"Penelitian ini membahas tentang penyelenggaraan pameran arsip virtual sebagai upaya peningkatan penjangkauan kearsipan (archival outreach) di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) sebagai lembaga kearsipan yang relevan dengan fungsi ANRI dalam mengelola arsip arsip statis (arsip bernilai kesejarahan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan pameran arsip virtual oleh ANRI sebagai upaya peningkatan penjangkauan kearsipan oleh ANRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan pada Februari 2021 sampai Mei 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pameran arsip virtual di ANRI sebagai inovasi dalam pengelolaan arsip statis yang didukung dengan adanya kebijakan dalam pengaturan tahapan penyelenggaraan, pengelolaan sumber daya pameran, kolaborasi dan keberlanjutan pameran arsip virtual akan mendukung upaya peningkatan penjangkauan kearsipan. Penyelenggaraan pameran arsip virtual sesuai dengan visi dan misi ANRI dalam mengelola arsip statis sebagai memori kolektif dan jati diri bangsa dengan memanfaatkan platform media sosial website, instagram, youtube, twitter, dan facebook. Dengan pemanfataan media sosial dalam penyelenggaraan pameran arsip virtual oleh ANRI dapat menjangkau pengguna arsip yang lebih luas. Upaya ANRI dalam mewujudkan pameran arsip virtual yang dapat mendukung peningkatan penjangkauan kearsipan adalah adanya kebijakan dalam implementasi dan keberlanjutan pameran arsip virtual yang diselenggarakan.

This research discusses the holding of virtual archives exhibitions as an effort to increase archival outreach at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) as an archival institution and relevant to ANRI's function in managing archives (historical value archives). The purpose of this study is to describe the holding of a virtual archives exhibition by ANRI as an effort to increase archival outreach by ANRI. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collection is carried out by making observations, interviews, and document analysis. Data gathering of this study was conducted from February 2021 to May 2022. The results of this study show that the holding of a virtual archive exhibition at ANRI as an innovation in archives management supported by policies in regulating the stages of organizing, managing exhibition resources, collaboration and sustainability of virtual archive exhibitions will support efforts to increase archival outreach. The virtual archives exhibition is held in accordance with ANRI's vision and mission in managing archives as a collective memory and national identity by utilizing social media platforms websites, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. With the use of social media in organizing a virtual archive exhibition by ANRI, it can reach a wider range of archives users. ANRI's efforts in realizing virtual archive exhibitions that can support the improvement of archival outreach are policies in the implementation and sustainability of virtual archives exhibitions."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari adanya suatu keputusan yang dirasakan banyak kendala ketika diimplementasikan. Timbulnya kendala dimaksud kemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, satu di antaranya adalah arsip dinamis yang digunakan untuk membuat keputusan kemungkinan tidak lengkap. Arsip dinamis yang tidak lengkap mencerminkan bahwa pengelolaannya belum baik sehingga informasi yang terkandung di dalamnya belum bisa diberdayakan secara maksimal untuk membuat keputusan. Keputusan yang dibuat tanpa dukungan informasi yang lengkap akan menghasilkan keputusan yang beresiko. Ada beberapa tujuan penting yang akan dicapai melalui penelitian ini, yakni mengkaji (1) manfaat arsip dinamis dalam pengambilan keputusan, (2) keterkaitan manfaat arsip dinamis dengan fungsi manajemen, (3) kelengkapan arsip dinamis yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan, (4) hambatan dalam pencarian arsip dinamis, (5) faktor penyebab timbulnya hambatan pecarian arsip dinarnis, dan (6) upava mengatasi faktor penghambat pencarian arsip dinamis (7) kesan pimpinan terhadap arsip dinamis yang ada di unit kerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan obyek penelitiannya adalah arsip dinamis dan keputusan yang ada di PPPG Kejuruan. Subyek penelitiannya adalah unsur pimpinan, yang terdiri dari Pejabat Eselon IV. Ketua Jurusan dan Koordinator Penelitian & Pengembangan, Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 4 Pejabat Eselon IV, 5 orang Ketua jurusan dan 1 orang Koordinator Litbang. Observasi dilakukan dilakukan di unit kerja masing-masing untuk melihat kelengkapan arsip dinamis yang ada. Studi dokumen dilakukan dengan menelaah SK yang mengatur tentang tugas pokok PPPG Kejuruan dan unit kerjanya. Data yang masuk diolah dengan analisis deskripsi. Data dimasukkan ke dalam katagori-katagori dan dicari hubungan/pengaruhnya satu sama lain. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa arsip dinamis yang ada sudah dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Namun kadang-kadang ada arsip dinamis yang tidak bisa ditemukan/tidak tersedia ketika diperlukan untuk mengambil keputusan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor petugas arsip dinamis, sistem penyimpanan, keterbatasan alat, peminjaman arsip dinamis yang tidak tertib atau kombinasi faktor-faktor dari itu. Antisipasi pimpinan untuk mengatasi kendala ini berupa meningkatkan kompetensi petugas melalui penataran/pemagangan maupun pembinaan baik yang sudah dilaksanakan maupun masih dalam taraf usulan. Usulan segera dibakukannya sistem penyimpanan arsip dinamis menjadi harapan dari seluruh pimpinan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip dinamis. Memperhatikan hasil penelitian yang demikian, direkomendasi alangkah baiknya kompetensi dan kedisiplinan/tanggung jawab petugas arsip dinamis ditingkatkan, sistem penyimpanan segera distandarkan, membuat prosedur peminjaman arsip dinamis dan segera dibuat kebijakan manajemen arsip dinamis sebagai landasan operasionalnya."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang perencanaan penyelenggaraan Arsip PerguruanTinggi di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, ditinjau dari aspek kesiapan SDMkearsipannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatanlcuantitatifl Populasi penelitian ini adalah penanggung jawab dan staf pengelolaarsip di Sub Bagian Umum dari setiap unit kerja utama di UIN Jakarta yaknisebanyak 28 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner danwawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitianmenunjuldkan bahwa kesiapan SDM kearsipan dalam perencanaanpenyelenggaraan Arsip Perguruan Tinggi mencapai tingkat/ kategori cukup.Peneliti menyarankan agar UIN Jakarta mewujudkan amanat undang-undang untuk menyelenggarakan Arsip Perguruan Tinggi tersebut danmeningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM kearsipannya.

AbstractThis thesis is about the accomplishment of University Archives in UIN Jakarta,views whom the readiness of human resources aspect. This study is a surveyresearch with a quantitative approach. The population are the coordinator and stat?of records/ archival management in the General Subdivision of each major unit atUIN Jakarta those are 28 people. Data were collected by means of questionnaireand interview. Data were analyzed by descriptive analytical method. The resultsshows that the level of readiness of archival human resources is enough.Researcher suggests that UIN Jakarta could apply the Archives Law in theUniversity Archives immediately and improve the quality and quantity ofarchival human resources."
