"[Pertumbuhan industri restoran menengah dan atas di Indonesia, khususnya
Jabodetabek menjadi semakin pesat. Hal ini mendorong terciptanya kebiasaan
makan diluar pada masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di Jabodetabek. Beragam
pilihan restoran dapat membingungkan konsumen terlebih jika konsumen belum
pernah mencoba restoran tersebut sebelumnya, sehingga menggunakan situs
gastronomi pencarian restoran seperti Zomato Indonesia menjadi alternatif yang
dapat dipilih para konsumen sebelum mencoba restoran tersebut. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan faktor-faktor yang terdapat pada
Zomato Indonesia dalam mempengaruhi behavioral intention to taste pembacanya
(readers), dimana behavioral intention to taste berpotensi dipengaruhi oleh tujuh
variabel yang digolongkan kedalam tiga kategori variabel utama yaitu (1)
inspiring taste desire (yang terdiri dari variabel: experiencing appeal dan
generating empathy), (2) forming taste awareness (yang terdiri dari variabel:
providing image, delivering knowledge dan presenting guide), dan (3) facilitating
interpersonal interaction (yang terdiri dari variabel: social influence dan
cybercommunity influence). Sampel penelitian merupakan para anggota Zomato
Indonesia. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa generating empathy, presenting guide, social
influence dan cybercommunity influence secara positif mempengaruhi behavioral
intention to taste pembaca (readers). Sedangkan experiencing appeal, providing
image, dan delivering knowledge tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap

"Kehadiran panduan dan direktori seputar restoran meningkatkan kesempatan terjadinya percakapan dalam bentuk electronic word of mouth eWOM . Fenomena ini memberikan dampak besar bagi para pemasar, khususnya di industri food and beverage karena informai eWOM terbukti dapat memengaruhi keputusan konsumsi konsumen. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari percakapan dalam bentuk eWOM yang disampaikan pada fitur review Zomato terhadap intensi membeli konsumen. Untuk itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan model penelitian melalui integrasi antara konsep Information Adoption Model IAM dengan Technology Acceptance Model TAM . Model yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui survei kepada pengguna Zomato dengan kisaran usia antara 18 hingga 34 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa kualitas, kredibilitas, kegunaan, sikap terhadap informasi, serta kesediaan mengadopsi informasi merupakan faktor-faktor eWOM yang mampu memengaruhi intensi membeli konsumen. Implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya juga dibahas pada penelitian ini.

Restaurant search and discovery service have created valuable opportunities for electronic word of mouth eWOM conversations. This phenomenon impacts marketers, especially in food and beverage industry as this easily accessible information could greatly affect consumption decision. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of these conversations in Zomato rsquo s review on consumer rsquo s purchase intention. For this purpose, a conceptual model was developed based on the integration of Information Adoption Model IAM and related components of Technology Acceptance Model TAM . The new model was validated through Structural Equation Modelling SEM based on survey collected from Zomato rsquo s user with range of 18 to 34 years old. The results confirm that quality, credibility, usefulness, attitude towards information, and information adoption are the key factors of eWOM that influence consumers rsquo purchase intention. Managerial implications are discussed as well as recommendations for further research."

"Perdagangan online atau e-commerce menjadi semakin penting dalam bisnis, tetapi masih ada keraguan konsumen untuk membeli menjadi penghalang dalam berkembangnya e-commerce. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli pelanggan pada tiga perusahaan e-commerce berjenis consumer-to-consumer di Indonesia. Pendapat 5 ahli digunakan untuk menentukan indikator setiap variabel dan metode SEM Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data empiris dari 400 responden untuk masing-masing perusahaan. Kepercayaan dan risiko ditemukan sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan pada minat beli pelanggan di perusahaan TK. Sedangkan, pada dua perusahaan lain, kegunaan yang dirasakan merupakan faktor yang signifikan di perusahaan BL dan faktor manfaat secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pelanggan di perusahaan EV.Kata Kunci:E-commerce, Consumer-to-Consumer, Minat Beli, Structural Equation Modelling SEM.

Electronic commerce is becoming increasingly important for business, but consumer rsquo s hesistation to purchase has become a main barrier to the development of e commerce. This study explores factors that influence consumer rsquo s purchase intention at three consumer to consumer C2C e commerce in Indonesia. 5 Expert opinions are used to determine the indicators of each variable and the Structural Equation Modelling SEM method is used to analyze the empirical data of 400 respondents from each company. Trust and risk are found to be significantly effect purchase intention in TK. Meanwhile, the other two companies, perceived usefulness proved to be significant in BL and benefit is significantly effect consumer purchase intention in EV."

"ABSTRAK
Pada kehidupan masyarakat modern, penggunaan internet dan online shopping adalah
hal yang tidak asing lagi. Di Indonesia, khususnya di kota besar seperti Jakarta dan
sekitarnya, melakukan kegiatan belanja secara online adalah hal yang lumrah. Dalam
memenuhi kebutuhannya dan waktu luang yang sempit, seringkali masyarakat
menggunakan fasilitas online shopping ini. Salah satu situs yang menjadi tujuan
masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sandangnya adalah Zalora Indonesia
(zalora.co.id). Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang
mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berbelanja lagi di situs online shopping yang sama.
Faktor-faktor yang diuji adalah perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness dan trust.
Ketiga faktor ini diuji terhadap faktor enjoyment dan repurchase intention. Penelitian
ini juga ingin melihat apakah faktor enjoyment dapat berperan sebagai mediasi.
Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi sampel adalah mereka yang pernah berbelanja di
zalora.co.id selama 6 bulan terakhir, berusia diatas 17 tahun dan tinggal di wilayah
Jabodetabek. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik multiple
regression pada software SPSS. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa
perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif
terhadap enjoyment dan repurchase intention konsumen serta enjoyment dapat
menjadi faktor mediasi antara hubungan perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness,
trust dengan repurchase intention dalam konteks berbelanja di situs Zalora Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
In modern society, the usage of internet and online shopping are very common. In
Indonesia, especially the big cities such as Jakarta and the surrounding areas, the
practice of online shopping is usual. To fulfill their needs and the lack of spare time,
people tend to use online shopping. One of the sites most people visit to fulfill their
fashion and apparel needs is Zalora Indonesia (zalora.co.id). This research wants to
prove what are the factors affecting consumers to shop at the same online shopping
site. Factors being tested in this research are perceived ease-of-use, perceived
usefulness and trust. All three factors were tested to factor enjoyment and factor
repurchase intention. This research also tested if enjoyment could be a mediating
factor. In this research, the samples are those who had shopped at zalora.co.id for
the last 6 months, 17 years old and older and live around Jabodetabek. Data
collected then analyzed with multiple regression technique using SPSS software. The
result showed that perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and trust have positive
affect to consumers? enjoyment and repurchase intention and also enjoyment has
proven to have mediating effect between the relationship of perceived ease-of-use,
perceived usefulness, trust and repurchase intention in the context of shopping at
Zalora Indonesia."

"Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pembelian (purchase intention) konsumen terhadap produk PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol dengan melakukan studi kasus pada website PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (www.ancol.com). Salah satu faktor yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap purchase intention adalah belief construct yang terdiri dari perceived price, perceived service, informational interpersonal belief, perceived self-efficacy, dan perceived resource facilitation. Kemudian, variabel-variabel pembentuk belief ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap attitudinal construct, yakni attitude toward purchase, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diambil dari 185 responden yang tersebar di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel informational interpersonal belief terhadap variabel subjective norm. Namun, variabel subjective norm tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, terdapat juga variabel perceived resource facilititation yang tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel perceived behavioral control.

This thesis discusses about factors that influence consumers? purchase intention toward PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol?s products, using PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol website (www.ancol.com) as case study. Factors that influence purchase intention are consist of perceived price, perceived service, informational interpersonal belief, perceived self-efficacy, and perceived resource facilitation. Variables of belief that influence attitudinal construct consist of attitude toward purchase, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, which influence purchase intention. Data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The Data was taken from 185 respondents from Jabodetabek areas.
Result of this research shows that there are significant influence from informational interpersonal belief variable and subjective norm variable. Subjective norm variable does not give significant influence to purchase intention. There is also perceived resource facilititation variable which doesn't give significant influence to perceived behavioral control variable.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi behavioral intention dari konsumen untuk dapat menggunakan layanan telemedisin khususnya pada Halodoc. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah social influence, perceived usefulness, perceived technology usage risk, dan perceived ubiquity sebagai faktor eksternal serta health anxiety dan offline consultation habit sebagai faktor internal. Selain itu, terdapat variabel perceived value dan trust yang berperan sebagai mediasi serta adanya penambahan variabel facilitating condition dan website information. Untuk menguji 13 hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian single-cross sectional survey dan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan data sebanyak 582 responden yang merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia berusia antara 18-60 tahun dan pernah menggunakan layanan dari Halodoc. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM) ditemukan hanya 11 hipotesis yang diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa social influence, perceived usefulness, perceived ubiquity, dan health anxiety memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap perceived value. Sedangkan, offline consultation habit memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan tetapi negatif terhadap perceived value. Kemudian social influence dan perceived ubiquity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap trust. Namun, perceived technology usage risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived value dan trust. Terakhir, perceived value, trust, facilitating condition, dan website information berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap behavioral intention. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi manajerial yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengembangan layanan selanjutnya.

This research aims to identify the factors that influence consumer behavioral intention to use telemedicine services, particularly on Halodoc. The factors used in this study are social influence, perceived usefulness, perceived technology usage risk, and perceived ubiquity as external factors, as well as health anxiety and offline consultation habit as internal factors. Additionally, the variables perceived value and trust play a mediating role, and facilitating condition and website information are included. To test 13 hypotheses in this study, the researcher employed a single-cross sectional survey method and purposive sampling, resulting in 582 respondents who are Indonesian citizens aged between 18-60 years and have used Halodoc services. Using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM), it was found that only 11 hypotheses were accepted. The results show that social influence, perceived usefulness, perceived ubiquity, and health anxiety have significant and positive effects on perceived value. Offline consultation habit has a significant but negative effect on perceived value. Social influence and perceived ubiquity also have significant and positive effects on trust. However, perceived technology usage risk does not have a significant effect on perceived value and trust. Finally, perceived value, trust, facilitating condition, and website information have significant and positive effects on behavioral intention. This study also provides managerial implications that can be used as a consideration in the development of subsequent services."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention voucer hotel melalui situs Online Travel Agent (OTA) dengan menerapkan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Faktor-faktor yang diteliti, antara lain Perceived Price, Brand Image, Perceived Value, dan Trust. Hal tersebut berdasarkan adanya gap antara persentase penetrasi pengguna layanan pemesanan voucer hotel dan persentase penjualan voucer hotel di segmen online travel booking di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran bagi OTA menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis dan konsep Digital Marketing berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan. Strategi pemasaran menjadi penting mengingat adanya dominansi offline travel booking di Asia Pasifik, termasuk Indonesia. Dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, OTA dapat meningkatkan niat beli konsumen dan memperkuat posisinya di travel market. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor Brand Image dan Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention voucer hotel. OTA pun perlu mempertimbangkan penerapan beberapa strategi pemasaran dengan tingkat prioritas tinggi, yaitu jaminan pasti dapat menginap di hotel yang dituju, Call to Action (CTA) sebagai content marketing di media sosial Instagram dan blog serta menyediakan fasilitas penjadwalan ulang secara online dan bersifat satu pintu untuk voucer hotel yang telah dipesan.

The objective of this research is to discuss how various factors to affect purchase intention of hotel voucher through Online Travel Agent (OTA)s websites by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Perceived Price, Brand Image, Perceived Value, and Trust are four key predictors. This is supported by the gap existed between the user penetration percentage and the actual sales percentage of the voucer hotel in online travel booking segment in Indonesia. In addition, this research is also aimed to provide marketing strategies for OTAs by applying Importance-Performance Analysis. Marketing strategy is crucial as the offline travel booking dominates the travel market in Asia Pacific including Indonesia. By considering the appropriate marketing strategy, OTA can improve their consumers purchase intention for hotel voucher and strengthen their positions in travel market. The result of this research shows that Brand Image and Trust are 2 factors which have significant effect to the consumers purchase intention. Thus, the highly prioritized marketing strategies that OTA should consider are (1) stay guarantee in the preferred hotel, (2) Call to Action as content marketing through Instagram and blog platforms, and (3) online reschedule option for the booked hotel voucher."

Penelitian dilakukan pada dengan responden pengguna internet yang mengakses website Blitzmegaplex dalam 1 bulan terakhir maupun yang melakukan pembelian tiket bioskop secara online via website Blitzmegaplex, penggemar film-film terbaru di bioskop yang bertempat tinggal di Jatabek (Jakarta, Tangerang & Bekasi) dan konsumen yang pernah/gemar/sering menonton di bioskop Blitzmegaplex yang terletak di daerah Jatabek (sesuai dengan cabang-cabang lokasi Blitzmegaplex).
Hasil penelitian untuk keseluruhan produk menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan terhadap Attitude secara langsung. Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude dan terhadap Behavioral Intention secara langsung. Untuk Attitude, variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention secara langsung,. Penelitian terdahulu meneliti hubungan antara unsur tersebut dan menyatakan ada hubungan yang signifikan diantara mereka. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya dikarenakan perbedaan lokasi negara yang diteliti.

The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affect on Perceived Usefulness and Attitude toward. Perceived Usefulness and Attitude significantly affect on Behavioral Intention directly. For Attitude, had a significant effect on Behavioral Intention directly. Previous research examining the relationship between these elements and expressed no significant relationship between them. The results of this study have a difference with the results of previous studies because of differences in the location of the countries studied.

"Turnover perawat selalu menjadi perhatian karena jumlah yang begitu tinggi yaitu menurut NSI tahun 2020 dikatakan selama dua tahun terakhir berkisar 15,9% dan begitu juga di Indonesia di rumah sakit swasta berkisar 13% dan 35% sedangkan normal adalah 5-10%. Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat rumah sakit di Indonesia dengan metode kajian kepustakan kualitaif dengan desain analisis deskriptif. Database yang digunakan adalah online dari 4 database yaitu Universitas Indonesia Library, Pusat Informasi Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), kemudian Neliti repository ilmiah Indonesia dengan jumlah didapat 60 dan yang diikutsertakan adalah 9 penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat di berbagai rumah sakit adalah faktor eksternal yaitu aspek lingkungan dan usia ada yang mengatakan mempengaruhi ada penelitian mengatakan tidak. Faktor internal yaitu budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah kompensasi.

Nurse turnover is always a concern because the number is so high according to the NSI 2020 said for the last two years around 15.9% and so in Indonesia in private hospitals around 13% and 35% while normal is 5-10 %. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors related to the turnover intention of hospital nurses in Indonesia with a qualitative library study method with descriptive analysis design. Databes used are online from 4 databases namely Universitas Indonesia Library, the Indonesian Public Health Information Center (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), kemudian Neliti repository ilmiah Indonesia with the number obtained by 60 and included 9. The results showed that the factors that related to nurses' turnover intention in various hospitals are external factors, namely environmental and age aspects, some said that they related to but there is said no. Internal factors are organizational culture, leadership style, compensation, job satisfaction, and career development. The most related factor is compensation."

Industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Di era teknologi ini, orang cenderung mencari informasi kuliner melalui media berbasis internet. Perilaku pencarian informasi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi ketidakpastian yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang restoran atau memberi konsumen gambaran mendalam tentang tempat terbaik untuk dikunjungi. Salah satu jenis informasi yang banyak dicari di media berbasis internet adalah ulasan online yang dituliskan oleh pelanggan sebelumnya. Makalah ini membahas sejauh mana ulasan online ini berdampak pada minat pembelian konsumen. Hubungan antara topik yang dipilih dengan tinjauan teoritis yang digunakan terletak pada kebebasan khalayak yang secara aktif mencari media dalam penelitian ini ialah Zomato dan konten yang spesifik informasi kuliner untuk menghasilkan gratifikasi tertentu dalam hal ini purchase intention . Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ulasan online menempati posisi penting dalam pembentukan purchase intention kuliner.
ABSTRACT
Food and beverage industry in Indonesia has grown in the last couple of years. In this technology era, people tend to look up for culinary information through internet based media. This information seeking behaviour is intended to reduce uncertainty caused by lack of knowledge about the restaurants or to give consumers in depth descriptions of the best places to go. One of the existing type of information that many people seek out is online review made by previous customers. This paper examines the extent to which these online reviews have impacts on consumers rsquo purchase intention. The link between the selected topic and the theoretical review used lies in the freedom of the audience who actively searches for media in this study, Zomato and the specific content culinary information to fulfill a certain gratification in this case purchase intention . The result of this study concludes that online review occupies a significant position in the formation of culinary purchase intention.
