"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work practices terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 karyawan frontline beberapa hotel bintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data Structural Equation Modelling SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa high performance work practice memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Kemudian work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap extra-role customer service. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service.
This study aims to determine the effect of high performance work practices on job performance and extra role customer service mediated by work engagement. Respondents in this study were 188 frontline hotel employees in Jakarta. By using the Structural Equation Modeling SEM.The result showed that high performance work practices has positive and significant effect toward work engagement. Then work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward job performance. In addition, work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward extra role customer service. The result also discovers that work engagement was mediate the effect of high performance work practice on job performance and extra role customer service."

"High performance work practices merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan output karyawan yang terbagi menjadi dimensi training, reward dan empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan work engagement sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 123 karyawan PT Pertamina Gas yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Path Analysis pada LISREL menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi secara penuh pengaruh antara high performance work practices terhadapjobperformance dan organizational citizenship behavior.
High performance workpractices is one of the tools used by a company to increasing employees' output that is divided into dimensions training, rewards and empowerment. This study aims to identify the effects of high performance work practice to job performance and organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as mediation. This research involved 123 permanent workers at PT Pertamina Gas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah work engagement memediasi hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan perusahaan Start-Up di Jakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 124 partisipan dari perusahaan Start-Up di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya adalah Job Insecurity Scale (2017, Task Performance Scale (2017), dan Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (2004). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS dan PROCESS MICRO Hayes. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa work engagement memediasi hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.
This research aims to test whether work engagement mediates the relationship between work insecurity and the performance produced by employees at Start-Up company. The participant of this research comsisted of 124 from Start-Up company in Jakarta. Measuring instruments used in this study include Job Insecurity Scale (2017, Task Performance Scale (2017), and Utrecth Work Engagement Scale (2004). Data processing in this study was conducted using SPSS and PROCESS MICRO Hayes. Results of the study were found that work engagement mediates the relationship between work insecurity and employee performance.

"Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah menjadi sektor utama dalam mencapai Indeks Tata Kelola Pengadaan yang Baik. Sebagai unit kerja yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk kementerian, lembaga, serta pemerintah daerah di Indonesia, Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (UKPBJ) harus mengoptimalkan kepemimpinan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap job performance dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari affective commitment, work engagement, dan self-efficacy dalam konteks UKPBJ di kementerian dan lembaga pemerintah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh komitmen afektif, keterlibatan kerja, dan efikasi diri di Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (UKPBJ) di lingkungan kementerian dan lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 232 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak LISREL 8.8 dan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi komitmen afektif, keterlibatan kerja, dan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor publik, khususnya dalam mengoptimalkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pelaksanaan program pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan kapasitas ASN di UKPBJ, guna mendukung keberhasilan tata kelola pengadaan di Indonesia.
Governance Index. As a strategic unit responsible for procurement in ministries, agencies, and local governments in Indonesia, the Government Procurement Unit (UKPBJ) must optimize leadership to achieve its objectives. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on job performance by considering the mediating roles of affective commitment, work engagement, and self-efficacy in the context of UKPBJ in ministries and government agencies in Indonesia.This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 232 Civil Servants (ASN) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of LISREL 8.8 and SPSS 25 software. The results indicate that transformational leadership positively affects employee performance both directly and through the mediating roles of affective commitment, work engagement, and self-efficacy. This research provides practical contributions to human resource management policies in the public sector, particularly in optimizing transformational leadership styles to enhance employee performance. Moreover, this study is expected to serve as a reference for implementing leadership training programs and capacity-building initiatives for ASN in UKPBJ, supporting the success of procurement governance in Indonesia."

"Kinerja Karyawan pada lingkungan perusahaan menjadi hal yang penting untuk pertumbuhuan serta perkembangan perusahaan sehingga naik dan turunnya perlu untuk diperhatikan agar menjaga keberlangsungan perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan kompetitor-kompetitornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Authentic Leadership dan Work Motivation terhadap Employee Performance dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi Job Satisfaction. Data empiris dikumpilkan dari 190 karyawan kontrak AccessCo dengan menggunakan metode survei online. Studi ini di analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Uji Inner dan Outer Model untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Authentic Leadership dan Work Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Job Satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu media pengmabil keputusan atau penentuan kebijakan bagi perusahaan serta memberikan suasana baik dan menigkatkan semangat kerja para karyawan perusahaan.
Employee performance in the company environment is important for the growth and development of the company so employe performance increases and decreases need to be paid attention to in order to maintain the company's sustainability in competing with its competitors. This research aims to examine the influence of authentic leadership and work motivation on employee performance and the indirect influence through the mediation of job satisfaction. Empirical data was collected from 190 AccessCo contract employees using an online survey method. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Inner and Outer Model Testing to test the proposed hypothesis. The research results show that authentic leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. Furthermore, it is hoped that this research can become a medium for making decisions or determining policies for companies as well as providing a good atmosphere and increasing the work morale of company employees."

"[Masih rendahnya kinerja PNS adalah suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia, penilaian negatif dari masyarakat, rendahnya efektifitas birokrasi menjadi sorotan dari kinerja PNS. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu baik secara akademis maupun praktis menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dapat menjadi faktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job resources (organizational support, coworker support, job control) terhadap work engagement (vigour, dedication, absorption) serta konsekuensinya terhadap job performance (task performance, contextual performance) di Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa kuesioner terhadap 165 responden. Teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan dalam pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi secara empiris bahwa (1) job resources berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. (2) work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Kuat lemahnya work engagement dipengaruhi oleh job resources sebesar 26%. Sedangkan kuat
lemahnya job performance dipengaruhi work engagement sebesar 60%.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of jobresources (organizational support, coworker support, job control) to work engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption) as well as the consequences for job performance (task performance, contextual performance) at the Head Office ofNational Civil Service Agency. "Industri manufaktur adalah penyerap tenaga kerja dan kontributor Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar bagi Indonesia, khususnya di manufaktur Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Tingginya jumlah tenaga kerja membuat kinerja karyawan menjadi hal penting demi keberlangsungan perusahaan, sehingga faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya perlu untuk diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh training & development dan supervisor support pada job performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner daring (online) dengan sampling kepada karyawan di manufaktur FMCG di Indonesia. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada perangkat lunak LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif antara training & development dan supervisor support terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperluas studi empiris terkait faktor yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja manufaktur FCMG di Indonesia.
Manufacture industry is the largest employer and contributor to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia, particularly the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). The high number of workers makes employee performance important for the sustainability of the company, so it is necessary to identify the factors that influence it. This study aims to analyze the effect of training & development and supervisor support on job performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. The study applies quantitative research using online questionnaire with purposive sampling on employees of FMCG manufacture in Indonesia. The data was processed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) method in LISREL 8.80 software. The results show that there is a positive relationship between training & development and supervisor support on job performance that mediated by job satisfaction. This research contributes to expanding empirical studies regarding factors that could increase the productivity of FMCG manufacture employees in Indonesia."

"Dalam konteks bisnis yang dinamis, peran sentral job performance sangat krusial dalam menentukan kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Pemahaman perusahaan terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi job performance menjadi kunci, melibatkan aspek lingkungan kerja, seperti implementasi hybrid workplace yang memberikan fleksibilitas kepada karyawan untuk memilih lokasi dan waktu kerja yang paling produktif bagi mereka, ataupun faktor lain terkait dengan pekerjaan dan karakteristik individu karyawan, yang tercermin melalui tingkat work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hybrid workplace terhadap job performance dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan startup di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menerapkan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 182 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di perusahaan startup di DKI Jakarta melalui Google Form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4 dan IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement mampu memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara hybrid workplace dan job performance. Selain itu, seluruh hubungan antar variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan satu sama lain.
In a dynamic business environment, the central role of job performance is crucial in determining the success of an organization. The company's understanding of the factors that influence job performance is the key, involving aspects of the work environment, such as the implementation of a hybrid workplace that gives employees the flexibility to choose the location and time of work that is most productive for them or other factors related to work and individual employee characteristics, which are reflected through the level of work engagement. This study aims to analyze the effect of hybrid workplace on job performance with work engagement as a mediating variable for startup employees in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative approach is used by applying purposive sampling techniques to 182 respondents who are permanent employees at startup companies in DKI Jakarta through Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-PLS technique with the help of SmartPLS 4 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. The results showed that work engagement was able to mediate a positive and significant relationship between hybrid workplace and job performance. In addition, all relationships between variables also show a positive and significant influence on each other."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari on-the-job training dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel on-the-job training diukur menggunakan konsep transfer of training (Noe, 2005), reward diukur berdasarkan referensi jurnal oleh (Gohari, et al, 2013), dan kinerja karyawan diukur menggunakan konsep performance evaluation oleh (Bernardin & Russell, 2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survey yang dilakukan kepada 81 karyawan tetap non-manajerial di 7 outlet restoran Baso INO dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi (r square) untuk menguji pengaruh di antara variabel yang dijadikan objek penelitian secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa 32,1% kinerja karyawan tetap non manajerial di 7 outlet restoran Baso INO dipengaruhi oleh on-the-job training dan reward. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa on-the-job training dan reward memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan tetap non-manajerial di 7 outlet restoran Baso INO.
This study aims to examine the effect of on-the-job training and reward on employee performance. On-the-job training was measured using transfer of training concept according to (Noe, 2005). Reward was measured by reference of journal which has been researched by (Gohari, et al. 2013). Employee performance was measured using performace evaluation concept according to (Bernardin & Russell, 2003). This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through survey and the number of sample is 81 permanent employee level non-managerial at Baso INO Restaurant. Variables were measured using multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. The result shows that 32,1% of permanent employee non-managerial level at Baso INO Restaurant influenced by on-the-job training and reward. This study found that both transfer abilty of on-the-job training and reward (intrinsic and extrinsic) have an affect for simultaneous and partial on the performance of permanent employee non-managerial level at Baso INO Restaurant."

"Ketidakamanan atas pekerjaan dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga semakin lazim dialami dalam lingkungan pekerjaan yang dinamis, dan penelitian terdahulu telah mendokumentasikan konsekuensinya terhadap luaran pekerjaan. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan peran faktor psikologis dalam menjelaskan hubungan tersebut dengan menganalisis persepsi karyawan yang menjalani pengaturan kerja fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi ketidakamanan atas pekerjaan, konflik yang disebabkan gangguan pekerjaan terhadap keluarga dan gangguan keluarga terhadap pekerjaan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan dan kinerja mereka melalui peran mediasi kesehatan psikologis karyawan. Data dari 578 karyawan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan persepsi ketidakamanan atas pekerjaan, konflik yang disebabkan gangguan pekerjaan terhadap keluarga dan gangguan keluarga terhadap pekerjaan dapat menurunkan kesehatan psikologis karyawan yang selanjutnya dapat berdampak pada keterikatan kerja karyawan serta kinerja mereka. Peningkatan kesehatan psikologis karyawan juga ditemukan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka melalui keterikatan kerja karyawan.
Job insecurity and conflict between work and family are increasingly prevalent in dynamic work environments, and previous research has documented their consequences for work outcomes. This study integrates the role of psychological factors in explaining this relationship by analyzing the perceptions of employees who are implementing flexible work arrangements. This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity, work-family conflict, and family-work conflict towards work engagement and job performance through the mediation role of psychological well-being. Data from 578 employees were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that increased perceptions of job insecurity, work-family conflict, and family-work conflict can reduce psychological well-being, which in turns can influence work engagement and job performance. Improved employees’ psychological well-being was also found to improve their job performance through work engagement."
