"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas di media sosial, iklan, serta promosi penjualan terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity pada low-involvement product dengan studi kasus brand kosmetik dan personal care yaitu Wardah. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk dari brand Wardah dalam 3 tiga bulan terakhir dan pernah mengakses social media dari Wardah. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing activities berpegaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Perceived advertising spend berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap brand loyalty. Attitude towards the advertisement berpengaruh positif pada brand awareness. Monetary sales promotion berpengaruh positif pada brand association dan perceived quality. Sedangkan non-monetary sales promotion tidak berpengaruh apapun terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan hubungan memediasi dari brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap hubungan antara social media marketing activities dan brand loyalty. Hubungan dari dimensi-dimensi brand equity juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif satu sama lainnya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing activities, advertising, and sales promotion towards the dimensions of brand equity in low involvement product with case study of cosmetic and personal care brand that is Wardah. Samples in this study are the consumers of Wardah within 3 three months and ever accessed Wardah social media. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Results from the study showed that social media marketing activities have a positive effect to brand awareness and brand loyalty. Perceived advertising spend has a positive effect on brand awareness and have a negative effect on brand loyalty. Attitude towards the advertisement have a positive effect on brand awareness. Monetary sales promotion have a positive effect t on the brand association and perceived quality. Whereas non monetary sales promotion does not have any effect on the dimensions of brand equity. This study also found a mediating effect of brand awareness and perceived quality on the relationship between social media marketing activities and brand loyalty. A positive effect of the dimensions of brand equity on one another also found in this study.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat pengaruh antara advertising dan sales promotion terhadap terbentuknya brand equity dari merek La Senza Indonesia. Dimensi brand equity yang diteliti adalah perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association, brand personality, self-brand connection, dan brand loyalty. Dari data tersebut, dilakukan penghitungan dengan Structural Equation Model SEM dengan menggunakan piranti lunak Smart PLS untuk mendapatkan model dan insight untuk peningkatan brand equity yang nantinya dapat berpengaruh kepada penjualan jangka panjang sebuah brand. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived advertising spend, attitude towards advertisement, dan monetary promotion memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity tersebut. Namun, non-monetary promotion tidak memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap brand equity. Hal ini akan dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan brand equity konsumen terhadap merek melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat.

ABSTRAK
This research aimed to see the influence between advertisement and sales promotion towards brand equity from La Senza Indonesia brand. The dimension of brand equity are perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association, brand personality, self brand connection, and brand loyalty.The data was calculated using Structural Equation Model SEM using Smart PLS software. The result showed the perceived advertising spend, attitudes toward advertisement, and monetary promotion have positive influence to the dimensions of brand equity. Non monetary promotions, however, do not have a positive effect on brand equity. This result will be utilized to increase brand equity of consumers towards brands through appropriate marketing strategies that can affect the long term sales of a brand."

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh dari Social Media Marketing Activities oleh suatu merek fesyen muslim (Duha Muslimwear) terhadap Attitude towards the Brand, Brand Experiences, dan Purchase Intention pada konsumen muslim. Peneliti melakukan pengambilan sampel data menggunakan self-administered questionnaire dan mendapatkan 504 responden. Ditemukan bahwa Social Media Marketing Activities oleh merek fesyen muslim mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap sikap konsumen terhadap merek dan Brand Experience. Brand Experience juga mampu mempengaruhi Attitude towards the Brand. Sementara itu, Purchase Intention dipengaruhi positif oleh Attitude towards the Brand. Attitude towards the Brand mempunyai peran sebagai mediasi penuh terhadap pengaruh Social Media Marketing Activities dan Brand Experience terhadap Purchase Intention. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pengaruh Social Media Marketing Activities terhadap Brand Experiences lebih kuat pada grup umur muda dibandingkan dengan grup umur yang lebih tua. Pengaruh Social Media Marketing Activities terhadap Brand Experiences juga dapat menguat dengan adanya Customer Engagement dan Religiosity. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Religiositas tidak menguatkan pengaruh Social Media Marketing Activities terhadap attitude seseorang terhadap merek dan purchase intention secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pelaku industri fesyen muslim atau modest fashion untuk memaksimalkan pengaruh pemasaran media sosial serta keefektifan pesannya.

This study discusses the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities by a Muslim fashion brand (Duha Muslimwear) on Attitude towards the Brand, Brand Experiences, and Purchase Intentions of Muslim consumers. Researcher took data samples using self-administered questionnaire and got 504 respondents. This study found that Social Media Marketing Activities positively influence consumer’s Attitudes towards the Brand and Brand Experience. Brand Experience also positively influence Attitude towards the Brand. Meanwhile, Attitude towards the Brand positively influence Purchase Intention. Attitude towards the Brand has a full mediation role on the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities and Brand Experience on Purchase Intention. This study also found that the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities on Brand Experiences was stronger in the younger age group than in the older age group. The influence of Social Media Marketing Activities on Brand Experiences can be strengthened by Customer Engagement and Religiosity. This study also found that religiosity did not significantly strengthen the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities on Attitude towards the Brand and Purchase Intention. The results of this study can be used as reference for Muslim fashion industry doers to maximize the influence of social media marketing and the effectiveness of the message."

"ABSTRAK
Maraknya penggunaan internet sebagai media komunikasi telah mengubah gaya pertukaran informasi dan marketing saat ini. Salah satu media yang populer adalah social media, dimana semua orang dapat saling memberikan pendapat dengan cukup bebas. Perusahaan sebagai penyedia produk dan jasa sudah selayaknya mengikuti trend ini dengan juga ikut serta dalam arus informasi bebas ini. Penelitian ini mengamati pengaruh akun social media terhadap brand equity. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 2 brand yaitu Loreal dan Pantene sebagai representasi dari consumer goods. Dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan ekstraksi atas post yang dipilih dari beberapa akun social media dengan menggunakan content analysis, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan kuesioner kuantitatif atas sejumlah responden atas konsep aktivitas social media marketing dan brand equity.
Ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari aktivitas social media marketing terhadap brand equity tiap brand. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh segi komunikatif sebuah akun media social yang membuatnya multifungsi dalam konsep marketing communication.

ABSTRACT
The current digital lifestyle has changed the way people exchange the information and hence, the way people do marketing. One of the media that has been very popular is social media, where everyone may gives their opinions over something without any significant bounderies. Companies who supplies both products and services should follow the communication trend and involve themselves in the free trade of information. This research is implemented on 2 brands : Loreal and Pantene as the representative of consumer goods. Prior to extracting the posts of selected social media accounts, the research conducted a content analysis followed by quantitative questionnaire to respondents towards social media marketing activities and brand equity.
It is found that on individual basis, there is significant influence from social media marketing activities towards brand equity. This is an impact of a communicative and well managed social media account which enables it to be multifunctional in marketing communication.

"Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh social media marketing activities terhadap Brand Equity pada studi kasus Go - Jek dengan menganalisa beberapa faktor yang terdapat dalam brand awareness, yaitu brand awareness, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari kegiatan pemasaran media sosial di masing-masing faktor ekuitas merek.

The focus of this research is to analyze the effect of social media marketing activities on brand equity of Go-Jek by examining several dimensions, namely brand awareness, brand loyalty, and perceived quality. Methodologies used for data processing is simple linear regression. The obtained result shows that there is a positive influence of social media marketing activities on each of the dimensions in brand equity."

"Selama dua dekade terakhir, media sosial berhasil mengubah pola komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen yang memungkinkan adanya hubungan dua arah tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu. Seluruh perusahaan dari berbagai industri pun mulai meningkatkan eksistensi mereka di media sosial, termasuk perusahaan produk kecantikan berlabel halal khususnya Wardah. Meskipun sudah diterima khalayak umum, belum ada studi lebih lanjut pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial perusahaan terhadap ekuitas merek pada konsumen Muslim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap consumer-based brand equity dengan model Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) serta menguji efek mediasi dari variabel brand experience dan moderasi dari variabel religiosity. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan variabel dan efek mediasi serta moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Dari 635 data dari responden wanita Muslim, ditemukan bahwa religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities dan brand experience. Adapun brand experience memediasi hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial yang dirasakan konsumen dengan consumer-based brand equity. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa manajer pemasaran perlu mempertimbangkan untuk membuat konten media sosial yang informatif dan interaktif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan E-WOM.

Over the past two decades, social media has succeeded in changing the pattern of communication between companies and consumers, allowing for a two-way relationship without the limitations of distance and time. All companies from various industries have begun to increase their presence on social media, including companies with halal-labeled beauty products. Although it has been accepted by the general public, there has been no further study of the effect of corporate social media marketing activities on brand equity in Muslim consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on consumer-based brand equity with the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model and examine the mediating effect of the brand experience variable and the moderating of the religiosity variable. The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS to see the relationship between variables and the effects of mediation and moderation using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. From 635 data from Muslim female respondents, it was found that religiosity had no effect in moderating the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand experience. Meanwhile, brand experience mediates the relationship between social media marketing activities perceived by consumers and consumer-based brand equity. This study implies that marketing managers need to consider creating informative and interactive social media content that is expected to increase E-WOM."

"Di era pemasaran digital, media sosial merupakan salah satu sarana yang kerap digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam mengkomunikasikan produk maupun layanan mereka kepada pelanggan, termasuk perbankan yang mulai memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai salah satu sarana berbagi informasi. Di Indonesia, industri perbankan syariah terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan serta perkembangan yang sangat baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh aktivitas komunikasi pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram terhadap brand equity bank syariah dengan brand love dan brand trust sebagai mediasi. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahStructural Equation Model (SEM) untuk melihat hubungan variabel dan efek mediasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM AMOS 26. Dari 300 sampel yang diteliti, tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial dengan brand equity. Adapun brand love dan brand trust memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial dengan brand equity.

In the era of digital marketing, social media is one of the tools often used by companies in communicating their products and services to customers, including banks that have started to use social media as a means of sharing information. In Indonesia, the Islamic banking industry continues to show excellent growth and development. The large number of choices of Islamic banks in Indonesia is also one of the reasons why Islamic banks need to create branding that distinguishes one another to reach consumers' trust and sense of security when using their products and services. This study aims to see the effect of marketing communication activities through Instagram social media on the brand equity of Islamic banks with brand love and brand trust as mediation. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to see the relationship between variables and mediation effects using the IBM AMOS 26 application. From the 300 samples studied, indirect effect was found between social media marketing activities and brand equity. Meanwhile, brand love and brand trust fully mediate the relationship between social media marketing activities and brand equity."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial terhadap brand loyalty pada smartphone Samsung. Pengaruh ini dapat berupa pengaruh langsung di mana perceived social media marketing activities mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Pengaruh ini juga dimediasi oleh brand dan value consciousness. Penelitian ini melibatkan 432 pengguna smartphone Samsung yang pernah mengakses media sosial smartphone Samsung dalam enam bulan terakhir dan berusia 16-35 tahun. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model SEM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa brand dan value consciousness memediasi pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty. Besar pengaruh mediasi brand consciousness lebih tinggi daripada value consciousness dalam kasus smartphone Samsung.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty in Samsung smartphone. This effect can be direct in which perceived social media marketing activities influences brand loyalty. This effect is also mediated by brand and value consciousness. This study involved 432 Samsung smartphone users who have accessed Samsung smartphone rsquo s social media page within the past six months and are 16 35 years old. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model SEM.
Results of this study show that perceived social media marketing activities have a positive effect towards brand loyalty. This study also suggests that brand and value consciousness have mediating effects on the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand loyalty. The mediating effect of brand consciousness is greater than value consciousness.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh produk rumah tangga kategori pelicin pakaian merek Kispray dalam upaya membangun ekuitas merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pihak brand Kispray mewakili perusahaan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan Kispray. Kesimpulan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan Merek Kispray untuk membangun ekuitas merek adalah advertising, sales promotion, event & experience, dan public relations & publicity. Keempat strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan masing-masing memiliki tujuan untuk membangun ekuitas merek dari empat kategori pembentukan ekuitas merek menurut Kotler (2009), yaitu brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty. Pemasangan advertising bertujuan untuk pembentukan brand awareness dan brand association. Sales promotion bertujuan untuk membangun lebih jauh brand association. Pelaksanaan event & experience, dan public relations & publicity bertujuan untuk membangun brand association, namun lebih banyak pada tujuan perceived quality dan brand loyalty.

This research aims to find out the marketing communication strategy undertaken by Kispray brand, aid ironing product, to build brand equity. Research method used in this research is qualitative method. Kispray represents the company to provide information of marketing communication strategies that used by the brand. The conclusion of marketing communications strategy that used by Kispray to build brand equity are advertising, sales promotion, event & experience, and also public relations & publicity. These fourth marketing communications strategy have a goal to build the brand equity of the four categories of brand equity according to Kotler (2009), such as brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. Advertising placement aims to build brand awareness and brand association. Meanwhile, sales promotion aims to build more brand association. Furthermore, the aim of event & experience and public relations & publicity also to build brand association, but the focus is more on the purpose of perceived quality and brand loyalty.

"Penggunaan sosial media telah mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan dari seluruh negara terutama Indonesia. Sosial media telah menjadi sebagai jembatan setiap pengguna melakukan aktivitasnya dalam dunia maya. Bahkan sosial media telah dimanfaatkan penggunanya mulai dari perusahaan, pemerintahan serta lainnya untuk memasarkan bisnis yang dijalankan. Fenomena ini akhirnya memunculkan adanya pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing Activities dalam meningkatkan Brand Equity. Terlihat dari beberapa perusahaan seperti perusahaan retail Indonesia yang memanfaatkan Social Media Marketing Activities untuk memasarkan produknya pada kalangan generasi Z dan Milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Social Media Marketing terhadap Brand Equity yang dimediasi oleh Brand Love and Brand Trust pada perusahaan retail Indonesia di kalangan generasi Z dan Millenial. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sampel 300 data responden yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan spesifikasi karakteristik harus mengikuti salah satu media sosial perusahaan retail Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing Activities tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Brand Equity. Begitu juga, Brand Love tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Equity. Sedangkan, Brand Trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Equity.  Penelitian ini dapat membantu perusahaan retail Indonesia aspek-aspek apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan Social Media Marketing Activities secara tepat di kalangan generasi Z dan Millenial.

The use of social media has experienced a significant increase from all countries, especially Indonesia. Social media has become a bridge for every user to carry out their activities in cyberspace. Even social media has been used by its users, ranging from companies, governments and others to market the business they run. This phenomenon finally gave rise to the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities in increasing Brand Equity. It can be seen from several companies such as Indonesian retail companies that utilize Social Media Marketing Activities to market their products to Generation Z and Millennials. This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing on Brand Equity mediated by Brand Love and Brand Trust in Indonesian retail companies among Generation Z and Millennials. This research was conducted using a sample of 300 respondent data obtained from distributing questionnaires online with the specification of the characteristics of having to follow one of the Indonesian retail company's social media. The results of the study show that Social Media Marketing Activities have no significant positive effect on Brand Equity. Likewise, Brand Love does not have a significant positive effect on Brand Equity. Meanwhile, Brand Trust has a significant positive effect on Brand Equity. This research can help Indonesian retail companies in what aspects need attention in increasing the proper utilization of Social Media Marketing Activities among Generation Z and Millennials."
