"[ABSTRAK
Kesinambungan suatu perusahaan merupakan suatu tantangan yang sedang di hadapi
oleh hampir semua perusahaan. Topik ini menjadi bahan diskusi bagi perusahaan untuk
dapat membuat suatu strategi agar dapat menghadapai tantangan di pasar industri.
Mengelola sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu strategi yang penting bagi
perusahaan untuk dapat mendukung kelangsungan perusahaan dan juga
mempertahankan posisi kedudukan di dalam kompetisi pasar. Tesis ini akan membahas
topik Flexibility, Team Work dan Sustaninability dalam mempengaruhi Need of
Achievement. Dalam studi kasus ini, Gen Y di Bank ABC merupakan target responden
dengan total 100 respondent. Setelah melakukan analisa, terdapat hubungan yang
signifikan dan positif antara Flexibility, Team Work, Sustainability dan Need of
Achievement yang nantinya dapat memberikan masukan untuk perusahaan dalam
mengatur strategi sumber daya yang untuk mendukung keberlangsungan strategi dari
perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
Sustainability becomes one of topics that many companies faces and creates many
strategies to face the challenge in market. Managing human capital as part of strategies
also becomes important in order to support the company growth and keep the position
in the market. This thesis will discuss about Flexibility, Team Work and Sustainability
affect towards Need of Achievement. In this research, Gen Y at Bank ABC is the target
respondent with total of 100 survey respondents. After the analysis test, it shows that
Flexibility, Team Work and Sustainability show significant and positive affect and
relations with Need of Achievement that can help company to provide strategy for
maintaining their human capital in a way to support the sustainability strategy of

"ABSTRACT
In a software development project, the project manager has a strong role in
managing the team to achieve project success. Managing a project team is
different from managing team in usual business activity because sometimes it
needs different approach to match the project?s characteristic. According to PMI
(2008), a project has a limited timeline (temporary) and unique requirements.
Project manager?s leadership style was the main focus in this research that had
influences on leadership outcome (effectiveness, extra effort, and satisfaction).
There was also a finding about team?s work environment captured while they
were in a software development project. Based on personal interview with 14
employees in PT Quadra Solution, they perceived that there were some problems
toward their project managers. This research was addressed to examine the
leadership styles of project managers and the outcome related to their leadership
styles in this company and also to see the characteristic of the team?s current work
environment while they were in the software development project. The data were
collected using questionnaires, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and
Work Environment Scale (WES). The result of leadership style was the project
manager implemented idealized behavior, idealized attribute and management by
exception active as perceived by the team members. The leadership trait that was
the most significant in influencing the outcome, effectiveness, was laissez-faire
(negative). The most significant in influencing the outcome, extra effort, was
individualized consideration. The most significant in influencing the outcome,
satisfaction, was idealized behavior. The work environment perceived by the team
members was characterized by relationship dimensions (involvement, peer
cohesion, and supervisor support) and some personal growth dimensions
(autonomy and work pressure)."

"The purpose of this paper is to show that Chinese (mainland) culture standards within indonesian-Chinese intercultural work team relationship need to be understood by Indonesian workers as diverse cultural similarities, differences, and overlapping often become the conflict foundations. Anticipation and solution are required since the issues frequently lead the intercultural work group into culture shock, target failures, psychological stress. As a result, the individual, group and/or organization productivity declines. By qualitative approach, using culture standards method from Prof.Dr. Alexander Thomas, five Indonesian workers from Indonesian-Chinese work group are selected through criterion sampling. From 39 critical incidents produced, ten Chinese cultural standards from Indonesian perspective are built as follows: 1. National pride or patriotism,2. mianzi or face, 3.customs, 4. quanxi or importance of social network, 5.duty, 6.hierarchical order, 7. cost-effectiveness,8.collectivism, 9.conflict avoidance, and 10.mistrust. This finding has to be identified as integrated values, and is not to be generalized far and wide in the consideration of Chinese multiculturalism. Three coping strategies-planning, empathy, and assertiveness are generated from this research and coul be applied in the efforts of achieving intercultural work group success and synergy."

"Selama bertahun-tahun, pelanggan fesyen lebih memperhatikan keberlanjutan sebagai bagian dari CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) perusahaan fesyen. Namun, keberhasilan upaya CSR ini tidak hanya bergantung pada perusahaan fesyen itu sendiri, tetapi juga pada pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan literatur ini, yang mencakup 75 studi, akan berfokus pada bagaimana pelanggan, pemasok, dan pemerintah, memengaruhi upaya CSR berkelanjutan perusahaan fashion, baik secara individual maupun saling terkait. Dari temuan dari 3 individu pemangku kepentingan eksternal, dibuat kesimpulan tentang bagaimana mereka saling berhubungan. Tinjauan ini kemudian diakhiri dengan implikasi bagi manajer untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut.

Over the years, fashion customers have put more attention on sustainability as part of fashion firms’ CSR (Corporate social responsibility). However, the success of this CSR effort does not rely solely on the fashion company itself, but also on the external stakeholders. Therefore, this review, which includes 75 studies, will focus on how customers, suppliers, and government, affect fashion companies’ sustainable CSR efforts, both individually and interconnectedly. From the individual findings of the 3 external stakeholders, conclusion about how they are interconnected is made. This review then ended with implications for managers to overcome these problems."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis kebutuhan tenaga di Bidang SDM RS PMI Bogor tahun 2011 dengan metode Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN). Metode ini digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah optimal tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja pegawai.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen ketenagaan. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melaui observasi dilakukan dengan teknik work sampling setiap sepuluh menit sekali selama waktu kerja, selama 6 hari kerja dan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada pegawai bidang SDM RS PMI. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data di bidang SDM RS PMI Bogor.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan waktu produktif staf di bidang SDM RS PMI Bogor pada waktu kerja adalah 11.000 menit atau 54.56 % dari keseluruhan waktu kegiatan. Berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode WISN, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jumlah optimal kebutuhan tenaga di Bidang SDM RS PMI Bogor adalah sebanyak 15 orang. Jumlah ini masih lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah tenaga saat ini.

This thesis discusses the analysis of staffing need in Human Resource Department at PMI Bogor Hospital in the year of 2011 with Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) method. This method is used to analyze the optimal number of staffing need based on the workload indicator.
This research is qualitative research with observation, in depth interview, and document study. Primary data is collected by observation with work sampling technique in every ten minutes during work time in six days, besides that the researcher does in depth interview to staff of Human Resource Department in PMI Bogor Hospital. Secondary data source is collected from staff of Human Resource Department in PMI Bogor Hospital.
The result of research showed that using productive time of staff in Human Resource Department is 11.000 minutes or 54.56%. Based on primary and secondary data has been collected, then processed by WISN method, the optimal amount of staff in Human Resource Department at PMI Bogor Hospital is fifteen peoples. This amount is more than the number of staff now.

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh entertainment gratifications, sociality gratifications, tantangan, kontrol, dan interaktivitas terhadap consumer loyalty pada pengguna mobile games di wilayah Jabodetabek. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entertainment gratifications, tantangan, dan kontrol memiliki hubungan positif dengan consumer loyalty, sementara sociality gratifications dan interaktivitas tidak terbukti memiliki hubungan positif dengan consumer loyalty.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to study the effects of entertainment gratifications, sociality gratifications, challenge, control, and interactivity toward consumer loyalty in mobile games users. This research used multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 22 to analyze the data. The results of this research indicated that entertainment gratifications, challenge, and control have significant effects on consumer loyalty toward mobile games, whilst the relationships between sociality gratifications and interactivity on consumer loyalty toward mobile games are not significantly proven."

"ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis dasar pada tentara dan PNS di instansi militer berdasarkan jenis golongan jabatan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Basic Psychological Needs Scale (BPNS). Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 277 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik variabel status pekerjaan ataupun variabel jenis golongan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis dasar. Hasil penelitian ini juga tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis dasar antara tentara dan PNS yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara variabel status pekerjaan dan jenis golongan. Berdasarkan penemuan tersebut, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis dasar yang signifikan, baik pada dimensi kemandirian, kompetensi, dan keterhubungan antara tentara dan PNS di instansi militer dan berdasarkan golongan.


ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to examine the difference of basic psychological needs fulfillment between soldiers and civil servants in Military Institution based on work level measured by Basic Psychological Needs Scale (BPNS). Data were gathered from 277 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The result showed that work status and work level have no significant influence to basic psychological needs fulfillment. There were also no differences of basic psychological needs fulfillment between soldiers and civil servants that influenced by the interaction between work status and work level variabel. Based on this study, we can conclude that there are no significant differences on autonomy, competency, and relatedness between soldiers and civil servants in imilitary institution based on levels.

"Impostor phenomenon merupakan perasaan ragu akan kemampuan diri sendiri dan memersepsikannya bukan karena hasil kerja keras dan kemampuan, melainkan karena faktor eksternal seperti keberuntungan. Fenomena ini sangat berpotensi dialami mahasiswa dan dapat berdampak pada aspek psikologis, perilaku mahasiswa, self-efficacy, kebahagiaan, dan kecemasan mahasiswa. Kecemasan ini dapat memengaruhi kebutuhan berprestasi mahasiswa karena berkaitan dengan salah satu komponen kebutuhan berprestasi, yaitu freedom of movement. Proses atribusi juga memengaruhi bagaimana seseorang memersepsikan penyebab dari suatu kesuksesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara impostor phenomenon dan kebutuhan berprestasi pada mahasiswa. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Indonesia sebanyak 158 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS) dan the Revised 10-item Achievement Motives Scale (AMS-R). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara impostor phenomenon dan kebutuhan berprestasi (r = 0.465, p = 0.000). Kesimpulannya, terdapat korelasi antara variabel antara impostor phenomenon dan kebutuhan berprestasi.

Impostor phenomenon is a feeling of doubt about one's own abilities and perceives it not as the result of hard work and ability, but because of external factors such as luck. This phenomenon is potentially experienced by college students and can impact on psychological aspects, student behavior, self-efficacy, happiness, and anxiety. This anxiety can affect students' need for achievement because it is related to one of the components of need for achievement, namely freedom of movement. The attribution process also influences how one perceives the cause of success. This study aims to find out the association between impostor phenomenon and need for achievement in university students. The participants in this study were 158 students from universities in Indonesia. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS) and the Revised 10-item Achievement Motives Scale (AMS-R). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between impostor phenomenon and need for achievement (r = 0.465, p = 0.000). In conclusion, there is a correlation between the variables between impostor phenomenon and need for achievement.
