praktek kerja ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker: mampu memahami tugas
dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek
pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika
yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman

Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 42 Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 1 Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar mampu memahami peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. Pada pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pembuatan tugas khusus oleh mahasiswa calon Apoteker yang memiliki judul survey kepuasan pelanggan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 blok M Jakarta Selatan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 sebagai indikator terhadap kualitas pelayanan.ABSTRACT The profession internship was implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 42 Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 1 Jakarta Selatan. It was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the management of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical services in accordance with statutory provisions and ethics; has the insight, knowledge, skills and experience in pharmaceutical practice. On the implementation of the Job Training Profession be making a special task of the customer satisfaction survey in kimia farma pharmacy no. 42 blok M in South Jakarta. The aim of this special task was to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services in kimia farma pharmacy as an indicator of the quality of service."

"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik
kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua)
kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi
klinik, dimana kegiatan tersebut harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia,
sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek.
Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 merupakan apotek pelayanan yang berada
dibawah pengelolaan Unit Bisnis Bogor. Praktek kerja di apotek dilaksanakan
selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 02 November 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 30
November 2015. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA adalah membantu
praktek pelayanan resep serta mempelajari tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di
apotek.
Tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer,
profesional yaitu melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinik, dan retailer. Kegiatan
manajerial yang dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 sesuai dengan Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik yang telah dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 adalah
pengkajian resep, dispensing, dan pelayanan informasi obat, namun apoteker
belum berperan dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik.ABSTRACT Apotek is a pharmacy service facilities to practice pharmacy by a
pharmacist. Pharmaceutical Services at pharmacies include two (2) activities, ie
activities managerial form of management of pharmaceutical, medical devices,
and medical materials consumables and pharmacy service clinic, where these
activities have to be supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure in
accordance with the Standards have been set in the Pharmaceutical Services in
Pharmacy.
Kimia Farma No. 50 is a pharmacy service is under the management of
Business Unit Bogor. Working practices in pharmacies carried out for 1 month
from the date of November 2, 2015 until November 30, 2015. The activities
conducted during PKPA is helping service practices recipe and learn the duties
and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy.
Duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies are as managers,
professionals that carry out clinical pharmacy services, and retailers. Managerial
activities undertaken in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 in accordance with the
Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy: planning, procurement,
receipt, storage, destruction, control, recording, and reporting. Clinical pharmacy
services that have been performed in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 is the
assessment prescription, dispensing and drug information services, but the
pharmacist has not been instrumental in the clinical pharmacy services."

terhadap penyakit tiroid. Resep yang diperoleh selama praktek kerja dikaji
berdasarkan persyaratan kelengkapan administratif, persyaratan farmasetik dan
pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma was held to learn and understand
the role of pharmacist in Pharmacy, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver
pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy, such as
planning, supplying, receipt, saving, distributing, controlling, and reporting. On
the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a pharmaceutical care, such as
receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information, and patient counseling. Specific
assignment that been given is about the assessment of the prescribtion for thyroid
disease. Prescription obtained during profession internship be assessment by an
administrative completeness, the requirements of pharmaceutical, and

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul 'Home Pharmacy Care'. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah melihat secara langsung proses pelaksanaan Home Pharmacy Care dan mendapatkan pengalaman dalam pelaksanaannya. Home pharmacy care merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan farmasi klinis yang ditetapkan dalam standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek.
Internship at Kimia Farma Maharaja 366 Apotek held on 7h 30th November 2016. This internship aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, pharmacy services and perform in accordance with the provisions of law and ethics. Apothecary student are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to practice in pharmacy. Apothecary student can have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in pharmacies as well as learn strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop the practice of pharmacy. Given a special assignment called Home Pharmacy Care . The purpose of the special task is to see directly the process of implementation of the Home Pharmacy Care and gain experience in its implementation. Home pharmacy care is a form of clinical pharmacy services specified in the standard of pharmacy services in the pharmacy."

Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menganalisa resep Tuberkulosis anak pada pengobatan tahap intensif yang ada di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 dari segi kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis serta mengkaji ketepatan terapi yang diterima pasien.
ABSTRACT
Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Period November 2016 was intended to make apothecary student understand roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in managerial of apotek, also do pharmaceutical care in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. This internship also have objective to make apothecary student have concept, knowledge, skill, and practical experience in conducting pharmaceutical practices at apotek. The internship given a special assignment titled Analysis Medical Prescription of Tuberculosis in Child Patient on Stage Intensive Treatment Regimen at Apotek Kimia Farma 202. The aim of this special assignment are to analyze medical prescription of tuberculosis in child patient on stage intensive treatment regimen at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 in term of administrative completeness, pharmaceutical suitability, clinical judgement and assessed the accuracy of therapy."

This internship was intended to make Apotechary student apply assignments and responsibilities of apotechary at pharmacy management, implement pharmaceutical practice correspond with provisions of the laws and ethics to get insights, skills and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical practice in pharmacy and to gets an overview about pharmaceutical practice issues, learn strategies and activities in intention to development pharmaceutical practice. Activities at Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok were induction about PT. Kimia Farma Apotek, prescription services, prescription analysis, and presentation of assignments of tuberculosis rsquo prescription analysis. "Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA merupakan kegiatan bagi mahasiswa apoteker untuk mempelajari secara langsung pekerjaan kefarmasian. PKPA dilakukan sebagai sarana pengenalan medan dan pelatihan praktek keprofesian di masyarakat serta penerapan ilmu yang didapatkan selama masa perkuliahan oleh mahasiswa apoteker. PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. PKPA dilakukan selama 4 empat minggu. Mahasiswa apoteker mempelajari secara langsung penerapan kegiatan manajerial dan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dilakukan di apotek. Terdapat tugas khusus yang bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah dan mempraktekannya langsung kepada pasien.
Pharmacist Internship PKPA is an activity for pharmacist students to learn directly pharmaceutical job. PKPA is done as a means of introduction to the field and practical training of professions in society as well as the application of knowledge gained during the lecture by student. PKPA in Kimia Farma No. 366 aims to make students understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical care in accordance with the provisions of law and ethics have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the pharmaceutical practice and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practice and learn the strategies and activities to develop the pharmaceutical practice. PKPA conducted over 4 four weeks. Student study the direct application of managerial activities and clinical pharmaceutical care at the pharmacy. There is a special task that aims to make the student know how the implementation of home pharmacy care and practice it directly to the patient."
