"In service-oriented computing, web services are the basic foundation that aims to facilitate building of business application in a more flexible and interoperable manner for enterprise collaboration. One of the most promising advantages of web service technology is the possibility of creating added-value services by combining existing ones. A key step for composing and executing services lies in the se-lection of the individual service to use. Much attention has been devoted to appropriate selection of service functionalities, but also the non-functional properties of the services play a key role. A web service selection technique must take as much as possible the important influencing aspects into ac-count to the selection process in order to minimize the selection efforts. This paper evaluates several web service selection techniques published in literature with the focus on their contributions to web service selection. The evaluation results can be used as a basis for improving web service selection techniques and then simplifying the selection tasks.
Dalam komputasi berorientasi layanan, layanan web adalah dasar pembangunan yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pembangunan aplikasi bisnis dengan cara yang lebih fleksibel dan interoperable untuk kolaborasi perusahaan. Salah satu keuntungan yang paling menjanjikan dari teknologi web service adalah kemungkinan untuk menciptakan nilai tambah dengan menggabungkan layanan yang sudah ada. Sebuah langkah kunci untuk menyusun dan melaksanakan layanan terletak pada pemilihan lay-an-an individual yang akan digunakan. Banyak penelitian berfokus pada pemilihan fungsi pelayanan yang tepat, namun properti non-fungsional dari layanan yang memainkan peran kunci juga tetap di-perhatikan. Sebuah teknik dalam menyeleksi layanan web harus mengambil sebanyak mungkin aspek penting yang mempengaruhi perhitungan terhadap proses seleksi dalam meminimalisir upaya seleksi. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi beberapa teknik seleksi layanan web yang dipublikasikan dalam literatur dengan fokus pada kontribusi mereka terhadap pemilihan layanan web. Hasil evaluasi dapat digu-nakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan teknik pemilihan layanan web yang dapat menyederhanakan proses-proses seleksi."

"Istora-Senayan merupakan kawasan yang didaulat dengan basis transit-oriented development oleh Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 99 Tahun 2020 tentang Panduan Rancang Kota Kawasan Pembangunan Berorientasi Transit Istora dan Senayan. Tidak lupa, kawasan Istora-Senayan berhasil mendapatkan TOD Index sebesar 0,68 yang berada di atas rata-rata overall TOD Index kategori MRT Jakarta. Namun, di balik pencapaian tersebut, masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam ranah kualitas, seperti dari segi aksesibilitas, keandalan, tarif, dan lain sebagainya. Penilaian kualitas layanan transit transportasi antarmoda perlu dilakukan sebagai landasan evaluasi sehingga tercipta kawasan TOD yang mengedepankan kenyamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian univariat dengan menggunakan teori transit service quality oleh Eboli dan Mazzula (2011) yang dielaborasi oleh teori Nathanail (2008). Terdapat delapan dimensi pada teori transit service quality, yakni route and service characteristics, reliability, comfort and cleanliness, fare, information, safety and security, customer service, dan environmental protection. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data mixed method, yaitu dengan memperoleh data kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui survei, observasi langsung, dan wawancara. Survei dilakukan secara daring menggunakan Google Form dengan menjaring sebanyak 130 responden. Selain itu, dilakukan pula wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan transit transportasi antarmoda di kawasan Istora-Senayan, seperti Kementerian Perhubungan, Pemerintah Daerah, operator layanan transit transportasi antarmoda, ahli atau pengamat transportasi publik, praktisi, dan responden pengguna jasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengguna jasa transit transportasi antarmoda terhadap kualitas layanan transit transportasi antarmoda di Istora-Senayan berada dalam kategori “tinggi”. Namun, terdapat beberapa temuan mengenai kualitas transit transportasi antarmoda di kawasan Istora-Senayan yang patut mendapat perhatian, seperti aksesibilitas (dimensi rute dan karakteristik wilayah), peningkatan manajemen waktu tempuh (dimensi reliabilitas), manajemen kepadatan penumpang (dimensi kenyamanan dan kebersihan), dan keberadaan petugas yang sigap melayani pengguna di jam sibuk (dimensi pelayanan pelanggan).

Istora-Senayan is an area designated as a transit-oriented development based on Governor Regulation Number 99 of 2020 on the Guidelines for the Design of the Istora and Senayan Transit-Oriented Development Area. It is worth noting that the Istora-Senayan area has achieved a TOD Index of 0.68, which is above the average overall TOD Index for the MRT Jakarta category. However, behind this achievement, there is still a need for improvement in terms of quality, such as accessibility, reliability, fares, and others. The assessment of intermodal transit service quality needs to be conducted as a basis for evaluation to create a TOD area that prioritizes user comfort. This research is a univariate study that utilizes the transit service quality theory by Eboli and Mazzula (2011), elaborated by Nathanail's theory (2008). There are eight dimensions in the transit service quality theory, namely route and service characteristics, reliability, comfort and cleanliness, fare, information, safety and security, customer service, and environmental protection. This study uses a mixed-method data collection technique, obtaining quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, direct observations, and interviews. The survey was conducted online using Google Forms, capturing 130 respondents. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with relevant parties involved in the provision of intermodal transit transportation services in the Istora-Senayan area, such as the Ministry of Transportation, local government, intermodal transit transportation service operators, public transportation experts or observers, practitioners, and service users. The research findings indicate that the perception of intermodal transit transportation service quality by users in the Istora-Senayan area falls into the "high" category. However, there are several findings regarding the quality of intermodal transit transportation in the Istora-Senayan area that deserve attention, such as accessibility (route and service characteristics), improving travel time management (reliability), passenger density management (comfort and cleanliness), and the presence of responsive staff during peak hours (customer service). "

"ABSTRAK
Indonesia memiliki kekayaan pengetahuan tradisional yang sangat beragam. Namun, pengetahuan tradisional ini diketahui oleh komunitas lokal yang memiliki pengetahuan tersebut, sehingga tidak dapat dikontrol dan dipantau lokasi persebarannya. Begitu juga data apa saja yang terkumpul, alur pemrosesan data dan organisasi yang memiliki data tersebut belum diketahui secara jelas. Selain itu, data digitalisasi pengetahuan tradisional tersebar dan disimpan dalam sistem yang berdiri sendiri. Maka, diperlukan integrasi data agar tidak terjadi duplikasi data pengetahuan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model dan arsitektur web-based GIS persebaran pengetahuan tradisional di Indonesia menggunakan soft system methodology dan service oriented architecture. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggabungkan pendekatan pendekatan soft system methodology SSM dan service-oriented architecture SOA untuk membangun web-based GIS dan memberikan rekomendasi model web-based GIS pengetahuan tradisional di Indonesia. Dari hasil pengujian efficiency dengan aspek response time pada sistem web-based GIS yang dibangun menggunakan GTmetrix didapatkan nilai rata ndash; rata sebesar 3,021 second. Nilai ini jika direpresentasikan menggunakan rentang response time yang dikemukakan oleh Anna Bounch mendapatkan rating ldquo;good rdquo;. Dari hasil pengujian usability menggunakan kuesioner system usability scale didapatkan nilai 73,07. ABSTRACT
Indonesia has a wealth of traditional knowledge that is very diverse. However, this traditional knowledge is known by the local community who has such knowledge, so that it can not be controlled and monitored by the location of its distribution. So also what data is collected, the data processing flow and the organization that has the data is not known clearly. In addition, digitalization data of traditional knowledge is dispersed and stored in stand alone systems. Therefore, data integration is needed to avoid duplication of traditional knowledge data. This research aims to develop a model and architecture of web based GIS distribution of traditional knowledge in Indonesia using soft system methodology and service oriented architecture. The contribution of this research is to combine the approach of soft system methodology SSM and service oriented architecture SOA approach to build web based GIS and provide recommendations of traditional GIS web based knowledge model in Indonesia. From the results of efficiency testing with the response time aspects of web based GIS system built using GTmetrix obtained an average value of 3.042 second. This value if represented using response time range proposed by Anna Bounch get good rating. From the results of usability testing using questionnaire system usability scale obtained value of 73.07. This value if represented using the range of values suggested by John Brooke can be categorized as acceptable."

Two kinds of business scenarios are considered: application- and service-oriented.
It is shown that the former are more flexible and easier reconfigurable for both traditional
(human-oriented) and IT services. Moreover, complex IT services can be created by simple IT
