"Meski populasi anak Indonesia menempati sepertiga dari keseluruhan populasi masyarakat Indonesia, kenyataan menunjukkan bahwa selama ini pemerintah lebih memusatkan pembangunan pada bidang ekonomi dan infrastruktur tanpa mempertimbangkan unsur kepentingan terbaik anak dalam pengambilan keputusan. Ini disebabkan rendahnya akses anak-anak terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Padahal suara anak berpotensi mengubah masa depan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode perolehan data berupa FGD dan in-depth interview. Melalui teori komunikasi partisipatif, partisipasi dan pemberdayaan anak, penelitian ini menggali dampak komunikasi partisipatif yang diimplementasikan dalam setiap fase program pembangunan RPTRA (Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak) Kembangan terhadap pemberdayaan anak.Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa meski pola komunikasi partisipatif ideal (Pemberdayaan) tidak terjadi di setiap fase program, namun potensi pemberdayaan anak tetap terjadi pada tataran ideal, yakni Youth-Adult Shared Control Participation Types: Pluralistic. Kualitas keterlibatan serta konsistensi pengambil kebijakan dan NGO pendamping untuk selalu menerapkan "kesetaraan" menjadi faktor kunci dalam pemberdayaan anak, yang terepresentasikan lewat kepercayaan diri untuk berani memutuskan solusi terbaik suatu persoalan sosial serta komitmen untuk melakukan aksi nyata bagi persoalan tersebut.

Although the population of Indonesian children occupied one-third of the entire population in Indonesia, the fact shows that the government focuses more on the development of the economy and infrastructure all this time, without examining the best interests of the children?s element in decision making. This is due to lack of children's access toward decision making. Whereas potentially, the voice of children changes the future of Indonesia. This is a qualitative research by using data acquisition methods such as Focus Group Discussions and in-depth interview. These studies explore the impacts of participatory communication toward children's empowerment which are theoretically assessed in Participatory Communication and Youth Participation and Empowerment. The analysis is conducted on the participatory communication's approach pattern that comes to pass between the Government of DKI Jakarta (as the policy maker) and the Jakarta Children Forum (as the most affected party) in each phase (assessment, strategy design, implementation, and evaluation) of the RPTRA (Ruang Publik Terpadu Rumah Anak) Kembangan's development program.

The findings show that despite the ideal participatory communication patterns do not occur in every phase of the program, however the possibilities of children?s empowerment still occur at the ideal level, namely Youth-Adult Shared Control Participation Types: Pluralistic. The quality of the involvement with consistency of policy makers and NGO companion to always apply "equality" become the key factors in the children empowerment, which is represented through the confidence to be courageous to decide the best solution of a social issue and a commitment to perform concrete action toward the issue."

"Artikel ini mengeksplorasi hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam mengaplikasikan pendekatan komunikasi perspektif pada kelompok tani pengelola pertanian organik. Dengan mengumpulkan masalah demontrasi plot (demplot) pertanian organik berhasil dikumpulkan :(1) tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktek; (2) perilaku komunikasi; dan (3) masalah dan sumber potensial yang menjadi masalah dalam pengelolaan pertanian organik. Melalui pendekatan komunikasi partisipstif, artikel ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengetahuan yang baik tidak cukup dalam pengembangan komunikasi partisipztif. Sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kapaitas dan metode berbagi pengalaman untuk memperkuat sikap dan praktek dalam pengembangan demontrasi plot pertanian organik di kalangan pengelola pertanian organik.

The article explored reult of activity that conducted in application of parisipatory communication approach to agriculture organic group manager. By using demonstration plot problem (demplot) of agriculture organic worked out collected (1) knowledge, attitude and practice level; (2) communication behaviour ; and (3) problem and potential source was being problem in agriculture orgsnic managing. By way of partisipatory communication approach, this article indicated that knowledge was not enough in expansion of partisipstory communication. "[Discourse of renewal adalah strategi komunikasi krisis yang didasari empat cara-cara komunikasi, yaknileader-base, provisional, prospective dan optimistic. Dalam pendekatan identitas sosial yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini, cara komunikasi leader-base mengarah pada pembentukan kesamaan identitas (common identity) yang menghasilkan kesamaan nilai-nilai (common value). Cara komunikasi provisional mengarah pada cara komunikasi yang spontanitas sesuai dengan etika dan norma yang menjadi kesepakatan bersama (ethics and norms). Dan cara komunikasi prospective mengarah pada satu kesamaan tujuan (common vision). Sedangkan cara komunikasi optimistic mengarah pada perilaku positif (good behaviours). Keempat cara tersebut dapat memberikan suatu perubahan baru dalam nilai-nilai (renewed belief in core values) individu maupun organisasi. Berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi terhadap upaya-upaya komunikasi krisis komunitas JIS Dragon, maka hasil analisa yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa komunikasi krisis discourse ofrenewal pada komunitas JIS Dragon terdapat kesamaan nilai (leader base) yakni humanity dan justice, yang dilakukan atas inisiatif spontan yang disesuaikan dengan etika dan norma (provisional), untuk membentuk dukungan bersama terhadap kasus yang menimpa anggotanya (prospective) dengan perilaku yang positif (optimistic).;Discourse of renewal is crisis communication strategy that have four different ways of communication which are leader-base, provisional, prospective and optimistic. "Kehadiran subkultur dalam kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan merupakan salah satu dampak dari mobilitas yang dinamis dan heterogenitas budaya dalam suatu waktu. Dalam masyarakat secara keseluruhan ada budaya yang diterima dan dipahami, namun ada juga bagian lain dari budaya yang menyimpang dari budaya normatif kemudian menyatu sebagai suatu kelompok masyarakat yaitu subkultur. Salah satu subkultur yang dapat diamati pada media sosial di Indonesia adalah “Jamet”. “Jamet” merupakan singkatan dari “Jawa metal” yang artinya seseorang yang ingin bertingkah keren dengan menggunakan atribut musik metal dan memiliki tampilan visual seperti orang Jawa. Salah satu alasan keberadaan kata “Jamet” adalah video “Badinding” oleh akun @yusuf.shikuyus di platform TikTok yang sukses menghibur penonton. Di sosial media TikTok, “Jamet” ditandai dengan penampilan yang dianggap berbeda dari yang lain; memiliki gaya rambut "lempar poni" yang diwarnai dengan cat cerah, mengenakan kemeja yang berukuran besar, dan celana pensil. Alhasil, istilah “Jamet” kini menjadi sebuah stereotip. Studi ini berusaha memotret penggunaan kata tersebut di TikTok, khususnya bila ditujukan kepada seseorang yang menimbulkan rasisme dan diskriminasi, terutama bagi etnis Jawa.

The presence of subcultures in the life of urban communities is one of the impacts of dynamic mobility and cultural heterogeneity at a time. In a society as a whole, there is a culture that is accepted and understood. Still, other parts of the culture deviate from the normative culture and then unite as a community group, namely subculture. One of the subcultures that can be observed on social media in Indonesia is “Jamet”. “Jamet” is an abbreviation of “Jawa metal”, which means someone who wants to be cool by using metal music attributes and has a visual appearance like the Javanese. One of the reasons for the existence of the word “Jamet” is because of “Badinding” video posted by @yusuf.shikuyus on TikTok platform. On TikTok, “Jamet” is characterized by an appearance that is considered different from the others; has a "throw bang" hairstyle dyed brightly, and wears an oversized shirt and pencil pants. As a result, the term “Jamet” has become a stereotype. This study attempts to portray the use of the word on TikTok, especially when it is directed to someone who causes racism and discrimination, especially the Javanese Ethnic."

"ABSTRAKPeneliti menggunakan model identifikasi masalah untuk mencari permasalahan manajerial organisasi yang membuat usaha komunikasi sulit untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini melakukan wawancara dengan pihak internal organisasi untuk dan melakukan studi literatur dari dokumen, artefak dan sosial media organisasi untuk mencari sumber permasalahan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa minimnya sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh organisasi dan tidak adanya sumber daya manusia yang didedikasikan untuk menjalankan fungsi komunikasi merupakan isu strategis yang dapat diselesaikan. Melihat format LIAM Charitable Fund yang merupakan organisasi non-pemerintah, program sukarelawan direkomendasikan sebagai strategi untuk menyelesaikan isu yang telah disampaikan.

ABSTRACT The researcher uses a needs assessment model to look for organizational managerial issues that make communication effort is difficult to hold. This research conducts interviews with internal organizations and conducts literature studies of documents, artefacts and organization rsquo s social media usage to find the source of the managerial problems. This study found that the lack of human resources possessed by the organization and the absence of human resources dedicated to running the function of communication is a strategic issue that can be solved. Looking at the LIAM Charitable Fund format which is a non governmental organization, volunteer programs are recommended as a strategy to resolve the issues that have been submitted."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaktivitas BTS dan ARMY dalam ruang virtual melalui aplikasi ‘Weverse’. Penelitian ini didasari atas pemikiran computer mediated communication (CMC) yang mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal antarindividu dan menghasilkan model komunikasi hyperpersonal. Era digital memungkinkan seseorang menggunakan multimodalitas untuk menyampaikan pesan atau makna kepada orang lain. Aplikasi digital Weverse merupakan salah satu contoh penggunaan multimodalitas dimana pengguna dapat menyampaikan pesan berupa tulisan yang dilengkapi dengan gambar atau video. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis teks multimodal dan menggunakan metode studi literatur berbasis data sekunder dengan fokus khusus pada tiap karakteristik komunikasi hypersonal, yaitu pengirim pesan, penerima pesan, pesan asinkronus, dan umpan balik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaktivitas BTS dan ARMY dalam ruang virtual Weverse mampu menghasilkan komunikasi hyperpersonal yang memiliki tingkat keintiman lebih dari komunikasi tatap muka. Namun, interaktivitas ini mampu menimbulkan celah bagi kapitalisme yang dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan pembuat ruang virtual tersebut.

This study aims to analyze the interactivity of BTS and ARMY in a virtual space through an application called ‘Weverse’. This research is based on the idea of computer mediated communication (CMC) which affects interpersonal communication between individuals and produces a hyperpersonal communication model. The digital era allows a person to use multimodality to send messages or meanings to others. The Weverse application is an example of the use of multimodality where users can send messages in the form of text equipped with images or videos. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze multimodal texts and uses a literature study method based on secondary data. The results showed that the interactivity between BTS and ARMY in the virtual space ‘Weverse’ is able to produce hyperpersonal communication that is more intimate than face-to-face communication. However, this interactivity is also able to create a gap for capitalism that is exploited by the company that creates the virtual space."
