"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah resiliensi memiliki peran sebagai mediator hubungan antara persepsi dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Ini didasarkan pada risiko tinggi gangguan pada kesejahteraan psikologis orang dewasa baru yang sedang menjalani transisi dan periode eksplorasi. Desain penelitian ini korelasional dengan peserta berusia 18 hingga 25 tahun tahun, belum menikah dan belum memiliki anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Ryff's Psychological Well- Menjadi Skala, Skala Multidimensi Dukungan Sosial Persepsi, dan Skala Ketahanan Singkat.
Hasil uji statistik 828 peserta membuktikan bahwa ketahanan memediasi sebagian hubungan antara dukungan sosial yang dirasakan dan kesejahteraan psikologis, dengan signifikan efek langsung (β = .5259 ρ <.005) dan efek tidak langsung (β = .1679, ρ <.005). Ini menunjukkan itu persepsi dukungan sosial dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis, baik secara langsung maupun melalui ketahanan sebagai mediator.

This study aims to determine whether resilience has a role as a mediator between the perception of social support and psychological well-being. This is based on a high risk of disruption in the psychological well-being of new adults who are undergoing a transition and exploration period. The design of this study was correlational with participants aged 18 to 25 years, not married and not having children. This study uses Ryffs Psychological Well-Being Scale, the Multidimensional Scale of Social Perception Support, and the Short Endurance Scale.
The results of a statistical test of 828 participants proved that endurance mediated in part the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being, with significant direct effects (β = .5259 ρ <.005) and indirect effects (β = .1679, ρ <.005). This shows that the perception of social support can affect psychological well-being, both directly and through endurance as a mediator.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perceived social support sebagai mediator hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being pada emerging adults. Mengingat masa emerging adulthood merupakan masa transisi, maka psychological well-being sangat penting dimiliki oleh emerging adults. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan 806 emerging adults Indonesia yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indirect effect ( = .05,.00 < .01) dan direct effect ( = .78,. 00 < .01) yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perceived social support memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being. Dengan kata lain, bersyukur dapat melewati perceived social support terlebih dahulu untuk memengaruhi psychological well-being, namun juga dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being secara langsung.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether perceived social support mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in emerging adults. Given maintaining psychological well-being is very important for emerging adults to face transition period. This study used a regression analysis technique with 806 developing Indonesian adults aged 18-25 years. The results of the mediation analysis has shown a significant indirect ( = .05, .00 <.01) and direct effect ( = .78, .00 <.01), which indicates that perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. In other words, gratitude can pass through perceived social support first to influence psychological well-being, but it can also affect psychological well-being directly."

"Guru berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran, bahkan ketika pembelajaran
berlangsung secara jarak jauh (PJJ). Beban kerja guru yang bertambah banyak di masa
PJJ, juga terdapat guru yang sekaligus berperan sebagai orang tua, dapat berdampak pada
kondisi kesejahteraan psikologisnya. Sulitnya memisahkan kehidupan pribadi dan
personal selama PJJ, serta keterbatasan dalam interaksi sosial secara langsung dapat turut
berperan pada kondisi kesejahteraan guru perempuan. Adanya peningkatan kesadaran
(mindfulness) pada diri guru diduga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan
psikologis pada guru, dengan cara membantu guru perempuan untuk mempersepsikan
ketersediaan dukungan yang dibutuhkan di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menguji peran variabel persepsi dukungan sosial sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara
mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini melibatkan 117 orang guru
SD, perempuan, yang juga berperan sebagai orang tua bagi anak pada kelompok usia kelas 1-3 SD. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara dalam jaringan (daring) melalui berbagai jejaring media sosial. Penelitian ini
menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Well-Being Scale (α=.917), Five Facet of Mindfulness Questionnaire (α=.819), dan Social Provisions Scale (α=.928). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial berperan sebagai mediator sebagian (partially
mediated) dalam hubungan antara mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis.

Teachers play an essential role in the learning process, even when learning takes placeremotely, known as distance learningning (PJJ). With the increasing teachers' workload
psychological well-being. The difficulty of separating professional and personal life
during PJJ, as well as limitations in social interaction can also contribute to the
psychological well-being. Increasing awareness (mindfulness) in teachers is assumed to
improve the psychological well-being, by helping female teachers to perceive the
availability of support needed in their environment. This study aims to examine the role
of the perceived social support on the relationship between mindfulness and
psychological well-being. This study involved 117 primary school teachers, women, who
also act as parents for children in the 1-3 grade. Data was collected by distributing online
questionnaires through various social media. This study used measuring instrument of
the Psychological Well-Being Scale (α = .917), the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire
(α = .819), and the Social Provisions Scale (α = .928). Data analysis was performed
using mediation test. This study indicates that perceived social support play a partially
mediated role in the relationship between mindfulness and psychological well-being.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah self-compassion memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dengan gejala depresi. Menimbang hasil penelitian bahwa gangguan psikologis terutama depresi paling rentan dialami oleh individu usia 18 hingga 25 tahun, maka gejala depresi penting untuk diperhatikan pada periode emerging adulthood. Desain penelitian ini yaitu korelasional. Jumlah partisipan 803 partisipan usia 18 hingga 25 tahun, dengan ketentuan belum menikah dan belum mempunyai anak. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MPSS), General Health Questionnaire-1 2 (GHQ-12), dan Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCS-SF). Hasil pengujian statistik membuktikan bahwa self-compassion memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara perceived social support dan gejala depresi, dengan indirect effect(β = - .067, p = 0.0000) dan direct effect(β = - .081, p = 0.0000) yang signifikan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukan perceived social support dapat langsung melewati gejala depresi atau melewati self-compassion terlebih dahulu. Individu yang mempersepsi mendapatkan perceived social support yang tinggi, akan merasa dirinya berharga dan berusaha menoleransi kondisi sulit yang dialami, sehingga memunculkan pemberian kebaikan pada diri sendiri dan mengurangi gejala depresi.

This study aims to determine whether self-compassion mediates the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms. Considering the results under study that psychological disorders, especially depression, are the most susceptible to individuals aged 18 to 25 years, whose symptoms of depression are important to pay attention to what appears. The design of this study is correlational. Number of participants 803 participants aged 18 to 25 years, provided that they were single and had no children. The instrument in this study is Multidimensional Scale of Social Perception Support (MPSS), Public Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12), and Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCSSF). Statistical test results have shown that self-compassion partially mediates the relationship between perceived social support and depressive symptoms, with significant indirect effects (β = - .067, p = 0.0000) and direct effects (β = - 081, p = 0.0000). The results of the mediation analysis show that perceived social support can directly influence depressive symptoms or affect self-compliance = first. Emerging adults who feel they have high perceived social support, will feel themselves worthy and try to tolerate difficult conditions that are experienced, thus providing good for themselves and reducing symptoms of depression."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perceived social support memoderasi hubungan antara distres psikologis dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah emerging adults Indonesia berusia 18-25 tahun berjumlah 828 partisipan. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa perceived social support tidak memoderasi hubungan antara distres psikologis dan kesejahteraan psikologis, β = 0.0016, t(828) = 0,66, p>0,5, yang berarti perceived social support tidak memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara distres psikologis dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Namun, jika dilihat secara terpisah, ditemukan bahwa distres psikologis secara signifikan dapat memprediksi kesejahteraan psikologis, β = - 0.27, t(828) = -15.05, p<0.05. Selain itu, perceived social support secara signifikan dapat memprediksi kesejahteraan psikologis, β = 0.51, t(828) = 11.65, p<0.05.

This study aims to determine whether perceived social support moderates the relationship between psychological distress and psychological well-being. Participants in this study were Indonesian emerging adults aged 18-25 years totaling 828 participant. The results of data processing using regression analysis techniques show that perceived social support does not moderate the relationship between psychological distress and psychological well-being, β = 0.0016, t (828) = 0.66, p> 0.5, which means perceived social support does not strengthen or weaken the relationship between psychological distress and psychological well-being. However, when viewed separately, it was found that psychological distress could significantly predict psychological well-being, β = - 0.27, t (828) = -15.05, p <0.05. In addition, perceived social support can significantly predict psychological well-being, β = 0.51, t (828) = 11.65, p <0.05."

"Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru semakin berat
dengan strategi mengajar yang baru. Hal tersebut membuat guru kesulitan untuk
mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka terutama guru perempuan yang mengajar di tingkat SD. Stres yang dirasakan oleh guru perempuan semakin bertambah dengan beban sebaga seorang ibu yang mengurus anak. Komunikasi antara anggota keluarga diasumsikandapat membantu guru untuk melewati masa sulit selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk melihat peran pola komunikasi keluarga, baik dimensi conversation ataupun conformity, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived social support dengan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenient sampling dari guru perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support
dengan psychological well-being baik secara langsung (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000), maupun tidak langsung melalui pola komunikasi keluarga dimensi conversation (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). Di sisi lain, pola komunikasi keluarga yang mementingkan konformitas dalam berpendapat tidak berperan sebagai mediator karena tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). Salah satu limitasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian
ini hanya dapat dilakukan masa pandemi akan tetapi hasil yang didapatkan mengimplikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi agar dapat menjadi bahagia, terlepas dari pola komunikasi di rumah. Meskipun demikian, pola komunikasi yang mementingkan kehangatan dalam berpendapat dan keterbukaan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan sosial yang menunjang psychological well-being guru di situasi pandemi.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers are facing more challenges such as new teaching strategies. Thus, makes it difficult for teachers to maintain their psychological well-being especially female teachers who teach elementary students. Some of those female teachers have responsibilities as mothers at home. The burden of caring for children in home increasing the stress felt by these teachers. It is assumed that communication between family members can help teachers through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This
research was conducted to see whether conversation or conformity dimension within family communication pattern can act as mediator in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being. This research is non-experimental study with convenient sampling technique given to female teachers. The result indicates that there is significant relationship between perceived social support and family communication pattern, either directly (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000) or indirectly through the conversation
dimension within family communication family patterns (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). On the other hand, family with high conformity dimension do not act as mediator in relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). One of the limitation of this study is this study can only be conducted in pandemic Covid-19 situation but the results obtained shows that social support from various sources is needed by teachers in order to be mentally healthy and happy regardless of communication patterns at home. However, communication patterns that emphasize warmth and openness can be one of the social
support that teachers needed in this pandemic situation.

"K-Pop merupakan fenomena global yang marak di Indonesia, terutama selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan prediktif distress psikologis terhadap celebrity worship serta peran maladaptive daydreaming sebagai mediator. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa distress psikologis memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan celebrity worship dan maladaptive daydreaming berperan sebagai mediator (Zsila et al., 2019). Meskipun telah diteliti, penelitian ini dilakukan khusus pada penggemar K-Pop (N = 252) kalangan usia emerging adulthood, yaitu 18-25 tahun (M = 21.04, SD = 1.713). Celebrity worship diukur menggunakan Celebrity Attitude Scale oleh Maltby et al. (2002), sedangkan distress psikologis diukur dengan The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) oleh Kessler et al. (2002). Maladaptive Daydreaming Scale-16 (MDS-16) oleh Somer et al. (2017b) digunakan untuk mengukur Maladaptive Daydreaming. Analisis mediasi dilakukan menggunakan fitur PROCESS Versi 4.0 dari SPSS Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan langsung antara distress psikologis dan celebrity worship (𝛽 = -.0289, > .05). Namun, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa maladaptive daydreaming berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan distress psikologis dan celebrity worship (𝛽 = .20, BootSE = .06, Cl 95% [.08, .34]). Apabila distress psikologis naik, maladaptive daydreaming juga akan naik. Seiring dengan kenaikan maladaptive daydreaming, celebrity worship pun akan mengalami kenaikan.

This study aims to evaluate the predictive relationship between psychological distress and celebrity worship, also the role of maladaptive daydreaming as mediator. Previous studies found that psychological distress has a significant relationship with celebrity worship and maladaptive daydreaming is one of the mediator (Zsila et al., 2019). However, this study specifically aimed to emerging adult K-Pop fans (N = 252) age 18-25 years old (M = 21.04, SD = 1.713). Celebrity worship measured by Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) by Maltby et al. (2002) and psychological distress used The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) by Kessler et al. (2002). Maladaptive Daydreaming Scale-16 (MDS-16) by Somer et al. (2002) used for maladaptive daydreaming. Mediation was analyzed using PROCESS 4.0 from SPSS version 24. This study found that psychological distress has no direct effect on celebrity worship (𝛽 = -.0289, p > .05). However, maladaptive daydreaming was found as a mediator (𝛽 = .20, BootSE = .06, Cl 95% [.08, .34]). In conclusion, an increase in psychological distress is followed by an increase in maladaptive daydreaming then an increase in maladaptive daydreaming is followed by an increase in celebrity worship."

"Perubahan rutinitas dan pembatasan interaksi sosial yang terjadi selama pandemi Covid-19 turut memperburuk kesehatan mental seseorang (Kudinova et al., 2021). Perceived social support dapat melindungi seseorang dari masalah kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan kedua variabel selama pandemi Covid-19 pada individu emerging adulthood yang berusia 18-25 tahun dan merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia yang tinggal di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode korelasional, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan masalah kesehatan mental memiliki korelasi negatif yang signifikan dengan perceived social support r (249) = -,417 p < ,001, dimana tiap sumber dan kombinasi perceived social support yang tinggi dapat menurunkan tingkat masalah kesehatan mental individu emerging adulthood selama pandemi Covid-19.

Changes in routine and restrictions on social interaction that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic also worsened a person's mental health (Kudinova et al., 2021). Perceived social support can protect a person from mental health problems. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between the two variables during the Covid-19 pandemic in emerging adulthood who are 18-25 years old and are Indonesian citizens living in Indonesia. Using the correlation method, the results showed that mental health problems had a significant negative correlation with perceived social support r (249) = -,417 p < .001, where each source and combination of perceived social support could reduce the level of mental health problems."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara distres psikologis dan perceived social support pada masyarakat miskin emerging adults di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 260 masyarakat miskin emerging adults di Jakarta usia 18-29 tahun yang terdiri dari 168 orang perempuan (64,6%) dan 92 orang laki-laki (35,4%). Distres psikologis diukur menggunakan Hopkins Symptom Checklist–25 (HSCL-25) dan perceived social support diukur menggunakan Social Provisions Scale (SPS).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang negatif dan signifikan antara distres psikologis dan perceived social support pada masyarakat miskin emerging adult di Jakarta (r(258) = -0,155, p = 0,01, signifikan pada LoS 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi  perceived social support pada masyarakat miskin emerging adult di Jakarta, semakin rendah  distres psikologis yang dimilikinya.

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological distress and perceived social support among poor emerging adult in Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative method. The participants of this research were 260 poor emerging adult in Jakarta aged 18-29 years old which consisted of 168 female (64,6%) and 22 male (35,4%). Psychological distress was measured using Hopkins Symptom Checklist – 25 (HSCL-25) and perceived social support was measured using Social Provisions Scale (SPS).
The result of this research showed that there was a significant negative correlation between perceived social support and psychological distress among  poor emerging adult in Jakarta (r = -0,155, p = 0,01, significant at LoS 0,05). It means that the higher psychological distress, the lower perceived social support among poor emerging adult in Jakarta.

"Subjective well-being merupakan salah satu topik psikologi positif yang penting untuk dikaji dalam tahapan usia emerging adult. Berbagai tantangan dan permasalahan yang dilalui dapat menjadi faktor risiko bagi well-being mereka. Di antara berbagai aspek yang dapat berhubungan dengan subjective well-being, solitude diasumsikan berperan sebagai faktor protektif bagi well-being. Solitude merupakan kondisi objektif dari kesendirian yang umumnya digunakan secara konstruktif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini hendak melihat hubungan solitude dan subjective well-being pada emerging adulthood. Terdapat 317 partisipan berusia 18-25 tahun (M = 21.51, SD = 1.78) yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menggunakan alat ukur Perth A-Loneness Scale (PALs) (Houghton dkk., 2014) dan The PERMA-Profiler adaptasi Indonesia (Elfida dkk., 2021) menunjukkan bahwa solitude berhubungan positif signifikan dengan subjective well-being. Temuan ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kecenderungan dewasa muda menerapkan solitude maka semakin tinggi tingkat subjective well-being.

One of the important areas of positive psychology to research in emerging adult period is subjective well-being. The various challenges and problems they go through can be a risk factor for their well-being. Among the various aspects that can be related to subjective well-being, solitude is assumed to act as a protective factor for well-being. Solitude is an objective condition of solitude that is generally used constructively. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between solitude and subjective well-being in emerging adulthood. There were 317 participants between the ages of 18-25 (M = 21.51, SD = 1.78) who participated in this study. The results of the study using the Perth A-Loneness Scale (Houghton et al., 2014) and The PERMA-Profiler (Elfida et al., 2021) measurement tools showed that solitude was significantly positively related to subjective well-being. This finding can be interpreted that the higher the tendency of young adults to practice solitude, the higher the level of subjective well-being."
