"ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas bagaimana Yayasan Kumala, Organisasi Non Pemerintah dan Non Profit Nirlaba , berperan dalam menanggulangi masalah kesejahteraan sosial melalui program community development. Dalam pembahasan artikel ini memaparkan prinsip-prinsip dari community development dengan menambahkan dengan peran mitra komunitas sehingga mendukung terciptanya sustainable community development. Argumen bahwa program pemberdayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip community development di dukung dengan peran mitra, maka akan ada pendampingan, serta adanya pembinaan dalam mengelola komunitas dapat menciptakan sustainable community development. Sehingga penelitian ini memaparkan adanya hubungan kemitraan yang dilakukan yayasan dengan perusahaan dalam pendampingan komunitas yang dapat mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya mitra yang dapat menopang serta mendampingi komunitas sehingga dapat terus mengembangkan potensi dalam komunitas dan menciptakan sustainable community development.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT Pertamina InCommunity Empowerment (Case Study Training Life Skills Implementation Phasesfor New Business Growth in Sub Cikaum Subang Regency West Java). This studyused a qualitative approach through a case study with data collection using in-depthinterviews. "[ABSTRAKKetertarikan penulis untuk membahas CSR PTFI bermula dari ditemukannyafakta yang mencatat bahwa, (1) alokasi dana CSR PTFI untuk program CD adalahlebih besar jumlahnya dibandingkan dengan alokasi dana CSR oleh perusahaan(ekstraktif) lainnya di Indonesia; dan (2) dalam realisasi distribusi dana CSRuntuk CD, pengelolaan lebih besar dana CSR untuk CD (dana kemitraan) dikelolaoleh LPMAK. Oleh sebab itu, tesis ini adalah suatu kajian akademis yangmembahas mengenai pemaknaan pelaksanaan CD LPMAK sebagai wujudrepresentasi CSR PTFI.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran LPMAK dalam pengelolaanprogram CD, secara khusus kepada masyarakat suku Kamoro di wilayahKokonao, Distrik Mimika Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yangmenggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer (observasi dan wawancara/in-depthinterview) dan data sekunder dari kajian literatur akademis berupa buku, jurnaldan berbagai dokumen dari PTFI dan LPMAK. Dengan berpijak pada analisisFungsionalisme Struktural Robert K. Merton dan lima modal CD, hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan CD LPMAK di Kokonao telahdiimplementasikan dengan cukup baik, namun pelaksanaannya masih belummaksimal. Tidak maksimalnya pelaksanaan CD bersumber dari faktor-faktorpenghambat peran aktor/unit dalam sistem pengolahan CD.Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian telah berkontribusi secara teoritis,menambah wawasan pemahaman terhadap Analisis Fungsional Merton dari sisikonsep ‗fungsi‘ dalam kategori intended consequences dan konsep ‗disfungsi‘dalam kategori unintended consequences. Pertama, pada kategori intendedconsequences, penulis menemukan bahwa konsep ‗fungsi manifes‘ secaraaplikatif dalam konteks CD memiliki dua sifat yang disebut penulis dengan istilahconsistency dan inconsistency. Kedua, pada kategori unintended consequences,penulis juga menemukan bahwa konsep ‗disfungsi‘ Merton tidak serta merta dapatdigunakan untuk membaca kekurangan dari fungsional CD. Pemaknaan kekurangan tersebut diakomodir dalam suatu konsep yang disebut penulis sebagailess function. Konsep less function ditujukan untuk mempertegas derajat disfungsiyang tidak disebutkan Merton dalam penjelasannya mengenai konsep ‗disfungsi‘.Lebih jauh, less function adalah derajat kecil (derajat lebih rendah daridisfungsi—disfungsi berderajat) dalam menginterpretasikan konsep ‗disfungsi‘Merton di dalam kategori unintended consequences.

ABSTRACTThe anxiety of author towards PTFI‘s CSR started from the fact that (1)PTFI's CSR funding allocation for CD program is greater in number than anyother extractive companies in Indonesia; and (2) the allocation of PTFI's CSRfunding for CD (Partnership Fund), in a greater number is managed by LPMAK.So, this thesis is an academic study discussing about the implementation of CD byLPMAK, as a representation of PTFI‘s CSR.The thesis aims to assess the LPMAK‘s role in conducting communitydevelopment programs, especially to the Kamoro tribe in Kokonao Village,Mimika Barat District. This research applied a qualitative approach, by using twotypes of data, which are the primary data sources collected through observation aswell as in-depth interview and the secondary data collected from academic books,journals, and documents from PTFI and the LPMAK. Using Robert K. Merton‘sStructural Functionalism analysis and five capitals of CD, the result of the studyshowed that LPMAK‘s CD implementation was good enough; still it had not beenimplemented maximally, due to some factors which reduced the role of the unit inCD‘s processing system.Overall, the result of the study has given a theoretical contribution inbroadening the understanding of Merton‘s Functional Analysis at the side offunction and dysfunction concepts. First, in the intended consequences category,the author found that manifest function concept in the CD context has twocharacteristics, called consistency and inconsistency. Second, from the unintendedconsequences, the author also found that Merton‘s dysfunction concept cannot beapplied easily to read the functional deficiencies of CD. The understanding of itsdeficiencies was accommodated in a concept called here as less function. Saat ini ketentuan penerapan CSR sudah banyak diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, walaupun bukan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan khusus melainkan tertuang dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan CSR. Namun, walaupun sudah banyak pengaturan terhadap kegiatan CSR tetapi nyatanya yang terjadi di lapangan kegiatan CSR masih jauh dari sempurna. Pelaksanaan CSR oleh perusahaan terutama yang bergerak di sektor migas masih menimbulkan permasalahan karena lemahnya pengaturan dari sisi sanksi yang dikenakan bagi perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini menjadikan tujuan awal dari pelaksanaan CSR membawa dampak positif bagi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengembangan masyarakat nampaknya masih jauh untuk dicapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah banyak perusahaan masih melihat CSR hanyalah sebagai suatu kewajiban yang tertuang di dalam peraturan saja tanpa adanya kesadaran diri dan moral yang tinggi yang mengakibatkan pelaksanaan CSR masih banyak yang menimbulkan permasalahan bagi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi apa yang digunakan oleh tim dalam mengundang karyawan untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Karyawan Membangun Desa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memeriksa apakah kegiatan Karyawan Membangun Desa memberikan manfaat bagi karyawan dan perusahaan atau tidak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penulis melakukan wawancara kepada salah satu anggota tim. Analisis isi dilakukan untuk menginterpretasikan isi wawancara ke dalam konteks dengan berfokus pada strategi komunikasi yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tim menggunakan campuran komunikasi vertikal dan horizontal. Selain itu, hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa manfaat bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Penulisan artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana strategi dan pelaksanaan program Unilever Sustainable Living Plan yang dibuat PT Unilever Indonesia dan penerapannya jika dikaitkan dengan konsep Community Relation dan Corporate Social Responsibility. Sumber analisis yang dilakukan pada penulisan artikel jurnal ini diambil dari Sustainability Report PT Unilever Indonesia, dimana penulis melihat adanya keterkaitan konsep Community Relation dan Corporate Social Responsibilty pada pelaksanaan program ndash; program dalam naungan kampanye Unilever Sustainable Living Plan. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam penulisan artikel ini, membuktikan bahwa kampanye Unilever Sustainable Living Plan merupakan implikasi dan eksekusi dari peran Public Relation yang memberikan dampak berkelanjutan bagi komunitas dan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan lingkup yang lebih luas serta pencapaian target yang dapat mempengaruhi kredibilitas dan keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan.

ABSTRACT<>br>Ideally, a company or an organization need to make a program or an activity that aimed as a form of devotion to the community and public society where this organization is standing and operating. Particularly to the company that already has the existence and well known names as Unilever. The writing intention of this article is to describe and to analyze how the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan program that made from PT Unilever Indonesia, is executed and implemented in the Indonesian society, and also how this program is applied, related to the concept of Community Relation and Corporate Social Responsibility. The analysis resource of this article is taken from Sustainability Report of Unilever Indonesia where the author has seen that there is an association of Community Relation and Corporate Social Responsibility concept to the programs execution under the patronage of Unilever Sustainable Living Plan campaign. The analysis result that has been found by writing this article from the author, has been proved that the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan campaign is an implied and executed form of the Public Relation role, that give the big impact to a sustain community and society life cycle in Indonesia with a wider scope and also the achievements of certain targets that actually affect to credibility and sustainability of the company business."

This paper aims to determine the extent of community relations activities that have been done by PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia branch of Rumbai, Pekanbaru, as an implementation of corporate social responsibility. Activities analyzed are activities in the field of environment, education, infrastructure, and health and implemented as a company rsquo s corporate social responsibility. This paper will be supported by related theories and concepts, such as triple bottom line theory, corporate social responsibility, and community relations. The results of the analysis show that community relations activities that have been done as the implementation of corporate social responsibility have a positive impact on the surrounding community."

"Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memahami manajemen Community Relations pada program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. X.PT. X adalah perusahaan sub holding Pertamina (Persero), dengan mayoritas saham dimiliki oleh Patra Drilling Services Indonesia (97%) dan sisanya dimiliki oleh Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) (3%). Penelitian ini fokus pada program Pengolahan Sampah Organik Sawit yang bertujuan mendukung perekonomian rumah tangga petani kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Riau pada tahun 2022. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa PT. X telah berhasil melaksanakan manajemen Community Relations yang baik. Program CSR yang dijalankan memberikan dampak positif pada hubungan dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan komunikasi yang efektif, menjaga keberlanjutan hubungan, dan meningkatkan transparansi program CSR sebagai langkah penting untuk diterapkan oleh PT. X. Dengan mengimplementasikan rekomendasi ini, PT. X Dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan komunitas dan mencapai tujuan sosial dan lingkungan yang diinginkan.

This research is important to understand Community Relations management in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. X. PT. X is a Pertamina (Persero) sub holding company, with the majority of shares owned by Patra Drilling Services Indonesia (97%) and the remainder owned by Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) (3%). This research focuses on the Palm Oil Organic Waste Processing program which aims to support the household economy of oil palm farmers in Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau in 2022. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research reveals that PT. X has successfully implemented good Community Relations management. The implemented CSR program has had a positive impact on relations with the community. This study recommends developing effective communication, maintaining relationship sustainability, and increasing the transparency of CSR programs as important steps to be implemented by PT. X. By implementing this recommendation, PT. X Can strengthen relationships with communities and achieve desired social and environmental goals."

"Di Indonesia, menjalankan komitmen pada SDGs sejatinya menjalankan pelaksanaan dari Agenda Pembangunan Nasional. Keberhasilan SDGs memerlukan kontribusi dari berbagai pihak, salah satunya adalah korporasi melalui pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). PT PLN Indonesia Power (PT PLN IP) mendukung pencapaian SDGs melalui CSR yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dari sisi kesejahteraan sosial, perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan isu-isu global sambil memahami dampak lokal untuk memenuhi kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Pendekatan ini penting dalam penerapan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial yang mengintegrasikan pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi dengan perhatian terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. PT PLN IP memiliki komitmen dan kesuksesan yang kuat dalam hal ini sehingga menjadikannya sebagai BUMN dengan kinerja CSR yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tahap implementasi CSR dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya untuk memastikan efektivitas CSR dan kontribusi yang lebih besar pada pencapaian SDGs. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang mana terdapat 7 informan sebagai narasumber. Waktu penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Maret hingga Juni 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan pemadatan data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dukungan dari berbagai tingkat manajemen dan bidang. Dokumen operasional perusahaan dan regulasi standar sektoral menjadi acuan dalam pelaksanaanya, terutama dokumen PROPER. Pada tahap perencanaan, tim melakukan benchmarking dengan perusahaan BUMN lain, menyusun LFA dan Compass Sustainability. Roadmap Sustainability juga disusun untuk menentukan kelanjutan program. Tahap implementasi melibatkan kelompok kerja PROPER dan pengembangan wawasan karyawan melalui TNA yang kemudian diukur dengan KPI. Tim juga menyusun TOR ketika menerima proposal dari pihak eksternal. Pada tahap pemeriksaan dan evaluasi, tim menganalisis data kinerja CSR lalu melakakun pelaporan untuk identifikasi perbaikan. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, proses birokrasi yang panjang, permintaan bantuan di luar RKAP, kompleksitas permintaan dan kepentingan masyarakat, serta kurangnya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah.

In Indonesia, fulfilling the commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) essentially aligns with the implementation of the National Development Agenda. The success of the SDGs necessitates contributions from various stakeholders, including corporations through the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). PT PLN Indonesia Power (PT PLN IP) contributes to the attainment of the SDGs by focusing its CSR initiatives on community empowerment. From a social welfare perspective, corporations can address global issues while understanding local impacts to enhance the well-being of surrounding communities. This approach is crucial in the application of Social Welfare Science, which integrates social and economic development with a focus on sustainable development. PT PLN IP's strong commitment and successful CSR efforts position it as a state-owned enterprise (SOE) with exemplary CSR performance that must be maintained and enhanced. Therefore, this study aims to describe the CSR implementation stages and identify obstacles to ensure CSR effectiveness and greater contribution to the SDGs. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive study design. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, comprising seven key informants. The research was conducted from March to June 2024. Data collection methods included document analysis and in-depth interviews. The data analysis process involved data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The findings indicate support from various levels of management and departments. The company’s operational documents and sectoral standard regulations, particularly the PROPER document, serve as references for implementation. During the planning stage, the team conducts benchmarking with other state-owned enterprises and prepares Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and Compass Sustainability. A Sustainability Roadmap is also developed to ensure the program's continuity. The implementation stage involves the PROPER working group and employee capacity building through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), which is then measured using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The team also prepares Terms of Reference (TOR) when receiving proposals from external parties. During the review and evaluation stage, the team analyzes CSR performance data and reports to identify areas for improvement. The challenges encountered include limited human resources, lengthy bureaucratic processes, requests for assistance beyond the RKAP, the complexity of community demands and interests, and a lack of support from local governments."
