"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi organizational identification terhadap hubungan antara qualitative job insecurity, OCB, dan job performance pada Pegawai Non-PNS di Direktorat Jenderal PPMD Kementerian Desa, PDT, dan Transmigrasi. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 129 orang pegawai di kantor Direktorat Jenderal PPMD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan menggunakan structural equation modeling SEM.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa qualitative job insecurity memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap OCB dan job performance, qualitative job insecurity memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap organizational identification, organizational identification memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dan job performance, serta peran organizational identification memediasi secara penuh full mediation pengaruh dari qualitative job insecurity pada OCB dan job performance terbukti.

This study aims to determine the mediating role of organizational identification in the relationship between qualitative job insecurity, OCB, and job performance among the Non Civil Servant at Directorate General PPMD Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. Respondents in this study were 129 employees in the office of the Directorate General PPMD. This research is quantitative descriptive design and using structural equation modeling SEM.
The results obtained from this study indicate that the qualitative job insecurity has a negative effect on OCB and job performance, qualitative job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on organizational identification, organizational identification has a positive and significant effect on OCB and job performance, as well as the role of organizational identification mediates the impact of qualitative job insecurity in the OCB and job performance is proven.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement pada dosen non-Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Universitas Indonesia. Pengukuran job insecurity menggunakan alat ukur Ashford, dkk (1989) dan pengukuran work engagement menggunakan alat ukur UWES-9 (Schaufeli dan Bakker, 2006). Partisipan berjumlah 52 dosen non-PNS UI, yaitu dosen dengan status BHMN dan dosen dengan status lain-lain.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara job insecurity dan work engagement pada dosen non-PNS Universitas Indonesia. Selain itu, masing-masing data demografis juga tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan job insecurity dan work engagement.

ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to get the describtion about the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement among non-Civil Servant Lecturer in University of Indonesia. The measurment of job insecurity uses Ashfrod and friend?s measuring instrument (1989), while the measuring of work engagement uses UWES-9 (Schaufeli dan Bakker, 2006). The total number of partitipants are 52 non-civil servant lecturers, who has BHMN status and others.
The result of this research shows that there has no significant relation between job insecurity and work engagment at non-Civil Servant Lecturer in University of Indonesia. Besides that, every singgle demographic datum also does not have significant relation with job inseciruty and work engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi dari job insecurity terhadap hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan in-role performance. Menggunakan teori psychological safety sebagai pedoman, individu yang menilai positif perlakuan dari perusahaan akan merasa aman dan keberlangsungannya di perusahaan terjamin, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerjanya di perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari karyawan di Jabodetabek N= 269, dan dianalisis menggunakan macro Hayes PROCESS, pada SPSS v20. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek tidak langsung yang signifikan dari POS pada in-role performance melalui job insecurity. Implikasi secara teoretis dan praktis akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of job insecurity on the relationship between perceived organizational support and in role performance. Drawing from psychological safety theory, perceived organizational support would affect individuals rsquo feeling that they could secure their job, and this would lead to high in role performance. Data were collected among employess from Jabodetabek N 269, and analyzed using the Hayes PROCESS macro on SPSS v20. The result showed that job insecurity mediated the relationship between POS and in role performance, as the indirect effect of POS on in role performance via job insecurity was found significant. Theoretical and pracyical implications were discussed.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek mediasi dari komitmen afektif pada hubungan job insecurity dan organizational citizenship behavior OCB. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 217 karyawan swasta dan BUMN di Indonesia. Job insecurity diukur menggunakan job insecurity questionnaire, OCB diukur menggunakan task performance scale, dan komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan affective commitment scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan Process macro Hayes pada SPSS versi 20.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dari job insecurity terhadap OCB, selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh negatif dari job insecurity terhadap komitmen afektif, terdapat pengaruh positif dari komitmen afektif terhadap OCB, dan terdapat efek mediasi dari job insecurity terhadap OCB melalui komitmen afektif. Implikasi teoretis dan praktis akan dibahas selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini.

This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of affective commitmen on the relationship between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior OCB. Participants of this research are 217 private and state owned enterprises employees in Indonesia. Job insecurity was measured using job insecurity questionnaire, OCB was measured using task performance scale, and affective commitment was measured using affective commitment scale. Data were analyzed using Hayes's PROCESS macro on SPSS version 20.
The results of this study proves that there is a negative effect of job insecurity on OCB, there is also a negative effect of job insecurity on affective commitment, there is a positive effect of affective commitment on OCB, and there is also mediating effect of affective commitment on the relationship between job insecurity and OCB Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job insecurity dan komitmen organisasi pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Depok. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui skala sikap. Pengukuran Job Insecurity menggunakan alat ukur Job Insecurity Scale (Ashford, Lee & Bobko, 1989) yang diadaptasi oleh Maulana (2012) dan pengukuran komitmen organisasi menggunakan alat ukur organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Meyer & Allen, 1997) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Fathlistya (2008). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Depok.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bersifat negatif signifikan di antara kedua variabel tersebut, yang berarti penurunan job insecurity akan diikuti oleh peningkatan pada komitmen organisasi, dan berlaku sebaliknya.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment among honorarium public elementary school teacher in Depok. This research used quantitative approach by collecting data through attitute scales. Job Insecurity was measured by Job Insecurity Scale (Ashford, Lee & Bobko, 1989), which had been adapted by Maulana (2012) and Organizational Commitment was measured by Organizational Commitmen Questionnaire (Meyer & Allen, 1997), which had been adapted by Fathlistya (2008). The participants of this research were 105 honorarium public elementary school teacher in Depok.
The result showed that job insecurity had correlated significantly with organizational commitment and the relationship showed a negative effect, which meant that increasing in job insecurity would be followed by decreasing in organizational commitment and vice versa.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-job fit dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil studi pada PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) Tbk dengan karyawan tetap kantor pusat perusahaan ANTAM Tbk sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori person-job fit, person-organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, dan keterikatan pegawai untuk mengkaji permasalahan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey kuesioner menggunakan total sampling terhadap karyawan tetap PT ANTAM Tbk di head office yang berjumlah 144 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antar setiap variabel. Selain itu terdapat pula pengaruh signifikan antara person-job fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keterikatan pegawai dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keterikatan pegawai.
This study aims to analyze the effects of person-job fit and person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable. This research takes a study in Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) Tbk company with permanent employees of PT ANTAM Tbk at head office as the object of research. This study uses the theory of person-job fit, person-organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee engagement to study the problem. The data collection technique used in this study was a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey method that used total sampling of permanent employees of the PT ANTAM Tbk at the head office which amounted to 144 respondents. This study using path analysis method) to test the hypothesis.The result show that there is a significant efffect between each variable. Furthermore, there is a significant effect between person-job fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable and person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable."

"Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak besar pada meningkatnya jumlah PHK pada karyawan dan kebijakan rasionalisasi lainnya, hal tersebut mungkin dapat memengaruhi tingkat ketidakaman kerja (job insecurity), kegigihan (grit), dan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan (work engagement). Karyawan milenial menjadi generasi yang paling terdampak dari adanya situasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran dari grit dalam memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement pada karyawan milenial di Indonesia. Grit dinilai dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan seseorang dan merupakan faktor internal yang memengaruhi job insecurity dan work engagement karyawan. Partisipan direkrut secara daring dan melibatkan 222 karyawan yang memenuhi karakteristik penelitian, yaitu; karyawan milenial berusia 20-38 tahun, memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun di tempat kerjanya saat ini, dan sedang mengalami kebijakan rasionalisasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur ketiga variabel ini adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, dkk, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), dan Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh faktor lain selain grit. Kemudian, mayoritas partisipan ini memiliki nilai job insecurity yang rendah, work engagement yang tinggi, dan grit yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan job insecurity berkorelasi secara negatif dan signifikan dengan work engagement, dan grit berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan work engagement. Sementara job insecurity tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan grit.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on increasing the number of employee layoffs and other rationalization policies, this may affect the level of job insecurity, grit, and work engagement on employees. Millennial employees are the most affected generation that affected by this situation. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a role of grit in moderating the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement among millennial employees in Indonesia. Grit is considered to be the key to a person's success and is an internal factor that affects job insecurity and employee work engagement. Participants were recruited online and involved 222 employees who met the research characteristics, that is; millennial employees at aged 20-38 years, having at least 1 year of work experience at their current job, and undergoing a rationalization policy. The measuring instrument that are used to measure these variables are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, et al, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), and Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). The main results of this research showed that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement. This could be due to other factors besides of grit. Furthermore, the majority of these participants had low job insecurity, high work engagement, and high grit of scores. This study also showed that job insecurity was significantly negatively correlated with work engagement, and grit was significantly positively correlated with work engagement. Meanwhile, job insecurity was not significantly correlated with grit."

"PT. ABC adalah sebuah perusahaan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2016 dan masih tergolong ke dalam perusahaan start-up. Sebagai perusahaan start-up masalah yang paling menonjol di PT. ABC adalah permasalahan sumberdaya manusia. Dari hasil wawancara dan FGD yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kepada beberapa orang karyawan, permasalahan yang muncul adalah rendahnya komitmen afektif pada organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Disamping itu juga terlihat rendahnya tingkat pemberdayaan psikologis karyawan dan tingginya tingkat job insecurity. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan toko/outlet. Sebanyak 25 orang responden mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk variabel pemberdayaan psikologis adalah Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ), Job Insecurity Questionnaire (JIQ) untuk variabel job insecurity, dan Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) untuk variabel komitmen afektif pada organisasi. Intervensi yang akan dilakukan adalah coaching. Responden intervensi coaching sebanyak 1 orang yakni kepala toko/outlet yang akan dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi kepada 25 orang yakni seluruh karyawan toko/outlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi negatif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel pemberdayaan psikologis dan komitmen afektif pada organisasi, serta adanya korelasi negatif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel job insecurity dan komitmen afektif pada organisasi. Hasil dari pemberian kedua intervensi terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen afektif pada organisasi, serta penurunan job insecurity pada karyawan.

PT. ABC was founded in 2016 and is still classified as a start-up company. As a start-up company the most prominent problem at PT. ABC is a problem of human resources. From the results of interviews and FGD conducted by researchers to several employees, the problem that arises is the low affective commitment to the organization. Besides that, it also shows the low level of psychological empowerment of employees and the high level of job security. Data retrieval of this research is done by distributing questionnaires to the store / outlet employees. A total of 25 respondents filled in the questionnaire distributed. The analysis technique used is the correlation technique using Pearson Product Moment. The measuring instrument used for psychological empowerment variables is Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ), Job Insecurity Questionnaire (JIQ) for job insecurity variables, and Affective Commitment Scale (ACS) for affective commitment variables in organizations. The intervention that will be carried out is coaching. Respondents for coaching interventions were 1 person, namely the store/outlet head, which would be continued with socialization to 25 people, namely all store/outlet employees. The results showed that there was a negative but not significant correlation between psychological empowerment variables and affective commitment to the organization, as well as a negative but not significant correlation between job insecurity variables and affective commitment to the organization. The results of giving both interventions proved to have a significant influence on increasing affective commitment to the organization, as well as decreasing employee job insecurity."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional melibatkan 69 staf pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kesehatan dengan menggunakan sampel total sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan analisis regresi linier.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:1) kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara masing-masing memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersamasama diuji yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dan paling dominan mempengaruhi terjadinya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah kepuasan kerja setelah dikontrol variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi.
Peningkatan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kesehatan harus selalu ditingkatkan antara lain menciptakan dan meningkatkan unsur-unsur kepuasan kerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional di antara para pimpinan dan staf serta menciptakan lingkungan budaya organisasi yang mendukung terjadinya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The method used in this research is quantitative with cross sectional design involving 69 staff employees in the Education and Training of Health Workers using total sample sampling. Results of bivariate analysis using linear regression analysis.
The results showed: 1) job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture each has positive and significant relationship to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture jointly tested that has a significant relationship and most dominant influence on the occurrence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is job satisfaction after the controlled variable transformational leadership and organizational culture.
Improved behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB ) employees in the Education and Training of Health Workers should be improved , among others, create and enhance elements of employee satisfaction , transformational leadership among the management and staff as well as creating an environment that supports the organizational culture Organizational Citizenship behavior behavior (OCB).

"Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan upaya untuk memeriksa pengaruh qualitative job insecurity terhadap komitmen organisasi afektif, kontinuasi, dan normatif serta peran grit sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan alat ukur komitmen organisasi, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan short grit scale (Grit-S). Pengumpulan data berasal dari 755 karyawan yang terdampak kebijakan perusahaan akibat pandemi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji korelasi, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis moderated regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara qualitative job insecurity dengan komitmen organisasi afektif dan komitmen organisasi normatif. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa grit tidak berperan secara signifikan sebagai moderator pada pengaruh qualitative job insecurity terhadap komitmen organisasi afektif, kontinuasi, dan normatif. Tingkat grit tidak mempengaruhi qualitative job insecurity menurunkan komitmen organisasi afektif, kontinuasi, dan normatif dalam kondisi eksternal yang tidak dapat diprediksi. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya perusahaan mengambil tindakan untuk mengurangi dampak buruk dari qualitative job insecurity.

In this study, an attempt has been made to examine the effect of qualitative job insecurity on affective, continuity, and normative organizational commitment and the role of grit as a moderating variable. This research was quantitative research by using organizational commitment measurement tools, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and short grit scale (Grit-S). Data collection came from 755 employees who were affected by company policies due to the pandemic. The results revealed that there was a significant and negative relationship between qualitative job insecurity with affective and normative organizational commitment. In addition, it was found that grit did not play a significant role as a moderator on the effect of qualitative job insecurity on affective, continuity, and normative organizational commitment. The grit level did not affect qualitative job insecurity reducing affective, continuum, and normative organizational commitment in unpredictable external conditions. The results of this study emphasize the importance of companies taking action to reduce the adverse effects of qualitative job insecurity."
