"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kelenturan psikologis dan
hardiness pada karyawan swasta di Jakarta sebagai respon dari fenomena tekanan
yang dialami karyawan swasta dari kondisi kerja yang dinamis dan rentan pada
kondisi ketidakpastian pada jenjang karier dan keberlangsungan pekerjaan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 178 karyawan swasta di Jakarta menggunakan
kuesioner sebagai metode pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kelenturan psikologis (M= 4,933,
SD= 0,447) dan hardiness (M= 3,086, SD = 0,259) pada karyawan swasta di
Jakarta, (r= 0,509; p<0,01, two tails). Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah
Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire (PFQ) dengan koefisien reliabilitas
sebesar 0.862, dan Dispositional Resiliency Scale 15-Revised (DRS 15-R) dengan
koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0.618.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the relationship between psychological flexibility
and hardiness among private sector employees in Jakarta in response to the
pressure experienced the phenomenon of private employees of a dynamic working
conditions and vulnerable to uncertainties on the career advancement and
employment continuity. This study was conducted on 178 private sector
employees in Jakarta using a questionnaire as data collection methods. The results
showed that there is a positive significant relationship between psychological
flexibility (M = 4,933, SD = 0,447) and hardiness (M = 3,086, SD = 0,259) among
private sector employees in Jakarta, (r = 0,509; p <0.01, two tails). The
instruments in this study are Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire (PFQ) with
reliability coefficient of 0,862, and Dispositional Resiliency Scale 15-Revised

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari harmonious passion dan obsessive passion terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Teori basic psychological needs satisfaction digunakan sebagai penjelas dinamika teori hubungan antar variabel. Individu dengan obsessive passion akan cenderung memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah, sebaliknya individu dengan harmonious passion akan memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi. Responden penelitian sebanyak 216 berasal dari beragam latar belakang bidang profesi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa obsessive work passion berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan harmonious work passion berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis.

This study aims to investigate the effect of harmonious passion and obsessive passion on employee rsquo s psychological well being. Drawing from basic psychological needs satisfaction theory, harmonious passion would be positively related to psychological well being and obsessive passion would be negatively related to psychological well being. Respondens n 216 came from various vocational background. The results showed that obsessive passion negatively affected psychological well being and harmonious passion positively affected psychological well being. Furthermore, harmonious passion contributed unique variance on psychological well being over and above obsessive passion."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara distres psikologis dan hardiness pada mahasiswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa yang berjumlah 1962 orang dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 HSCL-25 untuk mengukur distres pikologis dan Dispositional Resilience Scale 15-Revised DRS 15-R untuk mengukur hardiness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara distres psikologis dan hardiness r=-0,252, n=1962.

WWBI (Workplace Well-Being Index) yang sudah di adaptasi di dalam penelitian Sawitri, sementara motivasi kerja menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Novari dalam penelitiannya, yang kemudian keduanya penulis modifikasi dan uji validitas dan reliabilitas ulang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesejahteraan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada pekerja outsource PT Y yang bekerja di PT X dan memiliki keeratan hubungan yang lemah dan positif, sehingga peningkatan kesejahteraan lingkungan kerja dari para pekerja dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dari para
pekerja tersebut, begitu juga sebaliknya.

The problem of labor in Indonesia is inseparable from the large number of job seekers compared to the number of job vacancies available, therefore outsourcing or outsourcing is one alternative solution to problems that can be used to reduce the number of unemployed people in Indonesia, but this outsourcing activity is not regardless of problems such as exploitation, which causing the workers to feel uncomfortable and unhappy at their workplaces, this greatly affects the welfare of these workers, especially their workplace well-being. to change these problems by looking at the relationship between the workplace well-being and work motivation in the hope that the companies will strive to improve the workplace well-being of their outsourced workers with a reward theincrease of work motivation of workers along with the increasing of the workplace well-being. The workplace well-being is measured by WWBI (Workplace Well-Being Index) which has been adapted in Sawitris research,
while work motivation uses a measurement tool developed by Novari in her research, which later both researchers modified and tested validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the workplace well-being and work motivation has a significant relationship in PT Y outsource workers who work at PT X and have a weak and positive relationship, so that an increase in the
workplace well-being of workers can increase work motivation of workers and vice versa."

"Magang Merdeka merupakan salah satu program Kampus Merdeka untuk mengasah kemampuan praktis mahasiswa yang masih aktif berkuliah. Peneliti ingin melihat hubungan antara setiap dimensi work-life balance dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada 107 mahasiswa aktif S1 yang mengikuti program Magang Merdeka. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan alat ukur The PERMA-profiler untuk mengukur kesejahteraan subjektif dan Work/Non-work Interference and Enhancement Scale untuk mengukur work-life balance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi work enhancement of personal life memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar (r = 0,02; p < 0,01; two tailed). Tidak ada hubungan antara dimensi work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, dan personal life enhancement of work dengan kesejahteraan subjektif. Oleh karena itu, pemangku kebijakan perlu mengatur agar mahasiswa aktif S1 tidak terbebani dan membekali mereka dengan dukungan yang memadai untuk bisa mengatasi beban kerja dan beban akademik secara bersamaan.

Magang Merdeka is a program aimed at honing students' practical skills, but it has the potential to cause role conflicts among students. This study aims to examine the relationship between the dimensions of work-life balance and subjective well-being in students participating in the Magang Merdeka program. The total number of participants was 107, consisting of active students aged 19 to 23 years old, who have participated or are currently participating in the Magang Merdeka program. This study found a relationship between work enhancement of personal life and subjective well-being (r = 0.02; p < 0.01; two-tailed). Additionally, this study found that there was no relationship between other dimensions of work-life balance and subjective well-being in the context of students in the Magang Merdeka program."

"Kanker payudara dapat menimbulkan berbagai gejala pada pasien akibat proses penyakit dan manajemen yang dijalani. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak terhadap pasien, termasuk pada aspek psikologis dan kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker payudara. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 77 responden di RSUP Fatmawati melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah ENRICHD Social Support Instrument (ESSI), Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB), serta European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire: Core Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan pada pendapatan keluarga (p<0,05), dukungan sosial (p<0,05), dan kesejahteraan psikologis (p<0,05) terhadap kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kualitas hidup agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara.

Breast cancer can cause various symptoms in patients due to the disease process and management that is undertaken. This can have various impacts on patients, including on psychological aspects and quality of life. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and quality of life in breast cancer patients. The research design uses cross-sectional involving a sample of 77 respondents at RSUP Fatmawati through purposive sampling. The instruments used were ENRICHD Social Support Instrument (ESSI), Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB), and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire: Core Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30). The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between family income (p<0.05), social support (p<0.05), and psychological well-being (p<0.05) on the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Future research is expected to consider other factors related to quality of life in order to improve breast cancer patients’ quality of life."

"Job Performance karyawan menjadi salah satu hal krusial yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhinya adalah work-life balance. Banyak peneliti telah menerangkan bahwa work-life balance karyawan merangsang psychological wellbeing yang memengaruhi job performance. Job performance sendiri merupakan output dari work effort. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain konklusif dan deskriptif dengan pengambilan data single-cross sectional dan self-ratings survei. Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa psychological wellbeing tidak memediasi pengaruh Work-life balance terhadap work effort. Namun tetap menemukan bahwa work-life balance mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing dan work effort. Hal ini membuktikan pentingnya work-life balance bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction memoderasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap psychological wellbeing dan langsung mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung work-life balance karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan work effort dan psychological wellbeing karyawan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction karyawan juga harus mendapat perhatian serius oleh perusahaan sehingga psychological wellbeing karyawan juga meningkat.

Employee Job Performance is one of the crucial things that affect company performance so companies need to pay attention to the performance of their employees. One of the things that influence it is the work-life balance. Many researchers have explained that employee work-life balance stimulates psychological well-being which affects job performance. Job performance itself is the output of work effort. This study uses a conclusive and descriptive design with single-cross sectional data collection and survey self-ratings. Structural Equation Modeling is used to analyze the data. This study found that psychological well-being did not mediate the effect of work-life balance on work effort. However, they still find that work-life balance affects psychological well-being and work effort. This proves the importance of work-life balance for employees and the company. On the other hand, job satisfaction moderates the effect of work-life balance on psychological well-being and directly affects psychological well-being. Based on these results, companies need to create an environment that supports work-life balance of employees in order to increase work effort and psychological well-being of employees. On the other hand, employee job satisfaction must also receive serious attention from the company so that the psychological well-being of employees also increases."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari efek mediasi work passion yaitu harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion pada hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa self-control berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap psychological well-being, namun terdapat inkonsistensi pada temuan mengenai pengaruh self-control terhadap psychological well-being. Penelitian ini mengajukan hipotesis bahwa harmonious work passion dan obsessive work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being. Data diperoleh dari 202 karyawan non-pemerintah yang berasal dari berbagai industri dan berbagai kota di Indonesia, sedangkan efek mediasi dianalisis menggunakan Process Macro dari Hayes.
Dengan menggunakan Self Determination Theory untuk menjelaskan efek mediasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonious work passion memediasi hubungan antara self-control dan psychological well-being secara parsial, sedangkan efek mediasi tidak ditemukan pada obsessive work passion. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan membekali karyawan agar mampu menampilkan self-control sehingga karyawan dapat fokus pada pekerjaan dan tujuan utamanya dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian karyawan dapat merasakan work passion yang bersifat harmonious yang mengarah pada terciptanya psychological well-being.

This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of work passion i.e. harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion on the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Previous studies showed that self control significantly contributed to psychological well being, however the findings about the impact of self control on psychological well being were inconsistent. This study hypothesized that harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Data were obtained from the sample of 202 non government sector employees, from various industries and various cities in Indonesia. The mediation effect was analyzed using Hayes' Process Macro.
Using the Self Determination Theory to explain the mediation effect, result showed that harmonious work passion partially mediated the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Whereas obsessive work passion did not mediate the relationship between self control and psychological well being. Implications of this study could be followed up by facilitating employees to be able to perform self control at work, so that employees could focus on their works and main goals in work. Therefore, employees could experience harmonious work passion which leads to psychological well being.

"ABSTRAK
Tingkat pergantian pegawai yang tinggi pada sebuah perusahaan bisa menyebabkan dampak negatif pada perusahaan tersebut seperti menurunnya tingkat produktivitas. Perusahaan akan mencoba untuk meminimalisir tingkat pergantian pegawai sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelediki dampak dari Psychological Capital terhadap turnover intention pegawai. Melalui metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Untuk memberikan hasil yang representatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified sampling dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan tambahan makro Process V 3.3 oleh Hayes. Hasil dari 257 sampel penelitian ini adalah PsyCap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel mediasi yaitu Job satisfaction, Work engagementdan psychological well-being. Selain itu, Terdapat efek mediasi dari PsyCap terhadap turnover intention melalui Job satisfaction, Work engagementdan psychological well-being.

ABSTRACT
A high level of employee turnover in the company might cause negativity in this company such as decreasing productivity and might take a toll on financial budget. Companies will strive to minimize the level of voluntary employee turnover where possible. PsyCap was explored in many researches related to turnover intention and was positively proven. This study aims to investigate the effects of Psychological Capital (PsyCap on employee turnover intention through three mediating variables. Quantitative methods were used, and this study extracted 257 samples from State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in telecommunications in Indonesia. In order to better represent the company as a whole, stratified sampling was used. SPSS software was used to process the data with Process V 3.0 macro as an addition. The results of this study revealed positive & significant relationship of PsyCap towards mediating variables and significant & negative relationship between mediating variables and turnover intention. In addition, there is evidence of mediating effects of PsyCap towards turnover intention through Job satisfaction, Work engagementand psychological well-being."

"Individu dalam usia dewasa muda akan memasuki dunia pekerjaan dan menghadapi berbagaitekanan psikologis. Tekanan tersebut mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat kecemasan dan stress pada pekerja. Pekerja membutuhkan kreativitas untuk menurunkan tingkat stress sehingga psychological well-being dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi kreativitas diri dalam pekerjaan dengan psychological well being pada dewasa muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 173 partisipan. Kreativitas dalam pekerjaan diukur menggunakan self-perception of creativity(Reiter-Palmon, Robinson-Morral, Kaufman, & Santo, 2012), sedangkan Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989) digunakan untuk mengukur psychological well-being.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kreativitas dalam pekerjaan dan psychological well-being (rs= 0,388; p= 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memperhatikan data kontrol seperti usia partisipan pada jenis kreativitas tertentu serta menggunakan pengukuran kreativitas yang lebih objektif.

A person in early adulthood is filled with many changes and developments. In Indonesia, early adults are concerned with career selection and career longevity. They will facing various psychological strains especially at work. That strains resulted in high levels of anxiety and stress on workers in Indonesia. Workers need creativity to reduce the level of stress caused by continuously psychological strains, so that psychological well-being can be achieved. This study aim to find correlation between self-perceptions of creativity at work and psychological well-being in early adulthood. 173 people participated in this study. Self-percetion of creativity at work was measured using Self-perception of creativity (Reiter-Palmon, Robinson-Morral, Kaufman, & Santo, 2012), and Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989) used for measuring psychological well-being.
Result of this study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between self-pereption of creativity at work and psychological well-being(rs= 0,388; p= 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). Further research should consider the control data such as the age of the participants in a particular kind of creativity and using more objective instrument for measuring creativity.
