"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sense of power warga dengan perceived civility petugas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan modifikasi alat ukur Generalized Sense of Power yang dikembangkan Anderson dan Galinsky (2005) untuk mengukur sense of power dan modifikasi alat ukur Employee Perceptions of Managerial Incivility dari Crocker (2005) untuk mengukur perceived civility petugas pelayanan publik di Jabodetabek. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 111 warga Jabodetabek yang terdiri dari 35 laki-laki dan 77 perempuan, dan memiliki rentang usia 17-55 tahun yang pernah berurusan dengan layanan pemerintah di Jabodetabek dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif (r = .65, p < .01) antara sense of power warga dengan perceived civility petugas di Jabodetabek. Temuan terhadap sense of power warga dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi perceived civility, dan dengan itu memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai.

The aim of this study is to find relationship between citizens? sense of power and their perceived civility towards public service officers in Jabodetabek. This research is a quantitative research that uses a modified version of the Generalized Sense of Power scale by Anderson and Galinsky (2007) to measure sense of power and a modified version of Employee Perceptions of Managerial Incivility by Crocker (2005) to measure public service officers? perceived civility in Jabodetabek. 111 citizens participated in this research, consisting of 35 males and 77 females. The age range between 17-55 years old, they all have attended to public service matters in Jabodetabek in the last 6 months. Research outcomes show a significant and positive relationship (r = .65, p < 0.01) between citizens? sense of power and the perceived civility of public service officers in Jabodetabek."

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan antara antara empati dengan civility dalam bentuk perilaku sopan pada remaja Jabodetabek. Empati adalah usaha untuk memahami dan berbagi perasaan atau keadaan emosional orang lain ke dirinya sendiri. Lalu civility itu sendiri adalah perilaku sopan yang dapat menjaga keharmonisan pada lingkup sosial atau perilaku yang mencerminkan rasa respect untuk tiap individu. Untuk mengukur empati digunakan Basic Empathy Scale dan untuk mengukur civility digunakan Politeness Scale. Kedua alat ukur ini sudah diadaptasi terlebih dahulu ke bahasa Indonesia. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah remaja berusia 11-24 tahun dan berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 116 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara empati dengan civility dalam bentuk perilaku sopan pada remaja ( r = 0,314, p < 0,01).

This research would like to know the relationship between empathy and civility in adolescence who lives in Jabodetabek Area. The civility in this research is operationalized as polite behavior. Empathy is the ability to understand and share another?s emotional state or context (Cohen & Strayer, 1996). Civility, defined as polite behaviors that maintain social harmony or demonstrate respect for the humanity of an individual, is important in maintaining a society (Wilkins et. Al, 2010). Empathy is measured using the Basic Empathy Scale, whereas civility is measured using the politeness scale. Both measuring tools have been adapted to Bahasa Indonesia. The participant in this research are adolescence age 11-24 and is currently living in the Jabodetabek area. The number of participants gathered were 116 people. The findings in this research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between empathy and civility in adolescence (r = 0,314, p < 0,01)."

"Banyaknya peristiwa yang terjadi menyangkut Gojek membuat para pengemudi Gojek menjadi dekat satu sama lain dan memiliki sense of community. Pro-kontra yang terjadi mengenai keberadaan Gojek mungkin mengganggu social well being para pengemudi Gojek. Dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, dapat diketahui terdapat hubungan antara sense of community dan social well being.
Penelitian ini pun ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara sense of community dan social well being pada pengemudi Gojek di Jabodetabek. Data diambil dari 61 partisipan. Peneliti menggunakan Sense of Community Index - 2 untuk mengukur sense of community dan Social Well Being Scale untuk mengukur social well being.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sense of community dan social well being pada pengemudi Gojek di Jabodetabek. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa dimensi integration and fulfillment of needs dan shared emotional connection pada sense of community paling baik dalam memprediksi social well being pada pengemudi Gojek di Jabodetabek.

Many events that happened involving Gojek has brought the Gojek drivers to be closer to each other and to have a senes of community. However, the pros and cons that occured regarding the existence of Gojek might also disturb their social well being. From previous studies, it is found that there is a relationship between the sense of community and social well being.
This study aims to find out whether there is a significant relationship between the sense of community and social well being of Gojek drivers in Jabodetabek or not. The data was taken from 61 participants. The writer used the Sense of Community Index - 2 to measure the sense of community and also Social Well Being Scale to measure social well being.
The results of this study showed that there is a positively significant relationship between the sense of community and social well being of the Gojek drivers in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, it was found that the dimensions of integration and fulfillment of needs and shared emotional connection in the sense of community work best in predicting the social well being of the Gojek drivers in Jabodetabek.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self-control baik secara umum maupun per dimensi dengan respect dalam tingkah laku civil pada remaja. Self-control diukur dengan Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS) yang dibuat oleh Tangney, Baumeister, dan Boone (2004), sedangkan respect diukur dengan alat ukur respek pada remaja Jakarta yang dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan konsep respect dari Hendrick & Hendrick (2006) dan Leary (2005). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 96 partisipan remaja dalam rentang usia 15-17 tahun dari berbagai sekolah di Jakarta yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner cetak dan online.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-control dengan respect pada remaja. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-control pada dimensi self-discipline dengan respect pada remaja, sedangkan pada dimensi lainnya tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan respect. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dimensi self-discipline dengan respect pada komponen caring/supportiveness dan equality/mutuality dalam domain masyarakat, keluarga, dan peer-group/teman. Hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-control dengan respect tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin mampu remaja mengesampingkan atau mengubah, menghentikan, dan menahan tingkah lakunya yang tidak diharapkan, maka remaja semakin menghormati dan menghargai orang lain atau sesuatu secara menyeluruh dalam lingkungan masyarakat, keluarga, dan peer-group/teman.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-control in whole concept and each dimensions with respect in civil behavior among adolescents. Self-control was measured by the Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS) made by Tangney, Baumeister, and Boone (2004), while respect was measured by the Jakarta adolescents respect scale made by researcher based on concept of respect from Hendrick & Hendrick (2006) and Leary (2005). In this study, there were 96 participants in the range age 15-17 years old from various schools in Jakarta obtained through printout and online questionnaires.
The result indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between self-control and respect among adolescents. In addition, there is a significant positive correlation between self-control on dimension of self-discipline and respect among adolescents. The result also shows that there is a significant positive correlation between dimension of self-discipline and respect on component of caring/supportiveness and equality/mutuality in domain of society, family, and peer-group/friends. A significant positive correlation between self-control and respect means that teenagers who can exclude or modify, interrupt, and restrain undesired behavior, will be more respect to someone or something thoroughly in society, family, and peer-group/friends.

"Menanggapi masalah moral dengan cara yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan berbagai pihak. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah moral di tempat kerja, individu sering kali menggunakan jalan pintas untuk mengurangi ketidakpastian dengan mengikuti standar sosial yang ada. Mereka cenderung untuk menjaga hubungan yang harmonis dan menghindari penyelesaian konflik yang akan merusak hubungan dalam kelompok. Akan tetapi, sense of power diduga dapat membuat individu menolak pengaruh lingkungan dalam menjalankan kehendaknya dalam arti mereka dapat melakukan sesuatu berdasarkan pilihannya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara social consensus dan moral judgment serta pengaruh moderasi sense of power.
Hasil analisis korelasi pada 128 karyawan umum menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara social consensus dan moral judgment. Di sisi lain, hasil analisis moderasi tidak menunjukkan bahwa sense of power dapat menjadi alasan individu berbeda dari lingkungannya. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan anjuran bagi perusahaan untuk menciptakan lingkungan etis dalam rangka menekan perilaku tidak etis di tempat kerja. Lebih dari itu, penelitian ini menambah pengetahuan mengenai sense of power dalam ranah pengambilan keputusan etis.

Responding to moral problems in an inappropriate way could have a detrimental effect on other people. To solve moral problems in the workplace, people often use an easy way to avoid ambiguity by following existing social consensus. As an individual, they then tend to maintain harmonious relationships and avoid resolving conflicts that would harm the relationship in a group setting. However, with sense of power, it was argued that individuals could resist social influences in carrying out their will in a sense that they could do things based on their personal preferences. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social consensus and individuals' moral judgment and the moderation effet of sense of power.
There were 128 employees involved in the study and the correlation analysis result showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between social consensus and moral judgment. However, the moderation analysis result did not show that sense of power would serve as a reason on why an individual might deviate from their society. The results implied recommendation for companies to create an ethical environment to suppress unethical behavior in the workplace. Moreover, it also added up our knowledge about sense of power in influencing ethical decision making.

"Siswa SMA sudah perlu menentukan berbagai keputusan dalam hidupnya, salah satunya adalah terkait karier di masa depan. Penentuan rencana karier masa depan pada siswa SMA dimulai memilih jurusan perkuliahan yang diminati. Namun, masih banyak siswa SMA yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukannya atau yang bisa disebut mengalami career decision-making difficulties. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu telah menemukan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi career decision-making difficulties, salah satunya adalah perceived parental expectation. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived parental expectation dan career decision-making difficulties pada siswa SMA Negeri di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) dan Perception of Parental Expectation (PPE). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 193 siswa SMA kelas 1, 2, dan 3 yang bersekolah di wilayah Jabodetabek (Perempuan = 72.5%, Laki-laki = 25.4%, Mean usia = 17.03). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived parental expectation dan career decision-making difficulties memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi berbagai pihak yang berhubungan dengan siswa SMA terkait pemilihan jurusan kuliah, seperti pihak sekolah dan juga orang tua, dengan memberikan gambaran terkait hubungan antara perceived parental expectation dan career decision-making difficulties pada siswa SMA.

High school students need to make various decisions in their lives, especially related to their future careers. Determining future career plans for high school students begins with choosing the college major they want to pursue. However, there are still many high school students who have difficulties in choosing their college major, which can be called experiencing career decision-making difficulties. Previous studies have found various factors that influence career decision-making difficulties, including perceived parental expectation. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between perceived parental expectation and career decision-making difficulties in public high school students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The measuring instruments used are Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) and Perception of Parental Expectation (PPE). The participants in this study were 193 high school students in grades 1, 2, and 3 who attended public schools in Jabodetabek area (Female = 72.5%, Male = 25.4%, Mean age = 17.03).Results show that there is a significant positive correlation between perceived parental expectation and career decision-making difficulties among high school students in Jabodetabek. The results of the study are expected to be useful for various parties related to high school students' selection of college majors, such as the school and also parents, by providing an overview of the relationship between perceived parental expectation and career decision-making difficulties among high school students."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan civility di konteks media sosial pada 278 remaja. Regulasi emosi diukur dengan difficulties of emotion regulation scale (DERS) yang disusun oleh Gratz & Roemer (2004), dan telah diadaptasi oleh Listyani (2014). Sedangkan civility diukur dengan Incivility in Online Learning Environment Scale (IOLES) yang disusun oleh Clark, Wreth & Ahten (2012) yang telah diadaptasi. Data diolah dengan teknik statistik Pearson Product Moment. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan civility di konteks media sosial pada remaja (r = 0,306; p<0,01). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin meningkat kemampuan regulasi emosi seseorang maka semakin meningkat pula tingkah laku civil. Implikasi dan saran penelitian didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the relationship between emotion regulation and civility in social media context among 278 adolescences. Emotion Regulation is measured by Difficulties of Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) which is developed by Gratz & Roemer (2004) and adapted by Listyani (2014). In this research, civility is measured by Incivility in Online Learning Environment Scale (IOLES) which is developed by Clark, Wreth & Ahten (2012) and has been adapted. Data was processed using Pearson Product Moment method. The result revealed the positive and significant correlation between emotion regulation and civility in social media context among adolescence (r = 0,306; p<0,01). The conclusion is higher level of emotion regulation predicts higher level of civility. Research implications and suggestions are discussed."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor individual (power distance orientation) dan kontekstual (perceived organizational support) yang mempengaruhi voice behavior. Penelitian menggunakan metode online survey menggunakan google form pada 103 karyawan yang berada di daerah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya menggunakan alat ukur dengan reliabilitas antara 0,77–0,81.
Hasil analisis moderated regression menunjukkan bahwa: (1) power distance orientation berpengaruh negatif terhadap voice behavior, (2) terdapat peran penting perceived organizational support sebagai moderator untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara power distance orientation dengan voice behavior. Perceived organizational support berperan dalam memperlemah hubungan negatif antara power distance orientation dengan voice behavior.
Model penelitian ini menjelaskan 38% terbentuknya voice behavior. Perceived organizational support tinggi menjadi faktor signifikan dalam memperkuat karyawan dengan power distance orientation rendah untuk semakin menunjukkan voice behavior. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada interaksi antara power distance orientation, perceived organizational support, dan voice behavior.

This study aims to examine individual (power distance orientation) and contextual (perceived organizational support) factors that affect voice behavior. The study utilized online survey method using google form on 103 employees in DKI Jakarta and its surrounding areas using a measuring instrument with reliability between 0.77-0.81.
The results of moderated regression analysis show that: (1) power distance orientation has a negative effect on voice behavior, (2) perceived organizational support as a moderator has important role in explaining the relationship between power distance orientation and voice behavior. Perceived organizational support dampens the negative relationship between power distance orientation and voice behavior.
This research model explains 38% of the formation of voice behavior. High perceived organizational support is a significant factor in strengthening employees with low power distance orientation to increasingly show voice behavior. This research contributes to the interaction between power distance orientation, perceived organizational support and voice behavior."

Beban dan tuntutan kerja yang tinggi menyebabkan masyarakat perkotaan kurang melakukan aktivitas fisik. Meskipun demikian, masyarakat perkotaan tetap mencari cara untuk beraktivitas fisik. Mereka melakukan aktivitas fisik baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama dalam sebuah komunitas olahraga. Selain bermanfaat untuk kesehatan fisik, bergabung dalam komunitas olahraga juga memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan mental, yaitu menurunkan distres psikologis. Masyarakat yang bergabung dalam komunitas olahraga memiliki akses yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan dukungan sosial yang kemudian dapat menurunkan distres psikologis. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah individu yang bergabung dalam komunitas olahraga memiliki dukungan sosial yang tinggi sekaligus distres psikologis yang rendah. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 1108 orang yang berusia 18-65 tahun dan berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial dan distres psikologis (r =-0,322, p <0,01). Artinya, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial seseorang, maka semakin rendah distres psikologis yang dialaminya.

ABSTRACT
Workload and high demand leads urban communities became less physically active. Nevertheless, the urban community still looking for ways to perform physical activity. They perform physical activity either individually or together in sport community. Besides beneficial for physical health, join the sports community also has benefits for mental health especially to reduce psychological distress. People who join the sports community have greater access to get social support which can lower the psychological distress. Therefore, researchers wanted to know whether the individuals who joined the sports community have a high social support dan lower psychological distress. Total research participant are 1108 age range from 18-65 and domiciled in Jabodetabek. The result of the research show there were significant negative relationship between perceived social support and pyschological distress among people who are actively engaged in physical activity in Jabodetabek (r =-0.322, p <0.01). This means the higher perceived social support, the lower psychology distress."

Keakraban satu sama lain penting dalam memperoleh kenyamanan agar warga tidak mengalami distres. Sense of Community dianggap bisa menurunkan efek dari Distres Psikologik. Partisipan penelitian korelasional ini berjumlah 194 orang yang terdiri dari Mahasiswa dan Karyawan. Pengukuran Distres Psikologik menggunakan Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25). Sedangkan pengukuran Sense of Community menggunakan Sense of Community Index-2 (SCI-2). Karyawan memiliki Sense of Community tertinggi, sedangkan Mahasiswa memiliki Distres Psikologik tertinggi. Tidak ada hubungan antara Distres Psikologik dan Sense of Community pada Warga Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia.

Feels comfort in an environment will influence the performance of the people in it. The community of Psychology Faculty, University of Indonesia faced academic matters and the high demands of the work every day. Familiarity with one another is important in gaining comfort that the members do not experience distress. Sense of Community is considered to reduce the effects of psychological distress. This correlation study has 194 participants. It consists of students and employees. Psychological Distress was measured with the Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25). Sense of Community Index-2 (SCI-2) was applied to measure the sense of community. The research result showed that officers had the highest sense of community. Students had the highest Psychological Distress. There was no correlation between Psychological Distress and Sense of Community at Psychology Faculty, University of Indonesia."
