"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan
memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta
memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Selain itu,
kegiatan ini juga bertujuan agar calon apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan,
keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian
serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Periodic
Product Review (PPR) Hydrocortisone 1.0% Cream Periode 6 Oktober 2013 ? 5
Oktober 2014. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk memahami cara pembuatan laporan
pengkajian mutu produk, khususnya di PT Actavis Indonesia yang ditinjau secara
sistematis dan dapat menggambarkan produk yang diproduksi telah memenuhi
syarat kualitas dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, dan mengidentifikasi tindakan
pencegahan dan perbaikan / corrective and preventive action (CAPA) terhadap
produk dan proses jika dibutuhkan. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at PT Actavis Indonesia aims to learn and understand the
duties and responsibilities of apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry as well as
understanding the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Additionally, this activity also aims to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and
practical experience to do the work of pharmacy and have vivid description about
the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. Specific
assignment entitled Recipe Periodic Product Review (PPR) 1.0% Hydrocortisone
Cream Period October 6, 2013 - October 5, 2014 that aims to understand how to
make the Periodic Product Review (PPR), especially in PT Actavis Indonesia,
systematically and it can describe that the product fulfilled the requirements of
quality and specification; and identifying corrective and preventive action

Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di industri farmasi dilaksanakan PT Medifarma Laboratories Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu dari tanggal 30 Juni sampai dengan tanggal 24 Agustus 2015 PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker memiliki wawasan pengetahuan keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat dengan Baik di Industri Farmasi dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasahalan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi Sebelum ditempatkan pada masing masing departemen untuk melaksanakan kegiatan PKPA mahasiswa PKPA diberikan pengetahuan berupa gambaran yang meliputi kegiatan dan tugas masing masing departemen yang ada di PT Medifarma Laboratories yaitu Quality Assurance Pemastian Mutu Quality Control Pengawasan Mutu Manufacturing Technology Unit Produksi Engineering HSSE Health Safety Security and Environment dan Logistik Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran apoteker penting untuk menghasilkan obat obatan yang aman bermutu dan berkhasiat Berdasarkan pengamatan PT Medifarma telah menerapkan seluruh aspek CPOB dengan baik Contoh masalah di PT Medifarma Laboratories adalah target produksi yang sering mengesampingkan standar CPOB baik itu dari urutan validasi personalia sanitasi sediaan sirup line 5 PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk serta menarik kesimpulan berupa
rekomendasi terhadap prosedur pengemasan induk kemasan primer dan sekunder
sediaan sirup.ABSTRACT Professional Internship was held at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk on Lippo Cikarang.
This professional internship is intended to comprehending and understanding the
role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry;
having knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the job of pharmacist in

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang-Site dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juli 2016 hingga 9 September 2016. Pelaksanaan Prektek Kerja Profesi bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi, serta tanggungjawab Apoteker di industri farmasi. Mahasiswa apoteker diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Mahasiswa apoteker juga dituntut memiliki pemahaman tentang penerapan GMP/CPOB dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Packing Export rdquo;. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi proses pengemasan untuk keperluan ekspor di PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang-Site serta mendokumentasikan proses yang dilakukan dalam bentuk prosedur kerja agar dapat dilakukan secara konsisten.

Internship at PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang Site held on July 12th, 2016 until September 9th, 2016. This Internship aims to understand the role, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. An Apothecary Student are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. An Apothecary Student are required to have an understanding of the application of GMP or CPOB and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. At PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang Site, I have a special assignment with title is Packing Export . The purpose of this special task is to evaluate the process of packing for export in PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang Site and document processes are carried out in the form of working procedures in order to do consistently."

"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu setiap produksi sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang dibuat senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya pemerintah mengeluarkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB sebagai panduan apoteker dalam berpraktik di industri farmasi.

"Dalam Peraturan Kepala BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 tahun 2011 menyebutkan bahwa sediaan farmasi termasuk obat yang beredar harus memenuhi persyaratan khasiat, keamanan dan mutu yang harus dipenuhi oleh industri farmasi. Pedoman bagi suatu industri farmasi dalam proses produksi dan segala aspek yang terkait di dalamnya diatur dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Hal ini merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab apoteker karena sesuai dengan PP RI No. 51 tahun 2009, salah satu fasilitas kefarmasian tempat pengabdian apoteker adalah fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi atau Industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2016 di PT Actavis Indonesia. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia dan untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi.
According regulation from Chief of BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 pharmaceutical preparations including drug should meet the requirements of efficacy, safety and quality that must be met by the pharmaceutical industry. Guidelines for a pharmaceutical industry in the production process and all aspects related to it set in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This is one of responsibility of a pharmacist because base on PP 51 ON 2009 one of the pharmaceutical facility where pharmacists should dedicated their pharmaceutical services is the pharmaceutical industry. Internship was held in April-May 2016 at PT Actavis Indonesia. This Internship was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in PT Actavis Indonesia and to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the Pharmaceutical Industry."
