Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the formation of several policies by the government to prevent the spread of the disease. The policy made is in the form of PSBB (large-scale social restrictions). This PSBB causes all non-urgent activities to be carried out from home, including school. This causes a change in the habits of elementary school-age children. Changes in these habits are in the form of increased use of the internet and also changes in sleep patterns. Parents who have elementary school-aged children complain that their children experience a decrease in sleep quality. Decreased sleep quality can be an indication of having a sleep disorder that is sometimes not realized by the child and his parents. Sleep disturbances can have an impact on emotions, growth, and cognitive processes. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between sociodemographic aspects to sleep disorders in children before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Method: This study used secondary data from the SEANUTS II project taken from children aged 6-12 years in 22 districts/cities in Indonesia. The type of study used is before and after studies with the tests used are the Chi-square test, normality test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mc-Nemar test)
Result: The prevalence of sleep disorders before the pandemic period was 41.82%, while the prevalence of sleep disorders during the pandemic was 41.82%. the pandemic has decreased compared to before the pandemic to 40.19%. However, the relationship between sleep disturbances and the Covid-19 pandemic was not significant (p>0.05). There was an increase in the prevalence of sleep disorders in the domain of sleep-wake transition disorders and orders of excessive somnolence during the pandemic period compared to before the pandemic. There was no significant relationship between sex and age with sleep disturbances before and during the pandemic (p > 0.05). However, the area of residence in the pre-pandemic period had a significant relationship with sleep disturbances (p < 0.05), while the area of residence during the pandemic period did not have a significant relationship with sleep disturbances.
Conclusion: There was a decrease in the prevalence of sleep disorders during the pandemic compared to before the pandemic. No significant relationship was found between age and sex with sleep disturbances both before and during the pandemic, while the area of residence had a significant relationship with sleep disturbances only in the pre-pandemic period

Phonological impairment analysis and its effects on word decoding in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD; e.g., Santoso, et al., 2017, Ningsih, 2015) is still rarely found in Indonesian linguistic research. This paper aims to discuss some phonological impairments in ASD children and their decoding skills, especially for words with bilabial consonants. Another purpose of this study is to discover the most effective method or strategy that can be used in teaching ASD children to read a text. Additionally, the result of this paper could also become a pilot study for knowing how ASD children would pronounce bilabial consonants in English considering that bilabial consonant phonemes in Indonesian and English are quite similar. The method used in this study is the qualitative method with three ASD children aged between 14 and 18 years old with different intelligence conditions. The study revealed that the ASD participants could not pronounce all the bilabial consonant phonemes [p], [b], [m], and [w] accurately in the repetition task, and each had her or his impediment while voicing them out. Atypical decoding processes were classified in three conditions; reading the whole text with a normal-size font independently, reading bilabial words with a normal-size font independently, and reading bilabial words with a big-size font independently. Based on the extent of the success in pronunciation across the three decoding conditions, an alternative method was proposed in assisting ASD reading to read out words; using big-size words. In conclusion, this paper acknowledges difficulty of ASD children in sounding the bilabial consonant phonemes, a phonological process that happens to them while voicing out the words, and a new method that can be used in teaching them reading."

"Children are a nation's greatest inheritance shaping the country's future. In Indonesia, it is estimated that almost 40% of the population or around 85 million are children who are in their developing years. One of a parents' roles is to observe that their children's dental structure is growing suitably for their age. Most parents have a concern that their children have (or will have) a malocclusion or malposition caused by combined features of disharmony in their teeth. Such a disharmony will affect the overall facial structure development process, e.g. in the jaw, facial bones and soft tissues such as lips, cheeks and even the tongue. Should such condition occur on a child, it may have a negative psychological affect on a growing child, such as causing low self-esteem. A child's dental development needs parents' special attention as it concerns their overall dental health. On the other hand, many parents do not have proper knowledge of the normal dental growth/development. In case of abnormal development the parents should at least know whether or not their child needs orthodontic care. With the Orthodontic Treatment Needs Indicator (OCNI) the parents can easily determine at an early stage whether or not the child needs to have an orthodontic treatment. The OCNI involves a set of question to parents and child regarding the child's dental development, and has a simple a self-assessment-based scoring with the help of a dentist as consultant. An OCNI score intends to achieve a better orthodontic treatment process for the potential patient, to improve the quality of the child's dental health and to achieve healthy and productive teeth."

background seperti respon cepat ?bangkit?
anak autis. Budaya patriarki masih terlihat di mana bapak berkorban finansial
sedangkan ibu berkorban tenaga. Menariknya, walaupun ibu mengeluarkan tenaga

ABSTRACT
Number of children with autism in Indonesia continues to increase with the trend
in 2010. 1:300 and 2015 in every 250 births there was one autistic child born.
Children with autism are still regarded as a third party once the stressor for
families. The stability of autistic family are difficult to be achieved because there
is an uncertainty such as when these conditions will end and there is no guarantee
when the autistic child will become independent. These conditions cause tension
in spouse or parenting relationships or in the triangular relationship. Thus, this
study aims to expose the pattern of interpersonal relationships dialectic in families
with an autistic child and see how they negotiate the contradiction in achieving a
conducive atmosphere (harmony) in the family system. Relational Dialectics
Theory is used to explain the contradictions and their dialectics. Interpretative
Phenomenologycal Analysis is used to see a pattern of relational dialectic in
autism families from the non-autistic family members? narrative about their
experience.
The results showed there was imbalance relationships pattern in closed family
system with autistic child but it did not mean that it was centrifugal because it
depends on autistic child background, personal background, family background
and beliefs background such as rapid response to resilience, accept willingly, be
grateful, be resigned when efforts have the maximum, do not blame yourself or
your partner, all the responses are more directed to harmony (centripetal) among
individuals in families with an autistic child. Patriarchal culture is still visible
where the father is more sacrifice financially while the mother sacrifices
physically. Interestingly, although mothers expend so much time and energy to
her autistic child, but when the father paid little attention to the mother by taking
the road/dining together, watch the movie or just saying the words "do not have to
get up too early to cook" because father knows how exhausted mother is, it has
been able to "shed" a heavy burden and to "pacify" the mother feeling taking care
of children with autism all day."
