"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kedua dimensi orientasi karier protean, yaitu self-directed dan values driven dengan kesuksesan karier subjektif yang diukur melalui kepuasan karier dan kepuasan kerja. Dalam hal ini, hubungan antara values-driven dengan kesuksesan karier subjektif dimoderasi oleh person-organization fit. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 218 partisipan yang merupakan karyawan dari berbagai industri.
Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini ialah self-directed berhubungan secara positif dengan kepuasan karier r = .33, 95 BCa CI [.20, .43], p < .05, signifikan maupun kepuasan kerja r = .30, 95 BCa CI [.16, .44], p < .05, signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa orang yang self-directed akan merasa sukses pada kariernya secara subjektif. Sedangkan pada variabel moderator, didapat hasil bahwa tidak terdapat efek moderasi person-organization fit pada hubungan antara values-driven dengan kepuasan karier r = .04, p > .05, tidak signifikan maupun kepuasan kerja r = -.01, p > .05, tidak signifikan.

This study aims to examine the relationship between both dimensions of protean career attitudes self directed and values driven with subjective career success, which is measured by career satisfaction and job satisfaction. In this case, the relationship between values driven and subjective career success is moderated by person organization fit. Participants in this study amounted to 218 participants from various industries.
The results obtained in this study are first, self directed is positively correlated with career satisfaction r .33, 95 BCa CI .20, .43 , p .05, significant and job satisfaction r .30, 95 BCa CI .16, .44 , p .05, significant. This proves that a self directed person will feel subjectively success in their career. Second, it is found that there is no moderation effect of person organization fit on the relationship between values driven with career satisfaction r .04, p .05, not significant and job satisfaction r .01, p .05, not significant.

"Hal-hal seperti globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, telah mengubah bagaimana organisasi dan para pekerja melihat pengelolaan karier. Sebelumnya, tanggung jawab pengelolaan karier pekerja berada pada tangan organisasi, namun telah terjadi pergeseran dimana sekarang para pekerja lebih bertanggung jawab atas kariernya masing-masing. Orientasi karier tersebut bernama orientasi karier protean. Individu dengan orientasi karier protean akan cenderung lebih proaktif dan rela untuk berkontribusi lebih kepada organisasi.
Penelitian ini ingin melihat apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara orientasi karier protean dan organizational citizenship behaviors OCB atau perilaku warga organisasi PWO. Penelitian ini menggunakan Protean Career Attitude Scale PCAS untuk mengukur orientasi karier protean berdasarkan kedua dimensinya, yaitu self-directed dan values-driven, serta menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Williams dan Anderson 1991 untuk mengukur PWO berdasarkan dimensinya PWO-I PWO-O. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 101 karyawan yang bekerja di sektor industri/manufaktur.
Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara self-directed dan PWO-I r = .26, p = .004, one tail, serta PWO-O r = .23, p = .011, one tail. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan hubungan negatif antara values-driven dan PWO-O r = -.17, p = .043, one tail, tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan dengan PWO-I.

Things like globalization and rapid technology development has changed the way organizations and workers see career management. Before, the organization was responsible for its workers career management, however there has been a shift, where now the workers themselves are more responsible for their own careers. This career orientation is called protean career orientation. Individuals with protean career orientation are more proactive and willing to contribute more to the organization.
This research aims to see if there is a positive relationship between protean career orientation and organizational citizenship behaviors OCB. This research uses Protean Career Attitude Scale PCAS to measure the protean career orientation, based on its two dimensions, which is self directed and values driven, and also uses an instrument developed by Williams and Anderson 1991 to measure OCB by its dimension OCB I OCB O. The participants of this research consist of 101 workers who works in the manufacturing industry.
Results from this research shows that there is a positive correlation between self directed and OCB I r .26, p .004, one tail, and also OCB O r .23, p .011, one tail. The results also found a negative relationship between values driven and OCB O r .17, p .043, one tail, but no correlation was found with OCB I.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan needs-supplies fit dan demands-abilities fit dengan dua bentuk dari kesuksesan karier subjektif yaitu kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan karier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Satisfaction untuk mengukur kepuasan karier dan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire mengukur kepuasan kerja serta alat ukur Person-Job Fit untuk mengukur needs-supplies fit dan demands-abilities fit. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 197 responden dalam konteks organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa needs-supplies fit r = 0,54, p < 0,01 dan demands-abilities fit r = 0,53, p < 0,01 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa needs-supplies fit r = 0,51, p < 0,01 dan demands-abilities fit r = 0,44, p < 0,01 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan karier.

ABSTRAK
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between needs supplies fit and demands abilities fit on two forms of subjective career success, which is job satisfaction and career satisfaction. This is a quantitative study using Career Satisfaction measurement to measure career satisfaction, Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire to measure job satisfaction, and Person Job Fit measurement to measure needs supplies fit and demands abilities fit. This research was conducted on 197 respondents at organization context. Results indicated that both needs supplies fit r 0,54, p 0,01 and demands abilities fit r 0,53, p 0,01 were positively related to job satisfaction. "This study was conducted primarily to measure the relationship between career program, career development and
personal outcomes using self-administered questionnaires gathered from employees who have worked at a Sabah local
government in Borneo. The outcomes of testing research hypothesis using a stepwise regression analysis showed two
important findings: firstly, relationship between career program (i.e., planning and management) and career
development positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Secondly, relationship between career
program (i.e., planning and management) and career development positively and significantly correlated with career
commitment. Statistically, the result demonstrates that career development does act as an important mediating variable
in the relationship between career program and personal outcomes in the career program model of the studied
organization. The paper provides discussion, implications and conclusion.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur hubungan antara program karir, pengembangan karir dan pribadi dengan
menggunakan survei yang dikumpulkan dari karyawan yang telah bekerja pada pemerintah daerah Sabah di
Kalimantan. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian yang menggunakan analisis regresi bertahap menunjukkan dua penemuan
penting: Pertama, hubungan antara program karir (yaitu, perencanaan dan manajemen) dan pengembangan karir
memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja. Kedua, hubungan antara program karir (yaitu,
perencanaan dan manajemen) dan pengembangan karir menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan komitmen
karir. Secara statistik, penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir tidak bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi
penting dalam hubungan antara program karir dan pengembangan pribadi di dalam model program karir dari organisasi
yang dipelajari di dalam penelitian ini. Makalah ini memberikan diskusi, implikasi dan kesimpulan."

"One of the signs of organizational destruction was the low level of its employees' work satisfaction. This is a challenge to the organization on how to increase the employees' work satisfaction. The organization's success in maintaining and developing human resources depended an the leader. Leadership is an ability to influence people in order to achieve the organizational aims with high spirit. Henceforth a leader should play double role, as a supervisor and also a colleague in giving support to others.
This opinion goes parallel with Locke (1976: 192 - 193) that leader or supervisor also acts as a fellow colleague and therefore leaders' attitude is one of dominant factors in determining work satisfaction. A good leadership in maintenance and development of human resources can give equal chance for employees to develop their career. Gilley and Eggland (1989: 93) stated that organization using career development to increase productivity, repair attitude and increase work satisfaction.
This research conducted to (1) know the relationship between leadership and work satisfaction, (2) relationship of career development and work satisfaction, (3) relationship of leadership and career development to work satisfaction of employees at Directorate General of Immigration.
This research is. a descriptive and correlation research-using-survey-method. Research instrument is using questioner in Likert Scale. Validity test of variables is conducted by using correlation technique of Product Moment, while reliability used Alpha Cronbach technique. The sample collected by Stratified Purposive Sampling. Analyses of each independent variable's relation to dependent variable is using simple correlation analysis with Spearman's Rho technique, while the relationship of both independent variables to dependent variable is using multiple correlation analysis of Product Moment.
From this research can be concluded that: I. There is a significant and positive relation between leadership to work satisfaction. Better leadership can guarantee higher level of work satisfaction. 2. There is a significant and positive relation between career development to work satisfaction, Better career development can ensure higher work satisfaction. 3, There is a significant and positive relation between leadership and career development to work satisfaction. The better quality of leadership and career development, the higher work satisfaction of employees.
The conclusion of this research is that leadership and career development both individually or together related to the level of work satisfaction, although there are still some weaknesses of variables from the frequency distribution.
Suggestion that can be put forward is improvement and increase to ensure an optimal variables of leadership and career development to ensure better work satisfaction of employees."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kedua dimensi orientasi karier protean yaitu self-directed dan values-driven terhadap kinerja in-role karyawan di organisasi.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Protean Career Attitudes Scale untuk mengukur orientasi karier protean dan Job Performance Scale in-role performance untuk mengukur kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 172 partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai sektor kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-directed pada orientasi karier protean berkontribusi sebesar 16 dan dimensi values-driven berkontribusi sebesar 3 dalam menjelaskan kinerja individu.

The increase of competitiveness among companies forces orgnization to have employees with high performance. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of self directed and values driven as dimensions of protean career orientation toward employees rsquo in role performance in organization.
This quantitative study using Protean Career Attitudes Scale to measure self directed and values driven and also Job Performance Scale to measure in role performance. This study was conducted on 172 participants from various organizations and companies.
Results indicate that both dimensions have significant influence. Self directed contributes 16 while values driven only contributes 3 of in role performance.

"Mahasiswa yang telah memiliki keputusan karier di saat menempuh pendidikan tinggi ditemukan mendapatkan kemudahan dalam menjalani kehidupan karier pada tahap selanjutnya karena lebih mudahnya mengenali peluang karier yang hadir setelah menyelesaikan masa studi (Ya'ar & Sunay, 2020). Terlebih lagi, era revolusi industri 4.0 memberikan tantangan karier yang semakin besar kepada para mahasiswa, dimana persaingan kini terjadi pada lingkup global dan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan dari sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin kompleks. Maka dari itu, keputusan karier sangat dibutuhkan sebagai faktor pendukung agar individu dapat bertahan di dunia karier saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara peerrelatedness dan keputusan karier. Peneliti menggunakan adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia dari alat ukur The Youth Relatedness Scale untuk mengukur peer-relatedness, Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif, dan Career Decision Profile untuk mengukur keputusan karier. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 472 orang mahasiswa S1 pada jenjang tingkat akhir dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara peer-relatedness dan keputusan karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir (p < 0.05). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi bagi para pembimbing akademis, dosen, maupun mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya menerapkan kepribadian proaktif pada hubungan pertemanan dengan teman sebaya selama proses perencanaan dan penentuan keputusan karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

Students who have made career decisions while pursuing universities found easier to live their career life at a later stage because it is easier to recognize career opportunities that come after completing the study period (Yaşar & Sunay, 2020). What's even more, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 provides a bigger career challenge for students, where competition is now happening on a global scale and the skills needed from human capital is becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, career decidedness is needed as a main factor, so that students can survive in today's career. This research is a quantitative study that aims to see the influence of proactive personality as a moderator in the relationship between peer-relatedness and career decidedness. In this study, researchers used the Indonesian adaptation of The Youth Relatedness Scale to measure peer-relatedness, the Proactive Personality Scale to measure proactive personality, and the Career Decision Profile to measure career decidedness. The sample in this study amounted to 472 final year students from various areas in Indonesia. The results of the data analysis showed that proactive personality had a significant influence in moderating the relationship between peer-relatedness and career decidedness (p <0.05). The results of this study have implications for academic supervisors, lecturers, and students regarding the importance of applying proactive personality for peer relationships during the career planning and career decision making process of final year students."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah career adaptability memiliki peran yang lebih kuat dalam kepuasan hidup karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepribadian grit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan regresi berganda. Ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Satisfaction With Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan, Short Grit Scale untuk mengukur grit, dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 untuk mengukur kemampuan beradaptasi karir. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 karyawan dengan rentang usia 25-40 tahun dan telah bekerja di perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (r = 0,381, p <0,05) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan hidup karyawan, sedangkan grit tidak (r = 0,009, p> 0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (β = 0,433, p <0,05) memiliki peran yang lebih kuat daripada kepribadian grit (β = -0,157, p> 0,05) dalam memprediksi kepuasan hidup karyawan.

These three variables were measured using the Satisfaction With Life Scale measuring tool to measure overall life satisfaction, the Short Grit Scale to measure grit, and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 to measure career adaptability. Participants in this study totaled 113 employees with an age range of 25-40 years and had worked at the company where they worked for at least one year. The analysis showed that career adaptation (r = 0.381, p <0.05) had a positive and significant relationship with employee life satisfaction, while grit did not (r = 0.009, p> 0.05). The analysis also showed that career adaptation (β = 0.433, p <0.05) had a stronger role than grit personality (β = -0.157, p> 0.05) in predicting employee life satisfaction."

"Dalam proses pemilihan karier, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa efikasi-diri keputusan karier dapat diprediksi dari gaya berpikir. Namun, efikasi-diri keputusan karier dapat berbeda antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat peran gender sebagai moderator pada hubungan gaya berpikir dengan efikasi-diri keputusan karier siswa SMA. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 353 siswa SMA. Selanjutnya variabel diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner penelitianya itu skala Career Decision Self-Efficacy-Short Form dan Thinking Style Inventory-Revised II yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan program macro PROCESS dari Hayes yang terdapat dalam SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gender hanya dapat memoderasi hubungan gaya berpikir tipe I dengan efikasi-diri keputusan karier pada siswa SMA (b3 -0,24, t-2,51, p 0,05); sedangkan gender tidak menjadi moderator pada hubungan gaya berpikir tipe II dengan efikasi-diri keputusan karier siswa SMA (b3 -0,12, t-1,28, p 0,5). Limitasi dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

In the career selection process of high school students, previous research has shown that career decision self-efficacy can be predicted from thinking styles. However, the self-efficacy of career decisions can differ between men and women. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look at the role of gender as a moderator in the relationship of thinking styles with the self-efficacy of career decisions of high school students. The number of respondents in this study were 353 high school students. Furthermore the variables were measured using a research questionnaire namely the Career Decision Self-Efficacy-Short Form (CDSE-SF) scale and Thinking Style Inventory-Revised II (TSI-R2) which had been adapted into Indonesian. Data were analyzed using PROCESS macros program from Hayes that contained in SPSS. The results show that gender can only moderate the relationship of type I thinking styles with career decision self-efficacy in senior high school students (b3 -0,24, t-2,51, p 0,05); while gender doesnt become a moderator in the relationship of type II thinking styles with career decision self-efficacy of high school student (b3 -0,12, t -1,28, p 0,5). Limitation and suggestions for further research are discussed.
