalam kenyataannya, keputusan untuk berbeda agama dengan orang tua dan keluarga menimbulkan konflik besar antar orang tua dengan anak bahkan dengan keluarga besar. Konflik tersebut bersifat serius dan fatal bila tidak dikelola secara tepat. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, menjelaskan, dan menganalisa komunikasi serta manajemen konflik anak yang berbeda agama dengan orang tuanya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan pada makna, penalaran, definisi suatu situasi tertentu
(konteks tertentu), dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek sistem budaya pola asuh dalam keluarga turut berkontribusi dalam keputusan anak untuk mengambil keputusan berpindah agama dan dalam pengakuannya kepada orang tua. Proses
komunikasi interpersonal pada saat konflik terjadi jelas berbeda dengan interaksi pada saat tidak ada kejadian tersebut. Terjadi pemaksaan atau reaksi sosial verbal maupun non verbal diakibatkan oleh power distance yang jauh antara anak dan orang tua. Manajemen konflik yang dilakukan anak cenderung menyelamatkan ‘muka’ orang tua mereka demi kepentingan bersama. Gaya penyelesaian yang
memuaskan kedua belah pihak adalah gaya akomodasi, kolaborasi dan
kompromi daripada cara kompetisi maupun penghindaran. Akhirnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik bukanlah penentu rusaknya sebuah hubungan, tapi penanganan konflik yang tepat dapat
mendatangkan gaya sistem baru dalam keluarga yang lebih fleksibel.;Problems of inter-religious conflict in Indonesia is a complex and troubling issue. Religion-related conflicts not only occur between groups, but also at the smallest levels of society, the family. The phenomenon of children of different religions with their parents often interpreted as a reflection of a broken family or not happy. Because the child in the family is considered betrayed his parents. In reality, the decision to different religions with parents and families lead to a major conflict between parents and children and even with a large family.
The conflict is a serious if not managed properly. The main problem in this research was to determine, explain, and analyze communication and conflict management of children with parents with different religions. The study was conducted by using a qualitative approach that emphasizes meaning, reasoning, the definition of a given situation (certain contexts), with the constructivist paradigm. The method used in this research is the phenomenology. Results of this study indicate that family cultural contribute to a child's decision to take decisions and in recognition converted to parents. Interpersonal communication process when the conflict is clearly different from the interaction
in the absence of the incident. Reaction occurs coercion or verbal and non-verbal social caused by power distance away between children and parents. Conflict management that children tend to save 'face' of their parents for the common interest. Style settlement satisfactory to both parties is a style of accommodation, collaboration and compromise rather than the way of competition and evasion. Finally, this study shows that the conflict is not a determinant of damage to a relationship, but proper handling of conflicts can bring a new style in the family system more flexible., Problems of inter-religious conflict in Indonesia is a complex and troubling issue.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pelaksanaan komunikasi interpersonal terkait kinerja kelompok pada suatu organisasi. Dengan mengambil kasus komunikasi interpersonal pada Bank BJB KCP Sudirman Plaza Semanggi, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi proses komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai terkait kegiatan operasional perbankan dengan membahas komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai pada Bank BJB KCP Sudirman Plaza Semanggi pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Smith (2005) untuk mengevaluasi tiga tingkatan tujuan program organisasi dan teori evaluasi program komunikasi dan teori Devito (2007) tentang lima kualitas umum efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif ini dengan menggunakan metode wawancara ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif berdampak pada kinerja kelompok. Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan kondusif bagi individu dan berdampak pada iklim kerja kelompok yang berarti berdampak dalam memperbaiki kinerja kelompok.

ABSTRACT
This research is based on the importance of the implementation of interpersonal communication related to the performance of the group an organization. Take case of interpersonal communication at Bank BJB KCP Sudirman Plaza semanggi, purpose of study is to evaluate the process of interpersonal communication among employees related to the banking operations by looking at the case of Bank BJB KCP Sudirman Plaza Semanggi in interpersonal communication between employees. This research using Smith (2005) theory on three levels of program objectives of the organization adn program evaluation communication theory and the theory Devito (2007) on five general quality of interpersonal communication effectiveness. This research with qualitative approach through interviews metodde have led to the conculsion that effective interpersonal communication impact on the performance of team. Supportive and condusive environment to individual as resurt of interpersonal communication among employee who will effectively impact on the climate group work meaningful impact in improving the performance of the group"
