"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan mengefektifkan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Kunci dari efektifitas pencapaian tujuan tersebut terletak pada SDM organisasi tersebut, yang mana hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan loyalitas kinerja anggota tersebut terhadap organisasinya. Beberapa ahli menyatakan loyalitas kinerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara membuat anggota yang berkerja tersebut merasakan kepuasan kerja terlebih dahulu. Melihat kepuasan kerja ini dapat diciptakan melalui penciptaan hubungan antara atasan-bawahan yang baik, adanya persepsi yang positif di dalam diri anggota dan mampu memberikan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan loyalitas kerja anggota tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Leader Member Exchange, Perceived Organization Support dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja anggota Sat Reskrim Polresta Depok melalui kepuasan kerja anggota sebagai variabel mediasinya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain teori gaya kepemimpinan Leader Member Exchange (Robert C. Liden dan John M. Maslyn (1998) ), teori Perceived Organization Support, (Hetty Ismainar,2015 dan Payanma J Simanjuntak,2011). teori motivasi (Maslow), teori kepuasan kerja (Priyono Marnis,2010) dan teori loyalitas kerja (Ahmad,2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif dengan sampel sebanyak 90 orang anggota Sat Reskrim Polresta Depok. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5 dan teknik analisis data menggunakan alat bantu sofware SPSS versi 21 dengan tambahan sofware sobel tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Leader Member Exchange, Perceived Organization Support dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja anggota Sat Reskrim Polresta Depok melalui kepuasan kerja anggota sebagai variabel mediasinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan semua hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada organisasi Polri adalah apabila ingin meningkatkan kinerja anggota Polri, diharapkan kepuasan kerja anggota dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian motivasi, menjaga hubungan baik antara atasan dan bawahan serta memberi dukungan organisasi yang baik kepada anggota yang bertugas tersebut.

This research is motivated by the desire to streamline the achievement of organizational goals. The key to the effectiveness of achieving these goals lies in the organization's HR, which can be done by increasing the members' performance loyalty towards the organization. Some experts state that performance loyalty can be improved by making the working members feel job satisfaction first. Seeing job satisfaction can be created through the creation of good relations between superiors and subordinates, there is a positive perception within the member that the organization provides full support for its performance and achievement of these individual needs which are then able to give effect to the increase in members' work loyalty. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Member Exchange Leader, Perceived Organization Support and Motivation on the work loyalty of the Depok Police Resprim member through member job satisfaction as the mediating variable. The theories used in this study include the theory of leadership style of the Member Exchange Leader, the theory of the Perceived Organization Support, motivation theory, job satisfaction theory and work loyalty theory. This study uses a quantative approach with a sample of 90 members of the Depok Police Reskrim Sat. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a Likert scale 1-5 and data analysis techniques using SPSS version 21 software tools with additional sobel test software. The results of this study indicate that the Member Exchange Leader, Perceived Organization Support and Motivation have an effect on the work loyalty of Depok Police Polytechnic Sat members through member job satisfaction as the mediating variable. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that all the research hypotheses were accepted. Suggestions that can be given to Polri organizations are if they want to improve the performance of Polri members, it is expected that member job satisfaction can be increased through giving motivation, maintaining good relations between superiors and subordinates and providing good organizational support to the members in charge."

"Era disrupsi adalah suatu fenomena dimana inovasi memiliki potensi untuk mengacaukan atau bahkan mematikan suatu bisnis. Perusahaan harus berani melakukan self-disruption yang mana memiliki potensi untuk bertahan mengahadapi kompetitor. Perusahaan kedepannya harus mempersiapkan seluruh karyawan dengan menumbuhkan perilaku kerja inovatif, untuk mengantisipasi tantangan di era disruptif dengan menghasilkan inovasi yang dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. Karyawan yang inovatif merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Tingkat perilaku kerja inovatif yang dimiliki karyawan dapat dipengaruhi dan ditingkatkan oleh leader-member exchange LMX, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan keterikatan karyawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 226 karyawan ConsuCo yang telah bekerja minimal selama satu tahun di perusahaan secara offline.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LMX memiliki pengaruh langsung yang bersifat positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan pemberdayaan psikologis ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Selain itu, keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Lebih lanjut, LMX dan pemberdayaan psikologis ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif melalui keterikatan karyawan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan karyawan memiliki peran sebagai mediator antara LMX mediasi parsial dan pemberdayaan psikologis mediasi penuh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.

Disruption era is a phenomenon where innovation has the potential to disrupt or even kill a business. Companies must dare to do self disruption which has the potential to survive facing competitors. In the future, companies must prepare all employees by fostering innovative work behaviors, to anticipate challenges in the disruptive era by generating innovations that can provide a competitive advantage for the company. Innovative employees are an important human resource in maintaining the viability of the company. The level of employee 39s innovative work behavior can be influenced and enhanced by leader member exchange LMX, psychological empowerment, and employee engagement.
This research used Structural Equation Modeling SEM method. This research data is obtained from 226 ConsuCo employees who have been working for at least a year in the company through offline.
The results of this study indicate that LMX has a positive direct effect on innovative work behavior, whereas psychological empowerment is found to have no direct effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, employee engagement has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, LMX and psychological empowerment are found to have an effect on innovative work behavior through employee engagement. It shows that employee engagement has a role as mediator between LMX partial mediation and psychological empowerment full mediation on innovative work behavior.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the 248 respondents consisting of staff employees and
superiors or leaders within the PT. TASPEN. Motivated by the uncertainty of the
environment that experienced by PT. TASPEN, like developing new business
model and lack of human resources due to discontinuation recruitment, this
uncertainty environment force employees to be able to follow the flow of change.
So that the readiness for change be interesting to investigate. Factors that influence
the readiness for change in this research are the Leader member exchange (LMX)
and Perceived Organizational Support (POS). High finding on the research results
explain both factors have the most effect in affecting valence as a Readines For
Change dimension."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Innovative Behavior Dengan Job Engagement dan Organization Engagement Sebagai Mediasi. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri pertambangan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 290 responden yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT XYZ sebagai salah satu perusahaan pertambangan BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan mengalami sedikit modifikasi dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Job Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek negatif pada Organization Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Organization engagement, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative behavior. Job Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior di kantor pusat PT XYZ.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of Leader Member Exchange on Innovative Behavior on which is influenced by the role of Job Engagement and Organizational Engagement as a mediator. This research examined the mining industry using a questionnaire obtained from 290 respondents working at Headquarter office of PT XYZ. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and added hypothesis and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The result showed that quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Job Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has negative effect on Organization Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Job engagement has positive effect on Organization engagement, Job engagement has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement has positive effect on Innovative behavior. While Job Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior of employee at Headquarters office of PT XYZ."

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the characteristics of respondents to the variables oforganizational culture, job satisfaction, work motivation, and service quality atSatpas in Tangerang Raya To examine description of organizational culture, jobsatisfaction, work motivation, and service quality at Satpas in Tangerang Rayaarea And work satisfaction, work motivation, service quality at Satpas inTangerang Raya area.The population of this research are all members of Tangerang Police Traffic Unit,Tangerang City Police Station, and South Tangerang Police Station which isengaged in SIM services and the public who use SIM services as the manufactureor extension of driver 39 s license in Tangerang Raya area. Research participantsselected via convenience sampling method Gall, Borg Gall, 1996 57 , wheremembers who are on duty and people who have SIM are asked to participate infilling in the questionnaire. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara leader-member exchange (LMX) dengan work engagement serta melihat pengaruh masa kerja sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan kedua variabel tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi pelatihan coaching dalam meningkatkan LMX dan work engagement. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas XYZ sebanyak 194 partisipan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis moderasi Hayes process pada SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa LMX berhubungan positif serta memprediksi work engagement secara signifikan, namun peran masa kerja sebagai moderator tidak terbukti. Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan LMX dan work engagement adalah pelatihan coaching kepada atasan. Evaluasi terhadap intervensi dilakukan dalam waktu 2 minggu dengan melihat skor pretest dan posttest menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan perilaku para atasan tentang coaching terbukti mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and work engagement and measure the effect of tenure as a moderator on the relationship between the two variables. In addition, this study also focused to measure the effectiveness of coaching training in improving LMX and work engagement. The sample used in this study is Civil Servants (PNS) at Dinas XYZ. The data collected were 194 participants, which processed using the Hayes process moderation analysis technique in SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that LMX is positively related and predicts work engagement significantly, meanwhile the role of tenure as a moderator is not proven. The intervention carried out to be able to improve LMX and work engagement is coaching training for superiors. Evaluation of the intervention was held within 2 weeks using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the analysis showed that the supervisor`s learning and behavior changing about coaching proved to be significantly improved after the intervention."

"[Sebagai salah satu perusahaan teratas dalam sektor asuransi jiwa, PT XYZ tidak luput mengalami salah satu permasalahan SDM, yaitu intention to leave yang tinggi yang dapat disebabkan oleh rendahnya komitmen organisasional karyawan. Di dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan mengenai pengaruh dari perceived external prestige, ethical organizational climate, dan leader-member exchange quality pada komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir karyawan serta pengaruh dari komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir karyawan pada motivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan intention to leave di PT XYZ. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 237 orang karyawan PT XYZ di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan structural equation model, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya perceived external prestige dan leader-member exchange quality yang berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir serta komitmen organisasional dan komitmen karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave dan motivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan.

"Penyederhanaan birokrasi dilakukan untuk mengurangi panjangnya birokrasi pemerintah dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Alih-alih meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, penyederhanaan birokrasi yang menyebabkan perubahan pada jenjang karir pegawai aparatur ini, memiliki dampak resistensi, kebingungan, kesulitan, dan kekhawatiran mengenai masa depan karir jabatan fungsional. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua studi dan dilakukan di Instansi X di Provinsi Lampung. Studi satu bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi motivasi kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil di instansi X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang menggunakan kuesioner self-report yaitu kuesioner kinerja, kuesioner persepsi pengembangan karir dan kuesioner motivasi kerja. Jawaban dari 136 partisipan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik Process Macro 4.0 dari Hayes pada aplikasi SPSS ver.26 menunjukkan terjadi mediasi signifikan (indirect effect p < 0,05) oleh variabel motivasi pada pengaruh persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan studi dua yaitu intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan persepsi pengembangan karir dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Intervensi career coaching kemudian diberikan kepada partisipan survei yang memiliki skor rendah pada ketiga variabel yang diteliti. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan kegiatan coaching ini tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada skor survey antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dilakukan (p > 0,05).

The bureaucracy is simplified to reduce the length of the government bureaucracy and improve employee performance. Instead of improving employee performance, the simplification of the bureaucracy that causes changes in the career path of this apparatus has the impact of resistance, confusion, difficulties, and concerns about the future career of functional positions. This research consisted of two studies and was conducted at Institution X in Lampung Province. Study one aims to see the relationship between perceptions of career development and performance mediated by work motivation of civil servants in agency X. This research is a quantitative correlational study that uses self-report questionnaires, namely performance questionnaires, career development perceptions questionnaires and work motivation questionnaires. The answers of 136 participants were analyzed using the Statistical analysis Process Macro 4.0 from Hayes on the SPSS ver.26 application indicating that there was a significant mediation (indirect effect p < 0.05) by the motivation variable on the perceived influence of career development on the performance of the state civil apparatus. Then proceed with the second study, namely the intervention that aims to increase the perception of career development in an effort to improve the performance of civil servants. Career coaching interventions were then given to survey participants who had low scores on the three variables studied. The results of statistical analysis showed that this coaching activity did not significantly affect the survey score between before and after the intervention was carried out (p > 0.05)."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan dalam leader-member exchange, serta persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi atau perceived organizational support, yang merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan organizational commitment sebagai mediator variabel untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari kedua independen variabel tersebut. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 176 orang karyawan yang terdiri atas dua kelompok responden, yaitu Responden A sebagai atasan dan Responden B sebagai pelaksana/bawahan yang akan dibandingkan hasilnya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada kedua responden penelitian terkait dengan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui organizational commitment sebagai mediator. Namun, menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda pada pengaruh leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Pada Responden A, leader-member exchange tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Sedangkan, hasil pada Responden B menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator.

This research was conducted to get a whole picture of the perception toward superiors subordinates'relationship in leader member exchange, as well as employee's perceptions of organizational support in perceived organizational support, which may affect employee turnover intentions. Researcher use organizational commitment as a moderator variable to see the direct and indirect influences from those two independent variables. Survey data were collected from 176 employees, which consists of two groups of respondents, namely Respondent A as superior and Respondent B as the executor subordinate, which will be compared the result with one another.
The result of this study shows significant in both respondents related to the influence of perceived organizational support toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediator variable. However, it shows different on the influences of leader member exchange toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a moderator variable. Respondent A show that leader member exchange has no significant effect on the employee's turnover intentions, either directly or through organizational commitment as a moderator. Meanwhile, the results of Respondent B show the opposite, that there is a significant influence of leader member exchange on employee's turnover intention, either directly or through organizational commitment as moderator.

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan kepuasan kerja dan leader-member exchange (LMX) pada perawat di Rumah Sakit K. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 perawat. Kepuasan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan alat Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1997) dan LMX diukur dengan menggunakan alat Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensional (LMX-MDM) (Liden & Maslyn, 1998). Pada penelitian ini tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan LMX, namun ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan satu dimensi LMX yaitu professional respect (r = .35, LOS = .05). Sebanyak 53.2% dari sampel penelitian juga memiliki nilai professional respect yang tergolong di bawah rata-rata. Untuk itu, intervensi yang diusulkan adalah pelatihan mengenai coaching pada penanggung jawab shift dan kepala ruangan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan professional respect, LMX, dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Hasil evaluasi intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada perawat.

The aim of study was finding relationship between job satisfaction and leader-member exchange (LMX) of nurses at K Hospital. This study used quantitative method which has 47 samples of nurse. Job satisfaction was measured by Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) (Spector, 1997) and LMX was measured by Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensional (LMXMDM) (Liden & Maslyn, 1998). This study found there was no relationship between job satisfaction and LMX, but there was significant relationship between job satisfaction and one of LMX dimension, professional respect (r = .35, LOS = .05). The samples who had low professional respect (below the mean) was 53.2% of samples. To improve professional respect, LMX, and job satisfaction, researcher suggested to give coaching skill training to shift and room supervisors. The training evaluation showed increased knowledge significantly of nurses.
