"ABSTRAK
PT. Citilink Indonesia Citilink adalah maskapai penerbangan yang menerapkan konsep penerbangan berbiaya murah atau Low Cost Carrier LCC . Dalam menjalankan proses operasionalnya, Citilink memiliki masalah terkait efisiensi bahan bakar. Salah satu penyebab bahan bakar tidak efisien adalah tidak teridentifikasinya komponen mesin pesawat yang kinerjanya sudah tidak maksimal. Komponen pesawat yang tidak bekerja maksimal tidak dapat teridentifikasi dikarenakan data log pesawat yang terlalu banyak belum dapat diolah. Berangkat dari masalah tersebut, Citilink dituntut untuk dapat mengolah dan menganalisis data log pesawat tersebut beserta dengan data lainnya yang memiliki karakteristik Big Data Volume, Velocity, dan Variety . Namun agar penerapan Big Data berjalan dengan baik dan tepat sesuai dengan karakteristik perusahaan, maka diperlukan sebuah kerangka kerja penerapan Big Data serta memvalidasi kerangka kerja tersebut di Citilink. Metode yang dipakai untuk merancang rekomendasi kerangka kerja penerapan Big Data adalah metode penelitian Lakoju 2017 , Tianmei dan Baowen 2007 , dan Kitsios dan Kamariotou 2016 yang terdiri dari tahap rencana pemetaan, penilaian framework Big Data, perancangan framework Big Data, dan uji validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima fase kerangka kerja penerapan Big Data Big Data Strategic Alignment, Team, Project Plan, Data Analytics, dan Implementation yang dikelilingi oleh tahap proses manajemen kinerja serta adanya keterlibatan proses manajemen perubahan. Setelah itu, kerangka kerja tersebut divalidasi kepada dua responden dari Citilink dan dilakukan enam perbaikan, yaitu penambahan cara menganalisis kondisi internal organisasi, pengkategorian posisi tim, penambahan rekomendasi data processing architecture, penambahan aktivitas pemeliharaan aplikasi Big Data, penambahan bagaimana cara menganalisis perubahan, dan penambahan aktivitas kontrol proyek.

ABSTRACT
PT. Citilink Indonesia Citilink is airline that implements Low Cost Carrier LCC . To perform its operational processes, Citilink has problems related to fuel efficiency. One of the causes inefficient fuel is unidentified damaged aircraft engine components. An unidentified damaged aircraft components because the data log plane is too much and can not be processed. From these problems Citilink also required to be able to process and analyze the log data of the aircraft and other data that has characteristics of Big Data Volume, Velocity, and Variety . But in order for Big Data implementation to run properly and appropriatley in accordance with the characteristics of the company, it would require a framework for implementation of Big Data and validate that framework in Citilink. The method used to design the recommendation of framework for implementation of Big Data is Lakoju 2017 , Tianmei and Baowen 2007 , and Kitsios and Kamariotou 2016 research method begins with the mapping plan stage, the Big Data framework assessment, the Big Data framework design, and the validation test. The results is the five phases in framework for implementation of Big Data Big Data Strategy Alignment, Team, Project Plan, Data Analytics and Implementation surrounded by performance management processes and the involvement of the change management process. After that, the framework has been validated to two respondents from Citilink and has been improvements with adding of how to analyze an organization 39;s internal conditions, categorizing position of the team, addition of a data processing architecture recommendations, additional Big Data maintenance aspects, addition of how to analyze changes, and addition of project control aspects."

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia yang sedang
berusaha mentransformasikan bisnisnya menuju layanan broadband dan bisnis
digital. Banyak peluang bisnis di layanan broadband dan bisnis digital yang dapat
diidentifikasi dengan memproses dan menganalisis data dengan cepat, tepat, dan
menyeluruh. Saat ini PT. XYZ telah memiliki kemampuan dalam mengolah
beberapa sumber data yang terstruktur dengan ukuran data yang terbatas. Untuk
membuat perhitungan dan keputusan yang jitu, terutama di layanan broadband dan
bisnis digital, PT. XYZ dituntut juga untuk bisa memproses dan menganalisis data
yang memiliki karakteristik 3V (Velocity, Volume, Variety) atau dikenal dengan big
data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur sistem pemrosesan big
data di PT. XYZ. Kerangka arsitektur (framework) enteprise yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah TOGAF. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah
rancangan arsitektur sistem pemrosesan big data yang mampu mengolah data yang
memiliki karakteristik 3V, yaitu aliran data yang cepat, berukuran masiv, dan
beranekaragam (terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur) dengan biaya lebih rendah
dari sistem pemrosesan data yang dimiliki PT. XYZ saat ini. Saran untuk penelitian
ini kedepannya adalah sistem pemrosesan big data di PT. XYZ dapat
diimplementasikan dengan baik jika mendapat dukungan penuh dari manajemen
perusahaan, dimulai dengan kasus bisnis yang spesifik (specific business case) yang
ingin disasar. Hasil yang maksimal dari kasus bisnis tersebut dapat dijadikan
landasan untuk investasi sistem pemrosesan big data yang lebih menyeluruh dalam
mendukung transformasi bisnis menuju layanan broadband dan bisnis digital.

"The ASEAN Open Skies agreement is included in the ASEAN Economic Community?s blueprint and will be implemented in 2015. This study is intended to assist Citilink - an Indonesian low-cost carrier airline - in measuring its level of awareness and analyzing its SWOT towards the ASEAN Open Skies Policy 2015. This descriptive study utilizes quantitative and qualitative approaches and collected data from both primary and secondary sources. Questionnaires were distributed to Citilink Staff and analyzed using IBM SPSS and SPSS Amos. The awareness level of Citilink staff towards the ASEAN Open Skies Policy turned out to be high and the knowledge factor significantly influenced the awareness level. The study identified both benefits and drawbacks to the implementation of the ASEAN Open Skies Policy; however, Citilink already holds a good position as an Indonesian low-cost carrier and must pursue an aggressive strategy to maximize opportunities so that it can compete successfully at the regional level."

"Perusahaan baik korporasi maupun BUMN selalu berupaya untuk memenangi pasar dan mencapai tujuan, dan target keuntungan. Perusahaan dapat membuat perencanaan yang terstruktur untuk mengoptimalkan pekerjaan. Dari total 31 proyek pengembangan produk yang dikerjakan tahun 2021, hanya 12 proyek yang telah dan selesai, serta dua proyek lainnya sedang berjalan. Hal tersebut merugikan perusahaan dan berdampak pada penguasaan pasar. Hal tersebut disebabkan tidak adanya pedoman tentang cara untuk melakukan mengembangkan produk perangkat lunak. Dampaknya, banyak proyek yang tidak tepat sasaran, tidak berhasil dieksekusi, dan tidak berhasil mencapai kesepakatan awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi metodologi pengembangan produk perangkat lunak yang dapat menjadi pedoman bagi perusahaan berdasarkan konsep dari Essence Framework. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Science Research (DSR) dalam melaksanakannya. Penelitian melibatkan tim internal perusahaan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk memberikan informasi artefak dan praktik, memilih artefak dan praktik, dan evaluasi proses. Evaluasi juga diberikan oleh expert dalam sesi Expert Judgement dari lima orang ahli untuk memberikan tanggapan dari eksternal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 24 praktik terpilih yang bersifat iteratif berdasarkan prinsip kerja Agile yang dibagi menjadi tiga aktivitas communication, enam aktivitas planning, tiga aktivitas modelling, enam aktivitas construction, dan enam aktivitas deployment. Praktik tersebut didapatkan dari metode Agile yang paling populer tahun 2021, yakni Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Enterprise Scrum, Spotify Model, LeSS,dan Nexus, serta dua metode pengembangan perusahaan saat ini, yakni Watefall dan Prototyping.

Both corporations and state-owned companies always strive to win the market and achieve their goals and profit targets. Companies can make structured plans to optimize work. By the total of 31 product development projects that will be carried out in 2021, only 12 projects have been completed and 2 others are currently in progress. These are detrimental to the company and has an impact on market share. This is happened because of the absence of guidelines on how to develop software products. As a result, many projects were not on target, were not successfully executed, and failed to reach the initial agreement. This study aims to provide recommendations for software product development methods that can be used as guidelines for companies based on the concept of the Essence Framework. This study uses the Design Science Research (DSR) method. The research involved the company's internal team through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to provide information on artifacts and practices, select artifacts and practices, and evaluate processes. Evaluation was also given by the expert in the Expert Judgment session of five experts to provide feedback from external companies. The results showed that there were 24 selected iterative practices based on Agile working principles which were divided into three communication activities, six planning activities, three modeling activities, six construction activities, and six deployment activities.These practices are derived from the most popular Agile methods used in 2021, namely Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Enterprise Scrum, Spotify Model, LeSS, and Nexus, as well as two of the company's current development methods, Waterfall and Prototyping."

"Pasar jasa transportasi udara di Indonesia, saat ini mengalami persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu perusahaan jasa penerbangan yang bersaing antar low cost carrier merupakan subsidiary PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk; Citilink. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan jasa penerbangan yang disediakan oleh PT. Citilink. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas yang pernah menggunakan jasa penerbangan Citilink lebih dari tiga kali selama jangka waktu satu tahun dengan metode SERVQUAL. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner harapan dan persepsi konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Citilink masih kurang bermutu dengan nilai gap yang negatif.

The markets of airlines industry nowadays, have become more competitive. One of the most competitive low cost carrier airlines is Citilink, which is the subsidiary of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service quality of the flight service Citilink. This research uses Quantitative method. The sample of this research are 100 consumer which are 18 years above who uses the flight service of Citilink more than three times within one year with the SERVQUAL method. The instrument of this research uses Questioner, which ask consumer on how they put hope and expectation on the services they achieve. The result of this research shows a not quite good service quality from Citilink with a gap scores that are negatives."

Namun bila dibandingkan dengan maskapai Low Cost Carrier nasional secara keseluruhan, Citilink masih jauh tertinggal. Hal ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fasilitas dan layanan Citilink. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka solusinya adalah dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fasilitas dan layanan Citilink yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik Citilink di masyarakat serta untuk menyaingi kompetitor utamanya yaitu Lion Air yang semakin menguasai pasar penerbangan di Indonesia. Implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan elemen periklanan, public relation, dan pendukung lainnya. Serta melakukan pre-test, post-test, dan monitoring selama masa kampanye dengan total anggaran kampanye sekitar 26 miliar rupiah.

Citilink - Garuda Indonesia is one of Low Cost Carrier airlines in Indonesia. However, when compared with overall national LCC airline, Citilink - Garuda Indonesia is still far behind. This is due to a lack of knowledge and understanding of facilities and services of Citilink. To overcome this problem, the solution is to provide knowledge and understanding of facilities and services of which aims to increase public knowledge of the facilities and services Citilink - Garuda Indonesia. Implementation is done by using elements of advertising, public relations, and other support. Also pre-test, post-test, and monitoring during the campaign period with a total campaign budget about 26 billion rupiahs.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang pentingnya Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi, karena peningkatan peran Teknologi Informasi nantinya harus berbanding lurus dengan investasi yang dikeluarkan yang biasanya mengeluarkan uang dalam jumlah besar. Hal ini akan membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang dalam pelaksanaan investasi Teknologi Informasi nantinya. Untuk itulah diperlukan adanya tata kelola Teknologi Informasi yang baik pada suatu perusahaan dimulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan implementasi, agar perusahaan tersebut dapat berjalan secara optimal. COBIT framework menyediakan ukuran, indikator, proses dan kumpulan praktik terbaik untuk membantu perusahaan optimal dari pengelolan Teknologi Informasi dan mengembangkan kontrol terhadap manajemen Teknologi Informasi yang pantas untuk suatu organisasi. Dengan demikian perusahaan akan merasa bahwa investasi Teknologi Informasi mereka membawa keuntungan maksimal bagi proses bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini mengangkat kasus pada PT. Indonesia Power, dimana pada saat ini PT, Indonesia Power sedang adalah tahap untuk menerapkan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi. Pada PT Indonesia Power terdeteksi terdapat 30 proses dan 182 detailed control objective. Dan PT. Indonesia Power memiliki dua proses teknologi informasi yang berada pada level managed, dua puluh enam proses yang berada pada level define dan dua proses yang berada pada level repeatable.

This thesis discusses the importance of Information Technology Governance, due to an increasing role Information Technology will be directly proportional to the investments incurred by a usually spend large sums of money. This would require careful planning in the implementation of future information technology investments. For that reason it is necessary that the Information Technology governance both at a company starting from planning to implementation, so the company can run optimally. COBIT framework provides a measure, indicators, processes and collection of best practices to help companies optimize the management of Information Technology and develop control over the management of Information Technology are fit to an organization. Thus, companies will feel that their information technology investments to bring in maximum profits for their business processes. This study raised the case at PT. Indonesia Power, which at the moment PT, Indonesia Power is stage to implement the Information Technology Governance. PT Indonesia Power have 30 processes and 182 detailed control objectives. And PT. Indonesia Power has two processes of information technology at the level of managed, twenty-six processes that are at levels that define and two processes at the level of repeatable."

"Platform media sosial saat ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menjangkau konsumen secara cepat dan tidak terbatas waktu. Situasi ini kemudian memunculkan peluang untuk melakukan interaksi langsung dan membangun consumer-brand relationship melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan twitter account resmi milik brand yang dapat terpersonifikasikan karakter-karakternya sebagai salah satu medium untuk membangun relationship dalam jangka panjang. Industri airline dan telekomunikasi di Indonesia dipilih sebagai objek karena dinilai sebagai dua industri jasa di Indonesia yang secara nature banyak melakukan interaksi dengan publik melalui platform media sosial. Pengumpulan data melalui API twitter dilakukan selama dua bulan berturut-turut pada Desember 2015-Januari 2016 pada objek penelitian twitter account @Citilink dan @IndonesiaGaruda untuk industri airline dan @Telkomsel dan XL123 untuk industri telekomunikasi. Metode analisa konten dilakukan dengan basis lima strategi pesan (positivity, openness, sharing tasks, social networking, dan assurance) dan tiga tipe pesan (informational, socio-emotional dan instrumental).
Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil strategi positivity yang dominan menjadi brand character di semua brand. Namun pada tipe pesan ditemukan hasil yang berbeda antara brand airline kelas full service yang condong dominan pada socio-emotional dan sebaliknya pada brand airline kelas low cost carrier yang condong dominan pada informational tweet. Full service airline juga cenderung banyak melakukan strategi openness. Sebaliknya low cost carrier airline dan industri telekomunikasi sangat rendah mengadopsi strategi openness. Strategi sharing tasks dan social networking tidak diminati di semua brand. Khusus untuk positivity, berkorelasi positif dengan informational tweet. Sebaliknya positivity juga berkorelasi negatif dengan instrumental tweet.

Social media platform enables companies to reach consumers quickly and anytime nowadays. This situation then triggers opportunity to carry direct interaction and to build consumer-brand relationship through social media. This study was focused on official brand twitter account usage in which could be personified their characters as one of mediums to build long term relationship. Indonesian airline and telecommunication industries were chosen as objects because they were presumed two Indonesian service industries which naturally carried many public interaction through social media platform. Data gathering through twitter API in two consecutive months was conducted on December 2015-January 2016 in each respective twitter account. They were @Citilink and @IndonesiaGaruda for airline industry and @Telkomsel and @XL123 for telecommunication industry. A content analysis was conducted with five relational maintenance strategy type (positivity, openness, sharing tasks, social networking, dan assurance) and three message types (informational, socio-emotional and instrumental).
This study obtained positivity strategy was dominant to be brand character in all brands. However there was different result in message types between full service airline brand and low cost carrier airline brand. Full service airline brand tended to be more socio-emotional. On the other hand low cost carrier airline brand tended to be more informational. Full service airline brand also tended to conduct openness strategy. On the other hand low cost carrier airline brand and two telecommunication brands conducted low portion of openness strategy. Sharing tasks and social networking were mostly not used in all brands. In particular positivity strategy positively correlated with informational tweet. On the other hand positivity strategy also negatively correlated with instrumental tweet

This paper discusses about the assessment of information technology governance on PT Kereta Api Indonesia (persero) based on COBIT framework and specifically with maturity level models. Evaluation of IT governance is needed to make sure that the investment made by organization is aligned with their business goals. Mapping of PT Kereta Api Indonesia's business goals with COBIT's business goals identified 30 IT Process and 183 Control Objectives. PT Kereta Api Indonesia has 4 process at level managed and measurable, 11 process at level defined, 13 process at level repeatable but intuitive and 2 process at level ad-hoc."

Insight ini dapat bermanfaat untuk mendukung kegiatan penjualan dan pemasaran.

Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Penelitian ini melakukan proses analisis big data. Pertama, sumber data yang terkait dengan aktivitas pelanggan dan produk Garuda Indonesia perlu dikumpulkan, disiapkan, dan diintegrasikan ke dalam satu platform big data. Kemudian, data terintegrasi dianalisis dan diproses melalui pendekatan analisis big data. Metode data aggregation, analisis cluster, dan analisis pareto digunakan untuk menganalisis insight. Model analisis RFM digunakan untuk menghitung customer value. Untuk segmentasi pelanggan, metode clustering digunakan. Kemudian, analisis campaign media dan konten digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas proses campaign.

Hasil - Penelitian ini menghasilkan kerangka analisis bauran pemasaran untuk maskapai penerbangan menggunakan pendekatan analisis big data yang mencakup elemen 5P (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion, and People).


Purpose – The purpose of this research is to generate relevant, actionable insight and recommendation from various airlines’ data sources related to Airlines’ products, customers, channels, and transactions. This insight can be beneficial to support sales and marketing campaign activity.

Design/methodology/approach – This research conducts big data analytics process and experimental analysis. First, data sources related to customer’s activities and Garuda Indonesia’s products need to be collected, prepared, and integrated into a single big data platform. Then, the integrated data is analyzed and processed through big data analytics approach. Data aggregation technique, cluster analysis, and pareto analysis are used for analyzing the insight. RFM model and analysis is used to calculate customer value. For segmenting customer, the clustering method is used. Therefore, analysis of campaign medium and content is used to measure the effectiveness of the campaign process.

Result – This research finds that a marketing mix framework analysis for airlines using big data analytics approach covering 5P element (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion, and People).
