Terlebih lagi pada proyek konstruksi yang didalamnya terdapat banyak stakeholder. Apabila terdapat gangguan pada salah satu perusahaan stakeholder, maka dapat mengganggu keberlangsungan proyek, tak terkecuali perusahaan konsultan konstruksi.
Perusahaan konsultan konstruksi membutuhkan sebuah proses manajemen untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi krisis-krisis yang berdampak pada keberlangsungan perusahaan. Proses manajemen tersebut ialah Business Continuity Management (BCM). Sebelum membuat rencana pencegahan dan penanggulangan, sebelumnya harus mengetahui risiko/krisis dan dampaknya pada perusahaan. Tahapan ini harus diidentifikasi dengan baik agar bisa terfokus pada krisis yang mengganggu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada satu perusahaan konsultan konstruksi yaitu PT. X.
Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa krisis yang paling berdampak signifikan pada PT. X adalah gempa bumi, tsunami, dan keruntuhan struktur akibat kesalahan desain. Unit bisnis yang paling penting adalah Structural Engineering Division dengan critical business function nya adalah melakukan analisis struktural. Dan strategi penanganan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan cloud storage untuk melakukan back up, melakukan double check terhadap desain dan perhitungan struktur, serta meletakkan peralatan dan instrumen di brankas.

Many aspects can affect the company directly and indirectly, and reduce negative impacts in the company, such as natural disasters and financial crises. Moreover, in the construction projects there are many stakeholders. If there is a problem with one of the company's shareholders, then the sustainability of the project can be decided, and except for the construction consulting company.
Construction consulting companies need a management process to prevent and overcome crises that have an impact on the sustainability of the company. The management process is Business Continuity Management (BCM). Before making plans and countermeasures, you must first discuss the risks / crises and their impact on the company. This stage must be changed well so that it can focus on crises that require companies. The research was conducted at construction consulting company, PT. X.
From the results of the study, the most significant risk at PT. X are earthquake, tsunami, and structural collapse due to design errors. The most important business unit is Structural Engineering Division with critical business function is carry out structural analysis. And recovery strategies are using cloud storage for back up the data, doing double check for structural design and calculations, and saving equipment and instruments in safe-deposit box.

"Perusahaan Kontraktor merupakan salah satu bisnis usaha yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan Indonesia. Sebagai suatu bisnis usaha, Perusahaan Kontraktor memiliki kerentanan dalam menghadapi risiko. Sehingga Konsep Business Continuity Management diperlukan oleh Perusahaan Kontraktor dalam manajemen risiko perusahaan untuk melindungi proses bisnisnya dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menerapkan beberapa prinsip BCM yaitu Analisis Risiko, Dampak Bisnis, dan Strategi Penanganan pada PT. X.
Metode yang digunakan adalah Wawancara Mendalam, sehingga didapatkan temuan sembilan risiko yang dianggap signifikan. Salah satu yang paling signifikan adalah Krisis Moneter. Risiko ini memiliki dampak pada beberapa fungsi bisnis yang akan berpengaruh pada proses bisnis perusahaan. Analisis Dampak Bisnis serta strategi penanganan yang dapat dilakukan agar fungsi bisnis tetap dapat berjalan, dilakukan sesuai dengan konsep BCM.

The Contracting Company is one of the business enterprises that has an important role in Indonesia's development. As a business, the Contracting Company has a vulnerability in dealing with risk. So that the Business Continuity Management Concept is needed by Contracting Companies in corporate risk management to protect their business processes and achieve company goals. This research was conducted to apply several BCM principles, namely Risk Analysis, Business Impact, and Handling Strategy at PT. X.
The method used was in-depth interviews, so that the findings of nine risks were found to be significant. One of the most significant is the Monetary Crisis. This risk has an impact on several business functions that will affect the company's business processes. Business Impact Analysis and handling strategies that can be carried out so that business functions can still be run, carried out in accordance with the BCM.

"Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam) sebagai salah satu instansi pemerintah berbentuk badan layanan umum memiliki tugas pengelolaan kawasan perdagangan bebas dan pelabuhan bebas Batam. Tugas tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan proses-proses bisnis terkait pengelolaan pulau Batam, dengan dukungan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi. Adanya kebutuhan dukungan SI/TI, ketersediaan dan integritas sistem informasi menjadi salah satu target kinerja unit TI pada BP Batam. Bencana atau gangguan pada SI/TI dapat menurunkan tingkat ketersediaan sistem informasi yang secara tidak langsung dapat mengganggu kelancaran proses bisnis, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu rencana keberlangsungan dan pemulihan sistem yang sesuai dengan kondisi BP Batam. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan Information Technology Disaster Recovery Planning (IT DRP) dengan menggunakan standar pedoman NIST SP 800-34 Rev.1. Langkah pada tahapan penelitian terdiri dari pembutan kebijakan, analisis dampak bisnis, identifikasi kontrol pencegahan, dan pembuatan strategi kontingensi. Kondisi organisasi juga menjadi pertimbangan perancangan IT DRP. Hasil rancangan IT DRP diharapkan dapat membantu pemulihan SI/TI secara efisien dan efektif dalam mendukung proses bisnis BP Batam ketika terjadi bencana atau gangguan, serta dapat meningkatkan tingkat ketersediaan sistem informasi BP Batam.

Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BP Batam) as one of the government agencies in the form of a public service has the task of managing the free trade area and the free port of Batam. The task is realized in the form of implementing business processes related to the management of the island of Batam, with the support of information systems and technology. The need for IS / IT support, availability and integrity of information systems is one of the performance targets of the IT unit at BP Batam. Disasters or disruptions to IS / IT can reduce the level of availability of information systems that can indirectly disrupt the business processes, so that a system of sustainability and system recovery is needed in accordance with the conditions of BP Batam. In this study a design of Information Technology Disaster Recovery Planning (IT DRP) was carried out using NIST SP 800-34 Rev.1 guideline standard. The steps in the research phase consist of policy making, business impact analysis, identification of preventive controls, and making contingency strategies. The condition of the organization is also a consideration of the design of IT DRP. The results of the IT DRP design are expected to help recovey IS / IT efficiently dan effectively in supporting BP Batam's business processes in the event of a disaster or disruption, and can increase the level of availability of BP Batam's information system."

"Ketergantungan perusahaan terhadap TI, membuat sumber daya yang berhubungan dengan TI harus aman dan terjaga dari berbagai ancaman. Bencana seperti banjir, kebakaran, gempa bumi, dan bencana alam atau buatan lainnya merupakan sebuah ancaman bagi perusahaan. Untuk mengurangi risiko kerugian perusahaan jika terjadi bencana, maka dibutuhkan strategi pemulihan bencana. Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) sebagai proses atau prosedur yang terdokumentasi yang dibuat untuk membantu memulihkan atau melindungi perusahaan dari bencana dan Business Continuity Plan (BCP) sebagai teknik yang digunakan perusahaan untuk pulih baik sebagian atau sepenuhnya dari bencana yang mengganggu proses bisnis dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan. Walaupun istilah Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) lebih sering digunakan, tetapi DRP merupakan bagian dari kerangka kerja besar Business Continuity Plan (BCP). DRP cenderung melayani sistem TI, sementara BCP melayani perusahaan secara keseluruhan, walaupun pada sebagian besar kasus, fungsi bisnis penting yang membutuhkan keberlangsungan bisnis biasanya bergantung pada TI. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kesiapan TI dalam mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis / ICT Readiness of Business Continuity (IRBC) lembaga keuangan non-bank PT JPAS, dimana perlindungan terhadap informasi pelanggan merupakan hal terpenting dalam transaksi bisnis. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis prosedur DRP-BCP yang sudah diterapkan berdasarkan kerangka kerja ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (ISMS) untuk menilai IRBC rencana pemulihan bencana. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metodologi studi kasus kualitatif. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tinjauan dokumen. Hasil penelitian berupa rekomendasi kerangka kerja IRBC dan berdasarkan matrik performansi RTO/RPO dihasilkan rekomendasi infrastruktur untuk solusi less data loss. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa secara teknologi performansi pemulihan bencana sudah berada di level yang tinggi, tetapi secara pendekatan prosedur Plan-Do-Check-Action masih terdapat inkonsistensi. Hasil dari penelitian direkomendasikan agar menjadi pertimbangan manajemen puncak perusahaan demi keberhasilan dalam pengoperasian rencana keberlangsungan bisnis sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan persyaratan regulasi.

The company's dependence on ICT makes ICT-related resources must be safe and secure from various threats. Disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural or man-made disasters pose a threat to the company. To reduce the risk of loss in the event of a disaster, a disaster recovery strategy is needed. well-known strategies commonly used in disaster recovery are Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP). DRP is a documented process and procedure designed to help restore or protect a company from disasters and BCP is a technique utilized to construct and verify an organization to find a way to recover partially or fully interrupted critical business functions and resume operation during a predetermined timeframe after a disaster. Although DRP is commonly used, DRP is part of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) framework. DRP tends to IT systems, BCP tends the company as a whole, although in most cases, critical business functions that require business continuity usually depend on IT. This study focuses on IT readiness to support business continuity / ICT Readiness Continuity (IRBC) in non-bank financial institution PT JPAS, where the protection of customer information is the most important thing in business transactions. This study analyzes the DRP-BCP procedures that have been implemented based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (ISMS) framework to assess the IRBC of disaster recovery plans. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study methodology. Data collection and processing is done by observing the infrastructure technology implemented and documents review. The results of the research are recommendations for the IRBC framework and based on the RTO/RPO performance matrix, recommendations of infrastructure update to reduce data loss. This study concluded, disaster recovery technology is already at a high level, but there are still inconsistencies found in procedure approach a Plan-Do-Check-Action. The results of the research are recommended to be taken as consideration by the company's top management for its success in implementing business continuity plans."

"Idealnya suatu perusahaan dapat menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan lancar, terutama untuk memenuhi Service Level Agreements SLA yang disepakati dengan pelanggan. Seperti halnya divisi DOCS pada PT. Astra Graphia Tbk. yang bergerak di bidang percetakan digital. Pelanggan divisi DOCS yang mayoritas bergerak di bidang perbankan dan asuransi, menuntut terjaminnya pemenuhan SLA dan kualitas hasil cetakan. Penelitian ini menyusun BCP untuk divisi DOCS dengan menggunakan framework NIST SP 800-34. Framework ini mempunyai beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui hingga menghasilkan BCP bagi organisasi, namun penelitian ini tidak membahas mengenai uji coba rencana dan pemeliharaannya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan langsung melalui FGD bersama manajemen divisi DOCS untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai proses bisnis kritikal, sistem informasi yang mendukung, serta RTO dan RPO. Data sekunder didapatkan dari berbagai dokumen internal organisasi seperti dokumen ISO 9001, Perspektif Bisnis Perusahaan, Company Profile, maupun dokumen internal lainnya yang bersifat dokumentatif.
Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah beberapa usulan terkait BCP untuk divisi DOCS. Usulan yang diajukan adalah pernyataan kebijakan BCP, prioritas pemulihan sistem informasi terkait dampak terhadap bisnis organisasi, kontrol preventif, strategi BCP, dan dokumen BCP.

It is essential for any organizations to proceed their daily operations efficiently, notably in fulfilling the Service Level Agreements SLA that is agreed with the customer. In PT Astra Graphia Tbk. DOCS Division whose main business is digital printing, delivering the SLA and maintaining the quality of printings is very crucial. This research compiles BCP for DOCS division applying the NIST SP 800 34 Framework. In order to obtain the BCP, all the necessary steps needs to be completed however this research is not about the trial and BCP maintenance.
This research utilizes two types of data, which are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly through FGD with the management of DOCS division,to gain information regarding critical business process, supporting information system, RTO and RPO. Secondary data is obtained from various internal documents inside the organization, such as ISO 9001, Company Business Perspective, Company Profile, and other internal documents.
The findings of this research suggests that there are some measures need to be taken regarding BCP for DOCS division. The measures are a thorough statement of BCP policy, prioritize the recovery of information system regarding the impacts to organisation rsquo s business, preventive control, BCP strategy, and BCP document.
