"This paper aims to analyze how work overload influences turnover intentions of newly hired junior
auditors in public accounting offices. Job satisfaction, work related stress and work life conflicts are
used as mediating variables between work overload and turnover intention. This study employed
141 auditors from several accounting firms operating in the Greater Jakarta region. The sample
was selected using purposive sampling. Three mediation hypotheses were tested using Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that work overload has a significant effect on increasing
turnover intention through both job satisfaction and work related stress. In comparison, work
overload does not influence turnover intention through work life balance. This may be due to the
nature of the respondents, in which a majority of the newly hired accountants employed in this
study are unmarried.
Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan
diri junior auditor pada kantor akuntan publik. Kepuasan kerja, stress kerja serta konflik hidup dan
kerja menjadi variable mediasi antara beban kerja berlebih dan niat mengundurkan diri. Penelitian
ini menggunakan 141 junior auditor dari beberapa kantor akuntan publik di Jabodetabek. Sampel
dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Tiga hipotesis mediasi diuji menggunakan
Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif
yang signifikan antara beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan diri yang dimediasi oleh
kepuasan kerja dan stress terkait kerja. Sebaliknya, konflik hidup dan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh
beban kerja berlebih terhadap niat mengundurkan diri. Hal ini mungkin dapat dijelaskan oleh
karakteristik sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mayoritas responden merupakan junior auditor
berstatus lajang."

"Penelitian ini menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat turnover karyawan di Danau Dariza Resort Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei cross-sectional. Data primer didapatkan dari kuesioner tersturktur dengan menggunakan skala Likert (Likert Scale), dimana masing-masing dibuat dengan menggunakan skala 1?7 kategori jawaban, yang masing-masing jawaban diberi score atau bobotnya yaitu antara 1 sampai 7. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan memiliki antusiasme keseluruhan yang baik terhadap pekerjaan dan perusahaan tempatnya bekerja; menganggap pekerjaan berdampak positif terhadap keluarga dan kehidupan sosial mereka; memiliki loyalitas kerja yang baik; memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan atasannya; karyawan mendapatkan rasa aman dan pendapatan yang baik dalam bekerja; merasa mendapatkan tunjangan tambahan yang cukup dan memadai; serta tidak berpikir untuk berganti pekerjaan di tempat lain atau beralih pekerjaan di industri lain. Dari uji korelasi didapatkan bahwa variabel unstimulating job yang memiliki korelasi sedang terhadap turnover dengan nilai korelasi 0,548. Uji regresi juga menunjukkan bahwa yang berpengaruh terhadap turnover adalah variabel unstimulating job dengan nilai sig 0,000 (< 0,05) dan impact of work on social and private life sebesar 0,013 (<0,05).

This study analyzes the factors that influence employee?s turnover intention rate in Danau Dariza Resort Hotel. This study uses a quantitative method using a cross-sectional survey. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires by using a Likert Scale, which each item created using the 1-7 scale response categories, each of which answers were given a score or weight between 1 and 7. Analysis of the data was conducted with multiple regression using SPSS 22. The results showed that employees have a good overall enthusiasm for the job and the company where they worked; considers the work a positive impact on their family and social life; have a good working loyalty; have a good relationship with their superiors; employees gain a sense of security and a good income in the works; feel getting additional allowances sufficient and adequate; and do not think to change jobs elsewhere or switch jobs in other industries. From correlation test showed that unstimulating job variables that has a moderate correlation to turnover with a 0.548 correlation value. Regression analysis also showed that unstimulating job variable which influence turnover with sig 0.000 (<0.05) and the impact of work on social and private life with sig 0.013 (<0.05).

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh stress kerja dan dukungan pemimpin yang dialami oleh perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSAB Harapan Kita yang mempengaruhi niat untuk mengundurkan diri bagi perawat. Lebih khususnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari beberapa variabel seperti komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat mengundurkan diri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatif dengan desain deskriptif, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat mengundurkan diri; stress kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, dukungan dari pimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan stressor berpengaruh positif terhadap stress kerja.

This thesis discusses The Effect of Perceived Job Stress and Leadership Support with Turnover Intention in Medical Inpatient Nursing at ?Harapan Kita? Mother and Children Hospital. More specifically, this study aims to look at the effect of several variables such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive design, data processing carried out by the method of SEM analysis. The results of this study are organizational commitment and job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention; job stress negatively affects job satisfaction, job stress had no effect on organizational commitment, leadership support has a positive effect on job satisfaction and stressors positive effect on job stress."

"Workplace personal web usage (WPWU) is an employee’s activity in using internet for non-related
task during working hours. It is considered a counterproductive behavior when done excessively
because it can interrupt employee’s productivity, but it can increase creativity and eliminate boredom
when used in a rational amount. The objective of this study was to prove whether perceived
organizational injustice had influence on WPWU which affected work productivity. A total of 222
respondents working in various industries were gathered through web-survey. By using multinomial
logistic regression analysis, this study found that high level use of internet for unrelated jobs
between 2 to 4 hours a day was influenced by respondents’ perception of not getting fair treatment
and incentive for being good performer, which then caused them to perform very low completion of
tasks. There were two contrasting views regarding this result; organizations considered it as deviant
behavior because it reduced employees’ performance whereas employees regarded it as just short
breaks to get rid of stress. Hence, this finding suggested that companies should redesign its internet
policies to accommodate “Work-Life Blend”; blending work and personal lives, as a consequence of
cultural shift in the era of globalization and new technologies."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana perusahaan startup meningkatkan perilaku inovatif bagi para pegawainya, dengan melihat pengaruh dari physical work environment dan work motivation. Selain itu juga melihat peranan mediasi dari work engagement. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari 253 responden. Model penelitian dengan empat hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara physical work environment dan work motivation terhadap innovative work behavior, baik langsung dan dengan mediasi dari work engagement. Terakhir peneliti memberikan implikasi dan saran untuk penelitian kedepannya.

ABSTRACT
This research emphasize on how a startup company increase innovative work behavior to its employees through physical work environment and work motivation. Moreover, mediation factors are also counted through work engagement management in the company. The data obtained came from 253 respondents. The research model with ten hypotheses was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study shows that there is a positive relationship between physical work environment and work motivation on innovative work behavior, both directly and through mediation of work engagement. Finally, researchers provide managerial implications and suggestions for future research."

Gaya pembuatan keputusan konsumen didefinisikan sebagai suatu
orientasi terpola, mental dan kognitif terhadap belanja dan pembelian, yang terusmenerus
mendominasi pilihan konsumen. Gaya belanja yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini menyesuaikan Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) yang awalnya
dikembangkan oleh Sproles dan Kendall (1986) dengan adaptasi dimensi gaya
belanja dalam penelitian Tai (2005) yaitu quality consciousness, brand
consciousness, fashion style entuism, personal style entuism, price & value
consciousness, environmental & health consciousness, time & convenience
consciouness, reliance on the mass media, shopping influences, dan brand &
store loyalty.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengukuran gaya
pembuatan keputusan dengan sepuluh alat ukur gaya pembuatan keputusan
konsumen dapat diterapkan pada konsumen muda suku Jawa dan Tionghoa-
Indonesia di Jakarta, dan mengetahui gaya berbelanja konsumen muda suku Jawa
dan Tionghoa-Indonesia serta perbedaannya yang diukur berdasarkan sepuluh alat
ukur gaya pembuatan keputusan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 180 responden
yang terdiri dari konsumen muda suku Jawa dan Tionghoa-Indonesia. Metode
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan
teknik judgement / purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan
adalah kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan software LISREL 8.7 untuk mengetahui
hubungan masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 30
hipotesis yang diajukan 25 diantaranya ditolak, diantaranya pada dimensi quality
consciousness, brand consciousness, fashion style entuism, personal style
entuism, price & value consciousness, environmental & health consciousness,
time & convenience consciouness, shopping influences, dan brand & store loyalty.
Selebihnya, tidak ada perbedaan dimensi gaya belanja lainnya antara konsumen
suku Jawa dan Tionghoa-Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
A consumer decision-making style is defined as a patterned, mental,
cognitive orientation towards shopping and purchasing, which constantly
dominates the consumer’s choices. Shopping styles that used in this research
adopted Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) that initially developed by Sproles and
Kendall (1986) with adaptation shopping styles in Tai’s research (2005) i.e.
quality consciousness, brand consciousness, fashion style entuism, personal style
entuism, price & value consciousness, environmental & health consciousness,
time & convenience consciouness, reliance on the mass media, shopping
influences, dan brand & store loyalty.
The objective of this research is to find out whether the measurement of
decision-making styles with ten decision-making styles measuring instrument can
be implemented to young Javanese and Chinese consumers in Jakarta, and to find
out the decision-making styles of young Javanese and Chinese consumers along
with the differences which measured by ten decision-making styles measuring
instrument. The samples comprise of 180 respondents, consist of young Javanese
and Chinese-Indonesia consumers. The samples collected using nonprobability
sampling with judgement/ purposive sampling as its technique. This reasearch
used questionnaire as reaserch instrument and analize by using LISREL 8.7 to
determine the relationship of each variable. The result of this research showed
from 30 hypothesis submitted, 25 of them were rejected, including quality
consciousness, brand consciousness, fashion style entuism, personal style
entuism, price & value consciousness, environmental & health consciousness,
time & convenience consciouness, shopping influences, dan brand & store
loyalty. While there is no differences in other decision-making styles."
