"Mobile manipulator merupakan sebuah sistem robot yang terdiri dari dua buah robot yaitu mobile robot dan serial manipulator. Dengan 6 derajat kebebasan, serial manipulator dalam sistem robot ini berfungsi untuk melakukan suatu manipulasi terhadap objek yang telah ditentukan. Pada end-effector dari serial manipulator, diletakkan kamera stereo yang berfungsi sebagai input visual dan persepsi jarak. Peletakkan kamera pada end-effector memungkinkan untuk menggerakan ruang pandang dari sistem. Mobile robot pada sistem ini dipergunakan sebagai base dari serial manipulator. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya ruang kerja dari serial manipulator karena base yang dapat berpindah-pindah. Mobile robot ini mempergunakan roda mechanum, yang memungkinkan kendali holonomic pada mobile robot. Tesis ini membuat sistem kendali yang memungkinkan kerjasama antara setiap komponen dari mobile manipulator sehingga dapat melakukan deteksi objek, persepsi jarak, pendekatan terhadap objek dan manipulasi terhadap objek. Pemodelan matematis dan sistem kendali masing-masing komponen dijabarkan dalam tesis ini. Pengujian eksperimental dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keandalan sistem kendali.

Mobile manipulator is a robotic system consist of two robots which is mobile robot and serial manipulator. With 6 degress of freedom, serial manipulator on this robotic system function to manipulate determined object. On the end-effector of serial manipulator, placed a stereo camera that used as visual input and depth perception. Placement of camera on the end-effector allow to move the point of view of the system. Mobile robot in this system act as base for serial manipulator. This configuration increase the workspace of serial manipulator because  the ability of mobile robot to move from one position to another. Mobile robot use mechanum wheel that possible to perform holonomic control. This thesis develop a control system that cooperate every component of mobile manipulator with the result that system able to detect object, perceive depth, approaching object and manipulation toward object. Mathematical model and control system of each component descibed on this paper. Experimental testing performed in order to test reliability of control system. "

"Stroke is a leading cause of death in Indonesia. A stroke can paralyze multiple parts of an individual’s body, including the hand. While therapy for stroke rehabilitation should be done repetitively over a long period of time, some stroke patients do not have adequate access to conduct therapy in a rehabilitation centre. Therefore, this research focuses on the design of a mobile game application as an alternative therapy to support hand rehabilitation for stroke patients. Our research applied the interaction design lifecycle model, which consists of the process of identifying the needs, designing the concept based on user needs, building a prototype based on the design concept, and evaluating the prototype with stroke patients, as the potential users, and a doctor who is an expert in stroke rehabilitation. The evaluation results show that stroke patients can interact well with the designed mobile game application, and they felt that the game was a good exercise tool for them to use as part of their stroke therapy."

"Telapak tangan adalah biometrika yang masih relatif baru. Segmentasiregion of interest (ROI) dan ekstraksi fitur telapak tangan merupakan dua isu penting dalam sistem pengenalan telapak tangan. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan metode segmentasi ROI dengan titik pusat momen 2 tahap dan menerapkan metode Gabor 2D untuk menghasilkan kodetelapak tangan (palm code) sebagai fitur telapak tangan. Untuk mengukur tingkat kemiripan dua kode telapak tangan maka digunakan metode jarak Hamming ternormalisasi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan 1000 sampel telapak tangan milik 200 orang berbeda dengan 3 sampel sebagai acuan dan 2 sampel sebagai uji. Pengujian juga dilakukan dengan 2 ukuran ROI, yaitu 64 x 64 dan 128 x 128 pixel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa unjuk kerja terbaik diperoleh ROI 64 x 64pixel mencapai 98,7% atau (FRR = 1,17%, FAR = 0,11%, T = 0,376).

AbstractPalmprint is relatively new in physiological biometrics. Palmprint ROI segmentation and feature extraction are two important issues in palm print recognition. This paper introduces two steps in the center of mass moment method for ROI segmentation that will be applied in the Gabor 2D filter to obtain palm code as palmprint feature vector. Normalized Hamming distance was used to measure the similarity degrees of two feature vectors of palmprint. The system was tested using database 1000 palmprint images generated from 5 samples from each of the 200 persons randomly selected with ROI 64 x 64 and 128 x 128 pixel. Experiment results show that this system can achieve highperformance with a success rate about 98.7% (FRR = 1.17%, FAR = 0.11%, T = 0.376) with ROI 64 x 64 pixel."

British Invasion adalah istilah yang dibuat oleh media massa untuk menggambarkan dominasi Inggris di Amerika Serikat pada era 1960-an, khususnya dalam bidang musik. Dominasi itu sendiri akhirnya tidak hanya di bidang musik saja, tapi juga dalam bidang film dan fashion. Skripsi ini menggambarkan bagaimana dominasi para pemusik dari Inggris dalam bidang musik di Amerika Serikat, dan pengaruh mereka terhadap musik dan masyarakat di Amerika Serikat.

"Tulisan ini menganalisis bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi pihak ketiga yang membeli ponsel Galaxy bekas dengan beritikad baik, serta upaya penyelesaian yang dapat ditempuh oleh pembeli yang dirugikan. Disusun dengan metode penelitian doktrinal yang dilengkapi dengan wawancara kepada narasumber serta informan untuk pendalaman data sekunder. Pada era digital saat ini, ponsel menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada transaksi jual-beli ponsel bekas. Namun, terdapat risiko cacat tersembunyi yang sering tidak diketahui oleh pembeli. Tulisan ini menyoroti kasus pembeli ponsel Galaxy bekas yang dirugikan membeli ponsel Samsung Galaxy bekas yang kemudian terkunci oleh aplikasi Samsung Finance+. Penyebabnya karena ponsel masih dalam status menunggak cicilan oleh pemilik sebelumnya. Pemilik sebelumnya membeli ponsel Galaxy dengan cicilan melalui program Samsung Finance+. Syarat dan ketentuan program ini menyatakan bahwa ponsel Galaxy akan dikunci jika debitur menunggak cicilan kepada kreditur. Selain itu, selama masa cicilan, hak milik ponsel tersebut dilarang untuk dialihkan kepada pihak lain. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, debitur selaku penjual ponsel Galaxy memiliki kewajiban untuk menanggung penguasaan ponsel secara aman, tenteram, dan terhadap cacat-cacat tersembunyi. Kewajiban penjual merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli dalam jual-beli. Adapun pihak ketiga yang membeli dapat mengajukan gugatan untuk pembatalan pembelian atau pembatalan perjanjian.

This writing analyzes the legal protection for third parties who purchase used Galaxy phones in good faith and the resolution efforts that can be pursued by disadvantaged buyers. It is composed using doctrinal research methods, complemented by interviews with sources and informants for secondary data deepening. In the current digital era, phones have become a primary need for society, leading to an increase in second-hand phone transactions. However, there is a risk of hidden defects often unknown to the buyer. This paper highlights the case of buyers of used Galaxy phones who were disadvantaged when purchasing a Samsung Galaxy phone that was later locked by the Samsung Finance+ application. This occurred because the phone was still under installment status by the previous owner. The previous owner purchased the Galaxy phone on installment through the Samsung Finance+ program. The terms and conditions of this program state that the Galaxy phone will be locked if the debtor defaults on the installments to the creditor. Additionally, during the installment period, the ownership of the phone is prohibited from being transferred to another party. According to this research, the debtor, as the seller of the Galaxy phone, has the obligation to ensure the secure and peaceful possession of the phone and against hidden defects. The seller's obligation is a form of legal protection for the buyer in the sale and purchase. Third parties who purchase can file a lawsuit for cancellation of the purchase or annulment of the agreement."
