"Skripsi ini membahas hubungan antara komponen servicescape, image perception dan behavioral intention pada studi kasus Warunk Upnormal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode conclusive descriptive dan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling, kemudian kuisioner disebar kepada 182 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Warunk Upnormal yang digolongkan sebagai generasi milenial, yaitu yang berusia 18-37 di tahun 2018 dengan syarat pernah menongkrong di Warunk Upnormal pada tahun 2018 sebanyak minimal dua kali dengan waktu singgah minimal 30 menit. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa substantive staging of servicescape dan communicative staging of servicescape memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived overall image. Kemudian perceived overall image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Dan di sisi lain, customer satisfaction juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap revisiting intention dan word-of-mouth intention.

This study discusses the relationship between servicescape, image perception and behavioral intention components in the Warunk Upnormal case study. This study uses descriptive and cross-sectional conclusive methods. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling, then the questionnaire was distributed to 182 respondents. Respondents of this study are customers of Warunk Upnormal who are classified as millennials, namely those aged 18-37 in 2018 on the condition that they have to hang out at Warunk Upnormal in 2018 at least twice with a minimum of 30 minutes stop time. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study indicate that substantive staging of servicescape and communicative staging of servicescape has a positive influence on the perceived overall image. Then the perceived overall image has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. And on the other hand, customer satisfaction also has a positive influence on revisiting intention and word-of-mouth intention."

"Indonesia memiliki potensi bisnis retail yang baik di kalangan negara berkembang dan di prediksi untuk terus berkembang di masa depan. Ditambah dengan karakteristik konsumen Indonesia yang lebih memilih dan mencintai produk lokal, hal ini seharusnya menjadi pertanda baik bagi para entrepreneur untuk menjalani bisnis retail di Indonesia. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak retailer yang mengalami kerugian dan menutup bisnisnya karena penjualan yang terus menurun. Hal ini menjadi alasan perlunya penggunaan strategi diferensiasi seperti menggunakan aspek servicescape untuk mensiasati persaingan dan meraih loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh persepsi servicescape terhadap service quality dan behavioral intention pada Goods Dept.
Penelitian ini berbentuk conclusive design, descriptive research, dan single cross-sectional design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling yaitu judgment sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Goods Dept yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek yang telah melakukan interaksi dengan karyawan Goods Dept serta memperhatikan lingkungan fisik dan desain tempat di sekelilingnya. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servicescape memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee service quality, overall service quality, dan behavioral intention. Di sisi lain, employee service quality juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap overall service quality. Serta overall service quality juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention. Kedua variabel employee service quality dan overall service quality juga masing-masing memediasi hubungan antara servicescape dan overall service quality serta servicescape dan behavioral intention.

Indonesia have good potential in retail business section among the developing countries and it is projected to keep developing in the future. With Indonesia rsquo s consumer characteristic which more likely want to choose and love local products, this should have become a good signal for entrepreneur to conduct retail businesses in Indonesia. However, in reality there are still a lot of retailers who suffer from loss and close its business because of the keep decreasing sales. This matter becomes a reason why entrepreneurs need another differentiation strategy such as using servicescape aspect to be able to compete in the market and gain consumer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of servicescape perception towards behavioral intention using service quality as mediating variable in Goods Dept. Goods Dept is a retail business with the concept of curated department store operating in Indonesia.
The design of this study are conclusive design, descriptive research, and single cross sectional design. While the sampling method being used in this study is a non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique. The respondents of this study are Goods Dept visitors who live in Jabodetabek region, have interacted with Goods Dept rsquo s employees while also pay attention to Goods Dept rsquo s service environment and design. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The result of this research shows that servicescape have positive effect towards employee service quality, overall service quality, and behavioral intention. On the other side, employee service quality also have positive effect towards overall service quality and overall service quality have positive effect towards behavioral intention. Both employee service quality and overall service quality are also proven to be mediating variables between servicescape overall service quality and servicescape ndash behavioral intention.

"Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality perception dan merchandise quality perception terhadap brand trust dan behavioral intentions pada industry Casual Dining Restaurant, yaitu pada restoran Warunk Upnormal. Penelitian ini menguji peran langsung dari service quality perception yang terdiri dari lima dimensi; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy , dan merchandise quality perception, serta menguji peran brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 431 pelanggan Warunk Upnormal yang pernah mengunjungi dan makan di Warunk Upnormal, berusia 17-25 tahun, dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM dengan menggunakan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1 service quality perception dan merchandise quality perception berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust, 2 service quality perception and merchandise quality perception berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intentions, dan 3 brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intentions.

This research aims to analyze the effects of service quality perception and merchandise quality perception toward brand trust and behavioral intentions on Warunk Upnormal Restaurant as a casual dining restaurant. This research examine direct role of service quality perception that consist of five dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy , and merchandise quality perception, and also examine the role of brand trust as mediating variable. The data were collected from 431 customer from Warunk Upnormal, that have an experience eating in Warunk Upnormal, aged 17 25 years old, and live in Jabodetabek. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling SEM with Lisrel 8.80. The result shows that 1 service quality perception and merchandise quality perception positively influence brand trust, 2 service quality perception and merchandise quality perception positively influence behavioral intentions, 3 brand trust positively influences behavioral intentions. "

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh servicescape terhadap emotional states, perceived value dan behavioral intention konsumen The House of Raminten Café Cabang Kotabaru Yogyakarta. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan sampel sebanyak 164 pengunjung The House of Raminten Café Cabang Kotabaru Yogyakarta dengan nonprobability sampling serta teknik convenience sampling.Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan indepth interview kepada 10 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke The House of Raminten Café Cabang Kotabaru Yogyakarta.Instrumen penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari servicescape terhadap positive emotion. Selain itu, servicescape berpengaruh negatif terhadap negative emotions (partly supported). Positive dan negative emotion juga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Servicescape juga berpengaruh terhadap perceived value (partly supported). Perceived value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Emotional States baik positive maupun negative emotion berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perceived value.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of servicescape towards emotional states, perceived value, and behavioral intention by consumers of The House of Raminten Cafe Kotabaru Yogyakarta. This research applies quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative approach was conducted by using 164 sample of visitors of The House of Raminten Cafe Kotabaru Yogyakarta, which was collected nonprobability sampling and convenience sampling technique. Qualitative approach was conducted with indepth interview to 10 respondents who have visited The House of Raminten Cafe Kotabaru Yogyakarta. Quantitative research instrument used were questionnaire and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
This research result that servicescape has significant influence towards emotion. Servicescape also had negative influence towards negative emotions (partly supported). Both of positive and negative emotion also have significant influence towards behavioral intention. Servicescape also has influence towards perceived value (partly supported). Perceived value has influence towards behavioral intention. Emotional states even positive or negative emotion has influence significantly towards perceived value.

"Dalam situasi yang semakin kompetitif serta tantangan yang lebih besar dalam industri pariwisata, suatu destinasi memerlukan pemahaman yang baik mengenai destination image dan hubungannya dengan behavioral intention agar dapat bertahan dan sustainable di pasar yang semakin kompleks.Penelitian ini menguji dimensi dari destination image (cognitive, affective, dan unique image) terhadap behavioral intention.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 wisatawan domestik di Bandung.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan multiple regression.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dua dimensi destination image (affective and unique image) merupakan dimensi yang berpengaruh pada behavioral intention wisatawan domestik di Bandung.

The competitive situation and greater challenges within the tourism industry entail a better understanding of a destination image toward future behavioral intention to make a sustanaible position in the competitive market. This study examines the dimensions of destination image (cognitive, affective, and unique image) toward behavioral intention of domestic tourist to Bandung. This research uses a quantitative methodology using responses given by 100 domestic tourist. Analysis technique of the data used in this study is multiple regression.
The results showed that two dimensions of destination image (affective and unique image) are significant dimensions of domestic tourists‟s behavioral intention.

"Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi behavioral intention dari penumpang maskapai penerbangan domestik, yang terdiri dari service quality, perceived value, perceived image, satisfaction, dan customer engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap behavioral intention dari penumpang maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik yang dipengaruhi oleh service quality yang ditawarkan oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, perceived value pelanggan terhadap layanan dari maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, perceived image dari maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, satisfaction yang ditawarkan oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik, serta customer engagement yang dilakukan dan dirasakan oleh pelanggan maskapai penerbangan komersial domestik. Sebanyak 355 responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner online. Hipotesis kemudian diuji melalui metode structural equation modelling (SEM).
Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived image, satisfaction, dan perceived value. Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer engagement. Perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer engagement. Customer engagement, satisfaction, dan perceived image memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap behavioral intention. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perceived image tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap perceived value dan customer engagement, kemudian perceived value tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap behavioral intention.

There are some factors that influence behavioral intention of domestic commercial airline passengers, which consist of service quality, perceived value, perceived image, satisfaction, and customer engagement. This study aims to analyze the behavioral intention of domestic commercial airline passengers affected by the service quality offered by domestic commercial airlines, the perceived value of customers to services from domestic commercial airlines, perceived image of domestic commercial airlines, satisfaction offered by domestic commercial airlines, and customer engagement carried out and felt by domestic commercial airline passengers. A total of 355 respondents were obtained through an online questionnaire. The hypothesis is then tested through the method of structural equation modeling (SEM).
Empirical results show that service quality has a positive influence on perceived image, satisfaction, and perceived value. Satisfaction has a positive influence on customer engagement. Perceived value has a positive influence on customer engagement. Customer engagement, satisfaction, and perceived image have a positive influence on behavioral intention. The results of this study also show that perceived image does not have a positive influence on perceived value and customer engagement, then perceived value does not have a positive influence on behavioral intention.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh potensial online servicescape atau yang dalam penelitian ini disebut ldquo;e-servicescape rdquo; Harris Goode, 2010 yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi. Dimensi tersebut adalah daya tarik estetika, tata letak dan fungsi serta kemanan finansial. Penelitian ini kemudian menganalisis pengaruh ketiganya terhadap rasa percaya konsumen terhadap website Lazada.co.id yang kemudian juga pengaruhnya kepada minat beli konsumen. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari electronic questioner data primer kepada 323 konsumen Lazada yang telah menggunakan website Lazada.co.id setidaknya dalam enam bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis berupa Structural Equation Modelling SEM dengan software LISREL 8.8 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukan bagaimana pengaruh e-servicescape yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi terhadap rasa percaya dan minat beli konsumen terhadap website Lazada.co.id.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of online servicescpae or also known as e servicescape Harris Goode, 2010 , which includes three dimensions. Dimensions is aesthetic appeal, layout and functionality and financial security. This study analyze how these three items influence the trust of the website towards the purchase intentions Lazada.co.id. Data of this study gathered from 323 Lazada.co.id rsquo s consumen which are already used the website within the last 6 six month. Then, using Structural Equation Modelling SEM with LISREL 8.8 to test the hypothesis. The result of the analysis shows the existing influence between the 3 dimension of e servicescape to the trust of the website and then towards purchase intention to Lazada.co.id."

"Perpustakaan memiliki peran strategis terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat akan ruang. Namun, hal ini tidak luput dari tantangan untuk membuat pengunjung merasa puas (satisfaction) dan memiliki minat untuk berkunjung kembali (revisit intention). Studi ini menjelaskan pengaruh physical servicescape terhadap satisfaction dan revisit intention pengunjung Perpustakan Jakarta melalui place attachment dengan menggunakan kerangka konseptual SOR (stimulus-organism-response). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksplanatori dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode survei dan teknik purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel. Total sampel yang terkumpul berjumlah 317 responden dengan kriteria pernah mengunjungi Perpustakaan Jakarta minimal sekali. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan atau teknik PLS-SEM (partial least square-structural equation model). Studi ini menemukan bahwa faktor ambience dengan place dependence dan place identity, facility aesthetic dengan place identity, seating comfort dengan place dependence, dan place affect dengan revisit intention tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengunjung di Perpustakaan Jakarta. Studi ini juga memiliki implikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh tim Perpustakaan Jakarta untuk menaruh perhatian kualitas layanan fisiknya untuk meningkatkan satisfaction dan revisit intention dari pengunjung.

Library play a strategic role in fulfilling society's need for space. However, this does not come without challenges, particularly in ensuring visitor satisfaction and encouraging revisit intention. This study examines the influence of the physical servicescape on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention at the Jakarta Library through place attachment, using the SOR (Stimulus-Organism-Response) conceptual framework. The research adopts an explanatory method with data collection conducted through surveys and purposive sampling for sample selection. A total of 317 respondents who had visited the Jakarta Library at least once were included in the sample. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) technique. The study found that factors such as ambience with place dependence and place identity, facility aesthetics with place identity, seating comfort with place dependence, and place influence with revisit intention do not significantly affect visitor perceptions of the Jakarta Library.This study also provides implications for the Jakarta Library team to focus on the quality of its physical services to enhance visitor satisfaction and revisit intention."

"Salah satu konten media visual Korea Selatan, yaitu drama, memiliki kepopuleran yang tinggi di di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti menguji atribut apa sajakah yang melekat pada drama Korea Selatan yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap konsumen, citra negara asing, dan niat perilaku konsumen diantaranya acceptance intention towards Korean visual media contents, intention to purchase drama-related products, dan intention to visit drama destinations. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa hanya atribut affection dan affinity memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap sikap dan perilaku konsumen serta citra negara Korea Selatan yang positif. Namun, atribut familism tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan di dalam penelitian ini.

South Korea's visual media content, namely drama, has high popularity in Indonesia. Through this study, researchers examine what attributes of South Korean dramas that can affect consumer attitudes, perceived national image, and consumer behavioral intention such as acceptance of intentions towards Korean visual media contents, intention to purchase drama-related products, and intention to visit drama destinations. destinations. This study found that affection and affinity have a positive influence towards consumer attitudes and behavioral intention as well as a positive image of South Korea. However, the familism attribute was not found to have a significant effect in this study."
