"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan vitamin A dan kadar retinol dengan status anemia pada dua kelompok ibu hamil trimester tiga, yaitu kelompok anemia dan non anemia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang yang dilaksanakan di sepuluh puskesmas kecamatan Jakarta Timur dan merupakan bagian dari penelitian besar Departemen Gizi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia yang berjudul “Peran Gizi, Faktor Maternal dan Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Ketiga terhadap Komposisi Mikrobiota Ibu dan Berat Lahir Bayi: Studi Kohort di Jakarta”. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2015. Sebanyak 113 subjek ibu hamil trimester tiga dengan usia kehamilan diatas 32 minggu ikut dalam penelitansetelah memenuhi kriteria penelitian dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin yaitu anemia (Hb<11g/dL) dan non anemia (Hb≥11g/dL). Setelah itu dilakukan pengukuran antropometri, wawancara asupan, pemeriksaan hemoglobin, dan serum retinol. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik demografi, antropometri, asupan makanan (makronutrien dan mikronutrien), kadar hemoglobin, dankadar serum retinol. Rentang usia subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 19-44 tahun. Sebagian besar subjek (59,6%) memiliki tingkat pendidikan menengah (lulus SMP atau SMA). Rerata usia kehamilan pada subjek penelitian ini adalah 34,32 ± 1,86 minggu pada kelompok anemia dan 35,18±1,73 minggu pada kelompok non anemia.Rerata asupan protein pada kedua kelompok ibu masih berada di bawah AKG yaitu <77g/hari. Rerata asupan lemak pada kelompok anemia lebih tinggi daripada kelompok non anemia (p=0,04). Asupan Fe kedua kelompok sudah sesuai dengan AKG yaitu 40mg/hari (p=0,82). Asupan folat pada kelompok anemia lebih rendahdan kurang dari AKG dibandingkan kelompok non anemia (p=0,16).Asupan vitamin B12, hampir tidak ada perbedaan rerata antara dua kelompok dan sudah sesuai dengan AKG. Median asupan vitamin A pada kelompok non anemia lebih tinggi dari kelompok anemia (p=0,52). Rerata kadar retinol pada kelompok anemia adalah 1,40±0,50 dan pada kelompok non anemia adalah 1,45±0,44. (p=0,55).Tidak didapatkan hasil yang bermakna setelah dilakukan analisis multivariat sebagai kontrol perancu.

The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between vitamin A and retinol levels with anemia status in two groups of three trimester pregnant women, namely the anemic and non anemic. This was a cross-sectional study conducted in ten sub-district Government Health Centre in East Jakarta and which part of a large research department of Nutrition Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, entitled "The Role of Nutrition, Maternal Factors and Maternal Health Services with the Composition of the Microbiota in Third Trimester Maternal and Infant Birth Weight : The study cohort in Jakarta". Data was collected from April untill May 2015. A total of 113 third trimester pregnant women with gestational age above 32 weeks (35.0 ± 1.8) were participated in research after met the study criterions. They were divided into two groups based on the levels of hemoglobin which were anemic (Hb<11g /dL) and non anemic(Hb≥ 11g / dL), and continue with anthropometric examination, interview and Hb measurement. The data collected included demographic characteristics, anthropometry, food intake (macronutrients and micronutrients), hemoglobin, and serum retinol. The age range of the subjects in this study was 19-44 years old. Most subjects (59.6%) had secondary education (graduated from high school or high school). The mean gestational age of the subjects was 34.32 ± 1.86 weeks in anemic group and 35.18 ± 1.73 weeks in non anemic. Mean of protein intake in both groups are still under RDA which < 77g/day. "Kehamilan merupakan salah satu bagian dalam proses reproduksi manusia. Nutrisi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kehamilan. Kebutuhan nutrisi saat kehamilan meningkat, salah satunya kebutuhan zat besi yang berperan dalam pembentukan sel darah merah. Secara fisiologis, pada ibu hamil terjadi peningkatan volume darah dalam jumlah besar. Apabila tidak diimbangi dengan konsumsi zat yang cukup dapat menimbulkan anemia. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu memberikan analisis pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan masalah defisit nutrisi ibu hamil dengan anemia. Anemia adalah suatu keadaan kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) darah yang lebih rendah dari kadar normal sesuai umur dan jenis kelamin. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk mengatasi anemia adalah dengan memberikan jus bayam dan tomat yang mengandung zat besi. Pemberian jus bayam dan tomat dilakukan selama 10 hari. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa klien mengalami peningkatan kadar hemoglobin sebesar 10,1g/dl.

Pregnancy is one part of the process of human reproduction. Nutrition is one of factors that influence pregnancy. Nutritional needs during pregnancy is increase, one of them is iron which is important in the formation of red blood cells. Physiologically, the blood volume of pregnant woman is increase in large numbers. If the consumption and needs of iron does not balanced, it can cause anemia. The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of the nursing care implementation of imbalance nutrition problems for pregnant women with anemia. Anemia is a situation which blood hemoglobin (Hb) levels are lower than normal levels according to age and gender. One of nursing intervention to increase blood hemoglobin levels in anemia is by giving spinach juice and tomatoes that contain rich iron substance. Spinach juice and tomatoes is given to pregnant woman for 10 days. The results obtained that the client experienced an increase in hemoglobin level of 10.1/dl."

"Kehamilan merupakan proses alami yang terjadi pada seorang wanita. Pengalaman ini akan dihadapi oleh seorang ibu, perlu persiapan yang maksimal baik secara mental maupun fisik sehingga dapat meminimalkan kondisi yang abnormal. Kehamilan yang terjadi pada seorang ibu akan mempengaruhi kondisi fisiologis maupun psikososial, sehingga ibu hamil akan menlalui proses adaptasi, salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan yakni nutrisi yang baik untuk ibu dan janin. Selain itu, perubahan fisiologis pada ibu hamil terjadi peningkatan volume darah yang lebih cepat dari pembentukan sel darah merah. Apabila tidak diimbangi dengan konsumsi nutrisi yang cukup dapat menimbulkan anemia. Anemia merupakan suatu keadaan kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) darah yang lebih rendah dari kadar normal sesuai umur dan jenis kelamin. Sebagai akibat dari ketidakmampuan jaringan membentuk sel darah merah guna mempertahankan kadar hemoglobin pada tingkat normal. Seseorang wanita hamil yang memiliki Hb kurang dari 10g/dl barulah disebut anemia dalam kehamilan. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah dengan pemberian jus bayam dan tomat yang mengandung kaya zat besi dan vitamin C. Intervensi ini dilakukan selama 7 hari. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa klien mengalami peningkatan kadar hemoglobin sebesar 9,4 g/dl.

Pregnancy is a natural process that occurs in a woman. This experience will be faced by a mother, it needs maximum preparation both mentally and physically so as to minimize abnormal conditions. Pregnancy that occurs in a mother will affect physiological and psychosocial conditions, so that pregnant women will go through a process of adaptation, one of which needs to be considered is good nutrition for the mother and fetus. In addition, physiological changes in pregnant women include an increase in blood volume that is faster than the formation of red blood cells. If it is not balanced with adequate nutritional consumption, it can cause anemia. Anemia is a condition of blood hemoglobin (Hb) levels that are lower than normal levels according to age and gender. As a result of the inability of tissues to form red blood cells to maintain hemoglobin levels at normal levels. A pregnant woman who has an Hb of less than 10g/dl is then called anemia in pregnancy. The intervention was carried out by giving spinach and tomato juice containing rich iron and vitamin C. This intervention was carried out for 7 days. The results showed that the client had an increase in hemoglobin levels of 9.4 g/dl."

"Latar Belakang: Defisiensi vitamin A pada kehamilan adalah masalah kesehatan di masyarakat. Namun hipervitaminosis A juga memiliki potensi teratogenik pada kehamilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan vitamin A dan kadar vitamin A serum pada kehamilan trimester pertama.
Metode: Desain penelitian adalah studi potong-lintang. Data adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari penelitian primer pada ibu hamil di Jakarta. Kadar vitamin A diperolah dari hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Asupan vitamin A diperoleh dari pengisian food frequency questionaire oleh responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan perangkat lunak SPSS for windows v.20.0.
Hasil: Hasil uji deskriptif memperlihatkan 97,4% memiliki kadar vitamin A serum yang cukup dan tidak ada subjek yang mengalami defisiensi vitamin A. Sebanyak 57,9% subjek mendapat asupan vitamin A yang memadai. Uji korelasi antara kadar vitamin A serum pada wanita hamil trimester pertama dan asupan vitamin A menunjukan nilai p 0,542.
Kesimpulan: Tidak ada korelasi yang berbeda bermakna antara kadar vitamin A subjek dan asupan vitamin A. Jumlah asupan vitamin A harian pada wanita hamil trimester pertama tidak perlu diatur dengan ketat.

Background: Vitamin A deficiency in pregnancy is a health problem in society. However, hypervitaminosis A is also has a teratogenic potency in pregnancy, The objective of this research is to find out the relation between vitamin A intake with serum vitamin A level in Pregnant Women in 1st Trimester.
Method: This is a cross-sectional study using secondary data from primary research done to pregnant women in Jakarta. The data of vitamin A intake are obtained from the food frequency questionnaire filled by the respondent. The data of serum vitamin A level are obtained by laboratory examination. The data is then analyzed by using SPSS for windows v.20.0 software.
Result: The test shows that 97.4% of the subject already have appropriate serum vitamin A level and no subject suffers from vitamin A deficiency. It is also found that 57.9% of the subject have adequate vitamin A intake. Correlation test has been done on serum vitamin A level in pregnant woman in 1st Trimester and the vitamin A intake shows p value of 0.542.
Conclusion: No Relation found beetween serum vitamin A level of the subject and the vitamin A intake. The amount of daily vitamin A intake in pregnant women in 1st Trimester should not be regulated strictly.

"Berat plasenta umum digunakan untuk mengukur pertumbuhan dan fungsi yang baik dari plasenta. Anemia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko dari berat plasenta yang tinggi. Namun sampai saat ini belum dapat dipastikan apakah anemia karena kekurangan zat besi mempengaruhi berat plasenta. Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara anemia defisiensi besi dan berat plasenta pada wanita hamil anemia di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian potong lintang yang melibatkan 90 ibu hamil anemia di 10 Puskesmas Kecamatan, Jakarta Timur. Prevalensi defisiensi besi pada ibu hamil anemia adalah 36,9%. Berat plasenta rata-rata adalah 549,3 ± 115 gr. Ada hubungan positif antara anemia defisiensi besi dan berat plasenta setelah dikontrol oleh variabel paritas, perokok pasif dan frekuensi kunjungan pemeriksaan kehamilan (B = 0,22; p = 0,038). Berat plasenta yang tinggi pada ibu hamil dengan anemia defisiensi besi menunjukkan adanya mekanisme adaptasi dari plasenta dikarenakan kurangnya oksigen dalam darah.

Placental weight is a commonly used to measure placental growth and function including nutrient transfer to the fetus. Anemia may link to a risk factor for higher placental weight, however, it is uncertain whether iron deficiency anemia influence a placental weight, and could be used a public health measure for fetal growth and healthy pregnancy. This study investigated the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and placental weight among anemic pregnant women in East Jakarta. We conducted a cross sectional study of 90 anemic pregnant women and their singleton pregnancies in 10 Primary Health Center in East Jakarta. The prevalence of iron deficiency among anemic pregnant women was 36.9%. The mean placental weight was 549.3 ± 115 gr. There was a positive relationship between iron deficiency anemia and placental weight after adjusting for parity, passive smoker and ANC visit frequency (B=0.22; p=0.038). A higher placenta weight was observed among iron deficiency anemic pregnant women, suggesting the adaptive mechanism of placenta to chronic poor oxygenation."

"Anemia merupakan jenis defisiensi zat gizi yang paling banyak terjadi pada ibu hamil di dunia. Prevalensi anemia yang tinggi selama kehamilan akan memberikan hasil yang merugikan bagi janin yang dilahirkan dan bagi ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kerjadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia tahun 2018. Penelitian dengan desain studi cross-sectional ini dilakukan menggunakan data Riskesdas 2018. Variabel dependen yang diteliti yaitu anemia. Sedangkan variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu pendidikan, pekerjaan, daerah tempat tinggal, usia ibu hamil, paritas, jarak kehamilan, usia kehamilan, konsumsi makanan hewani, konsumsi buah, konsumsi sayur, konsumsi TTD, dan status gizi (KEK). Sampel pada penelitian ini (n=537) yaitu ibu hamil responden Riskesdas 2018 yang telah menjalani tes laboratorium hemoglobin dan memiliki data secara lengkap serta tidak memiliki riwayat menderita penyakit terkait dengan status anemia. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia tahun 2018 sebesar 33,1%. Hasil analisis uji chi-square menunjukkan hasil adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel usia kehamilan (p-value = 0,001) dan KEK (p-value = 0,017) dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia tahun 2018. Disarankan memfokuskan materi edukasi mengenai pola konsumsi makanan hewani dan TTD, yang berkaitan erat dengan usia kehamilan dan KEK, yang perlu dipersiapkan sebelum proses kehamilan, bahkan sedari remaja.

Anemia is the most common type of nutrient deficiency in pregnant women in the world. The high prevalence of anemia during pregnancy will have adverse outcomes for the fetus and for pregnant women. This study aims to determine the determinants of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia in 2018. This research with a cross-sectional study design was using Riskesdas 2018. The dependent variable was anemia. Meanwhile, the independent variables were education, occupation, area of residence, age of pregnant women, parity, distance between pregnancies, gestational age, consumption of animal foods, consumption of fruits, consumption of vegetables, consumption of iron tablets, and nutritional status (CED). The sample in this study (n = 537) were pregnant women who were Riskesdas 2018 respondents who had a hemoglobin laboratory test and had complete data and had no history of suffering from diseases related to anemia status. The results of this study stated that the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia in 2018 was 33.1%.. The results of the chi-square test analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the variable gestational age (p-value = 0.001) and CED (p-value = 0.017) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia in 2018. It is recommended to focus on educational materials regarding patterns of consumption of animal foods and iron supplements, which are closely related to gestational age and CED, which need to be prepared before the process of pregnancy, even as a teenager."

"Latar Belakang: Anemia adalah kondisi sel darah merah yang tidak cukup untuk menunjang kebutuhan fisiologis. Pada kehamilan, anemia cenderung terjadi pada trimester kedua dan ketiga serta menimbulkan komplikasi bagi ibu hamil dan janin yang dikandungnya. Konsumsi vitamin A pada kehamilan masih kurang populer, padahal berguna untuk menolong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sel serta memediasi metabolisme besi.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara status asupan vitamin A dan status anemia pada ibu hamil trimester ketiga.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang komparatif, dilakukan selama Agustus–Oktober 2018 di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo, dengan total 57 subjek yang merupakan ibu hamil pada trimester ketiga dengan usia di atas 18 tahun. Untuk menyamakan jumlah subjek per kelompok, dilakukan simple random sampling menjadi 44 subjek dengan 22 subjek masing-masing pada kelompok anemia dan non-anemia. Status asupan vitamin A diukur menggunakan food frequency questionnaire semi-kuantitatif dengan bantuan database NutriSurvey dan status anemia diukur dengan uji konsentrasi hemoglobin menggunakan metode flowcytometry. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan SPSS 20.0 untuk iOS dengan uji komparatif tidak berpasangan.
Hasil: Berdasarkan uji T tidak berpasangan, usia rerata pada kelompok anemia (31,6 7,1) tidak berbeda dibandingkan dengan kelompok non-anemia (31,2 6,4) (p>0,05). Berdasarkan uji chi-square tidak terdapat perbedaan usia gestasi secara statistik antara kelompok anemia dan non-anemia (p>0,05), namun terdapat perbedaan klinis (>10%) di mana usia gestasi kelompok >36 minggu memiliki prevalensi 15,2% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok <36 minggu. Didapati bahwa 36 (81,8%) subjek tidak mendapatkan asupan vitamin A yang cukup. Uji Fischer menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan status asupan vitamin A antara kelompok anemia dan non-anemia (p>0,05).
Pembahasan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dan usia gestasi dengan status anemia. Akan tetapi, usia gestasi memiliki perbedaan klinis akibat peningkatan intensitas inflamasi seiring dengan usia gestasi yang menua. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status asupan vitamin A dan status anemia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peran vitamin A sebagai faktor pertumbuhan sehingga tetap membutuhkan komponen pembangunnya seperti zat besi, asam folat, dan kobalamin. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang mempelajari status asupan vitamin A dan nutrisi lainnya dan hubungannya dengan anemia pada ibu hamil di populasi umum
Background: Anemia is condition in which red blood cells not adequate to support physiological needs. Anemia in pregnancy tends to occur in second–third trimester and serves complications both for mother and her child. Vitamin A is helpful for helping iron metabolism and cell differentiation and proliferation, but still considered unpopular.
Aim: Acquire information about relation between vitamin A dietary status and anemia status on third semester pregnant woman.
Method: This is a comparative cross-sectional research, conducted on August–October 2018 in Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital, with total 57 subjects which are third trimester pregnant mothers aged more than 18 years old. Simple random sampling was done in-order to equalize number of subjects in two groups, into 22 subjects on each of anemia and non-anemia group. Vitamin A dietary status was measured with semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire with the help of NutriSurvey database and anemia status was measured by hemoglobin concentration with flowcytometry method. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS 20.0 for iOS with unpaired comparative test.
Results: Based on unpaired t-test, mean age on anemia group (31.6 7.1) is not different compared to non-anemia group (31.2 6.4) (p>0.05). Based on chi-square test there is no difference of gestation age between anemia and non-anemia group (p>0.05), however there is clinical difference (>10%) in which gestation age group of >36 weeks has prevalence of 15.2% higher compared to gestation age group of <36 weeks. This research found that 36 (81.8%) subject did not get adequate intake of vitamin A, where as Fischer test shown there is no difference of vitamin A dietary status between anemia and non-anemia group (p>0.05).
Discussion: There is no relation between maternal age and gestational age towards anemia status. However, gestational age has clinical difference as results of increase of inflammation incident with aging of gestational age. There is no relation between vitamin A dietary status and anemia status, which explained by vitamin A role as growth factor which still need the building blocks of erythrocyte such as iron, folic acid, and cobalamin. Thus, further research should study link between vitamin A and other nutrients dietary status towards anemia status on pregnant mothers on general population.

"Anemia merupakan masalah yang sering ditemukan pada ibu hamil, terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan anemia pada ibu melahirkan dengan APGAR score bayi yang dilahirkannya pada pasien ibu hamil di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) pada tahun 2011. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah cross-sectional; data diambil dari rekam medis ibu seluruh ibu melahirkan di RSCM pada tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 28,7% ibu melahirkan di RSCM menderita anemia berdasarkan kriteria anemia pada ibu hamil menurut World Health Organization (WHO). Sedangkan persentase bayi dengan APGAR score yang buruk untuk menit ke-1 dan ke-5 masing-masing adalah 11,5% dan 3,6%. Uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p>0.05) proporsi bayi dengan APGAR score buruk antara kelompok ibu anemia dengan tidak anemia, baik menit ke-1 maupun menit ke-5. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara anemia pada ibu dengan APGAR score baik menit pertama maupun menit kelima.

Anemia is a worldwide problem, including Indonesia, especially in pregnant women because of high prevalence among them. The goal of this study was to know the relationship between maternal anemia and APGAR score among Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital`s patients in 2011. The study design was cross-sectional; data was gathered from all medical record of women whom give birth in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) in 2011. From the study it was known that 28,7% of pregnant women in RSCM was anemic, according to the criterion of maternal anemia from WHO. Total numbers of baby born with poor APGAR score were 11,5% for the 1st minute and 3,6% for the 5th minute. Result of chi square test showed that there was not significant different in proportion of poor APGAR score between group of maternal with anemia and without anemia (p>0.05). In conclusion, Maternal anemia has not significant relation with the APGAR score both for the 1st minute and 5th minute.

"Tidur merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang harus dipenuhi. Ibu hamil mengalami adaptasi fisik dan psikososial, yang salah satunya mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan tidur selama masa kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kecemasan dan kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil trimester tiga. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 114 orang ibu hamil trimester tiga, yang dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index untuk kualitas tidur, Spiritual Well-Being Scale untuk mengukur kesejaheraan spiritual, dan Zung-Self Anxiety Scale yang telah dimodifikasi untuk mengukur kecemasan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur p value = 0,031 yaitu bahwa semakin tinggi kecemasan maka semakin buruk kualitas tidurnya dan adanya hubungan antara kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kualitas tidur p value = 0,001 yaitu bahwa semakin tinggi kesejahteraan spiritual maka semakin baik kualitas tidurnya. Direkomendasikan agar perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada ibu hamil juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan spiritual, serta memberikan intervensi untuk menurunkan kecemasan, sehingga kualitas tidur ibu hamil meningkat.

Sleep is a basic human need that must be fulfilled. Pregnant women experience physical and emotional changes that affect the fulfillment of sleep needs during pregnancy. This study aimed to identify the correlation between anxiety, spiritual well being and sleep quality in the third trimester pregnant women. The design of this study was cross sectional. The sample were 114 pregnant women selected by consecutive sampling. The instruments used were the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index for sleep quality, the Spiritual Well Being Scale for measuring spiritual well being, and the Zung Self Anxiety Scale that had been modified to measure anxiety. Data were analyzed using chi square.
The results of the study showed a significant correlation between anxiety and sleep quality p value 0.031, the higher anxiety, the lower the quality of sleep also the correlation between spiritual well being and sleep quality p value 0.001 the higher spiritual well being, better the quality of sleep. It is recommended that nurses in providing nursing care for pregnant women to also pay attention to their spiritual well being, as well as giving intervention to decrease anxiety level, so that the pregnant womens quality of sleep can be improved.
