"Adanya perubahan sistem pendidikan menjadi inklusif, menuntut guru untuk mengajar siswa dengan berbagai kebutuhan. Perubahan tersebut memungkinkan munculnya burnout karena kelebihan beban kerja, perubahan tugas guru, dan sarana dan prasarana tidak mendukung. Bila kondisi ini dibiarkan maka akan mengganggu proses school adjustment khususnya anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berada di kelas 1 dan kelas 2 karena mereka membutuhkan hubungan yang baik dengan guru. Penelitian ini hanya akan meminta guru memberikan penilaian terhadap kondisi burnout yang dialaminya, maupun memberikan rating school adjustment terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus secara umum. penelitian ini melibatkan 46 responden guru sekolah dasar inklusif di wilayah Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan dan Depok. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketiga dimensi burnout dengan perceived school adjustment dengan nilai korelasi r= -0.296 hingga -0.388.

Change in the education system to be inclusive, requires teacher to teach students with various needs. The change are likely to lead burnout due to work overload, changes in the teacher assignments, and then facilities and infrastructure does not support. If this condition is left it will interfere with the process of school adjustment children especially childen with special needs who are in grade 1 and grade 2 because they need a good relationship with teacher. This research only ask the teacher gives an assessment of the conditions they experienced burnout, as well as providing rating of school adjustment children with special need in general. This study involved 46 respondents inclusive primary school teacher in East Jakarta, South Jakarta, and Depok. The result indicate t there is a significan relationship between three dimensions of burnout with perceived school adjustment. Value of correlation two variabels are 0.296 to -0.388"

Melalui pengaplikasian pendayagunaan fungsi otak kanan yang berkaitan dengan kreativitas, warna, imajinasi dan dimensi ke dalam latihan empat unsur bahasa pada pengajaran keterampilan berbahasa Cina, skripsi ini telah menghasilkan contoh rancangan kegiatan pengajaran bahasa Cina yang menyenangkan dan menarik untuk remaja. Penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka yang berdasarkan pada analisis deskriptif. Hasil penulisan skripsi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa Cina dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi otak kanan, tepat bila diterapkan untuk remaja karena pengajaran tersebut

Abstract
This thesis discusses the function of right brain and its utilization in the teaching of Chinese language for teenager. By applying the utilization of right brain which related with creativity, color, imagination, and dimension into the four skill of Chinese language learning, this thesis has produced an example of Mandarin teaching activity scheme that is fun and interesting. This thesis uses the literature research method based on descriptive analysis. The result from this thesis_ research concludes that Chinese language teaching method, which maximizes the right brain function, is appropriate to be applied for teenager because such method of teaching will be able to cope with the students_ shortcomings and highlights their capacity;This thesis discusses the function of right brain and its utilization in the teaching of Chinese language for teenager. Katherine Hayles dalam How We Became Posthuman, sebuah konsep yang dirinya dibangun di atas teori
sibernetika Norbert Wiener, karya tersebut mencoba untuk menghubungkan teori-teori posthumanis tentang
dematerialisasi, rematerialisasi, perwujudan, dan virtualitas dari perspektif sibernetika ke `teknologi manusiawi`
Nam June Paik sebagai karya seni. Karya ilmiah ini kemudian membahas pendekatan visual dan konseptual
Paik serta filosofinya terhadap teknologi-khususnya hubungan antara teknologi dan tubuh, dan persimpangan
teknologi dan budaya-pandangan utopis yang saya ambil dalam mempertimbangkan kembali hubungan kita
sendiri dengan teknologi dalam konteks media digital saat ini, dengan tujuan untuk menawarkan sikap yang
lebih optimis terhadapnya.

ABSTRACT
This paper examines the installations, sculptures, performances, and videos that make up Nam June Paik`s
(1932-2006) body of work. Informed by notions of the `cybernetic posthuman` as proposed by N. Katherine
Hayles in How We Became Posthuman, a concept which in turn is built upon Norbert Wiener`s cybernetic
theory, it attempts to relate posthumanist theories of dematerialisation, rematerialisation, embodiment, and
virtuality from a cybernetic perspective to Nam June Paik`s `humanised technology` as art. It then discusses
Paik`s visual and conceptual approach and his philosophy towards technology-particularly the relationship
between technology and body, and the intersection of technology and culture-a utopian view that I take in
reconsidering our own relationship with technology in today`s digital media context, in hopes of offering a more
optimistic attitude towards it."

"Koperasi memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam menyediakan akses keuangan bagi masyarakat
Indonesia yang sebelumnya mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Meskipun Koperasi memberikan
kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak tantangan yang
harus dihadapi. Seperti kualitas sumber daya manusia dan regulasi yang kompleks. Dengan
pengelolaan yang lebih baik dan peningkatan efektivitas, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam berpotensi
memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu,
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami ketentuan hukum yang mengatur penyelesaian sengketa
dan pengawasan terhadap rentenir berkedok Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang melakukan
penggelapan dana serta menganalisis P2SK pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Hukum Doktrinal (fokus pada analisis dan
penafsiran bahan hukum yang ada, seperti UU Perkoperasian) dan Penelitian Hukum Non
Doktrinal (penelitian sosio-hukum untuk mengambil pendekatan yang lebih luas dalam memahami
hukum). Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa P2SK harus mengutamakan pembuatan pedoman
yang jelas tentang Koperasi Open Loop dan Koperasi Close Loop serta mekanisme
pengawasannya untuk meminimalisir penyalahgunaan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Penulis juga
dapat menyimpulkan bahwa meneruskan keberadaan Koperasi Open Loop dengan pengawasan
yang lebih ketat dapat menjadi solusi yang paling ideal saat ini.
Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Ekonomi, P2SK, UU Perkoperasian.

Cooperatives have a significant role in providing financial access for Indonesian people who previously experienced economic difficulties. Although Cooperatives contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy, there are still many challenges to be faced. Such as the quality of human resources and complex regulations. With better management and increased effectiveness, Saving and Loans Cooperatives have the potential to make a greater contribution to community empowerment. Therefore, this study aims to understand the legal provisions governing dispute resolution and supervision of loan sharks disguised as Savings and Loan Cooperatives who embezzle funds and analyze the P2SK on Savings and Loan Cooperatives. This study was conducted using the Doctrinal Legal Research approach (focusing on analyzing and interpreting existing legal materials, such as the Cooperative Law) and Non-Doctrinal Legal Research (socio-legal research to take a broader approach to understanding the law). The author can conclude that P2SK must prioritize the creation of clear guidelines on Open-Loop Cooperatives and Close-Loop Cooperatives and their supervision mechanisms to minimize misuse of Savings and Loan Cooperatives. The author can also conclude that continuing the existence of the Open-Loop Cooperative with stricter supervision can be the most ideal solution at this time."
