"Pemuda merupakan komponen penting bagi Indonesia saat memasuki fase bonus demografi. Menurut Ngurah (2013), peran pemuda adalah untuk mempersiapkan kepemimpinan masa depan. Kepemimpinan sangat erat kaitannya dengan sebuah organisasi atau komunitas. Pada tahun 2015, di Kota Bandung berdiri sebuah komunitas yang fokus pada pembinaan pemuda yakni Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah atau Komunitas Shift yang didirikan oleh Tengku Hanan Attaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa perkembangan seperti apa yang terjadi pada Komunitas Shift dan juga Gaya Kepemimpinan seperti apa yang diterapkan oleh Tengku Hanan Attaki di Komunitas Shift  ini. Thoha (2001) berpendapat bahwa istilah gaya kepemimpinan adalah cara yang dipergunakan oleh seorang pimpinan dalam mempengaruhi para pengikutnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisa, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa saat ini Komunitas Shift mengalami perkembangan yang baik dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama sejak didirikan. Terlihat dari jumlah program kerja yang cukup banyak dan terlaksana dengan baik yang selalu mampu menarik jumlah peserta yang hadir di setiap program yang mereka adakan serta dinilai dari jumlah pengikut di sosial media khususnya Instagram dan Youtube. Faktor kepemimpinan Tengku Hanan Attaki sangat berpengaruh dalam hal ini.  Tengku Hanan Attaki telah menjalankan Gaya Direktif, Gaya Partisipatif dan Gaya Orientasi Prestasi menurut Teori House serta Gaya Konsultasi menurut Teori Hersey dan Blanchard. Kepemimpinan Tengku Hanan Attaki juga telah menjalankan beberapa prinsip dalam empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional menurut Teori Bernard Bass.

Youth is an important component for Indonesia when entering the bonus demographic phase. According to Ngurah (2013), the role of youth is to prepare for future leadership. Leadership is very closely related to an organization or community. In 2015, in Bandung City stood a community that focused on youth development namely the Hijrah Youth Movement Community or Shift Community founded by Tengku Hanan Attaki. This study aims to analyze developments such as what happened to the Shift Community as well as the Leadership Style as applied by Tengku Hanan Attaki in this Shift Community. Thoha (2001) argues that the term leadership style is a method used by a leader in influencing his followers. The study used a qualitative method of case study approach using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis, the authors conclude that the Shift Community is currently experiencing good development in short time since it was founded. It can be seen from the number of work programs that are quite numerous and well implemented which are always able to attract the number of participants participated in each program they hold and are judged by the number of followers on social media especially Instagram and Youtube. The leadership factor of Tengku Hanan Attaki was very influential in this matter. Tengku Hanan Attaki has carried out the Directive Style, Participatory Style and Achievement Orientation Style according to House Theory and Consultation Style according to Hersey and Blanchard Theory. Tengku Hanan Attaki's leadership has also carried out several principles in the four dimensions of transformational leadership according to Bernard Bass's Theory."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses kaderisasi kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna di wilayah DKI Jakarta serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, kaji pustaka, dan penelusuran dokumen penelitian. Penelitian ini menjelaskan kaderisasi kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna tingkat Kelurahan, Forum Pengurus Karang Taruna tingkat Kecamatan, tingkat Kota, sampai tingkat Provinsi di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan tahapan succession planning yang diutarakan oleh Matan (2010). Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa kaderisasi kepemimpinan di Karang Taruna harus terus dioptimalkan melalui konsolidasi yang baik di antara pengurus Karang Taruna. Terutama dengan lebih mengoptimalkan lagi proses rekrutmen, seleksi, serta pengembangan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan.

This study aims to analyze leadership regeneration process carried out by Karang Taruna in DKI Jakarta area as well as to determine its influence factors. The data in this study collected through interviews, literature review, and document research. This study describes the leadership regeneration carried out by Karang Taruna at Village level, Forum Pengurus Karang Taruna at District level, State level, to the Provincial level in the DKI Jakarta area. This study is a descriptive qualitative research design. Analyses were performed using succession planning steps expressed by Matan (2010). The result of this study suggests that the leadership regeneration carried out by Karang Taruna should be optimized through good consolidation among Karang Taruna members. Especially with further optimizing the recruitment process, the candidate selection, and also the development and training future leaders."

"Tesis ini membahas tentan hubungan antara aspirasi karir terhadap proses pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda dengan menjadikan objek penelitian pada empat Organisasi Kemasyarakatan Pemuda (OKP), yaitu Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) Pusat, Youth Leadershp Center (YLC), Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Depok, dan Jaringan Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (IPRMI). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner ditemukan bahwa hubungan hubungan aspifasi karir dalam proses pengembangan kepemimpinan adalah signiiikan. Sehingga dalam menciptakan kepemimpinan yang terus berkesinambungan peneliti menyarankan agar penerapan aspirasi karir dapat diperhatikan oleh para pemimpin OKP.

This thesis discuss the relation of the career aspiration toward the process of the youth leadership development program by using four youth organizations as the research object, which are the national- board of the Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI), Youth Leadership Center (YLC), Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) in Depok, and Jaringan Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (JPRMD. With quantitative approach and questionnaire method in gathering the data, it is concluded that the relation of the career aspiration toward the process of the youth leadership development program is significant. Therefore, in creating a sustainable leadership, the researcher suggests that the application of the career aspiration can be concerned by the leaders of the youth organizations."

"Program revitalisasi gerokan Pramuka yang telah digulirkan sejak 2006, belum mampu memberikan perubahan yang signifikan dalam gerakan Pramuka itu sendiri pada kenyataannya di lapangan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari masih kurangnya minat para pemuda dan pellljar di Indonesia untuk aktif dalam kegiatan kepramukaan, walaupun secara tertulis jumlab anggota Pramuka adalah 16.374.299 orang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah posisi gerakan Pramuka di dalam benak stakeholders, dan strategi untuk mereposisi gerakan Pramuka sebagai wadah pengembangan kepemimpioan pemuda.
Berdasarka penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori Kriteria Positioning dan Alasan Reposisi oleh Hermawan Kertajaya (2004), diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa stakeholders memposisikan Gerakan Pramuka hanya sebagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah ataupun di perguruan tinggi dan mereka meni!ai tidak ada kepentiogan bagi mereka untuk berpartisipasi aktif didalamnya. Gerakan Pramuka perlu melakukan reposisi dengau strategi PNU3P (!. Pasar. Perluas target pasar sarnpai pra siaga, fokus pasar Penegak dan Pandega pada basis pembioaan di masyarakat, 2. Nilai. The scout revitalization program which has been done since 2006in realityhas not yet given a significant change for the scout movement itself. This fact can be seen from the declining of interest of the youth and students in Indonesia to actively take a part in the scout activities; yet, it is claimed that there are 16. 374.299 members of Indonesia scout The focus of this research is the position of scout in stakeholders' perspective, and the strategy to reposition the scout movement as a media of youth leadership development Based on the research conducted in qualitative approach by using Positioning Criteria and Reposition Reasons Theory by Hem1awan Kertajaya (2004).
It is concluded that the stakeholders position scout movement only as an extracurricular activity at school or university, and they think that there is no importance for them to be actively involved in it The scout movement needs to do a reposition by applying PNU3P strategy (I. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu ana!isis berkaitan dengan program pendidikan kepemimpinan pemuda ini.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mellhat persepsi alumni terhadap program pendidikan kcpemimpimm pemuda dengan mclihat persepsi terhadap pengalaman belajar, persepsi terhadap kompetensi yang dikuasai setelah pendidikan dan relevansinya terhadap organisasi, serta pcrscpsi terhadap prinsip praktek-praktek kepemimpinan yang dipelajari dalam pendidikan dan pelaksanaannya dalam organisasi, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara survey alumni denganjumlah srunpel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi alumni terhadap pengalaman pembelajaran yang berkontribusi terhadap kepemimpinan di dalam organisasi adalah pengalaman di masyarakat denganpersepsi dalam pengalaman proses belajar dinilai memuaskan oleh alumni. Untuk persepsi terhadap kompetensi lulusan dan relevansinya terhadap organiasasi menilai menguasai kompetensi dan adanya relevansi pada kategori sesuai dan untuk persepsi alumni terhadap praktek-praktek kepemimpinan berada pada kategori sesuai.

Therefore, it required an analysis of educational programs related to youth leadership.
This study aims to look at perceptions of graduates of the youth leadership education programs by looking at perceptions of the learning experience, perception of competence is mastered after education and its relevance to the organization. and perception of the principles of leadership practices that arc learned in education and its implementation within the organizution. This study uses a quantitative approach by surveying graduates wirh the number of samples is 30 people.
Based on research results indicate that the perception of gradt.mtes of ieaming experiences that contribute to leadership in the organization is the experience in the community with the perception in the learning experience is considered satisfactory by the alumni. For the perception of the competence of graduates and the relevance to the organization assess the competence and the relevance of mastering are in the appropriate category) and for graduates perceptions of leadership practices are in the appropriate category.

"Kabupaten Sambas berbatasan dengan Malaysia. Isu strategis di perbatasan adalah kemiskinan, kesenjangan sosial, konflik antarsuku, narkoba dan rendahnya nasionalisme. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan pemuda BM PAN Sambas menghadapi isu strategis di wilayah perbatasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan tehnik wawancara mendalam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepemimpinan BM PAN Sambas dalam menghadapi isu strategis di wilayah perbatasan melalui diskusi publik, kegiatan sosial-kemanusiaan, pembinaan wawasan politik serta pencegahan narkoba belum maksimal. BM PAN Sambas belum menyelesaikan permasalahan yang mengancam ketahanan nasional di perbatasan secara menyeluruh sehingga pengaruh kepemimpinan BM PAN Sambas belum terlalu dirasakan oleh pemuda di Sambas.

Sambas Regency is the area that is immediately adjacent to the State of Sarawak, East Malaysia. Strategic issues in the border region are social disparities, horizontal conKflict, drugs and decrease the sense of nationalism. This study describes about youth leadership of Sambas BM PAN Barisan Muda Penegak Amanat Nasional or The Young of The National Mandate Holders in dealing with strategic issues in the border region of Sambas district. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical technique by indepth interview. The analysis finds that the youth leadership of Sambas BM PAN in dealing with strategic issues in the border region of Sambas district through public discussions, social humanitarian activities, development of national political insight and the prevention of drug use is considered not maximal. BM PAN have been unable to resolve strategic issues that are threats to national resilience in the border region as a whole, so that the effects of Sambas BM PAN leadership are not too perceived by young people in Sambas.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang bahwa pemuda memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Sebagai bagian dari SDM, penduduk usia muda atau pemuda tidak bisa diabaikan., karena dalam struktur demografis, penduduk usia muda (16-30 tahun) merupakan segmen paling besar dan masih berada pada usia produktif. Salah satu program untuk meningkatkan karakter pemuda yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Pemuda dan Olahraga RI adalah Program Pendidikan TANNASDA (Ketahanan Nasional untuk Pemuda). Prograrn yang telah dilaksanakan sejak Tahun 2007 dan dilaksanakan secara intensif setiap tahun.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma Post Positivist atau pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengernbangkan program tersebut, sehingga bisa ditemukan strategi- strategi baru dalam mengelola program. Untuk proses analisa data yang diperoleh maka digunakan analisisa SWOT dalam pengambilan faktor internal dan eksternal dari program TANNASDA. Masing-masing faktor ini ditentukan oleh dua variabel utama, yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan sebagai faktor internal, serta kesempatan dan ancaman sebagai faktor eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dirumuskan dua strategi yang terdiri dari strategi prioritas 1 atau strategi makro dengan empat faktor utama yaitu : kepemimpinan, nasionalisme, ketahanan nasional dan daya saing. Sedangkan strategi prioritas 2 atau mikro terdiri dari perumusan strategi berdasarkan faktor- faktor : kepesertaan, kurikulum, kemitraan, pola pembinaan, alumni dan post program.

For the analysis of the data obtained is used in the analysis of SWOT making internal and external factors of the program TANNASDA. Each of these factors is determined by two main variables, namely the strengths and weaknesses as internal factors, as well as the opportunities and threats are external factors. Based on the results of the research are formulated 2 strategy consists of strategic priority 1 or macro strategy with four main factors, namely: leadership, nationalism, national security and competitiveness. While the priority 2 or micro strategy consists of formulating strategies based on these factors: participation, curriculum, partnerships, development patterns, alumni and post-program.;This study was conducted with a background that youth have a strategic role in the development of the nation and the state. "Tantangan bangsa Indonesia di masa depan membutuhkan hadirnya konsorsium kepemimpinan nasional dalam 3 (tiga) kelompok yaitu kelompok pemimpin politik, pemimpin masyarakat, dan pemimpin ekonomi. Kepemimpinan pemuda sebagai solusi dengan OKP sebagai iron stock mensyaratkan sistem pengembangan kepemimpinan yang komprehensif pada OKP. Sistem pengembangan kepemimpinan tersebut dilakukan untuk memenuhi kompetensi kepemimpinan pemuda. Kepemimpinan pemuda adalah konsorsium kepemimpinan yang memiliki karakteristik dan sifat yang idealis, dinamis, kreatif, proaktif dan responsif terhadap perubahan dalam kelompok kepemimpinan politik, kepemimpinan masyarakat, dan kepemimpinan ekonomi. Proses pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda dilaksanakan dengan berbagai jalur pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan baik formal, informal maupun aktivitas di lapangan. Model pengembangan yang utama dalam proses pengembangan kepemimpinan tersebut adalah melalui pelatihan yang didesain secara khusus. Model pengembangan tersebut mengacu pada model pelatihan kepemimpinan pemuda. Berdasarkan studi dokumen dan wawancara, dirumuskan kompetensi kepemimpinan pemuda yang dikelompokkan dalam 3 (tiga) dimensi yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Setiap dimensi mengandung unit kurikuler yang dikembangkan untuk mencapai kompetensi kepemimpinan pemuda. Dirumuskan pula 10 materi dalam pelatihan yaitu ideologi, kepemimpinan, manajemen, organisasi, komunikasi, resolusi konflik, wawasan kebangsaan dan nasionalisme, wawasan internasional, dan kewirausahaan. Proses pelatihan kepemimpinan pemuda di gambarkan dalam model pelatihan kepemimpinan pemuda yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tahapan) yaitu tahap "kesadaran", tahap "interaksi", dan tahap "integrasi". Analisis terhadap 3 (tiga) OKP yaitu HMI, GMNI, dan GMKI menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sistem perkaderan di OKP masih menitikberatkan proses perkaderan yang menghasilkan kepemimpinan di bidang politik dan kemasyarakatan. Pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda pada kelompok kepemimpinan ekonomi belum optimal.

The future challenge of Indonesia needs the concepts of national leadership divided into three groups; they are the politic leaders, society leaders, and economic leaders. Youth Leadership, as a solution, by using The Youth Leadership Organization as the iron stock requires the development of comprehensive leadership system in The Youth Leadership Organization. Those development leadership systems are realizable for filling the youth leadership competence. The youth leadership is a leadership consortium, which has characteristics and idealistic quality, dynamic, creative, proactive, and responsive of the changing in a politic leadership group, society leadership group, and economic leadership group. The process of development youth leadership is enforceable by using many education paths, trainings, and informal as well as formal development activities in the field. The main development model uses the specific designed training in the process of the leadership development. The model tends to the youth leadership-training model. Based on the documents research and interviews, the competence of youth leadership consists of three dimensions; they are cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric. Every dimension contains curricular units that developed to gain the youth leadership competency. It also explains ten subjects in the training; those are ideology, leadership, management, organization, communication, conflict resolution, nationality concept and nationalism, international concept and entrepreneurship. The model of leadership training illustrates the youth leadership inauguration, it is enforceable through three steps: "awareness", "interaction", and "integration". "Partai politik memiliki peranan strategis untuk mendistribusikan kader menjadi wakil di pemerintahan. Faktanya, partai politik terjebak dalam arus korupsi dan dinilai sebagai lembaga yang paling tidak dipercaya oleh publik, khususnya di kalangan milenial. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan upaya revitalisasi agar partai politik menjadi modern, inklusif dan dapat memberikan akses kepada pemuda untuk berkontribusi secara strategis. Perbaikan citra partai politik dapat berimbas terhadap menguatnya kepercayaan milenial untuk terlibat lebih jauh dalam partai politik. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Umum DPP PSI, Ketua DPP PSI, Tenaga Ahli PSI, Anggota PSI, serta narasumber pembanding seperti Direktur Eksekutif Perludem. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan PSI menjadi partai politik yang berbadan hukum dan menjadi peserta pemilu tahun 2019 tak dapat dilepaskan dari kepemimpinan Grace Natalie dan pengurus lainnya dalam memberdayakan partisipasi politik kalangan milenial. Komposisi kepemimpinan pengurus PSI terbagi ke dalam tiga aspek, yaitu jenis dan gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi politik, serta modal sosial yang dimiliki. Partisipasi politik yang telah diakomodir oleh PSI untuk kader dan anggotanya berjumlah 10 jenis partisipasi politik yang masuk dalam kategori electoral participation, consumer participation, party participation, protest activity, dan contacting Tantangan dalam pemberdayaan pemuda di PSI ada empat, yaitu intimidasi fisik, korban hoax dan fitnah, dilema ekonomi, dan ketidakpercayaan diri dalam berpolitik.

Political parties have a strategic contribution to distribute their cadres until they represent as part of the government. In other hands, political parties were in the flow of corruption and regarded as the most unreliable institution by the public, especially among millennial generation. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to revitalize the political party become modern, more inclusive and should provide access for youth to have strategically contributed to the party. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. Participants in this study consisted of the General Chairman of the DPP PSI, the Chairman of the DPP PSI, PSI Staff, PSI Members, and the expert opinion from Perludem Executive Director. The results of this study found that the leadership of Grace Natalie and other committee of PSI were success make PSI into become a legal party for being a participant in the 2019 and also empowering millennial generation to contribute in political participation. Grace Natalie and other commitee of PSI leadership aspect were divided into three aspects, namely the type and style of leadership, political communication, and social capital owned. Political participation had been accommodated by PSI for their cadres and members in the form of electoral participation, consumer participation, party participation, protest activity, and contacting. Unfortunately, in order to the empowerment of youth in PSI, they still have to face four big challenges such as physical intimidation, hoax and defamation, economic dilemmas and low self confidence in politics.

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh servant leadership terhadap komitmen berorganisasi pengurus organisasi kepemudaan IPM, Peradah, dan FIM. Pengukuran servant leadership menggunakan instrumen Barbuto dan Wheeler (2006) dan komitmen berorganisasi menggunakan instrumen Meyer dan Allen (2004). Dari lima dimensi servant leadership terdapat empat yang dikategorikan tinggi yaitu altruistic calling, wisdom, persuasive mapping, dan organizational stewardship, sedangkan emotional healing dikategori sedang. Diketahui juga bahwa komitmen afektif pengurus berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan komitmen berkelanjutan berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji multi korelasional diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap komitmen berorganisasi. Komitmen afektif memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan dimensi wisdom, dan organizational stewardship. Sedangkan komitmen berkelanjutan memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan dimensi altruistic calling, dimensi emotional healing, dimensi wisdom, dan dimensi persuasive mapping.

This thesis discuss about the influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment of the Youth Organizations in IPM, Peradah, and FIM. The research uses Barbuto and Wheeler (2006) questionnaire for servant leadership instrument, and Meyer and Allen (2004) questionnaire for organizational commitment instrument. The result, from five dimensions of servant leadership, four dimensions in high category such as altruistic calling, wisdom, persuasive mapping, organizational stewardship, only emotional healing in average category. For the organizational commitment, affective commitment in high category, but continuance commitment in average category. Moreover, from the multi correlational test, this research found that wisdom and organizational stewardship have a positive influence to affective commitment, and altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, and persuasive mapping, have a positive influence to continuance commitment."
