"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas naskah Undang-Undang Ternate UUT koleksi peti Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Naskah ini berupa surat perjanjian dan pengangkatan Raja Tambuku yang berada di bawah kekuasaan Ternate. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyajikan edisi teks UUT dan menjelaskan bentuk wacana kekuasaan yang terdapat di dalamnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut digunakan teori filologi dan teori analisis wacana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima naskah UUT hanya ada dua yang sama tetapi tidak identik. Perbedaan yang terdapat pada dua naskah yang sama ini terletak pada lampiran teks. Berkaitan dengan itu, digunakan metode landasan untuk menyajikan edisi teks. Teks yang telah dibuat edisinya ini kemudian dikaji melalui pendekatan analisis wacana. Melalui pendekatan ini, struktur wacana UUT dianalisis untuk mengeluarkan makna teks melalui bahasa. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa UUT diproduksi sebagai respon terhadap pemberontakan Raja Tambuku. Untuk mengantisipasi pemberontakan berulang, Belanda menciptakan pengetahuan baru berupa produksi undang-undang dengan struktur yang terdiri atas exordium, isi, penutup, dan lampiran. Elemen-elemen struktur tersebut memperlihatkan dominasi kekuasaan Belanda dalam aspek politik, hukum, dan ekonomi. Kekuasaan tersebut terlihat melalui pembuatan aturan dan intervensi terhadap aturan yang sudah ada di Tambuku. Selain itu, kekuasaan juga terlihat dari aspek bahasa yang digunakan dalam teks. Aspek semantik, sintaksis, stilistik, dan retoris dalam teks UUT memperlihatkan adanya upaya dominasi kekuasaan di Tambuku. Hal ini terlihat dari penggunaan jenis kalimat, pilihan kata, dan ungkapan yang bermakna retoris.

ABSTRACTThe research examines the manuscripts of Ternate Laws Undang Undang Ternate which are part of the chest collection koleksi peti of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. These manuscripts contain letters of agreement and the appointment of King Tambuku who reigned under the Sultanate of Ternate. The aim of this research is to produce a textual edition of the Ternate Laws, as well as explaining various forms of discoursal power contained therein. These objectives were achieved by applying theories from the philology and discourse analysis. The results show that, of the five Ternate Laws manuscripts under investigation, only two were found to be similar, albeit unidentical. The difference between these two similar manuscripts is in their appendices. In relation to this, the basic method was applied to compose the textual edition of the Ternate Laws. The resulting text was then examined using the discourse analysis approach. In this approach, the discoursal structure of the Ternate Laws was analyzed in order to extract textual meanings which were expressed by means of a language. The results show that the Ternate Laws were produced as a response to the rebellion of King Tambuku. In order to prevent any future rebellions, the Dutch colonial government created a new body of knowledge in the form of written Laws whose structure consists of an exordium, contents, conclusion, and appendices. Such structural elements signify the dominance of the Dutch colonial government in the areas of politics, law, and economy. This power is demonstrated by their intervention in the creation of regulations, as well as in the regulations already existing in Tambuku. Furthermore, power is also revealed through the language used in the manuscripts. Analyses of Ternate Laws manuscripts in terms of various linguistic aspects, such as semantics, syntax, stylistics, and rhetoric, indicate an effort to achieve dominance over Tambuku. This effort is further revealed through the uses of certain sentence types, word choices, and expressions with rhetorical meanings. "

SKKB528 berisi surat perjanjian antara Raja Buol dan pihak Belanda pada tahun 1858. Naskah SKKB528 ditulis dengan aksara Jawi yang berbahasa Melayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan edisi teks SKKB528 dan menjelaskan peraturan pihak Belanda di Kerajaan Buol. Oleh sebab itu, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode edisi kritis untuk mempermudah pembaca memahami isi teks. Penelitian ini didukung juga dengan teori filologi, kekuasaan, dan hukum. Berdasarkan isi teks, terlihat campur tangan pihak Belanda dalam aspek politik, hukum, dan ekonomi di Kerajaan Buol. ABSTRACTThis undergraduate thesis explains the manuscript of Surat Kontrak Kerajaan Buol Nomor 528 SKKB528 , a collection of Indonesian National Archive or ANRI. The SKKB528 contains the contracts between the King of Buol and Dutch East Indies Government in 1858. The manuscript is written in jawi script and in Malay language. The purpose of this research is to produce the text edition of SKKB528 and explain about the Dutch East Indies 39 rules in the Kingdom of Buol. The text is translated in latin script with critical edition method. This research uses philological approach, dominance theory, and law. Based on analysis of the text content, SKKB528 shows the authority of the Dutch East Indies on three aspects in the Kingdom of Buol, there is politics, laws, and economics. "

"ABSTRAKDalam skripsi ini diteliti penggunaan kalimat elips serta bentuk kalimat pada keterangan gambar akun seorang aktor Jerman bernama Matthias Schweigh fer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kalimat elips yang ditemukan pada keterangan gambar dan bentuk kalimat yang digunakan pada keterangan gambar. Data berasal dari sembilan keterangan gambar yang dibagikan bersamaan dengan sebuah foto atau video oleh Schweigh fer. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kalimat elips kamus Duden dan teori kalimat elips dari Ludger Hoffmann. Teori Satzarten dari kamus Duden juga digunakan dalam perkembangan ini. Simpulan analisis menunjukkan bahwa jenis kalimat elips yang sering digunakan adalah Situative Ellipse dan bentuk kalimat yang sering digunakan adalah Aussagesatz.

ABSTRAKThis thesis research the use of elliptical sentence on one of famous German actor rsquo s, Matthias Schweigh fer, personal instagram account rsquo s captions. This research aims to describe types of elliptical sentence and sentence Schweigh fer uses in the captions. The data comes from nine captions that comes with either photos or videos that are posted personally by Schweigh fer on his account. The theories that are used here are Theory of Elliptical Sentence by Duden Dictionary, Theory of Elliptical Sentence by Ludger Hoffmann and Theory of Sentence Types by Duden Dictionary. Analysis result shows that situative Ellipse and Aussagesatz are the most frequently used sentences from Schweigh fer. "

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih lengkap mengenai pengalaman perempuan sebagai pejuang selama perang kemerdekaan dans setelah indonesia merdeka berdasarkan penurunan dari pelaku sejarah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa masih banyak hal-hal mengenai pengalaman perempuan yang tidak terkemand dalam buku-buku sejarah indonesia. Dua hal yang diduga dapat menerangkan hal ini adalah kurangnya tradisi menulis dan kurangnya minat para sejarawan terhadap pengalaman-pengalaman perempuan sebagai pelaku sejarah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu penelitian yang akan menggali lebih banyak mengenai pengalaman perempuan dari pelaku sejarah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memilih tiga orang perempuan pejuang yang telah dikenal sepak terjangnya dalam lingkungan organisasi perempuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada beberapa pengalaman dan kepedulian yang kurang lebih sama yang dimiliki oleh tiga pejuang ini. Pertama, dalam perjuangannya perempuan pejuang ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan oleh orang tuanya. Kedua, mereka peduli terhadap isu perempuan, terutama masalah hak perempuan dalam perkawinan dan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak. Ketiga, sifat perjuangan mereka juga dipengaruhi oleh konsep perempuan sebagai ibu abgnsa. Keempat, oleh karena perjuangan mereka sangat diwarnai oleh konsep tersebut, mereka tetap menempatkan identitas mereka sebagai ibu rumah tangga walaupun pada saat bersamaan mereka adalah tokoh publik. Penelitian ini juga menampilkan pengalaman khas perempuan baik sebagai pejuang maupun sebagai istri pejuang. Dalam penelitian ini juga terungkap bagaimana perempuan ini menyikapi kelanjutan perjuangan mereka dalam masa sekarang.

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to obtain a more complete description about women's experience during Indonesian Independence movement and thereafter based on personal life story. This study was based on the assumption that there are still lots more to say about women experience than those we can find in history books. Lack of written tradition and of historians' concerns on women's experience as actor in history are likely to be the reasons behind all this missing information. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study which will explore more about women's experience based on the actors' own experience. The method employed in this study is in-depth interviews and three women who are well-known among members of women's organizations, were selected as informants. This study has identified some common experiences and concerns shared by three women who come from different backgrounds. First, have been greatly influenced by their parents and their families in their struggle. Second, they all concern about women's issues especially on women's right in marriage, mother's and children's welfare. Third, the nature of their struggle are greatly influenced by the concept of women as "ibu bangsa" (mother nation). Fourth, therefore, eventhough they have invaded "public" space successfully, they still retain their niches in "domestic sphere." This study also recaptures and reveals women's unique experience both as fighters and wives of fighters. Some concerns on women's situation in particular and the nation present Indonesia are also raised by the women, such as people's lack of morality and the government's lack of interest in social welfare."
