"Tridarma perguruan tinggi menuntut dosen untuk lebih optimal menjalankan tugas di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Di sisi lain, wanita di Indonesia dituntut untuk menjadi ibu rumah tangga dan mengurus anak di rumah. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan konflik jika dosen wanita tidak mampu memenuhi kewajibannya di pekerjaan maupun di keluarga. Konflik yang terjadi akan menyebabkan tekanan yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak konflik pekerjaan-keluarga terhadap burnout pada dosen wanita. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 160 dosen wanita, menikah, dan telah memilikki anak. Data penelitian diungkap dengan skala work family conflict dan skala burnout. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berpengaruh terhadap burnout di kalangan dosen wanita. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan ada dua dimensi konflik pekerjaan-keluarga yang berpengaruh terhadap burnout yaitu behaviour-based conflict dan time-based conflict. Implikasi dari studi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai burnout yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan bekerja. Pemahaman akan pengaruh lingkungan dan pribadi terhadap burnout memiliki keuntungan bagi lembaga dan dosen.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran permasalahan work-family conflict pada guru honorer perempuan di Yayasan Triwibawa menggunakan pendekatan Person-In Environment dari disiplin ilmu kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kondisi jam kerja guru honorer yang terbilang panjang dan tidak teratur sehingga sulit menyeimbangkan antara pembagian waktu dan tugas dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga. Kondisi tersebut dapat disebut sebagai work-family conflict yang menyebabkan ketidakmampuan dalam menyeimbangkan antara peran pekerjaan dan peran dalam keluarga sehingga keberfungsian sosial pada guru honorer terganggu. Untuk itu dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan person-in environment yaitu metode analisis masalah yang bertujuan untuk membantu  kemampuan dan kompetensi guru dalam mengatasi masalah work-family conflict dengan mengembangkan kemampuan coping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran terhadap permasalahan work-family conflict dan menemukan strategi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari November 2021 sampai Juni 2022, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis teknik pengambilan sampel untuk memilih informan yaitu purposive sampling. Informan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang yang terdiri dari guru honorer perempuan yang sudah menikah dan yang belum menikah, pemilihan informan berdasarkan status nya tersebut dilakukan agar peneliti dapat membandingkan perbedaan work-family conflict yang dialami kedua jenis informan tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat dua bentuk work-family conflict yang dialami oleh guru honorer perempuan. Guru honorer perempuan yang berstatus belum menikah cenderung mengalami Work interfere Family dimana konflik terjadi pada saat peran pada pekerjaan  mengganggu kehidupan keluarga sedangkan guru honorer yang telah menikah dan memiliki anak lebih mengalami Family interfere Work yang mana konflik terjadi karena kehidupan keluarga mempengaruhi pekerjaan. Sedangkan untuk menghadapi work-family conflict bentuk adaptasi yang dilakukan guru honorer perempuan SMA Triwibawa mencakup tindakan coping meminimalkan situasi dan kondisi serta coping untuk meminimalisir emosi yang tidak menyenangkan dengan menggunakan mekanisme pertahanan diri. Hasil akhir penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru honorer memperbaiki manajemen waktu, memperbaiki pembagian peran dalam keluarga dan mengembangkan penyesuaian diri yang positif serta saran untuk yayasan terkait agar memberi fasilitas yang menunjang untuk mempermudah kinerja mereka di sekolah.

This study discusses the description of the problem of work-family conflict in female honorary teachers at the Triwibawa Foundation using the Person-In Environment from the social welfare discipline. This research is motivated by the condition of working hours for honorary teachers which are fairly long and irregular, making it difficult to balance the division of time and tasks in work and family. This condition can be referred to as work-family conflict which causes an inability to balance work and family roles so that the social functioning of honorary teachers is disrupted. For this reason, in identifying these problems, this study uses a person-in-environment which is a problem analysis method that aims to help teachers' abilities and competencies in overcoming work-family conflict by developing coping skills. This study aims to provide an overview of work-family conflict and find strategies to overcome them. This research was conducted from November 2021 to June 2022, using a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of sampling technique used to select informants, namely purposive sampling. The informants selected in this study were five people consisting of female honorary teachers who were married and unmarried, the selection of informants based on their status was carried out so that researchers could compare the differences in work-family conflict experienced by the two types of informants. The conclusion of this study shows that there are two forms of work-family conflict experienced by female honorary teachers. Unmarried female honorary teachers tend to experience Work interfere Family where conflicts occur when roles at work interfere with family life, while honorary teachers who are married and have children experience more Family interfere Work where conflicts occur because family life affects work. Meanwhile, to deal with work-family conflict. the form of adaptation carried out by female honorary teachers at SMA Triwibawa includes coping actions to minimize situations and conditions and coping to minimize unpleasant emotions by using self-defense mechanisms. The final results of this study recommend that honorary teachers improve time management, improve the division of roles in the family and develop positive self-adjustment as well as suggestions for related foundations to provide supporting facilities to facilitate their performance at school."

"Studi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stunting pada balita serta besaran pengaruhnya dan menganalisa disparitas stunting serta korelasi disparitas faktor-faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tahun pengamatan data 2007, 2010 dan 2013. Analisis dengan pendekatan regresi panel data dilakukan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dan indeks theil untuk menentukan nilai disparitasnya. Hasil regresi menyimpulkan bahwa meningkatnya jumlah balita yang dipantau pertumbuhannya, jumlah rumah tangga yang memiliki akses sanitasi, jumlah belanja kesehatan per kapita, pendapatan per kapita dan jumlah wanita yang melek huruf secara signifikan akan menurunkan terjadinya stunting.
Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan indeks theil didapatkan bahwa di tingkat nasional, disparitas stunting adalah rendah dengan tren yang terus menurun. Meskipun demikian penurunan disparitas ini juga diiringi dengan meningkatnya angka stunting. Hal diartikan dengan memburuknya status gizi balita, yaitu stunting semakin terdispersi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Di tingkat regional, disparitas total untuk stunting menunjukkan tren yang menurun. Pada tahun 2007, 2010 dan 2013 disparitas ?antar? regional memberikan kontribusi yang lebih tinggi dari disparitas ?di dalam?. Sedangkan regional yang berkontribusi tertinggi terhadap disparitas total regional selama tahun pengamatan adalah wilayah Sulawesi.

This study discusses factors that influence child stunting and analyze stunting disparity includes the correlation of other factors.This research is a quantitative study with the observed data in 2007, 2010 and 2013. Data panel regression analysis approach was performed to determine the factors that influence stunting and Theil index to determine the value disparity. The study concluded that infant growth monitoring, access to sanitation, health budget allocation per capita, income per capita and female literacy rate significantly reduce the occurrence of stunting.
The results of data processed by using the Theil index found that at the national level, the disparity in stunting is low with declining trend. On the other hand, stunting rates is increasing. It is defined that in this case, the decreasing stunting disparity is a disadvantage, ie stunting increasingly dispersed throughout Indonesia. At the regional level , the disparity in total for stunting showed a downward trend. In 2007, 2010 and 2013 disparity between regions contributes higher than within region. While Sulawesi regional contributes the most than others to stunting disparit.

"Flexible working arrangements (FWA) yang didukung oleh work-family culture (WFC) – dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi persepsi karyawan tentang work-family conflict (WFCON) yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan job satisfaction (JS) karyawan. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya intervensi organisasi untuk mendukung keterkaitan antara peran pekerja dalam kehidupan pribadi dan profesional karyawannya. Belum banyak penelitian tentang topik ini di Asia dimana kasus work-family conflict lebih banyak dialami oleh karyawan perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh hubungan antara FWA dan WFC dengan memediasi WFCON terhadap JS karyawan wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan hasil survei terhadap 295 karyawan wanita dari perusahaan jasa Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan wanita memiliki persepsi positif tentang flexible working arrangements (FWA), yang memengaruhi job satisfaction (JS) secara keseluruhan. Variabel work-family culture (WFC) berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dengan mengurangi work-family conflict (WFCON). Sedangkan pada hubungan pengaruh tidak langsung, diidentifikasi bahwa WFCON memediasi hubungan WFC terhadap JS serta pada hubungan FWA terhadap JS. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berupa penelitian bagi manajer SDM khususnya pada organisasi tentang dampak penerapan FWA dan budaya kerja-keluarga bagi JS melalui peran mediasi konflik kerja-keluarga untuk dapat menggali lebih jauh terkait hal-hal tersebut.

Reduced employee perceptions of work-family conflict (WFCON) can be achieved by flexible working arrangements (FWA) supported by work-family culture (WFC), which will ultimately lead to an increase in job satisfaction (JS). Several studies highlight the value of organizational interventions in establishing connections between employees' roles in their personal and professional life. Yet, research on this subject is lacking in Asia, where female employees are more likely to face work-family conflicts. This research aims to clarify how FWA and WFC affect on JS of female employees through the mediating role of WFCON. This study uses the results of a survey of 295 female employees from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service companies using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a data analysis method. The results showed that most female employees positively perceived flexible working arrangements (FWA), which influenced overall job satisfaction. The work-family culture variable plays a significant role in increasing job satisfaction by reducing work-family conflict. In the indirect influence relationship, the identification of WFCON mediates the relationship between WFC and JS also between FWA and JS. This research is expected to contribute to the form of research for HR managers, especially in organizations about the impact of implementing FWA and work-family culture for JS through the mediation role of work-family conflicts to be able to explore further related to these things."

"Work-family conflict merupakan konflik antar peran yang terjadi ketika tuntutan peran dalam kehidupan pekerjaan dan keluarga bersifat saling bertentangan dalam beberapa hal.
Ketidakmampuan untuk menyeimbangkan dua tuntutan peran yang berbeda dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Ketersediaan dukungan sosial dapat menyediakan sumber daya bagi individu untuk mengelola tuntutan peran pekerjaan dan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara
dukungan sosial supervisor, rekan kerja, dan pasangan dengan work-family conflict pada perawat wanita yang telah menikah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 dengan responden 75 perawat wanita yang telah menikah, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan stratified random
sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian melalui uji korelasi Kendall’s tau-b menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial pasangan dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dalam beberapa aspek (dukungan emosional,
dukungan informasi, dan dukungan penilaian) dengan work-family conflict. Sedangkan itu, ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial supervisor dengan work-family conflict. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan sosial pasangan dan rekan kerja yang dimiliki, maka akan semakin rendah tingkat
work-family conflict yang dialami. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan bagi manajemen organisasi pelayanan kemanusiaan dalam mengembangkan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan pekerjaan-keluarga pekerja

Work-family conflict is a form of an inter-role conflict that occurs when the demands of roles in work and family life are mutually contradictory in several ways. The inability to balance the demands of two different roles can have a negative impact on individuals, families and
even companies. The availability of social support can provide additional resources for
individuals to manage the competing demands of work and family roles. This research aims
to determine the relationship between the social support of supervisors, colleagues, and
partners with work-family conflict in married female nurses. This study used quantitative
methods with descriptive objectives. Data collection was conducted in June 2023 with 75
married female nurses as respondents, who were selected using stratified random sampling
as the sampling method. The research results obtained from Kendall's tau-b correlation test
showed that there was a significant negative relationship between spousal social support and
coworker social support in several aspects (emotional support, informational support, and
appraisal support) with work-family conflict. However, it was found that there was no
significant relationship between the social support of supervisors and work-family conflict.
The results showed that the higher the level of spousal and co-worker social support an
individual received, the lower the level of work-family conflict experienced. This research is
expected to contribute for the management of human service organizations in developing
efforts to improve the welfare in the work-family life of workers.

"the research incorporates a generational study with an emphasis on
the opinions, attitudes and beliefs of the female respondents themselves, which
are compared and contrasted with those of their mothers. In essence the
research explores the impacts of industrialization on the culturally grounded
status of women in West Java and around Bonjoran in 1996/97. Status of
women is analyzed in terms of decision making power in the household, control of income, control of young women's human resource (factory labour) and
within the reaim of gender relation in Banjarun, both in the household and the
village. The 'social' and economic' impacts and outcomes of industrial
development upon cultural values, attitudes and traditional employment of
women are important to the demographic impacts apparent in the findings of
this paper.

"ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan. Gangguan mental emosional adalah keadaan distress psikologik yang jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, dapat menyebabkan gangguan jiwa berat dan disabilitas. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional yang dialami oleh perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional (RSUPN) Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo, rumah sakit rujukan tersier di Indonesia, pada tahun 1998 adalah sebesar 17,7%. Salah satu bahaya potensial psikososial yang diduga berhubungan dengan gangguan kesehatan mental adalah konflik pekerjaan-keluarga.
Metode. Disain penelitian menggunakan studi potong lintang dengan mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan faktor individu serta faktor pekerjaan lainnya dengan variabel terikatnya yaitu gangguan mental emosional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, SRQ 20 dengan populasi penelitian perawat perempuan yang bekerja di RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo.
Hasil. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional pada perawat perempuan di RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah sebesar 23,5%. Faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional pada perawat perempuan di RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (OR 2,59, CI 95% 1,44-4,65, p<0,001) dan tingkat pendidikan (OR 0,07, CI 95% 0,01-0,62, p:0,010).
Kesimpulan. Didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dengan gangguan mental emosional pada perawat perempuan di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Emotional mental disorder is a state of psychological distress that, if not handled properly, can lead to severe mental disorders and disabilities. The prevalence of emotional mental disorder experienced by female nurses at the National General Hospital (RSUPN) Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo, tertiary referral hospital in Indonesia, in 1998 was 17.7%. One potential psychosocial hazard that is thought to be related to mental health disorders is the work-family conflict.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional study by looking for relationship between the independent variable work-family conflict, individual factors and work factors with dependent variable emotional mental disorder. The instruments used in this study are work-family conflict questionnaire and SRQ 20 with study population is female nurses whom are working at RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo.
Results: The prevalence of emotional mental disorder in female nurses at Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo RSUPN is 23.5%. The most dominant factor associated with emotional mental disorder in female nurses at RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo is work-family conflict (OR 2,59, CI 95% 1,44-4,65, p<0,001) and level of education (OR 0,07, CI 95% 0,01-0,62, p:0,010).
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between work-family conflicts and emotional mental disorders in female nurses in Indonesia."

"An intervention program on the impact of iron preparation with intensive nutrition education among pregnant women was undertaken in Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tanggerang.
Twwo kinds of iron tablets, both containing 200 mg ferrous sulphate and 0,25 mg folic acid were distributed in four villages, namely village A: Kadu Jaya, village B: Kadu, village C: Curug Wetan and village D: Cukang Galih. The new iron tablet was prepared in a coated membrane form, with red coloring and was distributed in sachets containing 14 or 28 tablets. The existing (currently used) tablet was prepared in coated film form, with grey coloring and was loosely packaged. Intensive nutrition educaation was delivered to twwo villages, which were given the different iron tablet forms as described above.
A number of 162 pregnant women as subjects in four villages were divided into four different intervention groups, 41 of them in village A received new iron with intensive nutition education, 41 in village B received new iron, 40 in village C received existing iron with intensive nutrition education and 40 in village D received exixting iron alone was as the control group, for 12 weeks of intervention period, however only 127 of them could be monitored and evaluated.
Analysisi of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of the subjects, recording of iron tablet consumption, dietary habits, nutrient intake and nutritional status was conducted in the four villages, for each of the four groups before and after intervention. In addition serum ferritin and hemoglobin concentration were determined to evaluate the change in the prevalence of anemia.
Distribution of new iron or existing iron tablets without intensive nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior of the subjects towards anemia problem. he results show that subjects which received new iron could improve their dietary habits, calories and protein intakes, but not in iron and vitamin C intakes. Although, a significantly higher (p<0.0500) consumption of iron was observed in the group which received new iron, neither in the subsequent improvement in hemoglobin and serum ferritin values.
Intensive nutrition education was positively associated with the improvement of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the pregnant women as well as significant increase in iron tablet consumption (p<0.0500). Dietary habits were improved, as seen in the increase in calorie and protein intake and the resulting improvement in the nutritional status of the mothers.
The results indicated that the new iron supplementation with intensive nutrition education had a greater effect on invreasing the iron tablet consumption of pregnant women compared to those who only received existing iron supplementation without intensive nutrition education. Since the iron intake was not different in the two villages, their effect on hrmoglobin and serum ferritin concetration was not different.
