"For Training that done by the company can reach maximum outcome, need to know about perception training officer. Perception about training officer will affect to attitude that decide by the trainee officer to face the job. The purpose of this researched is to find out how is employee perception PT. 'X' about evaluation Training Achievement Motivation Training especially of Customer Service employee. The analytical unit is the employee?s in Customer Service area sub sector in Telecommunication in Jabotabek & West Java regional office.
On this paper, the research is how perception of operational officer Customer Service Division about evaluation training of achievement motivation training at PT 'X' and what is the problems that PT 'X' faced of operational Officer Customer Service Division employees and company in evaluation of Achievement Motivation Training implementation?.
The kinds of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approaches. Data in this research gathered from field research method by distributing questionnaire to the respondent and interview. The samples of this research were 63 contract employees, taken from population using total sampling technique. The data of the univariate were collected using Likert scale which delivered frequency distribution. Company especially on Customer Service Division, employee that have been follow Achievement Motivation Training hope that this training can be implementing every day whether in the office or around the office, so far from the mistake that cause from the behavior that not follow the procedure.
For all perception of officer about Achievement Motivation Training that had been done by the company in PT.'X' in regional office Jabotabek & Jabar reach good result, according to reaction dimention, learning, and behavior by the officer which has follow the training feel satisfied and feel useful to the job, so the mistake that cause by working not detailed can be reduced."

"Organization is a media to achieve an objective. For business organization, maximum profit is it?s main objective. Organization need human resources to run their activities and achieve their objectives. Leadership is a major determinance of organizational effectiveness.
Organization need a leader to control the employee?s activities. In business organization, leader is a key position to maintain a good relationship with the top, middle manager and also their subordinates. At Head Office PT CV Titipan Kilat in Jakarta, Customer Service Division is one of the divisions that has important role in achieving company?s vision. This Division is led by a Customer Service Chief. A Customer Service Chief motivates employees for having good motivation.
Therefore, in motivating emplyees, a Customer Service Chief applicates Situational Leadership Model. Indeed, there are problems in applicating that model. This case is caused by a few employees remain have bad performances. For knowing these problems, Customer Service Chief try to ask the causes o problems directly toward such employees. This way, at least a Customer Service Chief knows employee perception of applicated Situational Leadership Model.
This research is aimed to find out how the employee perception of Situational Leadership Model of Customer Service?s Chief at Head Office PT CV Titipan Kilat in Jakarta. Gibson, Ivancevich, and Donnelly explained that perception is cognitive process used to interpret something and understand its environment. From the result of research concerning employees toward leadership style, the obtained image shows that each employee has different perception to applied Situational LeadershipModel. This matter can be seen from the various most respondents who answer the same statement. Based of the theory used in studying style of this leadership is related at theory of Hersey and Blanchard, by using model of situational approach which based of relation among functional behavior, behavioral relation, and subordinate maturity level.
This research uses the approach of quantitative and survey technique. Collected data in this research is a quantitative data based on questioner to Customer Service Employees at PT CV Titipan Kilat. Analysis technique in this research use descriptive statistical analysis, which analyses data according to Tables of Frequency.
From these data, it can be concluded that the result of employee perceptions of telling leadership model is shown by low criteria percentage of 60.34%. Selling leadership model is shown by high criteria percentage of 73.77%, meanwhile another leader model, participating is shown by high criteria percentage of 69% and delegating leadership model is shown by low criteria percentage of 54.94%.
Aboved analysis can be concluded that the employee perceive Customer Service Chief at Head Office PT CV Titipan Kilat in Jakarta tend to use Selling Leadership Model. Therefore, Customer Service Chief in using Situational Leadership Model should anticipate the existing problems. Customer Service Chief should apply two way-communicating by much listening employess.

"Seiring dengan waktu, pembangunan di kota-kota besar bergeser kearah vertikal dengan sistem ventilasi buatan. Hal tersebut berdasarkan berbagai penelitian dapat meningkatkan resiko Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) di gedunggedung dimaksud. Kantor Pusat PT. X berada di Gedung Y dengan karakteristik demikian. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas udara dalam ruangan, karakteristik umum pekerja, dan kejadian SBS di Kantor Pusat PT. X. Berdasarkan penelitian beberapa parameter kualitas udara seperti CO2, kelembaban, dan ventilation rate tidak memenuhi Standar. Didapatkan juga beberapa kasus mirip SBS seperti iritasi mata (16.13 %) dan kelelahan (13.98 %). Kejadian SBS kemungkinan merupakan hasil interkoneksi berbagai faktor termasuk kualitas udara dan karakteristik responden.

Recently development of big city has been swifted to vertical development with artificial ventilation. According to vast amount of research that situation could lead to Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) cases. The Headquarter of PT. X located at Y Building has that charasteristic. This Theses aims on knowing indoor air quality (IAQ), workers? characteristics and SBS cases in The Headquarter of PT. X. According to this research some parameters e.g. CO2, relative humidity and ventilation rate are out of standards. Some cases has also been found, e.g. eye irritation (16.13 %) and fatigue (13.98 %). These cases may be a result of many factors including IAQ and workers? characteristics."

"ABSTRAK
Laporan Magang ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis system pengelolaan kinerja yang digunakan
didalam perusahaan PT. Pertamina EP dengan penarikan partisipan melalui karyawan di kantor
pusat Jakarta.
Fokus Laporan Magang ini antara lain untuk memberikan laporan aktivitas magang selama tiga
bulan, dan juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan perumus sekaligus penerap pedoman
system pengelolaan kinerja serta pendapat dan pengalaman dari para partisipan karyawan selain
penerap terhadap proses pengelolaan kinerja, yang pada gilirannya akan digunakan untuk
membahas mengenai bagaimana proses pengelolaan kinerja dilaksanakan serta apakah
berdasarkan teori system pengelolaan kinerja dan prosesnya sudah efektif. Metode penelitian
kualitatif digunakan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan yang lingkup
kerjanya berada didalam Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Selain itu, pengetahuan juga didapat
melalui presentasi pedoman yang diberikan pembimbing magang.
Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa proses pengelolaan kinerja terganggu dalam pengolahan nilai
akhir pegawai dengan isu subjektivitas. Meskipun begitu, pada tahap-tahap lain dalam proses
pengelolaan kinerja ditemukan telah efektif. System sendiri secara garis besar terbagi tahap
pembuatan standar, tahap pengampuan kinerja, dan tahap umpan balik serta perjanjian pegawai."

"Penelitian bertujuan memperoleh gambaran dan hubungan faktor-faktor risiko individu dan pekerjaan terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal disorder pada pekerja kantor PT. X Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder hasil medical check up data dan perangkat lunak RSIGuard untuk 607 pekerja. Dari 607 pekerja terdapat 292 orang (48, 1%) mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal discomfort.
Hasil uji bivariate menunjukkan hubungan signifikan (p<0,005) antara faktor individu (tinggi badan, berat badan, olahraga, jenis kelamin dan temuan masalah musculoskeletal pada MCU), dan faktor risiko pekerjaan (self-assessment risk, overall risk level, average daily mouse use, break time taken dan average strain from mouse use) dengan discomfort.
Hasil uji multivariate menunjukkan jenis kelamin, temuan masalah musculoskeletal MCU, self-assessment dan overall assessment merupakan faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan kuat dan dapat mempengaruhi keluhan musculoskeletal discomfort. Saran-saran ditujukan untuk mencegah discomfort dan work related musculoskeletal disorder melalui prinsip-prinsip ergonomik.

The objective of this study are to describe profile and relationship between individual and occupational risks factors with musculoskeletal discomfort in office workers of PT. X Jakarta. This is cross-sectional using secondary data of medical check up (MCU) and RSIGuard software for 607 workers. There are 272 of 607 workers (48.1%) complained musculoskeletal discomfort based on self-asessment result.
Based on bivariate test results a significant (p <0.005) for individual factors (height, weight, exercise, sex and medical finding during MCU), and occupational risk factors from computer usages (self assessment risk, overall risk level, average daily mouse use, break time taken and average strain of mouse use).
The final model of multivariate test results a significant correlation of gender, findings of musculoskeletal problems, self-assessment and overall assessment with musculoskeletal discomfort complaints. Suggestions addressed to reduce occupational factors to prevent discomfort and work-related musculoskeletal disorder through ergonomic principals.

"This study aims to determine the cost of regional public library services in the Office of Library and Archives, Central Jakarta. In particular, the things that identified are the structure and the size of the unit cost of regional public library services between 2008 and 2007 as the input for decision making to improve the efficiency of financing. This research is a case study using descriptive analytical approach using data cost during January 2007-December 2008. Cost data using expenditure data for January 2007-December 2008. Cost analysis was conducted according to state Office of Library and Archives Central Jakarta, especially in terms of availability of the necessary information. The unit cost calculation using activity-based approach to financing methods or activities better known as Activity Based Costing.
The results of this study show that the condition of data documentation system not ready to support the cost analysis. Based on the cost structure by the Office of Municipal Regional Public Library in Central Jakarta is known that the 2008 portion of maintenance cost were non enough, especially for library facilities for visitors. The calculation of the unit cost of public library service activities in the region between 2008-2007 shows that the unit cost of the maintenance of library collection activities, selection and processing of library services activities, setting and inventarisir book activities, and administration activities in 2008 are lower than in 2007, but the unit cost of service library activities and the total cost of all activities per visitor in 2008 are higher than in 2007.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya penyelenggaraan pelayanan Perpustakaan Umum daerah di Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Jakarta Pusat. Secara khusus hal-hal yang diidentifikasi adalah struktur biaya dan besarnya biaya satuan penyelenggaraan pelayanan perpustakaan umum daerah antara tahun 2008 dengan tahun 2007 sebagai bahan masukan untuk pengambilan keputusan menuju peningkatan efisiensi pembiayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan data pengeluaran biaya selama Januari 2007-Desember 2008. Analisa biaya yang dilakukan ini disesuaikan dengan kondisi Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Jakarta Pusat terutama dalam hal ketersediaan informasi yang diperlukan. Penghitungan biaya Satuan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan metode pembiayaan berbasis aktivitas atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Activity Based Costing.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sistem pendokumentasian data belum dipersiapkan untuk mendukung analisa biaya. Berdasarkan struktur biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh Kantor Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kotamadya Jakarta Pusat pada tahun 2008 diketahui bahwa porsi biaya pemeliharaan belum cukup khususnya untuk fasilitas bagi pengunjung perpustakaan. Hasil perhitungan biaya satuan kegiatan pelayanan perpustakaan umum daerah antara tahun 2008 dengan tahun 2007 menunjukkan bahwa untuk kegiatan perawatan koleksi perpustakaan, seleksi dan prosesing layanan perpustakaan, inventarisir dan penataan buku serta tata usaha, biaya satuan di tahun 2008 lebih rendah dibanding tahun 2007, namun untuk biaya satuan kegiatan pelayanan perpustakaan dan biaya total seluruh kegiatan per pengunjung untuk tahun 2008 lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun 2007."
