"Tesis ini membahas Analisis Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karir Pegawai pada pengisian Formasi Jabatan Pengawas di Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). Dengan hasil penelitian: perencanaan karir pegawai pada manajemen karir di BKN belum ada keselarasan, perencanan karir pegawai tidak terarah dan tidak memiliki tujuan karir yang jelas karena manajemen karir di BKN tidak menetapkan jalur karir pegawai sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan kompetensi. Manajemen karir di BKN belum menyusun pola karir pegawai sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki pegawai dan kebutuhan organisasi. Kesimpulan: Perencanaan dan pengembangan karir pegawai pada pengisian formasi jabatan pengawas di BKN belum sesuai antara perencanaan karir individu dengan perencanaan karir organisasi, pegawai tidak merencanakan karirnya tetapi hanya mengikuti kesempatan yang ada sehingga perencanaan organisasi untuk pengisian formasi jabatan pengawas tidak terpenuhi.

This analysis focus on career planning and development to compliance the formation of Supervisor position at National Civil Service Agency(BKN) with the results of research that between a career planning with a career management in BKN has been no alignment, career planning of the employee is unfocused and do not have a clear career goals for management BKN career does not define a career path of the employees with appropriate qualifications and competence. BKN career management in employee career patterns have yet to develop in accordance with its potential employees and the needs of the organization. Conclusion: career planning and development of the employees to compliance the formations of supervisor position in BKN not fit between career planning of individuals with career planning organization, employees are not planning they career but simply follow the opportunities that exist so that the planning organization for compliance the formation of supervisor position not fullfil yet."

"Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari kenyataan, bahwa dalam sistem keorganisasian pegawai negeri sipil diatur berdasarkan peraturan tentang kepegawaian. Sistem ini di dalamnya tercakup peraturan tentang kepangkatan/golongan dan jabatan pegawai negeri sipil. Sistem pegawai negeri sipil tersbut mengatur aturan tata kerja pada unit-unit kerja dalam organisasinya untuk berbagai keahlian, sehingga tugas setiap pegawai negeri dalam jabatan tertentu dapat dikelompokkan, seperti jabatan struktural dan jabatan fungsional.
Sehubungan dengan sistem organisasi pegawai negeri yang telah disebutkan di atas, baik itu sistem kepangkatan/golongan atupun jabatan, pada dasarnya berhubungan langsung dengan pekerjaan. Selain itu diatur pula tata cara pembagian kerja dalam struktur pegawai negeri sipil bertujuan atau dirancang untuk mencapai kinerja tertentu. Tujuan pekerjaan (job) biasanya bersifat ideal dan realistis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa adanya korelasi antara pengembangan karir dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti DKI Jakarta.
Selain itu dari hasil penelitian ditemukan juga pertama, bahwa sebagian besar pendidikan pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti berpendidikan S1 dan 82 yang umumnya bergolongan III dan IV yang rata-rata sudah bekerja 15 tahun ke atas. Kedua, sebagian besar pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti memiliki kepuasan kerja tinggi. Ketiga, sebagian besar pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti setuju ada pengembangan karir, baik pada jabatan fungsional maupun pada jabatan struktural. Keempat, sebagian besar pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti setuju atas pemberdayaan karyawan, baik pada jabatan fungsional maupun pada jabatan struktural, Kelima, penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara pengembangan karir dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti DKI Jakarta. Keenam, bahwa penelitian ini ternyata tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kepuasan kerja jabatan fungsional dan jabatan struktural.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan ini disarankan, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan di lingkungan Dinas Dikmenti perlu ada upaya dari pimpinan memberikan kebebasan dan kesempatan baik karyawan yang memiliki jabatan fungsional maupun jabatan struktural untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan harapan mereka.

The background of this research starts out of the fact that in an organizational system, civil service is regulated based on the personnel regulations. The system includes regulations about rank/grade and civil service position. The civil service system regulates rules of procedures in each working unit in their organization for various skills. Therefore the tasks of each civil service in certain jobs can be classified into structural and functional positions.
In relation with the aforementioned civil service organizational system, both systems of rank/grade and position are basically directly related with the jobs. Apart from that the procedures of jobs distribution in the structure of civil service are regulated with the purpose of achieving certain performance. The purpose of the jobs is usually idealistic and realistic.
The results of the research show that there is a correlation between career development path and personnel empowerment towards personnel work satisfaction in service office of dikmenti, special province of Jakarta.
Besides, the results of the research also find that firstly majority of the personnel education level in this office is strata one and masters degree, which means that they are generally in grades III and 1V with an average of above 15 years of service. Secondly, majority of the personnel in this office has high jobs satisfaction. Thirdly, majority of the personnel in this office agrees that there is career development path, both in structural and functional positions. Fourthly, majority of the personnel in this office agrees that there is personnel empowerment, both in structural and functional positions. Fifthly, the research shows that there is a correlation between career development path and personnel empowerment towards personnel work satisfaction in service office of dikmenti, special province of Jakarta. Sixthly, the research also shows that there is no difference between work satisfaction of structural and functional positions.
Based on these results, it is suggested that to increase the personnel work satisfaction in service office of dikmenti, it is necessary for the management to make some efforts to give the freedom and opportunity to those in structural and functional positions to carry out the jobs in line with their competency and hopes.

"Peranan wanita dalam kegiatan ekonomi telah terbukti dalam membantu perekonomian keluarga dan juga dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor motivasi wirausahawan wanita dalam memulai dan menjalankan usahanya. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi memiliki hubungan dengan pertumbuhan usaha.
Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor, dan analisis pearson product moment. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wirausahawan wanita pada industri batik di Solo.
Hasil analisis faktor motivasi terhadap 53 responden wirausahawan wanita yang diteliti terbentuk 6 faktor motivasi, yaitu personal growth (pengembangan diri), family (keluarga), need for achievement (kebutuhan berprestasi), income-job (pendapatan), physiological drive (dorongan fisiologi), dan faktor higine (faktor ekstrinsik) sebagai faktor motivasi wirausahawan wanita dalam menjalankan usahanya pada industri batik di Solo.
Hasil analisis korelasi product moment menyatakan bahwa motivasi mempunyai korelasi sangat rendah dan tidak signifikan dengan pertumbuhan usaha Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi bukan merupakan faktor utama dalam pertumbuhan usaha wirausahawan wanita pada industri batik di Solo, namun ada faktor lain yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan usaha yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini, salah satunya yaitu kemampuan manajerial.

The role of women in economic activities as entrepreneurs has been proven to help the family economy and the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises. The aim of this research is to analyse the motivational factors of women entrepreneurs for doing business. This research will also analyse the correlation of motivation to venture growth.
The methodology used for this research was factor analysis and analysis of pearson product moment. The sample used was women entrepreneurs in the batik industry in Solo.
The analysis of motivational factors of the 53 respondents found 6 motivational factors, namely: personal growth, family, need for achievement, job income, physiological drive, and hygiene (extrinsic factor) as motivational factors of the women entrepreneurs for doing business in the batik industry in Solo.
The pearson product moment found that motivation has a correlation with venture growth, but was indicated as a low and insignificant correlation. It can be concluded that motivation is not a major factor in the growth of women entrepreneurs in the batik industry in Solo, but there are other factors that have a significant correlation to the venture growth which are not included in this research, one of which is managerial skill.

"Penelitian yang membahas mengenai topik wirausaha wanita masih sangat sedikit. Faktanya, di dunia hanya terdapat kurang dari 10 penelitian mengenai wirausaha wanita Brush Cooper, 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi performa atau kesuksesan dari wirausaha wanita tersebut. Konstruk dari Pengenalan Peluang yaitu Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Tujuan dan Motif Wirausaha, Faktor Ekonomi, Faktor Sosial-budaya, dan Faktor Legal dan Administratif. Jika dilihat dari entrepreneurial mindset yang terdiri dari Bricolage, Effectuation, Thinking Structure, dan Cognitive Adapt, maka variabel-variabel pada penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam Effectuation. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Tujuan dan Motif Wirausaha, Faktor Sosial-budaya, Faktor Legal dan Administratif berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengenalan Peluang. Selanjutnya, Pengenalan Peluang juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Performa Wirausaha Wanita pada UMKM wanita di Kota Depok.

Research on the topic of women entrepreneurship is still very few in number. In fact, in the universe there are only less than 10 of research on women entrepreneurs Brush Cooper, 2012. This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the performance or success of the woman entrepreneur. The constructs of Opportunity Recognition are Entrepreneurial Orientation, Human Capital, Entrepreneur Goals and Motives, Economic Factors, Socio cultural Factors, and Legal Administrative Factors. When viewed from the entrepreneurial mindset consisting of Bricolage, Effectuation, Thinking Structure, and Cognitive Adapt then the variables in this study included into the Effectuation. The data processing method used is Multiple Regression by using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneur Goals and Motives, Socio cultural Factors, and Legal and Administrative Factors positively influence the Opportunity Recognition. Furthermore, Opportunity Recognition also positively affects Women Entrepreneurs rsquo Performance in Depok City. "

Kesuksesan suatu perusahaan penyedia jasa konsultasi dapat terhitung dari jumlah proyek konsultasi yang dapat terselesaikan tepat waktu, sesuai anggaran dan dengan kualitas yang diharapkan. Akan tetapi baik kapabilitas dan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh personil setiap perusahaan konsultan berbeda-beda, terdapat proses penyampaian yang terstandar dan ada juga yang masih bergantung ke individu tertentu.Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu prosedur untuk menstandarkan proses yang menjadi ciri khas perusahaan konsultasi, prosedur ini juga dibutuhkan agar proses penyediaan konsultasi yang disampaikan tidak bergantung sepenuhnya pada suatu individu tertentu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prosedur yang bertujuan meningkatkan kapabilitas penyampaian jasa konsultasi pada perusahaan pemberi jasa konsultasi yaitu PT Equine Global. Untuk keperluan penelitian ini, prosedur yang disusun akan mencakup proses service delivery IT Service Management, yang menjadi portofolio jasa konsultasi yang diandalkan oleh PT Equine Global. Hasil yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancangan prosedur terstandar untuk menyampaikan jasa layanan konsultasi kepada klien PT Equine Global. PT Equine Global membutuhkan prosedur ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kapabilitas mereka selaku perusahaan penyedia jasa konsultasi. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah rancangan prosedur yang mencerminkan ciri khas dari PT Equine Global, beserta penyampaian jasa konsultasi ITSM sesuai best practice yang diacu ITIL V3. Penulis mengambil sudut pandang para ahli ITSM, tim service delivery dan manajemen PT Equine Global untuk mendapatkan ciri khas yang ingin terdapat dalam prosedur yang disusun ini.Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki permasalahan kapabilitas yang dialami oleh salah satu unit bisnis PT Equine Global, yaitu Equine Advisory Services dan menjadi acuan untuk penyusunan prosedur unit bisnis dan layanan lainnya yang diberikan kedepannya nanti.

ABSTRACT
The success of a consultancy company can be measured on the number of consultancy project which are delivered on time, on budget and based on expected quality. However, both the capability and skills owned by personnel on every consultancy company different from each other, some have standardized procedures to guide them in delivering services to clients, while some still rely on leadership skills owned by certain individuals.For that, procedures as a media to standardize the Business Process is required to deliver service which possess the uniqueness of the consultancy companies. This procedures are also required so that the consultancy services dose not fully depend on certain individuals.This research aim to devise procedures which are used to increase the capability of service delivery on one of consultancy company in Indonesia which is PT Equine Global. For this research purpose, the procedures devised will only cover IT Service management service delivery which becomes a top consultancy service portfolio owned by PT Equine Global.The result of this research will be a standardized procedure which required to deliver consultancy services to the clients of PT Equine Global, since PT Equine Global will require this procedures to increase both of their quality and capability as a consultancy services company.In order to obtain procedures which reflect the identity and uniqueness of PT Equine Global and the delivery of ITSM consultancy services based on ITIL V3. The writer capture the viewpoint and opinion of ITSM experts, service delivery team and management of PT Equine Global to acquire the uniqueness which want to be included within procedures being devised.The result of this research hopefully could improve both the capability and quality being delivered by Equine Advisory Service as one of PT Equine Global Business unit which have capability issue back in 2015. Later the devised procedure hopefully can become references for other PT Equine Global Business units which require procedures to standardize their services."

"Jiwa dari sebuah pelayanan jasa adalah pertemuan di antara penyedia jasa dan pelanggannya (Chase & Dasu, 2008). Service Encounter, yang merupakan metafora dari ?the moment of truth? merupakan saat-saat dimana pelanggan berinteraksi dengan penyedia jasa. Bank merupakan salah satu contoh dari penyedia jasa dengan tingkat interaksi yang tinggi di antara karyawan dan nasabahnya. Pengalaman yang dirasakan oleh nasabah ketika berinteraksi dengan karyawan kemudian akan meninggalkan kesan tertentu di dalam benak mereka. Kesan inilah yang kemudian akan timbul menjadi komunikasi word of mouth. Kesan positif kemudian akan memunculkan word of mouth positif yang juga memiliki efek positif terhadap perusahaan penyedia jasa. Penelitian akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian nasabah Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Bogor Jalan Pajajaran berusia minimal 17 tahun.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh searah dan bersifat positif pada service encounter terhadap word of mouth positif sebesar 0.435 atau 43,5%.

The core of service is a meeting between service provider and customers (Chase & Dasu, 2008). Service encounter which is metaphor of the moment of truth is a moment in which customer interact with service provider. Bank is one example of service provider with high level of interaction between employees and customers. The experience that customer received when interact with employee will leave a certain impression in their minds. This impression will become a word of mouth communication. Positve impression will bring the positive word of mouth effect on service providers. The study will use quantitave approach to the sample of customers of Bank Negara Indonesia, Jalan Pajajaran Bogor branch at least 17 years old.
The result of the study is there is a direct positive influence on service encounter to positive word of mouth for 0.435 or 43.5%.
