Tesis ini membahas kegiatan business coaching pada PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera yang merupakan UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang manufakur, berdomisili di daerah Jababeka ndash; Cikarang. Produk utama yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera adalah suku cadang untuk kendaraan bermotor. Permasalahan yang menjadi topik utama dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah kondisi pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia SDM yang masih belum berjalan dengan optimal. Salah satu masalah yang ada di dalam pengelolaan SDM adalah belum adanya sistem penilaian kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk membantu perusahaan mengembangkan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang berbasis pada Key Performance Indicator KPI individu.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the business coaching activities in the PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera which are operating in manufacturing industry, located in Jababeka ndash Cikarang area. The main products offered by PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera are parts for vehicle. The problem that became the main topic of this thesis is condition of Human Resources HR management which not worked optimally. One of the problems that exist in the HR management is there is no performance appraisal system. The purpose of this thesis is to help PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera to develop performance appraisal system based on individual Key Performance Indicator KPI ."

"Tesis ini merupakan hasil analisis dari kegiatan business coaching melalui proses observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemilik UKM ABC yang bergerak di bidang usaha bengkel. Berdasarkan pemetaan terhadap kondisi UKM terdapat beberapa gap antara kondisi aktual yang terjadi dengan kondisi ideal yang diharapkan, salah satunya mengenai indikator kinerja karyawan yang belum terukur secara kuantitatif. Perlunya penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis Key Performance Indicator KPI individu merupakan usulan yang diajukan kepada Bengkel ABC.

This thesis is the result of analysis of business coaching activities through observation and interviews with SMEs ABC owners which engaged in the car service workshop business. Based on the mapping of the condition of SMEs there is some gap between the actual conditions that occur with ideal conditions expected, one of that is the indicators of the performance of employees who have not quantifiable. The need for performance appraisal based on Individual Key Performance Indicator KPI was a proposal submitted to Workshop ABC."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penulisan karya akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan IDP dalam mendukung proses pengembangan karyawan di Divisi Produksi PT Isra Presisi Indonesia, serta menyusun program pengembangan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kompetensi karyawan yang telah dipetakan dalam IDP. Metode business coaching, melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan perancangan IDP, dilakukan di PT Isra untuk membantu mengurangi gap yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam proses pengembangan karyawannya. Hasil dari wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui gap antara kondisi ideal dan aktual yang dimiliki perusahaan, juga untuk memperbaiki rancangan IDP agar lebih sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Ditemukan bahwa IDP dapat secara efektif membantu perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi karyawan di Divisi Produksi melalui pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan IDP, kemudian disusun rekomendasi program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan. Batasan dari karya akhir ini adalah IDP hanya diterapkan pada Divisi Produksi saja, yang didorong oleh fakta bahwa mayoritas karyawan perusahaan bekerja di Divisi Produksi hampir 50 .

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this thesis is to know the effectiveness of the IDP on supporting employee development processes for the company rsquo s department of production employees, and to build a suitable training program based on the competencies needed by the employees that can be found from the IDP rsquo s results. Business coaching methods, through structured interviews, observation, and the IDP application, was conducted in PT Isra in Cikarang, to help solve the company rsquo s deficiency gap in the employee development processes. The results from the structured interviews were analyzed to know the gap between the ideal and real condition of the company. The results were also used to improve the IDP form to suit the company better. The findings show that the application of IDP in PT Isra is effective to help the company to develop the Production Department employees rsquo competency and performance in the field through training. The results of IDP implementation are then used to build the recommendation for employees rsquo training. Limitation of this paper is that the IDP was only applied for PT Isra rsquo s Department of Production employees only. This is due to the fact that majority of the employees in the company almost 50 are working in that particular department."

This thesis discusses the business coaching activities on PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, a Small and Medium Enterprise SME which operates in the manufacturing industry, located in Jababeka ndash Cikarang area. The main products offered by PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera are the components for parts of vehicle, two wheeled or four wheeled. The main problem that also became the main topic of this thesis is the condition of Human Resources HR which have not worked optimally. One of the problems that exist in the HR management is there is no target and incentive system. The purpose of this thesis is to help PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera to design a target and incentive system in order to increase the productivity and efficiency of its human resources. "

Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, khususnya pada Divisi Sales Marketing yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk menjual produk teknik, peralatan industri, dan elektronik merek luar negeri untuk dipasarkan di Indonesia. Salah satu tujuan dari tesis ini adalah membantu pertumbuhan bisnis Divisi Sales Marketing PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera melalui perluasan saluran pemasaran dengan digital marketing. Produk trading merek KS Tools disepakati untuk menjadi benchmark sebagai tahap awal proyek digital marketing. Data dari hasil business coaching diolah dengan menggunakan analisis internal perusahaan, analisis bauran pemasaran 4P , analisis segmenting, targeting, dan positioning, analisis SWOT, analisis model bisnis kanvas, analisis industri melalui Porter rsquo;s Five Forces, dan analisis kesenjangan. Langkah yang diambil adalah perbaikan website KS Tools Indonesia yang lebih interaktif dan berpotensi untuk pengembangan e-commerce serta rencana perluasan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan marketplace.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses business coaching process that conducted on PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, mainly on Sales Marketing Division that has duties and responsibilities to sell engineering products, industrial equipments, and foreign brand electronics goods to be marketed in Indonesia. One of the goals of this thesis is to help the growth of Sales Marketing Division business operation of PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera through the expansion of marketing channels to digital marketing. KS Tools brand products has already decided to become a benchmark as an intial stage of this digital marketing projects. The data from business coaching is processed using company rsquo s internal analysis, marketing mix analysis 4P , segmenting, targeting, positioning analysis STP , SWOT analysis, business model canvas analysis, Porter rsquo s Five Forces industry analysis, and gap analysis. The measurement that has been taken is an improvement of KS Tools Indonesia rsquo s website, which is now become more interactive and have potential for e commerce development, and also marketing expansion plans through social media and marketplace. "

"Membangun SMK3 bagi setiap perusahaan untuk menjamin dan memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerjanya yang dibutuhkan peran pengawas dengan menunjukkan kinerja terbaik. Terwujudnya kinerja yang optimal dari pengawas membutuhkan beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pengawasan pada SMK3 dengan mengambil objek pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap ?PQR?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional survey. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 26 pengawas dengan teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik parametrik yang meliputi korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F dan regresi menggunakan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengawasan pada SMK3 pada PLTU "PQR".
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan efikasi diri perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pimpinan perlu memberikan penghargaan dan umpan balik terhadap pengawas yang berprestasi, memfasilitasi agar memperoleh pelatihan, dan memberi kesempatan untuk memperoleh promosi sebagai sarana mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan karir. Peningkatan komitmen organisasional pengawas dapat dilakukan dengan membangun hubungan yang harmonis antara pengawas dengan stakeholder perusahaan dan menumbuhkan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi serta berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan pengawas secara maksimal. Sementara peningkatan efikasi diri dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman terhadap pegawai tentang efikasi diri dengan mengundang ahli dan mengikutsertakan pada pelatihan dan seminar.

Building the OHS management system to ensure and assure the safety dan healthy of its workers. which takes the role of the supervisor with the best performance. The realization of the optimal performance of supervisors requires the support of many factors, among them the work motivation, organizational commitment and self-efficacy. This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and self-efficacy toward supervisory performance on the OHS management system by taking objects in "PQR" Steam Power Plant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey method. The samples are taken with the 26 supervisors through census techniques. Collecting data using questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and parametric statistics include correlation, coefficient of determination, t test, F test and regression by using SPSS program ver.18.
The results showed that work motivation, organizational commitment and self efficacy individually and simultaneously have a significant influence toward the supervision performance on the OHS management system in "PQR" Steam Power Plant. Based this study, the work motivation, organizational commitment and selfefficacy needs to be improved. In increasing work motivation and reward leaders need feedback to performing supervisors, in order to facilitate obtaining the training, and provide an opportunity to gain self-promotion as a means of developing and improving career. Increased supervisor organizational commitment can be made by build a harmonious relationship between the supervisor with the company's stakeholders and foster a sense of belonging to organizations and trying to meet the regulatory requirements to the fullest. While the increase in self-efficacy can be done by providing an understanding of the employees about self-efficacy with invite the experts and engage in training and seminars.

Pembuatan website perusahaan bertujuan sebagai sarana promosi, sehingga diharapkan perusahaan menjadi semakin dikenal publik dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Pada website tersebut juga menggunakan teknik search engine optimization SEO untuk meningkatkan peringkat pada hasil penelusuran di search engine, sehingga dapat selalu terlihat di halaman pertama.

The thesis research discusses about the business coaching process implemented in PT. Hudiya Hayat Hanif, an SME which is engaged in metal forming industry, especially stamping. The main focus of the business coaching is on the marketing function, with the aim to create a website in order to build digital marketing system to get new customers. The creation of website as a foundation for building digital marketing system and other digital channels. The data gathered by interview process and field observation, next are analyzed using product market matrix analysis, SWOT analysis, Segmenting Targeting Positioning analysis, marketing mix analysis, Porter rsquo s Five Forces analysis and gap analysis. The creation of website rsquo s company aims as an instrument of promotion, so the company is expected to become more publicly known and expanding the market reach. On the website also use the search engine optimization SEO technique to increase the ranking of search results on search engine, so that it can always be seen on the first page."
