"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN pada peserta mandiri BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2017. Ruang lingkup penelitian yaitu peserta mandiri yang sedang berada di BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat untuk melakukan perubahan data. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor pengetahuan, umur, dan status kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, BPJS Kesehatan dapat melihat gambaran peserta berdasarkan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN serta dapat mengetahui hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran. Diharapkan hasil tersebut dapat menjadi pedoman strategi untuk pemasaran calon peserta baru dan juga menambahkan persentase kolektabilitas iuran.

ABSTRACTThis study attempts to analyze the factors that related with compliance JKN payment among independent participant BPJS Kesehatan in Central Jakarta Branch Office. Respondents in this study is independent participant who are in Central Jakarta branch office to changing personal data. This study is quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Based on the results of this study, Researchers found that knowledge, age, and health status were related to compliance with JKN 39 s contribution payments. From the result of this study, BPJS Kesehatan can see the description of the participants based on the compliance of JKN dues payment also the relationship between the variables studied with the behavior of compliance payment dues. The research hope these results can serve as a strategic guideline for the marketing of new prospective participants and also add a percentage of collectability JKN payments."

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung informasi kualitatif dari narasumber pada pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa badan usaha yang tidak patuh membayar iuran ada sebesar 44,9%. Sementara itu, didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara riwayat kesehatan dalam jaminan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to discover the factors associated with firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Contribution Payment in Central Jakarta Main Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014. This study uses cross-sectional study design with quantitative study and supported by qualitative information from informants. Based on the result of the study, it is known that there are 44,9% firms that do not comply contribution payment. Beside that, there is significant difference between membership history in health insurance with the firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) contribution payment."

"Keberlangsungan program BPJS Kesehatan didukung oleh iuran yang diperoleh dari peserta yang terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan. Peserta mandiri atau PBPU merupakan salah satu jenis peserta dalam JKN. Namun, jumlah persentase kolektabilitas iuran pada peserta mandiri di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi belum mencapai target ideal 100%, sampai dengan bulan April 2020 hanya sebesar 86,88%. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam melakukan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan KC Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta mandiri yang terdaftar di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 124 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah peserta mandiri yang patuh membayar iuran (76,6%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta yang tidak patuh membayar iuran (23,4%). Selain itu, faktor predisposisi pada variabel pengetahuan (p-value = 0,032) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Sedangkan faktor pemungkin dan faktor pendorong tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

The progression of the BPJS Health program is supported by payment premiums that obtained from participants who registered with BPJS Kesehatan. Independent participants or PBPU are one of the type participants in JKN. But, the percentage of contribution collectibility for independent participants in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi City has not reached the ideal target of 100%, until April 2020 only amounted to 86.88%. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to the compliance behavior of independent participants in making BPJS Health payment premium at branch office BPJS Kesehatan in Bekasi City. The methodology of this research is quantitative research by using cross sectional study design. Population in this research is independent participants who registered in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi city with 124 respondents as sample. Data retrieval from the participants by using accidental sampling. The data collection has been collected through online questionnaire. The results indicated that the number of independent compliance participants in payment premium is 76.6%, which is higher than non-compliance participants, only get 23,4%. In addition, predisposing factors of variable (p-value = 0.032) has a significant relationship with the compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan. While as, the enabling factors and reinforcing factors do not have relationship with compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan."

"ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan di Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2015 berdasarkan faktor peredisposi, faktor pendukung, faktor pendorong. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa umur responden terbanyak baik yang tidak patuh bayar iuran maupun patuh iuran adalah >35, dengan mayoritas laki-laki, berpendidikan SMA, kelas perawatan yang dipilih kelas 1, lama menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan > 6 bulan, dan mempunyai penghasilan keluarga kurang dari 3 juta. Dari hasil analisis channel pembayaran mayoritas melakukan pembayaran melalui ATM dengan waktu tempuh dari rumah ke tempat pembayaran kurang lebih 15 menit. Mereka mayoritas mengetahui informasi cara pembayaran melalui sosialisai petugas BPJS Kesehatan yang menurut mereka kejelasan informasi yang diberikan cukup jelas. Faktor predisposisi adalah umur, pekerjaan dan lama kepersertaan, Faktor pendukung adalah channel pembayaran, dan Faktor pendorong adalah Kejelasan informasi yang secara statistik terbukti bermakna berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Diharapkan BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi penatalaksanaan dan pengendalian mutu layanan ke peserta.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that participant behavior independently of compliance to pay dues BPJS Health in South Jakarta Branch Office 2015 based on factors peredisposi, supporting factors, factors driving. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan membayar iuran Peserta Bukan Penerima Upah PBPU BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Barat tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan studi cross sectional. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat sebanyak 85 peserta yang patuh membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan dan sebanyak 15 yang tidak patuh membayar iuran. Faktor ekonomi, sosio-demografi, dan sosio-psikologi dianalisis pada penelitian ini. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran adalah variabel pendapatan per bulan yang merupakan salah satu variabel pada faktor ekonomi dengan p-value 0,004. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosio-demografi dan sosio-psikologi dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

This research was a quantitative research using primary data and cross sectional study. The result showed that there are 85 of participants who dutifully paid dues BPJS Health and as much as 15 who did not obediently pay dues. Economic, socio demographic, and socio psychological factors were analyzed in this study. Variables relating to payroll compliance are variable income per month which was one of variable on economic factor with p value 0,004. There was no significant correlation between socio demographic and socio psychological factors with BPJS Health contribution compliance."

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi kualitas aplikasi mobile JKN pada peserta JKN yang berkunjung ke BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Cibinong tahun 2024. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dengan 102 responden. BPJS Kesehatan menetapkan target pencapaian peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang mengunduh dan menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN sebanyak 20.000.000 pengguna sejak tahun 2021 di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan peserta aplikasi Mobile JKN yang berkunjung ke BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Cibinong mengatakan bahwa kualitas aplikasi Mobile JKN baik dengan persentase (77.5%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat tujuh variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan persepsi kualitas aplikasi Mobile JKN pada peserta JKN yang berkunjung ke BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Cibinong yaitu variabel sikap, motivasi, kebutuhan, pengetahuan, tampilan aplikasi, keunikan dan promosi. Selain itu terdapat satu variabel yang tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan persepsi kualitas aplikasi Mobile JKN pada peserta yang berkunjung ke BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Cibinong yaitu variabel pengalaman. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sosialisasi untuk mempromosikan Mobile JKN secara merata dan terus mengembangkan serta memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi agar aplikasi Mobile JKN selalu update, banyak fitur-fitur yang dapat mempermudah akses peserta JKN di semua segmen kepesertaannya

This study discusses factors related to the perceived quality of the JKN mobile application among JKN participants visiting the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch Office in 2024. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design using primary data through questionnaires with 102 respondents. BPJS Kesehatan has set a target of achieving 20,000,000 participants who download and use the Mobile JKN application since 2021 throughout Indonesia. The results of this study showed that participants of the Mobile JKN application who visited the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch said that the quality of the Mobile JKN application was good with a percentage of (77.5%). Bivariate analysis shows that there are seven variables that have a significant relationship with the perception of the quality of the Mobile JKN application among JKN participants who visit the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch, namely the variables of attitude, motivation, needs, knowledge, appearance of the application, uniqueness and promotion. Apart from that, there is one variable that does not have a significant relationship with the perception of the quality of the Mobile JKN application among participants who visit the BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch, its is the experience variable. Suggestions that can be given are outreach to promote Mobile JKN evenly and continue to develop and utilize technological advances so that the Mobile JKN application is always updated, there are many features that can facilitate access for JKN participants in all membership segments."

"Kepesertaan Program JKN bersifat wajib bagi seluruh Warga Negara Indonesia, termasuk bagi Badan Usaha. Di Jakarta Barat terdapat 1.028 badan usaha yang belum menjadi peserta Program JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui fakto-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keputusan badan usaha dalam keikutsertaan pada Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Wilayah Kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Barat tahun 2017. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam pada informan yaitu pihak HRD atau karyawan penanggung jawab BPJS Kesehatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan badan usaha mengenai program sudah cukup. Tetapi badan usaha yang belum menjadi peserta merasa keberatan dengan sanksi-sanksi dan harga yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, Informasi mengenai manfaat program JKN belum tersampaikan dengan jelas dan badan usaha yang belum menjadi peserta belum puas dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, prosedur pelayanan kesehatan dianggap berbelit-belit. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk memperbaiki sosialisasi dan promosi kepada badan usaha dan meningkatkan pengawasan pada pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan.

This research aims to determine factors Related to Company Decision to participate the National Health Insurance Progam JKN in BPJS Kesehatan KCU Jakarta Barat in 2017. This research was a qualitative study using in depth interview technique, the informanst were HRD officer or PIC for BPJS Kesehatan.

This research revealed that knowledge of company rsquo s about the program was sufficient. However, company rsquo s that have not been participated did not agree with punishments and prices that were determined by government. In addition, the Information about benefit package was not clearly received and those who have been not participated the program were not satisfied with health service quality. The study also found that the procedure of the health care service seemed to be complicated. The study suggested to improve dissemination and promotion to the company and improve supervision of services in health facilities."
