""Just as you can lead a horse to water, but it won't necessarily drink, so you can give an employee training, but he may not actually learn...unless, of course, the trainer uses this insightful new book. Turning Training into Learning provides a specific, tested method for making sure training equals real learning. Written for anyone who must train others, this step-by-step guide shows exactly how to create a program that engages trainees and ensures that they remember and use what they've learned when they get back to work. Readers learn how to: * Analyze exactly what a particular trainee needs * Establish a safe environment where questions are welcomed * Demonstrate to learners why the training is relevant to them * Understand the process by which adults learn * Place real learning within the context of the traditional training cycle: assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.""

"In the bedroom, it's clothes. In the laundry room, it's cleaning supplies. And in the basement, it's old cartons filled with who knows what! Virtually everyone has trouble getting organized, and whether it's a matter of devising a system for all the dishes in the kitchen, or all the papers in the study, the task can often seem overwhelming. This sanity-saving book provides simple solutions for getting things under control immediately and permanently, and proves that getting organized doesn't have to be hard...if you have a plan of attack."

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of anti-corruption disclosures on firm value and investigates the role of female as Presiden Directors (CEOs) and Financial Directors (CFOs) as a moderating variable in strengthening that influence. The sample used in this study was 302 companies in the five selected sectors (mining, building construction, transportation, communication and manufacturing) which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and published annual reports for the period 2016-2017. This research is a quantitative empirical research using the panel regression. The results of the study show that the presence of women as Presiden Directors (CEOs) has a positive effect on anti-corruption disclosures, while the presence of women as Financial Directors (CFOs) does not affect the corporate anti-corruption disclosure. The results also show that anti-corruption disclosure has a negative effect on firm value. Female CEOs and CFOs are found to be unable to strengthen the positive effect of anti-corruption disclosures on firm value."
