Industri rokok saat ini semakin meningkat dan kompetitif. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung memaksa dan mendorong perusahaan rokok untuk terus berkembang untuk dapat terus bersaing dengan kompetitor. Salah satu strategi yang dapat
dilakukan untuk dapat terus bersaing ialah dengan mengembangkan produk rokok baru. Walaupun demikian perlu diketahui bahwa tingkat kegagalan produk baru cukuplah tinggi, yaitu sekitar 40% - 90%. Hal tersebut mendorong perusahaan
untuk perlu merencanakan segala bentuk aktivitas pengembangan produk baru (New Product Development) secara matang guna mengurangi tingkat kegagalan produk baru tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan aktivitas pengembangan produk baru ialah penentuan kerangka model pengembangan produk baru (NPD) yang tepat. Sehingga penelitian ini meneliti kerangka model NPD yang tepat bagi industri rokok berdasarkan identifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi New Product Purchase Intention masyarakat terhadap produk rokok baru. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, maka akan dilakukan interview dengan salah satu expert guna mendapatkan analisis kerangka model NPD yang lebih mendalam serta tepat bagi industri rokok. Sehingga pada akhirnya, diharapkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat menjadi pertimbangan terhadap penerapan strategi bisnis bagi perusahaan rokok untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya.

ABSTRACT
The tobacco industry is currently becomes more increasing and more competitive. Thus, it is indirectly forcing and urging the tobacco companies to continuously develop in order to be able to compete with its competitors. One of the strategy that
can be conducted to be able to contionously compete is by developing new cigarette products. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the failure rate of a new products is quite high, which is about 40% - 90%. This fact encourages company to plan any
product development activities carefully to reduce the failure rate of such new product. One of the factor that influence the success of the new product development (NPD) activities is the determination of the appropriate framework model on the new product development. Therefore, this study is researching on the
appropriate framework model of NPD for the tobacco industry based on the identification of factors that influence the New Cigarette Product Purchase Intention of the society. Afterward, based on the results of such analysis, then an interview with one of the experts will be conducted, to obtain a more detailed and
appropriate analysis on the framework model of NPD for the tobacco industry. Therefore eventually, it is expected that the result of such analysis can becomes a consideration towards the implementation of business strategy of tobacco companies to develop its business."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari product placement (yang terdiri dari audience involvement dan celebrity worship) terhadap purchase intention yang dimediasi oleh brand awareness dan perceived product quality. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan penonton drama Business Proposal berusia 18-34 tahun, sadar akan merek Goobne yang muncul dalam drama tersebut, dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara online melalui kuesioner berbentuk Google Form dan berhasil mengumpulkan data sebanyak 205 orang setelah melalui tahap screening. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Smart PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara audience involvement yang terdiri dari emotional involvement dan referential reflection terhadap purchase intention yang dimediasi oleh celebrity worship, brand awareness, dan perceived product quality, kecuali pada entertainment-social (bagian dari celebrity worship) yang ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel lainya.

This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of product placement (which consists of audience involvement and celebrity worship) on purchase intention which is mediated by brand awareness and perceived product quality. The sample used is audience of the drama Business Proposal aged 18-34 years, aware of the Goobne brand that appears in the drama, and domiciled in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out online through a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form and managed to collect data on 205 people after going through the screening stage. The data that has been collected is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Smart PLS-SEM software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between audience involvement which consisted of emotional involvement and referential reflection on purchase intention which was mediated by celebrity worship, brand awareness, and perceived product quality, except for entertainment-social (part of celebrity worship) which was found to have no effect significant to other variables."

"ABSTRAK
Penempatan produk adalah cara yang digunakan pemasar untuk melakukan promosi merek maupun produk dengan cara menyisipkannya ke film. Dengan menerapkan strategi penempatan produk yang baik dapat membentuk minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh penempatan produk lipstik Maybelline The Powder Mattes pada film ldquo;The Guys rdquo; dalam menciptakan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif metode survei, menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden, wanita, pernah menonton film ldquo;The Guys rdquo; dan belum pernah membeli produk lipstik Maybelline The Powder Mattes, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara penempatan produk dengan minat beli.

ABSTRACT
Product placement is the way that marketers use to promote brand or product by inserting it into a movie. Applying a good product placement strategy can create consumer purchase intention. This research was conducted with the aim to explain the influence of product placement of Maybelline The Powder Mattes Lipstick in The Guys movie in creating consumer purchase intention. This study was conducted using quantitative research approach and the type of explanative research, the number of survey respondents were 100 respondents, women, ever watched The Guys movie and never bought Maybelline The Powder Mattes Lipstick, to the technique of taking samples of non probability sampling. The results showed that product placement has effect on purchase intention."

Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah serta pihak yang bersangkutan untuk mengurangi supply barang tiruan di Indonesia. Meskipun begitu, dibutuhkan pemahaman mengenai alasan konsumen membeli barang tiruan untuk memecahkan masalah ini. Model dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan theory of planned behaviour dan data akan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner online yang berjumlah 299 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa fashion consciousness, self ambiguity dan religiosity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention barang fashion tiruan. Subjective norm tidak signifikan jika dilihat secara langsung hubunganya terhadap purchase intention barang fashion tiruan, tetapi berpengaruh positif terhadap self ambiguity. Ethical judgement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap purchase intention barang fashion tiruan.

The purchase of counterfeits is increasing in Indonesia and the related parties, especially the government have focused mainly on the supply side of the said counterfeits. To solve this problem, an insight to the demand side of counterfeits is essential. To curb the demand for counterfeits require an understanding as to what motivates consumers to buy counterfeits. This research was based on theory of planned behaviour and the data was analysed using Structural Equation Modeling. The questionnare was administered to 299 people online. Result shows fashion consciousness, self ambiguity and religiosity have positive impacts on purchase intention of fashion counterfeits. Subjective norm was found to be an insignifact factor, but is a significant factor that affects self ambiguity. Ethical judgement was also found to have a negative impact on purchase intention of fashion counterfeits. "

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan riset eksploratif terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan pemahaman mengenai permasalahan penelitian, kemudian hasil riset eksploratori ini akan menjadi input bagi riset. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa dari ketiga dimensi inovasi produk yang berpengauh langsung dan positif terhadap purchase intention adalah innovation attributes. Sedangkan adoption risk dan behavior change tidak berpengaruh langsung dan tidak positif terhadap purchase intention. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa konsumen akan berminat membeli Starbucks VIA apabila innovation attributes yang ditawarkan baik.

This research discusses the effect of product innovation toward purchase intention. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as input for conclusive research. This research applied quantitative approach and the sample of this research is 100 respondents. Multiple regression has been used to process the data.
The result of this research shows that from the three dimensions of product innovation, dimension that directly and positively affects purchase intention is innovation attributes. Whereas adoption risk and behavior change are not directly and positively affect purchase intention. This indicates that customers will be interested to buy Starbucks VIA if Starbucks offered the good innovation attributes.

"Semakin berkembangnya industri sepatu dengan begitu cepat, penting bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat terus meningkatkan daya saingnya. Kebutuhan konsumen menjadi dasar yang penting dalam mengembangkan sepatu khususnya kategori sneakersuntuk bersaing dengan kompetitor. Hal itumenjadi penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat merancang strategi pengembangan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah alternatif strategi yang dapat mengembangkan produk sepatu sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan strategi berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen (voice of customer). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah House of Quality (HOQ). Hasil dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh 3alternatif strategiyang diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan produk sepatu kategori sneakers.

Along with the fast-paced development of shoe industry, it is important for a company to be able to constantly escalate its competitiveness. Customer needs become the basic importance in developing shoes, notably sneakers category, to compete with competitors. It is crucial for a company to design a product development strategy that fits the needs of its customers. Therefore, product development alternative strategies, particularly for sneakers, are made based on customer needs. This research aims to design strategies based on customer needs (voice of customer). The method used in this research is House of Quality (HoQ). The output of this research shows that there are three alternative strategies that are expected to become a reference for the company in developing their product, notably sneakers category.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas intensi perilaku konsumen terhadap Big Cola yang didasari oleh ?Theory of Planned Behavior ?. Kemudian dengan teori tersebut peneliti mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari setiap variabel yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control terhadap intensi perilaku konsumen kepada produk Big cola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan mengolah beberapa variabel independen yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control dengan satu variabel dependen yaitu intensi menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa semakin kuat pengaruh perceived behavior control maka semakin tinggi intensi konsumen terhadap Big Cola. Perceived behavior control mempengaruhi intensi konsumen terhadap produk Big Cola dengan signifikan.

Abstract
This study focused on intention behavior based on ?Theory of Planned Behavior?. Then with that theory the researcher explore the effect of every variable which are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control against consumer behavior intention to Big Cola. This research is using quantitative research with descriptive design by developing several independent variables that are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control with one dependent variable which is intention using multiple linier regression. The results of this research explain that the stronger affect of perceived behavior control the higher consumer intention toward product Big Cola. Perceived behavior control affects consumer intention toward product Big Cola significantly.

Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian yang digunakan oleh Shu-Chuan Chu, Sara Kamal & Yoojung Kim menggunakan variabel beliefs toward social media advertising, brand consciousness, attitude toward social media advertising, behavior toward social media advertising terhadap purchase intention toward luxury product. penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel beliefs product information, materialism, dan brand consciousness memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap attitude toward social media advertising, behavior toward social media advertising, dan purchase intention toward luxury product. Sedangkan variabel false/no sense memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel behavior toward social media advertising. Variable value corruption memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel purchase intention toward luxury product. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan dilanjutkan dengan metode path analysis yang diolah dengan software SPSS 26 for Mac.

This study aims to determine what factors contribute to purchase intention toward luxury products, and this research was conduct in Indonesia, more precisely in Jabodetabek. This study uses primary data from a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6, using the accidental sampling method to screen Instagram users who follow the BMW Indonesia Instagram account (@bmw_indonesia). This study uses the research model by Shu-Chuan Chu, Sara Kamal & Yoojung Kim, using beliefs toward social media advertising, brand consciousness, attitude toward social media advertising, behavior toward social media advertising, and purchase intentions toward luxury products. This study found that beliefs variable from product information, materialism, and brand consciousness significantly positively influenced attitudes toward social media advertising, behavior toward social media advertising, and purchase intentions toward luxury products. Meanwhile, the false/no sense variable significantly positively affects the behavior toward social media advertising. The value corruption variable significantly positively affects the purchase intention variable toward luxury products. This research uses multiple regression analysis methods and continues with a path analysis method processed with SPSS 26 for Mac software."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan extended version dari TPB, yaitu Attitude towards Behavior, Subjective Injunctive Norms, Subjective Descriptive Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Control Beliefs, Injunctive Normative Beliefs, Descriptive Normative Beliefs, dan Control Beliefs. Ditambah dengan variabel pengetahuan akan produk menstruasi reusable terhadap minat beli produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dalam mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat beli produk menstruasi reusable dipengaruhi oleh attitude towards purchasing reusable sanitary products, subjective descriptive norms, perceived behavioural control, dan reusable sanitary products knowledge. "Akibat pandemi, terjadi pergeseran perilaku konsumen ke arah daring, khususnya jasa pengantaran makanan. Praktisi bisnis harus berstrategi agar menonjol dari pesaingnya, terutama cloud kitchen. Dengan memasukkan unsur seni atau art infusion, terutama seni urban ke dalam desain kemasan, konsumen berpotensi memiliki evaluasi terhadap produk dan niat membeli yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka SOR dengan stimulus tipe karya seni dan nama seniman, kemudian organisme berupa estetika produk dan persepsi kemewahan, serta evaluasi produk dan niat membeli sebagai respon. Hasil penelitian eksperimental menggunakan metode SEM membuktikan efek art infusion yang dimediasi penuh oleh persepsi kemewahan dan estetika secara bersamaan kecuali fine art. Namun penggunaan nama seniman tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Studi ini membuka jalan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji seni perkotaan dalam bidang komersil. Sementara pemahaman perilaku konsumen dapat memberikan praktisi bisnis keunggulan kompetitif, karena efek dari art infusion dapat menciptakan nilai finansial secara langsung.

In light of the pandemic, there has been a shift in consumer behavior towards online services, particularly food delivery. It is crucial for business professionals to develop a strategy that helps them stand out, especially in the context of cloud kitchens. By incorporating artistic elements, particularly urban art, into the design of packaging, businesses have the potential to receive favorable evaluations from consumers and increase their intention to make purchases. This research study applies the SOR framework, utilizing artwork type and the artist's name as a stimulus. It examines how consumers perceive the product's aesthetics and luxury, as well as their evaluation of the product and intention to make a purchase as responses. The results of experimental research using the SEM method prove the effect of art infusion, which is fully mediated by the perception of luxury and aesthetics simultaneously except for fine art. However, the use of the artist's name does not have a significant effect. The results of the experiment, conducted using the SEM method, confirm the impact of art infusion effect, which is fully mediated by perceptions of luxury and aesthetics. This study paves the way for future researchers to explore the role of urban art in the realm of commerce. While understanding consumer behavior can offer a competitive edge to businesses, the inclusion of art infusion can immediately generate financial value."
