"Suami saat persalinan istri mengalami kecemasan dari kecemasan ringan, gejala yang sering dialami adalah sukar konsentrasi, merasa tegang, dan gelisah Nurjanah,2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi distress psikologis pada suami yang menghadapi persalinan istri primigravida dan faktor ndash; faktor yang memengaruhi. Desain penelitian berupa deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 160 suami yang mendampingi persalinan istri primigravida di Kabupaten Bogor. Variabel independen yang diteliti diantaranya usia suami, pekerjaan suami, sosial ekonomi,tingkat pendidikan, kondisi spiritual, dukungan sosial, dan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap persalinan serta distress psikologis sebagai variabel dependennya. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Kuesioner Spirituality Perspective Scale SPS, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support MPSS, Hopkins Symptom Checlist-25 HSCL-25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas responden mengalami distress psikologis 69,4. Dukungan sosial merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya distress psikologis pada suami yang menghadapi persalinan istri primigravida OR=26,042. Semakin rendah dukungan sosial yang diterima suami maka semakin meningkat kejadian distress psikologis. Rekomendasi Perlu adanya kerjasama antara perawat maternitas dengan progam pemerintah dalam memberikan edukasi kepada suami dengan cara memasukkan edukasi pada suami dalam buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak sehingga bisa memberikan modal pengetahuan pada suami dalam menghadapi persalinan istri primigravida.

Husband during primigravida wife's labor, experience anxiety from mild to moderate anxiety. The anxiety symptoms that are often experienced are difficulty to focus, feel tense, and restless Nurjanah,2013. This study aimed to identify psychological distress on husbands who dealt with primigravida wife's labor and the influencing factors. This research design was analytic descriptive with a cross sectional approach on 160 husbands who accompanied the labor of primigravida wives in Bogor District. Independent variables of this study were husband's age, husband's job, socioeconomic, educational level, spiritual condition, social support, and knowledge level of labor and psychological distress as the dependent variable. Spirituality Perspective Scale Questionnaire SPS, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support MPSS, Hopkins Symptom Checklist 25 HSCL 25 were used to collect data.
The results showed the majority of respondents experienced psychological distress 69.4. Social support was the most influential factor on the occurrenced of psychological distress in husbands who dealt with primigravida wife's labor OR 26,042. The lower the social support that the husband receives, the higher the incidence of psychological distress. Recommendation for this study is the need for cooperation between maternity nurses and goverment to educate husbands by include husbands education in the Maternal and Child Health Book to increase husband's knowledge in deal with of primigravida wife's labor.

"Latar Belakang: Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di Indonesia mengakibatkan masalah psikologis, termasuk kecemasan, depresi dan distress psikologis pada tenaga kesehatan khususnya dokter spesialis paru dan peserta Pendidikan Program Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) paru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalens, derajat risiko distress dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi derajat risiko distress psikologis pada dokter spesialis paru dan PPDS paru di Jakarta.
Metode: Peneliti menggunakan metode studi deskriptif potong lintang terhadap dokter spesialis paru dan PPDS paru di Jakarta, Indonesia secara consecutive sampling pada bulan Mei 2020. Peneliti menggunakan alat ukur yaitu Distress Thermometer (DT) dan problem list yang telah divalidasi secara transkultural dan pengisiannya dilakukan mandiri oleh subjek secara daring.
Hasil: Sebanyak 134 subjek yang masuk dalam penelitian ini diantaranya 81 orang peserta PPDS paru dan 53 orang dokter spesialis paru dengan dominasi subjek perempuan sebanyak 66,4%, rerata usia 38,36 (±9,54) tahun dan rerata lama pengalaman kerja adalah 3 (1-27) tahun. Seluruh subjek memiliki risiko distress psikologis dengan perbandingannya berturut-turut pada kelompok PPDS adalah ringan, sedang, berat (44,4%, 50,6%, 4,9%) dan pada dokter spesialis paru (47,2%, 45,3%, 7,5%). Pada analisis subgrup ditemukan bahwa kelompok dokter spesialis paru lebih banyak mengalami masalah yang memengaruhi risiko distress psikologis dibandingkan kelompok PPDS. Pada kelompok dokter spesialis paru ditemukan masalah-masalah yang memengaruhi tingkat risiko distress diantaranya adalah usia (56,0%, p=0,003), masalah mengasuh anak (50,0%, p=0,037), mengurus rumah (45,5%, p=0,040), masalah dengan kerabat (75,0%, p=0,035), depresi (100%, p=0,011), ketakutan (50,0%, p=0,040), gugup (100%, p=0,011), sedih (41,7%, p=0,010), hilang minat pada aktivitas rutin (50,0%, p=0,005), diare (100%, p=0,011), kelelahan (62,5%, p=0,037), demam (66,7%, p=0,011), gangguan pencernaan (50,0%, p=0,008), gangguan konsentrasi (37,5%, p=0,033), mual (42,9%, p=0,008), hidung kering (60%, p=0,001), kulit kering dan gatal (50,0%, p=0,004), gangguan tidur (72,7%, p=0,004) serta kesemutan (57,1%, p=0,024). Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat risiko distress pada PPDS paru diantaranya adalah depresi (80,0%, p=0,040), ketakutan (68,4%, p<0,001), gugup (62,5%, p=0,031) dan kelelahan (70,8%, p=0,023).
Kesimpulan: Prevalens risiko distress psikologis pada dokter spesialis paru dan PPDS paru saat pandemi COVID-19 di Jakarta tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat risiko distress pada dokter spesialis paru diantaranya adalah usia, masalah teknis, keluarga, emosional dan fisis, sedangkan pada PPDS paru diantaranya adalah masalah emosional dan fisis.

Background: Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Indonesia causes psychological problems, including anxiety, depression and psychological distress in health workers, especially pulmonologist and pulmonology resident. The purpose of this study was to find out the prevalence, distress levels and factors that affect the risk psychological distress of pulmonologist and pulmonology resident in Jakarta.
Methods: Researchers used a descriptive study cross-sectional method on pulmonologist and pulmonology resident in Jakarta, Indonesia using consecutive sampling in May 2020. We used Distress Thermometer as a measurement tools and problem list that was transculturally validated and filled out online and independently by subjects.
Results: A total of 134 subjects were included in this study including 81 pulmonology residents and 53 pulmonologists dominated by women (66.4%), mean age 38.36 (± 9.54) years and median length of work was 3 (1-27) years. All subjects had a risk of psychological distress with the ratios in resident group are mild, moderate, severe (44.4%, 50.6%, 4.9%) and pulmonologist (47.2%, 45.3%, 7.5%). In subgroup analysis, it was found that the pulmonologist group experienced more problems that affect the risk of psychological distress than the resident group. In the pulmonologist group, problems that assosciated with the level of distress risk are age (56.0%, p=0.003), parenting problems (50.0%, p=0.037), house problem (45.5%, p= 0.040), problems with relatives (75.0%, p=0.035), depression (100%, p=0.011), fear (50.0%, p=0.040), nervous (100%, p=0.011), sadness (41.7%, p=0.010), loss of interest in routine activities (50.0%, p=0.005), diarrhea (100%, p=0.011), fatigue (62.5%, p=0.037), fever (66.7%, p=0.011), indigestion (50.0%, p=0.008), concentration (37.5%, p=0.033), nausea (42.9%, p=0.008), nasal dry (60%, p=0.001), dry and itchy skin (50.0%, p=0.004), sleep (72.7%, p=0.004) and tingling (57.1%, p=0.024). Factors that assosciated with the level of distress risk in residents are depression (80.0%, p=0.040), fear (68.4%, p<0.001), nervousness (62.5%, p=0.031) and fatigue (70.8%, p=0.023).
Conclusion: Prevalens psychological distress risk in pulmonologist and pulmonology resident during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jakarta is high. Factors that assosciated with the level of psychological distress risk in pulmonologist are age, technical, family, emotional and physical problems. Factors that assosciated with the level of psychological distress risk in pulmonology resident are emotional and physical problems.

"Kekerasan merupakan salah satu bentuk stresor yang berbahaya, kejam dan mengancam. Peristiwa atau kejadian hidup yang dapat mengancam dan membahayakan kesejahteraan individu sering memicu munculnya psychological distress. Diperlukan upaya untuk dapat menghadapi stressor. Upaya untuk mengatasi stress dinamakan coping. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara coping dan psychological distress pada istri yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. 47 istri yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menjadi responden dalam studi ini dengan mengisi kuisioner coping dan psychological distress. Coping diukur dengan alat ukur Brief COPE yang dibuat oleh Carver (1997). Coping terdiri dari dua jenis yakni problem-focused coping dan emotion-focused coping. Brief COPE terdiri dari empat belas subskala yaitu self-distraction, active coping, denial, substance use, use of emotional support, use of instrumental support, behavioral disengagement, venting, positive reframing, planning, humor, acceptance, religion, dan self-blame. Psychological distress diukur menggunakan Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) yang dibuat oleh Kessler dan Mroczek (1994). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi signifikan dan negatif antara coping dan psychological distress. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi ditemukan bahwa problem-focused coping dan emotion-focused coping tidak berkontribusi pada psychological distress namun memiliki korelasi yang signifikan. Menggunakan perhitungan regresi ditemukan pula bahwa subskala self-blame dan substance use memiliki kontribusi pada psychological distress.

Violence is one of a dangerous, vicious, and threatening stressor. Any life events that can threaten and endanger individual well-being could often trigger the emergence of psychological distress. Efforts are needed to overcome stressor, such as changing one's cognitive and behavior to deal with external and internal pressure or overcoming painful and threatening condition. Those efforts are known as coping. This research was conducted to investigate the correlation between coping and psychological distress in 47 wives who completed both questionnaires of coping and psychological distress. Coping was measured by Brief COPE which were constructed by Carver (1997). Brief COPE consist of 14 subscales, namely self-distraction, active coping, denial, substance use, use of emotional support, use of instrumental support, behavioral disengagement, venting, positive reframing, planning, humor, acceptance, religion, dan self-blame. Psychological distress were measured by Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) which was constructed by Kessler and Mroczek (1994). The results show that there were negative and significant correlations coping with psychological distress. From the regression, the results show that problemfocused coping and emotion-focused coping are not contributed to psychological distress but they have a significant and negative correlation. Taken from the regression calculation, self blame and substance use were contributed in the occurance of psychological distress."

"Perawat merupakan salah satu profesi yang berisiko mengalami distres. Distres pada perawat dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti pada arena individu (jenis kelamin, usia, status pekerjaan dan masa kerja), arena kerja (ketaksaan peran, konflik peran, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja), dan arena sosial (dukungan sosial dari supervisor dan dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja). Hal ini dapat memberikan dampak pada perawat seperti kelelahan, perilaku kasar, anxiety, peningkatan tekanan darah, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, penurunan efisiensi, dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengambarkan tingkat distres dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat distres pada perawat ruang perawatan di RSUD X Tembilahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada Mei-Agustus 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang perawatan RSUD X Tembilahan. Distres diukur menggunakan kuesioner COPSOQ III dan NIOSH Generic Job. Data dianalisis menggunakan Chi-square dan regresi logistik ordinal. Ditemukan bahwa 28,9% perawat mengalami tingkat distres rendah,  68,9% perawat mengalami tingkat distress sedang, dan 2,2% perawat mengalami tingkat distress tinggi. Analisis regresi logistik ordinal menunjukkan bahwa perawat perempuan berisiko mengalami distres lebih tinggi dibandingkan perawat laki-laki (OR=4,03). Faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh pada arena kerja dengan tingkat distress adalah konflik peran (OR=3,15) dan beban kerja (OR=3,8). Pengelolaan tingkat distres pada level organisasi dapat berupa melakukan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan peraturan mengenai hak pekerja perempuan, memperhatikan deskripsi pekerjaan dan sumber daya  manusia yang dibutuhkan, monitoring status kesehatan perawat, menyeimbangkan beban kerja dengan kapasitas kemampuan yang dimiliki perawat, dan mengupayakan sistem reward baik berupa materi maupun apresiasi terhadap hasil kerja untuk meningkatkan motivasi bagi perawat. Sedangkan pada level individu dapat berupa melaksanakan strategi perawatan diri yang sehat, work-life balance, dan melakukan relaksasi. Hal ini dibutuhkan untuk mencegah peningkatan tingkat distres pada perawat ruang perawatan di RSUD X Tembilahan.

Distress emerged on nurses due to various factors such as in the individual arena (gender, age, marital status and work experience), the work arena (role ambiguity, role conflict, career development, interpersonal relationships, workload and work environment), and the social arena (social support from supervisors and social support from colleagues). This can have an impact on nurses such as fatigue, harsh behavior, anxiety, increase of blood pressure, lack of self-confidence, decrease in efficiency, etc. This study aims to describe the level of distress and to analyze the factors affected with the level of distress on nurse in the treatment room at X Hospital Tembilahan. This study uses a cross-sectional study design that was conducted in May-August 2022. The population in this study were all inpatient nurse in X Hospital Tembilahan. The distress level is measured using the COPSOQ III and NIOSH Generic Job questionnaires. Data are analysed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. such as in the individual arena (gender, age, employment status and years of service), the work arena (role ambiguity, role conflict, career development, interpersonal relationships, workload and work environment), and the social arena (social support from supervisors and social support from colleagues). This can have an impact on nurses such as fatigue, rude behavior, anxiety, increased blood pressure, lack of confidence, decreased efficiency, and others. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of distress and to analyze the factors that influence the level of distress in nurses in the treatment room at X Tembilahan Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional study design which was conducted in May - August 2022. The population in this study were all nurses in the X Tembilahan Hospital. Distress was measured using the COPSOQ III and NIOSH Generic Job questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi-square and ordinal logistic regression. It was found that 28.9% of nurses experienced low levels of distress, 68.9% of nurses experienced moderate levels of distress, and 2.2% of nurses experienced high levels of distress. Ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that female nurses had a higher risk of experiencing distress than male nurses (OR=4.03). The most influential risk factors in the work arena with a level of distress are role conflict (OR=3.15) and workload (3.8). Management of the level of distress at the organizational level can be in the form of supervising the implementation of regulations regarding the rights of women workers, paying attention to job descriptions and human resources needed, monitoring the health status of nurses, balancing the workload with the capacities of nurses, and pursuing a reward system in the form of material as well as appreciation of work results to increase motivation for nurses. Meanwhile, at the individual level, it can be in the form of implementing healthy self-care strategies, work-life balance, and relaxation. This is needed to prevent an increase in the level of distress in nurses in the treatment room at X Tembilahan Hospital."

"Pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) merupakan sebuah isu yang sedang marak dialami karyawan di Indonesia selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Individu yang mengalami PHK ditemukan dapat mengalami distress psikologis. Distress psikologis penting untuk diteliti dalam konteks PHK karena keberadaannya berpotensi menghambat individu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan lagi dan menjalankan aktivitas di kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan ini, studi ini akan menggali hubungan korelasi antara fleksibilitas psikologis dan distress psikologis pada orang yang mengalami PHK untuk mencari strategi yang dapat dilakukan seseorang untuk mempertahankan kesehatan mentalnya dalam menghadapi kehilangan kerja dan belum mendapat pekerjaan lagi. Penelitian melibatkan karyawan yang mengalami PHK dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir (N = 59). Fleksibilitas psikologis diukur menggunakan Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II) dan distress psikologis diukur menggunakan General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). Data diolah dengan metode Pearson correlation mendapatkan hubungan korelasi antara kedua variabel. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan korelasi signifikan antara fleksibilitas psikologis dan distress psikologis pada orang yang mengalami PHK, r(59) = -0,506, p < 0,01. Dengan ini, semakin tinggi fleksibilitas psikologis seseorang, maka semakin rendah distress psikologis yang akan dialaminya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang bertujuan meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk mengurangi distress psikologis pada individu yang mengalami PHK.

Job displacement is an issue that has been increasingly experienced by employees in Indonesia over the last few years. Individuals who experience job displacement are found to experience psychological distress. Psychological distress has an urgency to be studied in the context of job displacement because it has the potential to disrupt individuals from getting re-employed and in carrying out activities in their lives. With that said, this study will explore the correlation between psychological flexibility and psychological distress in people who have experienced job displacement to look for strategies that a person can use to maintain their mental health in the face of losing their job and not having found another job. The research involved employees who experienced job displacement within the last year (N = 59). Psychological flexibility was measured using the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II) and psychological distress was measured using the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12). The data is processed using the Pearson correlation to obtain a correlation relationship between the two variables. The results obtained show a significant correlation between psychological flexibility and psychological distress in people who have experienced job displacement, r(59) = -0.506, p < 0.01. With this, the higher a person's psychological flexibility, the lower the psychological distress they will experience. This shows that interventions aimed at increasing psychological flexibility can be an effective strategy for reducing psychological distress in individuals who experience job displacement."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara distres psikologis dan hardiness pada mahasiswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa yang berjumlah 1962 orang dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 HSCL-25 untuk mengukur distres pikologis dan Dispositional Resilience Scale 15-Revised DRS 15-R untuk mengukur hardiness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara distres psikologis dan hardiness r=-0,252, n=1962.

This study was conducted to examine the correlation between psychological distress and hardiness among college students. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat distres psikologis mahasiswa asing UI yang memiliki keterampilan sosial sensitivity yang tinggi dan rendah. Adapun keterampilan sosial sensitivity yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah social sensitivity skill dan emotional sensitivity skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat ukur HSCL-25 untuk mengukur tingkat distres psikologis partisipan dan SSI (Social Skill Inventory) untuk mengukur keterampilan sosial partisispan. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 75 mahasiswa asing di Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan diperoleh melalui teknik non-random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik analisis data independent sample ttest, ditemukan perbedaan tingkat distres psikologis yang signifikan antara mahasiswa asing di Universitas Indonesia yang memiliki social sensitivity skill dan emotional sensitivity skill yang tinggi.

This study investigated psychological distress among foreign students at Universitas Indonesia who had high or low level of social and emotional sensitivity skills. This is a quantitative study using HSCL-25 to measure psychological distress and Social Skills Inventory (SSI) to measure social skills. There were 75 foreign students that participated in the study, selected by nonrandom sampling technique. Independent sample t-test indicated that there was a significant difference in psychological distress among foreign students at Universitas Indonesia who had high and low levels of social and emotional sensitivity skills."

"Persalinan merupakan peristiwa yang istimewa sekaligus menegangkan bagi seorang ibu. Selama proses ini berlangsung banyak ibu akan mengalami perasaan suka cita cemas, takut, dan panik. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa respon-respon psikologis tersebut dapat dibantu oleh dukungan suami yang hadir saat persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dukungan dan partisipasi suami saat persalinan. Disain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, menggunakan sampel pasangan suami dan istrinya yang telah didampingi saat persalinan dengan melibatkan 94 responden yang dipilih mengunakan teknik Consecutive Sampling selama dua bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 53,2% suami telah memberikan dukungannya dengan baik selama persalinan. Selain itu, hasil pengukuran partisipasi suami saat persalinan 93,6% menunjukkan partisipasi baik. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi keperawatan bahwa dukungan dan partisipasi suami sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam proses persalinan. Penelitian ini tidak mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dukungan dan partisipasi suami saat persalinan namun dapat menjadi data penunjang untuk menyempurnakan penelitian selanjutnya sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dukungan suami saat persalinan.

Labour is precious yet stessful moment for a mother. During this process, many mother would feel joyful, worried, fear and panic simultaneously. Some previous researchs show that those psychological responses can be helped to overcome by the support of husband who is there when his wife is in the labour. This research’s aim was to describe husband’s support and participation during labour. The research’s design was descriptive, using a group of samples consisting husbands and their wife whom been accompanied during their labour, and involving 94 respondents which were choosen using Consecutive Sampling technique in two month. The research’s result showed 53,2% of the total husbands had given their support well during labour. Besides, the result of measuring husband’s participation 93,6% of the total husbands showed well participation. This research gives a nursing implication that husband’s support and participation are very important to include during labour processes. This research does not identify the factors which affect husband’s support and participation during labour, but it can be a supportive data to accomplish the next research so that can identify the factors affecting husband’s support and participation during labour.

" ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara distres psikologis dan optimisme pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kepada 1024 mahasiswa aktif di seluruh Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur distres psikologis adalah Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 HSCL-25 . Sementara itu, instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur optimisme adalah Life Orientation Test-Revised LOT-R . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara distres psikologis dan optimisme r = 0,303, N = 1024, p < 0,01, two-tails . Hasil analisis data demografis menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin memengaruhi optimisme dan status pernikahan dapat memengaruhi distres psikologis.
ABSTRACT This research was conducted in order to seek the relationship between psychological distress and optimism among college students. Quantitative research method was conducted to 1024 active college students in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The instrument used to measure psychological distress was Hopkins Symptom Checklist 25 HSCL 25 . Meanwhile, the instrument used to measure optimism was Life Orientation Test Revised LOT R . The result indicated negative and significant relationship between psychological distress and optimism r 0,303, N 1024, p 0,01, two tails . Demographic data analysis revealed that gender influences optimism and marriage status influenced psychological distress."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor psikososial dan distress pada guru SLB di Kota Depok saat pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara. Sejumlah 67 guru SLB di Kota Depok berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 34,3% guru mengalami distress sedang dan 16,4% guru mengalami distress signifikan. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa distress lebih banyak dialami oleh guru perempuan (52,7%), berumur > 30 tahun (52,4%), berasal dari program studi non-PLB (52,5%), tidak memiliki tipe kepribadian A (66,6%), memiliki masa kerja > 10 tahun (60%), sudah menikah (59,5%), memiliki anak (64,9%), memiliki dukungan sosial buruk dari keluarga (89,3%), memiliki beban kerja tinggi (61,8%), memiliki peralatan kerja buruk (63,9%), memiliki jam kerja buruk (64,3%), memiliki konflik peran tinggi (73,7%), memiliki ambiguitas peran tinggi (76,2%), memiliki kontrol pekerjaan buruk (81,4%), memiliki dukungan sosial yang buruk dari atasan dan rekan kerja (81,4%), memiliki konflik antara pekerjaan dan rumah yang tinggi (86,2%), jarang melakukan hobi (66,7%), dan memiliki ketakutan berat terhadap infeksi COVID-19 (71,4%).

This study aims to obtain an overview of psychosocial factors and distress among special education teachers in Depok during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a semi-quantitative approach through filling out questionnaires and interviews. A total of 67 special education teachers in Depok participated in this study. The results showed that 34.3% of teachers experienced moderate distress and 16.4% of teachers experienced significant distress. Then, it was found that distress is more experienced by female teachers (52.7%), aged > 30 years (52.4%), came from non-PLB study programs (52.5%), did not have personality type A (66 ,6%), have a working period of > 10 years (60%), are married (59.5%), have children (64.9%), have poor social support from family (89.3%), have a workload high (61.8%), have bad work equipment (63.9%), have bad working hours (64.3%), have high role conflict (73.7%), have high role ambiguity (76.2% ), have poor work control (81.4%), have poor social support from superiors and coworkers (81.4%), have high work-home conflict (86.2%), rarely do hobbies (66 ,7%), and had a severe fear of COVID-19 infection (71.4%).
