"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan general self-efficacy (GSE) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI). Optimisme didefinisikan sebagai ekspektasi atau pengharapan yang bersifat umum pada seorang individu, bahwa hal-hal baik akan terjadi dan hal-hal buruk hampir minim akan terjadi di masa mendatang. GSE didefiniskan sebagai persepsi dan belief individu tentang dirinya sebagai orang yang mampu untuk melakukan beragam tugas dalam berbagai macam situasi secara efektif pada konteks yang luas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 250 partisipan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) untuk mengukur optimisme dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk mengukur GSE. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara optimisme dan GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor optimisme individu, maka semakin tinggi pula skor GSE.

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between optimism and general self-efficacy (GSE) among students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. Optimism was defined as „„the generalized outcome expectancies in individuals that good things will happen in the future and bad things will be minimal”. GSE was defined as “individuals‟ perception and belief in their tendency to view themselves as capable of performing task demands across variety of different situations effectively in a broad array of contexts”. Two questionnaires, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) measured optimism and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) measured GSE, were used to obtain data from 250 students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia as participants. The result of Pearson Correlation Test indicated positive and significant correlation between optimism and GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000). The result explained that the higher score of optimism, would be followed by higher score of GSE."

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara optimisme dan stres pada mahasiwa penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia. Optimisme dalam penelitian ini didefinisikan sebagai sebagai keyakinan umum bahwa akan terjadi sesuatu yang baik (Schieier & Carver, 1985). Stres dalam penelitian ini merupakan keadaan yang muncul ketika individu merasa bahwa ia tidak dapat secara memadai mengatasi tuntutan yang ditunjukkan pada dirinya atau merasakan adanya ancaman terhadap dirinya (Lazarus, 1966). Life Orientation Test-Revised (Carver & Scheier, 1988) dan Perceived Stress Scale (Scheier, Carver, & Bridges, 1994) digunakan untuk mengukur optimisme dan stres mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 258 mahasiswa Bidikmisi UI dari angkatan 2014 sampai 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan negatif antara optimisme dan stres pada mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara optimisme dan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia. Menurut Scheier dan Carver (1985) optimisme adalah keyakinan secara umum bahwa akan terjadi sesuatu yang baik. Menurut Atkinson (dalam Passer, 2007) motivasi berprestasi adalah keinginan yang positif untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dalam suasana persaingan untuk memperoleh sukses dengan standar yang tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, 247 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi berpartisipasi dengan cara mengisi kuesioner optimisme dan motivasi berprestasi. Pengukuran optimisme menggunakan alat ukur Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver dan Bridges (1994), sedangkan motivasi berprestasi diukur menggunakan alat ukur Achievement Motives Scale-Revised (AMS-R) oleh Lang dan Fries (2006). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimisme dan motivasi berprestasi memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan (r=0,15, p=0,018) Hasil korelasi antara optimisme dan dimensi-dimensi motivasi berprestasi menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dan motivasi berprestasi dimensi hope of success (r=0,216, p=0,001) dan tidak tidak terdapat korelasi antara optimisme dan motivasi berprestasi dimensi fear of failure (r=0,025, p=0,701).;This research was conducted to investigate the correlation between optimism and achievement motivation among college student with Bidikmisi scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. "Skripsi ini membahas hubungan antara resiliensi dan bersyukur pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Pengambilan data terhadap 66 mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Indonesia dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner yang disebar melalui media internet. Kuesioner pertama adalah kuesioner resiliensi CD-RISC-10 yang dikembangkan oleh Campbell-Sills dan Stein (2007) yang telah dimodifikasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh peneliti. Kuesioner kedua adalah modifikasi Alat Ukur Bersyukur yang dikembangkan Arbiyah (2008). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara resiliensi dan bersyukur pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia, dengan r = +0,673, n = 66, p < 0,01, one tailed. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi resiliensi, maka semakin tinggi pula bersyukur pada mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Indonesia.

This study explore the relationship between resilience and gratitude among students of University of Indonesia who receive Bidikmisi Scholarship. This is quantitative research with correlational design. Two questionnaires, modification of CD-RISC-10, a resilience scale developed by Campbell-Sill and Stein, and modification of Alat Ukur Bersyukur (Arbiyah, 2008), were used to obtained data from 66 students of University of Indonesia who receive Bidikmisi Scholarship. Pearson Correlation Test indicate positive significant correlation between resilince and gratitude of students of University of Indonesia who receive Bidikmisi Scholarship, with r = +0,673, n = 66, p < 0,01, one tailed. That means the higher resilience, the higher gratitude of students of University of Indonesia who receive Bidikmisi Scholarship.

"Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara fungsi keluarga dan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa penerima bidikmisi di Jabodetabek. Mahasiswa penerima bidikmisi ini merupakan mahasiswa yang berasal dari keluarga dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi rendah. Adapun teori fungsi keluarga yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teori McMaster Model of Family Functioning (MMFF) sedangkan efikasi diri menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Bandura. Teori MMFF ini memiliki enam dimensi yaitu affective involvement, affective responsiveness, behavioral control, communication, problem solving, dan roles.Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti juga melihat dimensi-dimensi dari MMFF yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap efikasi diri. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) di Jabodetabek yang menerima beasiswa bidikmisi dengan rentang usia 18 sampai 25 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistika simple regression dan multiple regression. Melalui penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa fungsi keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa penerima bidikmisi di Jabodetabek dan dapat memprediksi sebesar 6.8%. Selain itu, terdapat satu dimensi dalam fungsi keluarga yang berkontribusi terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa penerima bidikmisi di Jabodetabek yaitu problem solving.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between family functioning and self-efficacy among students of bidikmisi scholarship in Jabodetabek. Students of bidikmisi scholarship are students who come from family with low-socioeconomic status (SES). Family functioning theory which is used in this research is McMaster Model of Family Functioning(MMFF) theory, while self-efficacy used Bandura’s theory. The MMFF theory has six dimensions that is affective involvement, affective responsiveness, behavioural control, communication, problem solving, and roles. The researcher also wants to see which dimensions from MMFF theory that contribute to self-efficacy. The participants of this study is students of public universities who get bidikmisi scholarship with the range of the age between 18 to 25 years. The results of this study showed that the family functioning has significant relationship with self-efficacy among students of bidikmisi scholarship in Jabodetabek that can predict 6.8%. Furthermore, there is one dimension that contribute to self-efficacy among students of bidikmisi scholarship in Jabodetabek, that is problem solving"

"Mahasiswa yang berada pada tingkat akhir memiliki tingkatan stress yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa pada tahun pertama. Mereka tidak hanya dihadapkan pada tuntutan yang tinggi terkait dengan akademis tetapi juga pada keputusan karirnya setelah kelu \lusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 365 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Indonesia yang telah memperoleh jumlah credit tidak kurang dari 96 credit. Optimisme diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver dan Bridges (1994) yang diadaptasi oleh Tasha (2011). Sedangkan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukut Career Decision Self Efficacy-Sort Form (CDSE-SF) yang dikembangkan oleh Taylor dan Betz (1996) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Sawitri (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karir (r = +.306,p< .01). Dalam analisis tambahan juga ditemukan skor CDSE pada mahasiswa laki laki lebih tinggi daripada perempuan. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan perbedaan antara skor optimisme berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan rumpun ilmu pengetahuan.

The stress levels of senior year college students are higher than first-year students. Seniors are not only stressed with higher demands of academic responsibility but also the career decision making after graduating. They are given transition demands of graduation and job placement. Thus, this research was conducted to examine the correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy among senior year college students. In study, 365 senior year college students of University Indonesia who has achieved not less than 96 credit were assessed by using self report quesionaire. Optimism was measured by Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) constructed by Scheir, Carver and Brudges and adapted by Tasha (2011). While Career decision making self efficacy was measured by Career Decision Making Self Efficacy-Short Form (CDSE-SF) constructed by Taylor and Betz (1996) and adapted by Sawitri (2008) . The result indicated significant positive correlation between optimism and career decision making self efficacy (r = .306, p< .01). Furthermore, another result also revealed that male students obtained higher score on career decision making self efficacy than female students. However, there is no significant mean differences of optimism found on gender and department of study.

"Pengangguran dan pekembangan sistem persaingan organisasi menunjukkan sistem daya saing baru pada level dunia kerja. Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang siap untuk berubah menunjukkan dibutuhkannya individu dengan kesiapan untuk berani memberikan keputusan dan memimpin, setidaknya dimulai dari diri sendiri. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya kepemimpinan dan kesiapan diri pada mahasiswa sebagai salah satu calon sumber daya manusia dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat self-leadership melalui creative self-efficacy CSE mahasiswa. Creative self-efficacy yang didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan individu atas kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan suatu tugas spesifik dalam menciptakan hal yang baru, orisinil, dan solusi yang sesuai Abbot 2010. Dalam creative self-efficacy terdapat dua dimensi penyusunnya, yaitu creative thinking self-efficacy CTSE dan creative performance self-efficacy CPSE. Self-Leadership didefinisikan sebagai proses dimana individu mengontrol perilaku mereka sendiri, mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan diri mereka melalui penggunaan strategi perilaku dan kognitif. Strategi tersebut disusun oleh dimensi behaviour-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, dan constructive thought pattern strategies. Pengukuran terhadap CSE diukur melalui Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II Inventories yang dikembangkan oleh Abbot 2010, sementara self-leadership diukur melalui Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire yang dikembangkan oleh Houghton dan Neck 2002. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel partisipan yang berada di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia N=146. Analisis statistik pearson correlation menunjukkan hubungan yang positif secara signifikan terdapat pada creative thinking self-efficacy dan self-leadership r = 0,394, p = 0,000, signifikan pada LoS 0,01 dan creative performance self-efficacy dan self-leadership r = 0,561, p = 0,000, signifikan pada LoS 0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa creative self-efficacy yang semakin baik atau tinggi mahasiswa, maka semakin baik atau tinggi juga self-leadership nya. Selain itu, hasil penelitian korelasi terhadap creative self-efficacy dan dimensi self-leadership menunjukkan bahwa constructive pattern though strategies memiliki hubungan terkuat dibandingkan dimensi lainnya.

Unemployment and development of an organization 39s competitive system show a new competitiveness system at the world level of work. The need for ready to change human resources demonstrates the need for an individual with the readiness to dare to make decisions and lead, at least starting with oneself. This shows the importance of leadership and readiness of the students as one of the candidates of human resources in the world of work. This research is conducted to see self leadership through student self efficacy CSE. Creative self efficacy is defined as the individual 39 s belief in his or her ability to perform a specific task in creating the novel, original, and appropriate solutions of Abbot 2010. In creative self efficacy there are two dimensions of the compilers, namely creative thinking self efficacy CTSE and creative performance self efficacy CPSE. Self Leadership is defined as the process by which individuals control their own behavior, influence and direct themselves through the use of behavioral and cognitive strategies. The strategy is structured by the dimensions of behaviour focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought patterns strategies. Measurements of CSE were measured through the Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II Inventories developed by Abbot 2010, while self leadership was measured through the Revised Self Leadership Questionnaire developed by Houghton and Neck 2002. This research was conducted with sample of participants who were in University of Indonesia N 146. Pearson correlation statistic analysis showed a positive correlation significantly in creative thinking self efficacy and self leadership r 0,394, p 0,000, significant at LoS 0,01 and creative performance self efficacy and self leadership r 0,561, p 0,000, significant at LoS 0.01. This shows that the creative self efficacy of the better or higher the student, the better or higher also his self leadership. In addition, the results of a correlation study on creative self efficacy and the self leadership dimension show that constructive patterns though strategies have the strongest relationship compared to other dimensions. "Sekarang ini perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, oleh karenanya sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan karyawan memiliki perilaku ini sejak mereka masih mahasiswa. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa. Efikasi diri kreatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dibuat oleh Tierney dan Farmer (2002). Perilaku kerja inovatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Janssen (2000) yang kemudian item-itemnya dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan keadaan responden yaitu mahasiswa. Responden penelitian yang datanya dapat dianalisa berjumlah 539 mahasiswa jenjang sarjana S1 di Universitas Indonesia dan merupakan mahasiswa yang minimal sedang menempuh semester empat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa, r(538) = 0,67, p= 0,00 (p < 0,01, one-tailed). Effect size untuk analisis ini dapat dikatakan termasuk large effect karena r> 0,5. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri kreatif mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku kerja inovatif mereka. Hasil ini dari penelitian ini bisa memberikan manfaat yaitu, menambah literatur tentang perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa dan memberikan masukan kepada pihak kampus untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri kreatif mahasiwanya agar perilaku kerja inovatifnya bisa meningkat pula, dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan program pelatihan.

Nowadays, companies need employees with innovative work behavior. Therefore, it is very important to prepare employees to have this behavior since they are still in college. This correlational research was then conducted to look at the relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students. Creative self-efficacy is measured by a measurement by Tierney and Farmer (2002). Innovative work behavior is measured by a measurement by Janssen (2000), the items were modified to correspond with the condition of college students. The data that can be analyzed were from 539 undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia and were at least taking their fourth semester. This research is a quantitative study, using the Pearson Correlation statistical technique the researcher found that there is a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students, r(538) = 0.67, p= 0.00 (p<0.01, one-tailed). The effect size for this analysis can be included as a large effect, because r> 0.5. Thus, it can be said that the higher the students' creative self-efficacy, the higher their innovative work behavior. These results can provide benefits such as adding literature on innovative work behavior among college students and providing input for the universities to improve the students' creative self-efficacy so that their innovative work behavior can also improve, by joining extracurricular activities and training programs."
