Salah satu moda transportasi yang sedang berkembang pesat di wilayah Jabodetabek adalah Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Commuter Line. Saat ini, Commuter Line menjadi best choice for urban transport. Tren peningkatan jumlah penumpang setiap tahun membuat PT. KCI selaku pengelola KRL Commuter Line kerap memperbaiki pelayanan yang diberikan. Sayangnya, proses peningkatan pelayanan yang dilakukan tidak diiringi dengan perubahan perilaku penumpang. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak ditemukan perilaku menyimpang penumpang di dalam ruangruang stasiun dan gerbong kereta. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses dan faktor-faktor perilaku menyimpang penumpang Commuter Line serta untuk mengkaji pola ruang perilaku melalui pendekatan sosiologi perkotaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed methods baik secara kuantiatif maupun kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis triangluasi yang dilengkapi oleh analisis keruangan serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini berupa kajian mendalam mengenai bentuk dan faktor perilaku penumpang serta visualisasi pola penyebaran ruang perilaku tersebut dalam ruang stasiun dan gerbong kereta.

One of the fastest growing modes of transportation in the Jabodetabek area is the Commuter Line Electric Rail (KRL). At present, Commuter Line is the best choice for urban transport. The trend of increasing passengers number every year makes PT. KCI as the manager of the Commuter Line often improves the services provided. Unfortunately, the service improvement process carried out is not accompanied by changes in passenger behavior. Observations indicate that there are still many deviant behaviors found in station spaces and train cars. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the processes and factors of commuter line passenger deviant behavior and to examine patterns of behavior through urban sociology approaches. This research was carried out with a mixed methods approach both quantitatively and qualitatively. The analysis used in this study is a triangulation analysis technique that is complemented by spatial analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are in the form of an in-depth study of the shape and factors of passenger behavior and visualization of the patterns of behavior distribution in the station space and train cars.

Since the 1990s, the Internet has become the main driving force behind application development in all domains. An increase in the demand for resource sharing across different sites connected through networks has led to an evolution of data- and knowledge-management systems from centralized systems to decentralized systems enabling large-scale distributed applications providing high scalability. Current decentralized systems still focus on data and knowledge as their main resource. Feasibility of these systems relies basically on P2P (peer-to-peer) techniques and the support of agent systems with scaling and decentralized control. "Penggunaan alat pembayaran non-tunai dalam dua dekade terakhir meningkat pesat. Namun demikian, perkembangan penggunaan alat pembayaran non-tunai tersebut belum mencapai tingkat yang diharapkan. Penggunaan alat pembayaran tunai terus meningkat tercermin pada peningkatan uang kartal yang diedarkan. Tesis ini menganalisa permintaan uang kartal di Indonesia menggunakan data bulanan dari tahun 2005 s.d 2013 dengan memasukkan pengaruh alat pembayaran non-tunai melalui kartu dan uang elektronik. Untuk kebutuhan analisis, selain menganalisis permintaan uang kartal secara agregat, penelitian ini juga menganalisis permintaan uang kartal berdasarkan 2 katagori denominasi yaitu permintaan uang kartal pecahan besar (UPB) dan permintaan uang kartal uang kartal pecahan kecil (UPK). Dengan menggunakan vector error correction model (VECM), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permintaan uang kartal secara agregat maupun permintaan berdasarkan denominasi (UPB dan UPK) meningkat dengan meningkatnya pendapatan (PDB), dan menurun dengan meningkatnya suku bunga. Sedangkan terhadap variabel non-tunai tidak ditemukan hasil yang konklusif bahwa variabel non-tunai tersebut berdampak terhadap permintaan uang kartal agregat, permintaan UPB, dan permintaan UPK.

While non-cash payment usage has increased dramatically in the last two decades, the stock of outstanding currency has not declined. Non-cash payment usage does not reach at the expected level as reflected by the increasing stock of outstanding currency.

The thesis analyses currency demand in Indonesia using monthly data from 2005 to 2013 with incorporating non-cash payment particularly payment card usage and electronic money. For the analysis purposes, the examination is undertaken by analyzing currency demand at the aggregate level as well as at the denominational composition, i.e. analyzing currency demand at high denomination and currency demand at low denomination.

Using vector error correction model (VECM), those currency demand models are investigated. The result shows that those currency demands increase when income rise and currency demands decrease when interest rate increase. Related to non-cash payment, there is no conclusive result that non-cash payment has impact either at aggregate currency demand or at denomination currency demand."

Selain itu, hanya BMN yang ada di IRBI tinggi saja bisa diasuransikan. Di dunia asuransi, ada prinsip dikenal sebagai prinsip Hukum Angka Besar. Apakah ketentuan di dalamnya Apakah PMK ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Hukum Sejumlah Besar. Kemudian Negara sebagai entitas tidak dapat mengambil tindakan apa pun, dalam hal ini Negara memberikan tanggung jawab dan wewenang kepada manajer Barang, Pengguna Barang, dan Kekuatan Pengguna Barang untuk dikelola oleh BMN Jadi mereka memiliki kepentingan yang dapat diasuransikan dalam BMN. APA PUN Penerapan Prinsip Kepentingan yang Dapat Diasuransikan dalam asuransi BMN ini? Berkaitan dengan Izin diminta oleh BMN di daerah rawan bencana, lebih disukai Karena PMK semakin menyempit Izin untuk BMN itu sendiri.

Indonesia is a country with the highest level of risk, pthis causes Indonesia to incur very large losses from Indonesias risks. State property insurance is one of the effective and efficient ways to reduce the value of a countrys risk coverage it might appear. On January 4, 2017, the regulation was issued by the Minister of Finance No. 246/PMK.06/2016 concerning State Property Insurance. One of the provisions in the PMK stated as State Property (BMN) must be in vulnerable areas according to the Indonesian disaster risk index (IRBI) determined by the disaster response agency (BNPB). In addition, only BMNs in high IRBI can be insured. In the insurance world, there is a principle known as the Law of Large Numbers. What are the provisions in it. Is this PMK in accordance with the principles of the law of a large number? Then the State as an entity cannot take any action, in this case the State gives responsibility and authority to the Property manager, Property User, and Property User Strength to be managed by BMN. So they have insurable interests in BMN. WHAT IS THE APPLICATION OF INSURED PRINCIPLES OF INTEREST IN THE BMN INSURANCE? With regard to permits requested by BMN in disaster-prone areas, it is preferred because PMK is increasingly narrowing Licenses for BMN itself."
