"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek dan melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, dan memahami permasalah yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi untuk menghadapinya. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama satu bulan yang terdiri atas manajemen apotek dan pelayanan kefarmasian pada pasien meliputi swamedikasi, pelayanan resep dokter, dan tes kesehatam. Pada pelaksanaan praktek kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa analisis rancangan klinik pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan yang terdiri atas 3 orang dokter umum dan 1 orang dokter gigi dengan waktu pelayanan kurang dari 24 jam.

ABSTRACTThe aims of internship at Apotek Atrika was to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacys managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices, to have knowledge and experience about clinical pharmaceutical practices, and to understand about the challenges and their solutions in clinical pharmaceutical practices. The internship was held in one month which is divided into two sub majors: pharmacys managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices such as swamedikasi, prescription, and healthcare. The specific assignment was about design analysis of clinic-BPJS collaboration. The clinic were designed with 3 doctors, 1 dentist, and less than 24 hours working time."

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan selama satu bulan. Calon apoteker juga mendapatkan tugas khusus dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh rancangan Klinik Pratama kerjasama dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang dapat diimplementasikan.

"Pharmacy is one of the health care facilities that support the health care effort. Pharmacy is a health care facility, where the pharmacist profession has devoted oath of occupation can do their responsibility, the place where practice of pharmacy and distribution of pharmaceuticals to the public. The existence of community pharmacies in the environment intended to ensure sufficient availability of pharmaceutical preparations for the community. To achieve this goal, the pharmacist needs to know how to do a proper management of pharmaceutical preparations so that the pharmaceutical preparation is always available at pharmacies and ready to be distributed to people in need. Pharmacist Internship Program ( PKPA ) conducted on June 3rd to February 29th 2016 in the Kimia Farma Num. 352 Pharmacy for prospective pharmacists have the knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy that is in terms of the implementation of pharmacy services and pharmacy management. Through the PKPA, prospective pharmacists is expected to increase the insight, knowledge and skills in managing patient care and pharmaceutical preparations in pharmacy."

"Apotek Hidup Baru adalah bagian dari sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang memegang peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kefarmasian. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang kefarmasian dan kesehatan telah terjadi pergeseran paradigma dari pelayanan kefarmasian yang berorientasi kepada pengelolaan obat sebagai komoditi (drug oriented) menjadi pelayanan kefarmasian yang berorientasi ke pasien (patient oriented) dengan mengacu pada pelayanan kefarmasian (pharmaceutical care). Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian mencakup pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi di apotek meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan sedangkan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik terdiri dari kegiatan pengkajian resep, dispensing, Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah (Home Pharmacy Care), Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO), dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO). Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian yang langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Apotek Hidup Baru is one of the health care facilities which plays an important role in terms of pharmacy services. Along with the development of science and technology in the field of pharmacy which has been a shift in the paradigm of pharmaceutical services oriented from management of the drug as a commodity (drug oriented) into pharmaceutical services oriented to the patient (patient-oriented). Based on the Ministry of Health Regulations No. 35 of 2014 on Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Apothecary, pharmacy service activities include the management of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical care clinic.

Activities of pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy management includes planning, procurement, receipt, storage, destruction, control, recording and reporting while the activities of pharmaceutical care clinics consisting of assessment activity prescription, dispensing, Drug Information Service (PIO), counseling, Home Pharmacy Care, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (PTO), and Monitoring Drugs Side Effects (MESO). Pharmacists is the main actors in pharmacy services who have the authority to provide direct services and responsible to the patients with regard to pharmaceutical preparations, in accordance with the competencies acquired education to improve the quality of life of patients."
